Jesus Is Always Watching To Comfort And Remove Sin

     This bible study today is a celebration for Brother Bob and is bible study number 100 for Brother Bob's book for Jesus that currently has blessed over 33000 people in many nations in every part of this earth. Friends everywhere take time to look at the picture above and realize that Jesus is God and always watching us forevermore in any place on this earth. I pray in Jesus name that when you see Jesus above watching everything we do, two things will occur. First, I pray in Jesus name we all will stop sinning because Jesus sees everything we do in the secret places of this earth. If any of us all including Brother Bob are tempted to sin in a secret place where no man is looking, let us not sin because Jesus is always watching us all. Don't feel guilty for any past sins because the blood of Jesus has cleansed you friend from all sin and now today go and sin no more. Second, I pray in Jesus name that my friends everywhere in the many countries will be comforted that when man is nowhere to be found, Jesus is always watching and comforting us with eternal peace.

     Take time to meditate on the following scriptures that prove that Jesus is always watching us to comfort and remove our sins. Isaiah 40:22 says It is He that sitteth upon the circle of the earth, and the inhabitants thereof are as grasshoppers; that stretcheth out the heavens as a curtain, and spreadeth them out as a tent to dwell in. 2 Chronicles 16:9 says For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to shew Himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward Him (notice friend if you daily live holy with Jesus, the Lord Jesus' eyes will run to a fro over the earth and will look at you, rewarding you with everlasting strength for your perfect holiness because of of your faith in the Lord Jesus). Proverbs 15:3 says The eyes of the Lord are in every place, beholding the evil and the good. Luke 12:2 says For there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; neither hid, that shall not be known. Hebrews 4:13 says Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in His sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of Him with whom we have to do.

     Ungodly people in this earth are described at Psalm 73:11: And they say, How doth God know? and is there knowledge in the most High? Behold, these are the ungodly, who prosper in the world; they increase in riches. King David responded and proclaimed that the Lord Jesus knows and sees everything and stated at Psalm 94:7 Yet they say, the Lord shall not see, neither shall the God of Jacob regard it. Understand, ye brutish among the people: and ye fools, when will ye be wise? He that planted the ear, shall He not hear? He that formed the eye, shall He not see? He that chastiseth the heathen, shall not He correct? He that teacheth man knowledge, shall not He know.

     Now Brother Bob again gives you three bible verses Psalm 10:4, Psalm 10:11 and Psalm 147:5 that I want my friends to put together like a puzzle while you think on these scriptures proving Jesus sees and knows everything. First Psalm 10:4 says The wicked, through the pride of his countenance, will not seek after God: God is not in all his thoughts. Psalm 10:11 says He hath said in his heart, God hath forgotten: He hideth His face; He will never see it. Jesus responded to this foolish statement at Psalm 147:5 and says Great is our Lord, and of great power: His understanding is infinite. The prophet Jeremiah also answered the above foolish statement of Psalm 10:11 at Jeremiah 23:24 saying Can any hide himself in secret places that I shall not see him? saith the Lord. Do not I fill heaven and earth? saith the Lord. And even the prophet Amos proclaimed at Amos 9:2 Though they dig into hell, thence shall mine hand take them; though they climb up to heaven, thence will I bring them down: And though they hide themselves in the top of Carmel, I will search and take them out thence; and though they be hid from my sight in the bottom of the sea, thence will I command the serpent, and he shall bite them.

     OK, now Brother Bob will give you various examples in the bible of people who thought they could hide their sin from God, learning that Jesus sees all sin and watches all our daily actions. For Brother Bob's first bible character that tried to hide his sin pictured above we see Achan whose name is called troubler hiding a Babylonish garment in the earth under his tent that God saw and brought to light. Thomas Watson in 1663 stated All our actions though never so subtily contrived and secretly conveyed are visible to the eye of an all knowing omniscient Lord Jesus. The story about Achan is found at Joshua 7:21 where Achan said to Joshua, When I saw among the spoils a goodly Babylonish garment, and 200 shekels of silver, and a wedge of gold of 50 shekels weight, then I coveted them, and took them; and, behold, they are hid in the earth in the midst of my tent, and the silver under it. So Joshua sent messengers, and they ran unto the tent; and, behold, it was hid in his tent, and the silver under it. And they took them out of the midst of the tent, and brought them unto Joshua, and unto all the children of Israel, and laid them out before the Lord.

     The Lord Jesus revealed all the hidden sin of Achan, and Achan was like the rich fool of the new testament stated at Luke 12:16 who lost his life for his greed of storing earthly possessions, failing to bless the poor. Friends everywhere when you think how Achan lost his life for being selfish and not blessing the poor, let us all determine to use our blessings on this earth to relieve the oppressed, poor, fatherless orphans, while we plead for and assist the troubled widows of this earth. Take time to read the beautiful words penned by Joseph Alleine in 1653 that says Instead of saying I would be happy if I rolled in wealth, swimmed in pleasure, had my debts paid, and I and mine were provided for, Lord Jesus let all saints say; Even if I'm poor and despised in this world for serving Jesus, it's a blessing that all my sins and corruptions are removed and subdued and I'd rather be gracious, than great. I'd rather be holy with Jesus than the most learned, the most famous, and the most prosperous man on this earth.

     Friends everywhere take time to study the following scriptures that further prove that Jesus sees and knows everything about our lives. Psalm 139:4 proves that Jesus hears every whisper we say stating For there is not a word in my tongue, but, lo, O Lord, thou knowest it altogether. Lord Jesus I pray that all who read this will realize that Jesus knows all the words we speak and help us all to only speak blessings daily to all people we encounter. Also note that the Lord Jesus knows each subtle thought we think. Now read and meditate on this next awesome quote from Thomas Watson in the 1600s that said "Thoughts speak as loud in God's ears as words do in ours." The bible scripture that supports Thomas Watson's quote is Isaiah 66:18 that says For I know their works and their thoughts: it shall come, that I will gather all nations and tongues; and they shall come, and see my glory.

     Another bible character who tried to hide her sin pictured above is Jeroboam's wife who tried to disguise herself before the prophet Ahijah who recognized her immediately and rebuked her for her sin. Friend reading this anywhere learn from these examples and do not hide any sins because Jesus and his prophets see and know everything. Proverbs 28:13 says He that covereth his sins shall not prosper: but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy. Friend reading this anywhere if you have sinned, right now do Proverbs 28:13 and receive mercy by confessing your sin to the Lord Jesus and then forsake the sin meaning go and sin no more. 

     The scripture about the above picture of Jeroboam's wife is at 1 Kings 14:6 and says And it was so, when Ahijah heard the sound of her feet, as she came in at the door, that he said, Come in, thou wife of Jeroboam; why feignest thou thyself to be another? for I am sent to thee with heavy tidings. Thomas Watson in 1659 said that Jeroboam's wife was a hypocrite (actor) who prevaricated (spoke or acted falsely or evasively) with God, but God through the prophet Ahijah unmasked Jeroboam's wife. All Brother Bob has to say in response to anyone who hides their sins from God is to read Ecclesiastes 12:14 that says For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil. Since Jesus knows and sees everything, let us all look daily to the Lord Jesus crucified with our hearts by faith, allowing Jesus to bring forth good works in every area of our lives.

     OK, Jesus has even more scriptures proving that the Lord Jesus knows and sees everything in our lives listed below. It is so comforting to know that Jesus hears all our sighs, groanings, and sorrows because Psalm 38:9 says Lord, all my desire is before thee; and my groaning is not hid from thee. Like the children of Israel, the Lord Jesus sees and will deliver his saints from all their sorrows because Exodus 3:7 says And the Lord said, I have surely seen the affliction of my people which are in Egypt, and have heard their cry by reason of their taskmasters; for I know their sorrows. Friend, Jesus is so good that He sees all our wanderings from persecutions on this earth for serving Jesus and puts our tears in His bottle because Psalm 56:8 says Thou tellest my wanderings: put thou my tears into thy bottle: are they not in thy book? Be encouraged saints and think on what King Solomon said at Ecclesiastes 5:8 that says If thou seest the oppression of the poor, and violent perverting of judgment and justice in a province, marvel not at the matter: for He that is higher than the highest regardeth; and there be higher than they.

     For Brother Bob's last picture for his bible study today, we see Joseph telling the chief butler and baker their dreams in prison. Joseph correctly told the chief butler that he would be restored to his position at the court of Pharoah. Joseph requested the chief butler to remember his kindness and request his release from prison to the Pharoah. Unfortunately, the chief butler forgot Joseph for two years, allowing Joseph to suffer in prison for two years. But this is not so with the Lord Jesus. Though our Lord Jesus is exalted to such a high glory in heaven, Jesus is not unmindful of his saints on this earth.

     Be encouraged friends and read the wonderful scriptures below that prove that Jesus never forgets his saints, daily watching and protecting them. Hebrews 4:15 says For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin. Note this is a double negative and really says we have a high priest named Jesus who cares and is touched with the feeling of our infirmities, healing all our problems. Unlike the chief butler pictured above, the Lord Jesus will remember his saints and reward them for all their kind deeds on this earth because they feared the Lord Jesus. The prophet Malachi promised a sure reward from Jesus for our kind deeds in serving Jesus and stated at Malachi 3:16 Then they that feared the Lord spake often one to another, and the Lord hearkened, and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before Him for them that feared the Lord, and that thought upon His name.

Get saved today, repent, decide to stop sinning, 

Confess that Jesus is God, and believe the gospel 

That Jesus died on the cross for you, was buried, and rose again

The Perfect Kingdom Of God

     Today's bible study was inspired after Brother Bob was blessed by a book written by Lewis Bayly in the late 1500s called The Practice Of Piety. Brother Bob will now write out the many scriptures of the eternal joy and peace that awaits all saints soon in the everlasting kingdom of God. Take time to look at the anointed picture above and realize that it is so much better to just be a doorkeeper in the house of my God for one day than to dwell a thousand days in a wicked, extravagant, rich palace on this earth. Psalm 84:10 says For a day in thy courts is better than a thousand. I had rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God, than to dwell in the tents of wickedness. For the Lord God is a sun and shield: The Lord will give grace and glory: no good thing will He withhold from them that walk uprightly. 

     Any place in the kingdom of God with the Lord Jesus, even a lowly doorkeeper holding the door to the kingdom of God, would be so much better than living in a palace with kings and princes on this earth. Saint reading this anywhere, keep serving Jesus no matter where you live on this earth through any persecutions or troubles around you because soon your faithful service will be rewarded and you will receive everlasting joy with Jesus in the kingdom of God. Romans 8:18 says For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us. 2 Corinthians 4:17 says For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory.

     Take time to meditate on King David's proclamation of how wonderful and peaceful the kingdom of God will be when the saints are rewarded for faithfully serving Jesus on this earth. King David rejoiced and said at Psalm 36:7 How excellent is thy lovingkindness, O God. therefore the children of men put their trust under the shadow of thy wings. They shall be abundantly satisfied with the fatness of thy house; and thou shalt make them drink of the river of thy pleasures. For with thee is the fountain of life: in thy light shall we see light. King David also stated that in the kingdom of God with Jesus will be pleasures for evermore and just being in the presence of Jesus will be fulness of joy. Psalm 16:11 says Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand (with Jesus at the right hand of God) there are pleasures for evermore.

     Friend reading this anywhere, if you have been persecuted on this earth for serving Jesus and forgotten by the world and family, meditate and think on the following scriptures that promise a blessed soon eternal joy from our Lord Jesus for your faithful service on this earth for the Lord Jesus. Jesus said at John 16:22 And ye now therefore have sorrow: but I will see you again, and your heart shall rejoice, and your joy no man taketh from you. Psalm 27:10 says When my father and my mother forsake me, then the Lord will take me up. Psalm 126:5 says They that sow in tears shall reap in joy. He that goeth forth and weepeth, bearing precious seed, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him. Isaiah 35:10 says And the ransomed of the Lord shall return, and come to Zion with songs and everlasting joy upon their heads: they shall obtain joy and gladness, and sorrow and sighing shall flee away.

     Friends in the many nations, Brother Bob has placed the above picture on this bible study to further show the peace of Jesus in the kingdom of God where the beautiful flowers will blossom and the anointed songs of turtledoves and birds will be eternally heard by the saints. Take time to praise Jesus while you read Song of Solomon 2:8 describing the soon coming peaceful kingdom of God where we all will live. The voice of my beloved. behold, He cometh leaping upon the mountains, skipping upon the hills. My beloved is like a roe or a young hart (deer): behold, He standeth behind our wall, He looketh forth at the windows, shewing Himself through the lattice. My beloved spake, and said unto me, Rise up, my love, my fair one, and come away. (Right now praise Jesus for raising you up friend and soon taking you to the eternal peaceful kingdom of God). For, lo, the winter is past, the rain is over and gone; The flowers appear on the earth; the time of the singing of birds is come, and the voice of the turtle (dove) is heard in our land. The fig tree putteth forth her green figs, and the vines with the tender grape give a good smell. Arise, my love, my fair one, and come away.

     Now Brother Bob wants all my friends to put the following bible verses together like a puzzle to receive a blessed revelation today from Jesus. First when you read Ephesians 1:19 rejoice and know that the Lord Jesus prayed that you would receive with Him the blessings listed at Ephesians 1:19: And what is the exceeding greatness of His power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of His mighty power, Which He wrought in Christ, when He raised Him from the dead, and set Him at His own right hand in the heavenly places, Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come: And hath put all things under His feet, and gave Him to be the head over all things to the church. 

     Right now receive the blessings listed by Ephesians 1:19 with Jesus. The saints will be far above any sickness, worry, fear, or trouble that will be under their feet never to be remembered forever because Jesus prayed at John 17:24 Father, I will that they also, whom thou hast given me, be with me where I am; that they may behold my glory, which thou hast given me: for thou lovedst me before the foundation of the world. Friends you can bank on the prayer above of Jesus at John 17:24 (being with Jesus forevermore in peace in the kingdom of God) because Jesus is righteousness listed at 1 Corinthians 1:30 and James 5:16 says The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man (Jesus) availeth much (will happen).

     And according to the prophet Isaiah any bad memories of any troubles on this earth will be forgotten forevermore in the kingdom of God because Isaiah 65:17 says For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind. Revelation 21:4 says And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.

     Take a look at the beautiful picture of an eagle above and take time to praise Jesus for removing all sickness, pains, and troubles forevermore in the kingdom of God while you say Isaiah 40:31: But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint. Friend reading this anywhere, Brother Bob prays in Jesus name that you will mount up with wings as eagles far above your troubles while you shout praises in the heights with Jesus forevermore in the kingdom of God. The apostle Paul proclaimed at 1 Corinthians 15:42 So also is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption; it is raised in incorruption: It is sown in dishonour; it is raised in glory: it is sown in weakness; it is raised in power.

     Praise Jesus and read the following bible verses that prove that there will be no more sickness, pain, or sorrow in the kingdom of God where we all soon will be with Jesus. Lewis Bayly said in the kingdom of God, Jacob shall not limp, Isaac won't be blind, Leah won't be bleary eyed, and Mephibosheth won't be lame because Isaiah 35:5 says Then the eyes of the blind shall be opened, and the ears of the deaf shall be unstopped. Then shall the lame man leap as an hart, and the tongue of the dumb sing: for in the wilderness shall waters break out, and streams in the desert. 

     Finally, Brother Bob gives you all another anointed picture that you can left click to truly see that soon in the kingdom of God the saints will be blessed and shine like the brightness of the firmament and like the stars for ever and ever stated by the prophet Daniel. Daniel 12:2 says And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt. And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever. The apostle Paul stated that the glorious kingdom of God was beyond any description at 1 Corinthians 2:9 that says But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love Him. But God hath revealed them unto us by His Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God. The Lord Jesus comforted us all and said at John 14:2 In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.

     For Brother Bob's final thought for today's bible study, take time to sing the song that all the saints will sing with King David in the glorious kingdom of God praising Jesus for His goodness. Psalm 47:5 records this song and let's sing God is gone up with a shout, the Lord with the sound of a trumpet. Sing praises to God, sing praises: sing praises unto our King, sing praises. For God is the King of all the earth: sing ye praises with understanding. God reigneth over the heathen: God sitteth upon the throne of His holiness. The princes of the people are gathered together, even the people of the God of Abraham: for the shields of the earth belong unto God: He is greatly exalted.

Biblical Proof That The Lord Jesus Is Wisdom And Power

   

 

     If you want to be wise and smart, learn more about the Lord Jesus because Jesus is wisdom. Meditate and learn the Word of God daily to be wise because Jesus is the Word. This is proven by 1 Corinthians 1:30 that says But of Him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption. Paul also proclaimed that wisdom is only in the Lord Jesus when Paul stated at 1 Timothy 1:17 Now unto the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only wise God (note wisdom only comes from the Lord Jesus), be honour and glory for ever and ever. Amen. 

     When you look to Jesus Christ crucified daily with your heart who is wisdom, you receive the blessings of wisdom listed in Proverbs 3:13. Happy is the man that findeth wisdom (Jesus), and the man that getteth understanding. For the merchandise of it is better than the merchandise of silver, and the gain thereof than fine gold. She is more precious than rubies: and all the things thou canst desire are not to be compared unto her. Length of days is in her right hand; and in her left hand riches and honour. Her ways are ways of pleasantness, and all her paths are peace.  In other words Jesus and wisdom is better than silver, gold, rubies, anything you can desire, gives us length of days, riches and honour, pleasantness, and paths of peace.

     Look to Jesus crucified daily with your hearts and ask the Lord Jesus for wisdom and in Jesus name you will liberally receive wisdom. This is proven by James 1:5 that says If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. King David also proclaimed that wisdom is from God and stated at Psalm 73:24 Thou shalt guide me with thy counsel, and afterward receive me to glory. King David also stated at Psalm 36:9 For with thee is the fountain of life: in thy light shall we see light. Romans 11:33 says that the blessings of wisdom from Jesus are infinite, everlasting, and beyond understanding and says O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God. how unsearchable are His judgments, and his ways past finding out.

     The prophet Daniel stated that Jesus is so wise that He knows the most profound secrets. Daniel 2:28 says But there is a God in heaven that revealeth secrets, and maketh known to the king Nebuchadnezzar what shall be in the latter days. The prophet Amos said that Jesus is so wise that He knows every man's thoughts. Amos 4:13 says For, lo, He that formeth the mountains, and createth the wind, and declareth unto man what is His thought, that maketh the morning darkness, and treadeth upon the high places of the earth, The Lord, The God of hosts, is His name. 

     The Lord Jesus has great wisdom and knows the exact number of the billions of stars and each star's name. Psalm 147:4 says He telleth the number of the stars; He calleth them all by their names. Great is our Lord, and of great power: His understanding is infinite. Also praise the Lord Jesus for creating the heavens, moon, and stars with just His fingers because Psalm 8:3 says When I consider thy heavens, the work of thy fingers, the moon and the stars, which thou hast ordained; What is man, that thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that thou visitest him?

     Notice the beautiful picture above showing how God's wisdom created the sand on the beach to be a boundary and stop the ocean water from covering the earth. Do you realize that if God did not by wisdom use the sand to be a boundary for the water, this earth would be covered by water and only fish could live on this earth? Praise Jesus for what the prophet Jeremiah stated that we take for granted at Jeremiah 5:22 that says Fear ye not me? saith the Lord: will ye not tremble at my presence, which have placed the sand for the bound of the sea by a perpetual decree, that it cannot pass it: and though the waves thereof toss themselves, yet can they not prevail; though they roar, yet can they not pass over it?

     Job explained how the Lord Jesus set boundaries for oceans and waters at His command. Job 38:8 says Or who shut up the sea with doors, when it brake forth, as if it had issued out of the womb? When I made the cloud the garment thereof, and thick darkness a swaddlingband for it. And brake up for it my decreed place, and set bars and doors. And said Hitherto shalt thou come, but no further: and here shall thy proud waves be stayed? Thomas Watson in the 1600s said that God's wisdom is seen in setting bounds to the sea in so wisely contriving it that though the sea be higher than many parts of the earth, yet it should not overflow the earth.

     Swaddlingbands are linen cloths wrapped around new born infants to restrict, control, and calm the babies. Jesus made the thick darkness a swaddlingband to restrict, control, and calm the raging seas. The reason thick darkness is a swaddlingband for the raging sea is because soon in the kingdom of God no darkness and raging sea will exist around the light of Jesus that is seven times brighter than the sun. The raging sea will disappear into the thick darkness according to Revelation 21:1 that says And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea. No more sea with its storms, scares from sharks, or sin that separates us from God. According to Revelation 22:1 only a peaceful pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, will proceed out of the throne of God and of the Lamb. 

     King David glorified the Lord Jesus and stated that God used wisdom to create this earth, proclaiming at Psalm 104:24 O Lord, how manifold are thy works. in wisdom hast thou made them all: the earth is full of thy riches. Take time to meditate on these gems written by Thomas Watson about the wisdom God used when he created the earth. Thomas Watson stated if the sun had been set lower by Jesus, it would have been too hot; if the sun had been set higher by Jesus, it would not have warmed us with its beams. If it had been all night, there would be no time to labour; if it had been all day, there would have been no time to rest. If the earth was all sea, we had wanted bread; if the earth was all land, we had wanted water. If it was summer all the time, it would be too hot; if it was winter all the time, the cold would be too frigid. Thank you Lord Jesus for the seasons and placing in your word Psalm 74:17 that says Thou hast set all the borders of the earth: thou hast made summer and winter.

     Next praise the Lord Jesus while you study many scriptures proclaiming that Jesus is all power. Romans 8:31 says What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us? When Jesus just looks at the devil, the devil is destroyed. In the picture above when the Lord Jesus just looked through the pillar of fire, the Egyptian enemies were troubled. Exodus 14:24 says And it came to pass, that in the morning watch the Lord looked unto the host of the Egyptians through the pillar of fire and of the cloud, and troubled the host of the Egyptians. Brother Bob now will take this to another level and proclaim that just the presence of the Lord Jesus living in saints will destroy the devil. This is proven by 2 Thessalonians 2:8 that says And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of His mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of His coming.

     The following scriptures prove that the Lord Jesus is all power. Jeremiah 32:17 says Ah Lord God. behold, thou hast made the heaven and the earth by thy great power and stretched out arm, and there is nothing too hard for thee. Daniel 4:35 says And all the inhabitants of the earth are reputed as nothing: and He doeth according to His will in the army of heaven, and among the inhabitants of the earth: and none can stay His hand, or say unto Him, What doest thou? 

     The prophet Amos said at Amos 9:5 And the Lord God of hosts is He that toucheth the land, and it shall melt (note Jesus has power to just touch any mountain and make the mountain melt), and all that dwell therein shall mourn: and it shall rise up wholly like a flood; and shall be drowned, as by the flood of Egypt. The prophet Nahum said at Nahum 1:6 Who can stand before His indignation? and who can abide in the fierceness of His anger? His fury is poured out like fire, and the rocks are thrown down by Him. The prophet Isaiah said at Isaiah 26:4 Trust ye in the Lord for ever: For in the Lord JEHOVAH is everlasting strength.

     King David glorified God's power and said at Psalm 33:8 Let all the earth fear the Lord: let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of Him. For He spake, and it was done; He commanded, and it stood fast. King David also said at Psalm 33:6 By the word of the Lord were the heavens made; and all the host of them (note that the Hebrew definition for host is angels) by the breath of His mouth (just the breath of the Lord Jesus created the angels). 

     King Solomon said at Ecclesiastes 8:4 Where the word of a king is (the Word of King Jesus), there is power: and who may say unto Him, What doest thou? Take time to meditate on the power of Jesus that Job declared at Job 9:5 that says Which removeth the mountains, and they know not: which overturneth them in His anger. Which shaketh the earth out of her place, and the pillars thereof tremble. Which commandeth the sun, and it riseth not; and sealeth up the stars. Which alone spreadeth out the heavens, and treadeth upon the waves of the sea. Which maketh Arcturus, Orion, and Pleiades, and the chambers of the south. Which doeth great things past finding out; and wonders without number.

     Notice the above picture of Mary telling Elisabeth that Jesus is all powerful. This week Jesus showed Brother Bob for the first time in thirty years the incredible testimony and powerful words of Mary. Take time to speak out loud and meditate on this awesome testimony from Mary at Luke 1:49 that proclaims the power of Jesus and says For He that is mighty hath done to me great things; and holy is His name. And His mercy is on them that fear Him from generation to generation. He hath shewed strength with His arm; He hath scattered the proud in the imagination of their hearts. He hath put down the mighty from their seats, and exalted them of low degree. He hath filled the hungry with good things; and the rich He hath sent empty away. He hath holpen his servant Israel, in remembrance of His mercy.

     Paul also praised the Lord Jesus for his glorious power. Paul said at Colossians 1:10 That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God; Strengthened with all might, according to His glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness; Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light; Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of His dear Son.

Let's All Tithe By Blessing The Poor

     Today's bible study was inspired by a book that Brother Bob has been listening to on audio called Beatitudes by Thomas Watson written around 1659 found at the website sermonaudio. Thomas Watson always reminded the saints that the true tithe needs to be given to the poor. Brother Bob will prove this by many scriptures listed below. Get saved with Jesus and give your tithes to the storehouse that the Lord Jesus said is poor people. The five little poor orphans in the picture above are reminding us to not forget them and to have pure religion listed at James 1:27. Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world. 

Compare Malachi 3:10 and Mark 10:21 To Learn How To Tithe

     The Hebrew definition for storehouse is treasure house in heaven. The Greek definition for treasure house in heaven is storehouse. The Lord Jesus said that when you give to the poor you tithe and give to the storehouse that is the treasure house in heaven. Malachi 3:10 says Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse (treasury or treasure house in heaven), that there may be meat in my house, and prove me now herewith, saith the Lord of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.

     Mark 10:21 says Then Jesus beholding him loved him, and said unto him, One thing thou lackest: go thy way, sell whatsoever thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure (storehouse) in heaven, and come, take up the cross, and follow me. I encourage you to believe the words of the Lord Jesus instead of any earthly man and give your tithes to poor people (the true storehouse in heaven).  Thomas Watson said that the poor man's hand is Christ's treasury and there is nothing lost that is put there. Offerings should be given to preachers that bless you with the Word of God. Luke 10:7 says The labourer (called a teacher) is worthy of his hire.

     When you bless the poor with tithes and give offerings to preachers you can never outgive God. Luke 6:38 says Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give unto your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again. When you give, give cheerfully and not grudgingly. 2 Corinthians 9:7 says Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver. And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work. Jesus said at Acts 20:35 It is more blessed to give than to receive.

     From the beginning of time the tithe has always been given to the poor. In the days of Moses, at the end of every three years all the people would give their tithes to poor strangers, widows, and fatherless children so the poor people could eat and be satisfied. To prove that the bible says that the tithe needs to be given to the poor study Deuteronomy 14:28. At the end of three years thou shalt bring forth all the tithe of thine increase the same year, and shalt lay it up within thy gates: And the Levite, because he hath no part nor inheritance with thee, and the stranger, and the fatherless, and the widow, which are within thy gates, shall come, and shall eat and be satisfied; that the Lord thy God may bless thee in all the work of thine hand which thou doest.

     During the days of Moses when saints harvested their land, they left food or gleanings in the corners of their fields so the poor could be blessed with a tithe blessing of food. Boaz obeyed this law from Moses and blessed the poor, allowing poor Ruth to gather gleanings of food from the corners of his field. We should always remember the poor and save blessings for the needy according to Leviticus 19:9. And when ye reap the harvest of your land, thou shalt not wholly reap the corners of thy field (leaving a blessing for the poor), neither shalt thou gather the gleanings (grain left behind by reapers to feed the poor) of thy harvest.

     The bible says that the Jews used to give two tithes. The first tithe was called a perpetual tithe to the Levite for their service of the tabernacle of the congregation. Numbers 18:21 says And, behold, I have given the children of Levi all the tenth in Israel for an inheritance, for their service which they serve, even the service of the tabernacle of the congregation. 

     The second tithe was a tithe freewill offering to the poor for the stranger, fatherless, and the widow for a celebration during a feast. Deuteronomy 16:10 says And thou shalt keep the feast of weeks unto the Lord thy God with a tribute of a freewill offering of thine hand, which thou shalt give unto the Lord thy God, according as the Lord thy God hath blessed thee: And thou shalt rejoice before the Lord thy God, thou, and thy son, and thy daughter, and thy manservant, and thy maidservant, and the Levite that is within thy gates, and the stranger, and the fatherless, and the widow, that are among you, in the place which the Lord thy God hath chosen to place his name there.

     Note the different blessings that the rich and poor people gave to assist in the building of the tabernacle pictured above. Notice that the rich people gave jewels of gold, rings, bracelets, earrings, and fine linen, but also notice that the poor people could only give goat's hair for the covering of the tabernacle. But everyone that was rich or poor blessed the building of the tabernacle. Don't say that you are too poor and have nothing to help the poor. Just consider and listen to poor people and God will bless you financially and give you peace. Proverbs 19:17 says He that hath pity upon the poor lendeth unto the Lord; and that which he hath given will He pay him again. 

     If you don't have money to bless the poor, just consider the poor and the Lord Jesus will bless you. Say kind words to poor people by calling or texting them with encouraging words. Psalm 41:1 says Blessed is he that considereth (not pays) the poor: the Lord will deliver him in time of trouble. The Lord will preserve him, and keep him alive; and he shall be blessed upon the earth: and thou wilt not deliver him unto the will of his enemies. The Lord will strengthen him upon the bed of languishing: thou wilt make all his bed in his sickness.

     When the tabernacle was built, people said I desire to bring something to the building of thy temple, if not gold to make the mercy seat, if not silk to make the curtains, and even if I'm poor just some cheap ordinary goats' hair for the tabernacle's covering that I might not be found in the number of those that brought nothing to thy temple. Determine today to give something (even a little blessing to the poor and the preachers) so that the Lord Jesus can bless your tithes and offerings.

     The Lord Jesus did not look at the smallness of the gift of two mites given by a poor widow, but at the largeness of her generous heart that remembered the poor with all the living that she had. Luke 21:1 says And He looked up, and saw the rich men casting their gifts into the treasury. And He saw also a certain poor widow casting in thither two mites. And He said, Of a truth I say unto you, that this poor widow hath cast in more than they all: For all these have of their abundance cast in unto the offerings of God: but she of her penury (poverty) hath cast in all the living that she had. Remember the overlooked beatitude spoken by the Lord Jesus at Acts 20:35. It is more blessed to give than to receive (no matter if you are rich or poor).

     Don't think that your little blessing like the goat's hair given above amounts to little. Little is much when God is in it. In the eyes of the Lord Jesus whatever small blessing a poor person gives is precious in the sight of God. In the days of Moses, he that could not bring a lamb for an offering, if he brought two turtledoves or two young pigeons, it sufficed. Leviticus 5:7 says And if he be not able to bring a lamb, then he shall bring for his trespass, which he hath committed, two turtledoves, or two young pigeons, unto the Lord; one for a sin offering, and the other for a burnt offering. 

     Thomas Watson had an answer to people who said But I do not have anything to bestow upon the necessity of others. Have you anything to bestow upon your own lusts, have you money to feed your pride, and you can not find anything to relieve the poor people who belong to Jesus. Thomas Watson stated that you can bless the poor without any money by sympathizing with the poor, praying for the poor, or speaking a kind word of comfort to them. If you can not afford to give a poor person gold, you can speak a word in due season that will be like apples of gold in pictures of silver. Proverbs 25:11 says A word fitly spoken is like apples of gold in pictures of silver. In other words a kind word spoken at the right time is valuable like apples of gold and beautiful like pictures of silver. A kind word can save someone's life. Just as an expensive and beautiful piece of art, wisely spoken words are a rare and valuable treasure that can build up others, heal a hurting heart, or diffuse a volatile situation.

     Jesus said at John 6:63 It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life. Note that kind words from the Word of God who is Jesus give people life, joy, strength, and peace. Proverbs 15:23 says A man hath joy by the answer of his mouth: and a word spoken in due season, how good is it. Proverbs 18:21 says Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof. 

     The story about the picture above can be found at Exodus 35:21 that says And they came, every one whose heart stirred him up, and every one whom his spirit made willing, and they brought the Lord's offering to the work of the tabernacle of the congregation, and for all his service, and for the holy garments. And they came, both men and women, as many as were willing hearted, and brought bracelets, and earrings, and rings, and tablets, all jewels of gold (for the mercy seat of the tabernacle); and every man that offered offered an offering of gold unto the Lord. And every man, with whom was found blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine linen (for the curtains of the tabernacle), and goats' hair, and red skins of rams, and badgers' skins (given by the poor people for the covering of the tabernacle), brought them. Notice that everything given to build the tabernacle from expensive gold and silver from rich people to cheap ordinary goat's hair from poor people was precious in Jesus' sight.

     Notice the picture above of an ancient animal that used to live in India called a Griffin. Thomas Watson wrote about the Griffin that reminded him of professed christians who were so stingy and never blessed any poor people, yet proclaimed that they loved the Lord Jesus. An animal called a Griffin used to exist that guarded the gold of India who had four feet and wings, looking like an eagle. One did not know whether to classify this creature among the beasts or the fowl. Penurious (excessively stingy) Catholic votaries (outwardly religious monks or nuns) are like Griffins that have the wings of a professed saint by which they seem to fly to heaven but also have the feet of a sinful beast that remains excessively stingy on this earth. It's hard to classify these professed christians among the godly or among the wicked.

     Brother Bob says christians should not say I've given all my tithes to the church and will not bless the poor. Thomas Watson stated that one of the greatest reproaches to christianity is a devout miser. To the contrary, christians should say Lord Jesus let me always be willing to give my tithe to the poor while I bless the preachers of the church with offerings. Titus 1:16 explains these false religious people who won't lift a little finger to help the poor and says They profess that they know God; but in works they deny Him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate.

     Here's some more scriptures proving that the tithe must be given to the poor that will result in great blessings given to saved saints from the Lord Jesus. Deuteronomy 15:7 says If there be among you a poor man of one of thy brethren within any of thy gates in thy land which the Lord thy God giveth thee, thou shalt not harden thine heart, nor shut thine hand from thy poor brother: But thou shalt open thine hand wide unto him, and shalt surely lend him sufficient for his need, in that which he wanteth. 

     Leviticus 25:35 says And if thy brother be waxen poor, and fallen in decay with thee; then thou shalt relieve (strengthen) him: yea, though he be a stranger, or a sojourner; that he may live with thee. James 2:15 says If a brother or sister be naked, and destitute of daily food, and one of you say unto them, Depart in peace, be ye warmed and filled; notwithstanding ye give them not those things which are needful to the body; what doth it profit?

     Psalm 112:9 says He hath dispersed (bestowed largely with a great blessing to the poor), he hath given to the poor; his righteousness endureth for ever; his horn shall be exalted with honour. Thomas Watson said to disperse means to bless the poor with a large tithe offering like water that overflows the banks; not a meager dispersing of a mere trifle. Thomas Watson noted that the flowers are munificent (very generous) and give large blessings of honey to the bees; yet the flowers are blessed producing more honey while they gloriously blossom every spring. These flowers exhibit the promise of Luke 6:38 that says Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.

     Notice the pictures above of a loaf of Brownberry whole wheat bread and a bottle of Ice Mountain spring water. The bread and water remind us of a rich man named Dives and a beggar named Lazarus. Thomas Watson said Because Dives denied Lazarus a crumb of bread, Dives was denied a drop of water in hell.

     Remember the penalty that Dives suffered for forgetting poor Lazarus. On the earth, Lazarus asked Dives for just a crumb of bread and Dives was so cruel to the poor and denied Lazarus just a little crumb of bread. But notice that after both Dives and Lazarus died, in hell, Dives had to ask Lazarus for just a drop of water to cool his tongue because Dives was tormented in hell fire's flames. In hell, Dives was denied a drop of water because on earth he forgot poor Lazarus and denied Lazarus a crumb of bread. James 2:13 says For he shall have judgment without mercy, that hath shewed no mercy; and mercy rejoiceth against judgment (this means that when Lazarus by the mercy of Jesus escaped the judgment of hell, Lazarus was seen rejoicing in peaceful heaven because the mercy of Jesus saved him from the judgment of hell).

     Luke 16:19 says There was a certain rich man (Dives) which was clothed in purple and fine linen, and fared sumptuously every day: And there was a certain beggar named Lazarus, which was laid at his gate, full of sores, And desiring to be fed with the crumbs which fell from the rich man's table: moreover the dogs came and licked his sores. And it came to pass, that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels into Abraham's bosom: the rich man also died, and was buried; And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom.

     And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame. But Abraham said, Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivedst thy good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things: but now he is comforted, and thou art tormented. And beside all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed: so that they which would pass from hence to you cannot; neither can they pass to us, that would come from thence.

     Here's some more scriptures about blessing and being merciful to the poor. In the days of Moses, people earned their livelihoods as millers that used nethers (lower millstones) and upper millstones to make bread that they sold to pay off their debts and meet their needs. The nether millstone is the stationary bottom stone of a set of millstones used for grinding grain. The upper millstone or rider stone rotates over the nether stone to crush the grain into flour and make bread. Moses said to be merciful to these millers and that creditors should not take their nethers or upper millstones so millers could make bread and pay off their pledges and debts. 

     Deuteronomy 24:6 says No man shall take the nether or the upper millstone to pledge (defined as taking property or goods to secure a loan): for he taketh a man's life to pledge. A pledge for a debt is a legal agreement where a borrower (pledgor) provides a valuable asset as collateral to a lender (pledgee) to secure a loan.

     1 Timothy 6:17 says Charge them that are rich in this world, that they be not highminded, nor trust in uncertain riches, but in the living God, who giveth us richly all things to enjoy; That they do good, that they be rich in good works, ready to distribute, willing to communicate. Titus 3:8 says This is a faithful saying, and these things I will that thou affirm constantly, that they which have believed in God might be careful to maintain good works; These things are good and profitable unto men.

That Jesus died on the cross for you, was buried, and rose again

Be Rewarded And Bless Jesus By Giving Tithes And Offerings To The Poor

     Friends today Brother Bob wants to encourage my friends everywhere to remember to bless Jesus by remembering to help poor needy widows and orphans. A saint received a great blessing when they blessed the precious little boy pictured above with a cup of cold water. Matthew 10:42 says And whosoever shall give to drink unto one of these little ones a cup of cold water only in the name of a disciple, verily I say unto you, he shall in no wise lose his reward. For anyone who reads this bible study forevermore, remember when you bless the poor, you bless Jesus and receive great rewards. Matthew 25:40 tells us And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as you have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.

     Now Brother Bob wants all my friends everywhere to take time to look up the true definition of storehouse to understand the true meaning of where to give your tithes and offerings for Jesus to obtain a blessing where the windows or floodgates of heaven will be opened and pour you out a blessing where there shall not be room enough to receive it. The two bible scriptures to compare to understand the meaning of giving tithes and offerings to the storehouse are Malachi 3:10 and Mark 10:21. Take time to go to the website blueletterbible and look at the definition of the word storehouse in Malachi 3:10 and then look at the definition of the word treasure in Mark 10:21 and you will learn that Jesus said in Mark 10:21 that when we give to the poor we give to the storehouse in heaven because storehouse is called the treasure house in heaven. Therefore Brother Bob says to all my friends bless poor widows, orphans, and little children everywhere and give the true tithe and offering for Jesus while you all receive great blessings forevermore. James 1:27 says Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world.

     I encourage all my friends everywhere to take time to read a wonderful christian book by Thomas Watson from the 1600s titled Beatitudes and learn much about blessing the poor and being rewarded. Thomas Watson said for a wedge of gold that you have parted with to bless the poor, ye shall have a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory. For a cup of cold water that you give to a little orphan child, you shall have rivers of pleasure which run at God's right hand forevermore. 2 Corinthians 4:17 says For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory. (A far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory is called a vast and transcendant blessedness beyond understanding).

     Now take time to look at the above picture of a blessed woman noted in the book of Acts named Tabitha or Dorcas who was blessed to be raised from the dead by Peter because she daily gave alms to the needy, did good works, and blessed the poor with coats and garments. To Brother Bob, Dorcas is a very blessed woman and one day in heaven, I hope to have the privilege of meeting Dorcas who is eternally remembered and honoured for blessing the poor. Proverbs 19:17 says He that hath pity (note this says pity not paying the poor so take time to just listen to the poor and be blessed) upon the poor lendeth unto the Lord; and that which he hath given will He pay him again (note you will be paid for just considering and pitying the poor).

     The story about how Dorcas blessed many poor people with coats and garments and was rewarded with life is at Acts 9:36 and says Now there was at Joppa a certain disciple named Tabitha, which by interpretation is called Dorcas: this woman was full of good works and almsdeeds which she did. And it came to pass in those days, that she was sick, and died: whom when they had washed, they laid her in an upper chamber. And forasmuch as Lydda was nigh to Joppa, and the disciples had heard that Peter was there, they sent unto him two men, desiring him that he would not delay to come to them. Then Peter arose and went with them. When he was come, they brought him into the upper chamber: and all the widows stood by him weeping, and shewing the coats and garments which Dorcas made, while she was with them. But Peter put them all forth, and kneeled down, and prayed; and turning him to the body said, Tabitha, arise. And she opened her eyes: and when she saw Peter, she sat up. And he gave her his hand, and lifted her up, and when he had called the saints and widows, presented her alive.

     Friends everywhere, I encourage you to be like Dorcas and remember the poor and be rewarded with peace, blessings, and everlasting life. Jesus remembers all our kind deeds to the poor and rewards our charitable kindness to the needy. Hebrews 6:10 says For God is not unrighteous to forget your work and labour of love, which ye have shewed toward His name, in that ye have ministered to the saints, and do minister. In Jesus name I claim for all my friends everywhere who read this bible study when they bless the poor to receive the blessings listed in Psalm 41:1 for just considering the poor. Psalm 41:1 says Blessed is he that considereth the poor: the Lord will deliver him in time of trouble. The Lord will preserve him, and keep him alive; and he shall be blessed upon the earth: and thou wilt not deliver him unto the will of his enemies. The Lord will strengthen him upon the bed of languishing (Jesus will strengthen anyone who is discouraged): thou wilt make all his bed in his sickness (you will not be in any sick bed and rise up and live when you remember and bless the poor).

     Take time to meditate on this wonderful quote from Thomas Watson from the 1600s about the blessing of placing money in a poor person's hand. Thomas Watson said the poor man's hand is Jesus' treasury and there's nothing lost that is put there. Take time to read the promise of Proverbs 11:24 that says There is that scattereth, and yet increaseth; and there is that witholdeth more than is meet, but it tendeth to poverty. The liberal soul shall be made fat: and he that watereth shall be watered also himself. Also, rejoice in the promise of Luke 6:38 that says Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.

     Take a look at the picture above and see another blessed man who daily blessed the poor named Cornelius who because of his kindness to the poor was rewarded and visited by an angel who promised Cornelius the blessing of the Holy Ghost that the Gentile Cornelius received from Peter shortly thereafter. The story about the above picture of Cornelius and the angel is at Acts 10:3: He saw in a vision evidently about the ninth hour of the day an angel of God coming in to him, and saying unto him, Cornelius. And when he looked on him, he was afraid, and said, What is it, Lord? And he said unto him, Thy prayers and thine alms are come up for a memorial before God. Like Cornelius friend anywhere reading this, your kind alms and deeds to the poor are memorials to God that are rewarded and remembered by Jesus forevermore.

     The prophet Isaiah told us all that the true fast was to bless and assist the poor daily. Take time to read the blessings that the prophet Isaiah told us we all would receive if we daily blessed the poor and did a true fast for Jesus. Isaiah 58:6 says Is not this the fast that I have chosen? to loose the bands of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, and to let the oppressed go free, and that ye break every yoke? Is it not to deal thy bread to the hungry, and that thou bring the poor that are cast out to thy house? when thou seest the naked, that thou cover him; and that thou hide not thyself from thine own flesh? Then shall thy light break forth as the morning, and thine health shall spring forth speedily: and thy righteousness shall go before thee; the glory of the Lord shall be thy rereward (note rereward is the blessing of being gathered together to be with the Lord Jesus in the kingdom of God forevermore).

     Take time to read these other blessed scriptures that show us that when we bless the poor we will be remembered forever and never moved where our children also shall receive a blessing. Psalm 37:25 says I have been young and now am old; yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread. He is ever merciful, and lendeth; and his seed is blessed (Hallelujah, our seed or children receive a blessing when we remember and assist the poor). Psalm 112:5 says A good man sheweth favour, and lendeth: he will guide his affairs with discretion; Surely he shall not be moved for ever: the righteous shall be in everlasting remembrance. Let's all follow the directions of King Solomon and do Ecclesiastes 11:1 that says Cast thy bread upon the waters: for thou shalt find it after many days. Give a portion to seven, and also to eight; for thou knowest not what evil shall be upon the earth.

     For my final picture and thought for today, Brother Bob gives you all a precious smiling boy experiencing sweet pleasant sleep from Jesus. Jesus revealed to Brother Bob this week what it means when the bible says that our sleep shall be sweet because Jesus keeps us all when we sleep. I claim in Jesus name from this day on and forevermore that the sleep of anyone reading this will be sweet and peaceful with no fear where Jesus and the angels keep, guard, protect, and watch over them every time that they sleep.

     Take time to meditate on and claim the true Hebrew meanings of Proverbs 3:24 and Proverbs 6:22 that talk about pleasant sleep because Jesus protects us all during sleep. Brother Bob the other week received the promises of pleasant sleep with Jesus, and every day now my sleep is peaceful with dreams daily about Jesus and the bible. Proverbs 3:24 says When thou liest down, thou shalt not be afraid: yea, thou shalt lie down, and thy sleep shall be sweet (in other words our sleep with Jesus will be pleasant and pleasing). Note that Proverbs 6:22 is talking about wisdom that is Jesus because Jesus is wisdom listed at 1 Corinthians 1:30. Proverbs 6:22 says When thou goest, it (Jesus) shall lead thee; when thou sleepest, it (Jesus) shall keep thee (in other words when you sleep Jesus will with His angels all around our beds guard, protect and watch over you); and when thou awakest, it (Jesus) shall talk with thee.

Get Saved, Repent, Decide To Stop Sinning,

Confess That Jesus Is God, And Believe The Gospel,

That Jesus Died On The Cross For You, Was Buried, And Rose Again

Revelations About The Fir And Myrtle Trees; Learn Why Sinners Are Purged And Cleansed With Hyssop Dipped In The Blood Of The Lamb Jesus

     Notice the pictures above of a fir tree and a myrtle tree. Did you know that the prophet Isaiah spoke about the fir tree and the myrtle tree at Isaiah 55:13 that says Instead of the thorn shall come up the fir tree, and instead of the brier shall come up the myrtle tree: and it shall be to the Lord for a name, for an everlasting sign that shall not be cut off. To understand Isaiah 55:13 one must look at the Hebrew definitions of the words fir, myrtle, and brier. I encourage all my friends everywhere to use the website blueletterbible and when you look up words in the bible for searches check the Strongs box above every search to see numbers by every word of the bible. Just left click the number and you will see the Hebrew and Greek definitions for every word of the bible to reveal the mysteries of the Word of God.

     After Brother Bob studied the Hebrew definitions for Isaiah 55:13, let's look at the Hebrew meaning of this anointed bible verse. In Hebrew, Isaiah 55:13 says Instead of the thorn shall come up the fir tree (a noble tall cypress tree that has stateliness and is noted for fruit bearing), and instead of the brier (doubtful) shall come up the myrtle tree (springing forth and growing rapidly with life): and it shall be to the Lord for a name, for an everlasting sign that shall not be cut off.

     Notice the fir tree above and remember with Jesus in our lives we will bear fruit and obtain stately nobility as kings and priests like a fir tree and thorns will disappear. Jesus said at John 15:5 I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing. Revelation 1:5 says And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto Him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in His own blood. And hath made us kings and priests unto God and His Father; to Him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.

     Next look at the myrtle tree above and praise Jesus that with Jesus in our lives we will receive life where rivers of living water will flow and spring forth from us like a myrtle tree where doubtful briers will disappear forever. 1 John 5:11 says And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in His Son. He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life. John 7:37 says In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink. He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water. Jesus said at John 4:14 But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.

     Notice the two pictures above and learn that when Jesus came into the world there was great peace and when Jesus left out of the world, Jesus left everyone with a great legacy of peace. The Lord Jesus gives christians peace that passeth all understanding yesterday, and to day, and for ever. When Jesus came into the world and was seen by the shepherds in the first picture above there was a great peace. 

     Luke 2:8 says And there were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night. And, lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore afraid. And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people. For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord. And this shall be a sign unto you; Ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger. And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying, Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men.

     Next look at the second picture above and thank the Lord Jesus for leaving everyone a legacy of peace after He left this world when you read the words of Jesus at John 14:27. Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. 2 Thessalonians 3:16 says Now the Lord of peace himself give you peace always by all means. The Lord be with you all. Psalm 119:165 says Great peace have they which love thy law: and nothing shall offend them. If you love the KJV Word of God who is Jesus, you will have great peace and nothing shall offend you.

     King David reaffirmed that the Lord Jesus gives everlasting peace at Psalm 76:2. In Salem (peace) also is His tabernacle, and His dwelling place in Zion (a sunny place). Philippians 4:7 says And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. The Lord Jesus said at John 16:33 These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.

     Notice the picture above and remember to be blessed with Jesus we must daily deny our flesh, living sanctified holy lives. 1 Peter 1:15 says But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation; Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy. Hebrews 12:14 says Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord. Jesus said at Luke 9:23 If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me.

     Get saved, repent, decide to stop sinning, confess that Jesus is God, and believe the gospel that Jesus died on the cross for you, was buried, and rose again. The blood of Jesus will cleanse you from all sin and make you holy and acceptable to God. 1 John 1:7 says But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.

     Remember that it is God's will for us to live sanctified holy lives because 1 Thessalonians 4:3 says For this is the will of God, even your sanctification, that ye should abstain from fornication. And remember the blessing that King David said that you will receive for living a holy life for Jesus at Psalm 73:1 that says Truly God is good to Israel, even to such as are of a clean heart.

     Daily read, meditate, and memorize the KJV Word of God to live holy and receive peace to overcome this troubled world. Take time to study the following three scriptures that prove that the KJV Word of God will create total purity in our lives that is pleasing to God. John 15:3 Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you. Psalm 119:140 says Thy word is very pure: therefore thy servant loveth it. John 17:17 Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.

     Notice the picture above of a man using a hyssop plant dipped in the blood of the Lamb Jesus to purge and cleanse his house of sin so that death and plagues must pass over and not harm his house. Psalm 51:7 says Purge (cleanse) me with hyssop, and I shall be clean: wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow. The hyssop plant was used to purge and cleanse sinners because the blood of the Lamb Jesus on the hyssop plant cleanses us from all sin and makes us whiter than snow. 1 John 1:7 says But if we walk in the light, as He is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin. Isaiah 1:18 says Come now, and let us reason together, saith the Lord: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.

     The story about the man in the picture above using hyssop to place the blood of the Lamb Jesus on his door is recorded at Exodus 12:21. Then Moses called for all the elders of Israel, and said unto them, Draw out and take you a lamb according to your families, and kill the passover. And ye shall take a bunch of hyssop, and dip it in the blood that is in the bason, and strike the lintel (the upper part of a doorway) and the two side posts with the blood that is in the bason; and none of you shall go out at the door of his house until the morning. The blood of the Lamb on the two side posts represents the two thieves crucified by our Lord Jesus Christ. The blood of the Lamb on the upper lintel of the doorway represents the Lord Jesus Christ crucified above the two thieves to bear the sins of all mankind.

     Applying the blood of the Lamb Jesus with a hyssop plant (used for medicinal purposes) to the top lintel and the two side posts created a specific motion. If you visualize a person reaching up to the top lintel and then to both sides, the movement mirrors the shape of the cross of Calvary or a protective covering over the entrance and the home. Exodus 12:13 says And the blood shall be to you for a token (sign) upon the houses where ye are: and when I see the blood, I will pass over you, and the plague shall not be upon you to destroy you, when I smite the land of Egypt.

Sinners Saved By Grace

     We are all sinners needing the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ to save and deliver us from all our sins. In the picture above Peter is telling Jesus that he does not need to be washed from his sins and allow Jesus to wash his feet. John 13:8 says Peter saith unto him, Thou shalt never wash my feet. Jesus answered him, If I wash thee not, thou hast no part with me. Friend reading this in any nation, remember if you do not allow Jesus to wash you, you will have no part with Jesus. Right now get saved, repent, decide to stop sinning, confess that Jesus is God, and believe the gospel that Jesus died on the cross for you, was buried, and rose again.

     Brother Bob like the prophet Isaiah states to all the nations Isaiah 58:1 and says Cry aloud, spare not, lift up thy voice like a trumpet, and shew my people their transgression, and the house of Jacob their sins. Friends, it's important to realize that we all need Jesus daily and must know that we are lost helpless sheep and sinners having no direction without Jesus. Jesus said at John 15:5 I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing. I pray in Jesus name all my friends everywhere can say Lord Jesus wash me constantly for I admit that I am a sinner that daily needs to be washed by you. After you daily do this, thank and praise Jesus for dying for you on the cross and giving you life and peace daily.

     Take time to meditate on all the following scriptures that prove that we are sinners that must be washed daily by Jesus. Job stated at Job 9:30 If I wash myself with snow water, and make my hands never so clean; Yet shalt thou plunge me in the ditch, and mine own clothes shall abhor me. King David stated at Psalm 53:2 God looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, that did seek God. Every one of them is gone back: they are altogether become filthy; there is none that doeth good, no, not one. Romans 3:23 tells us For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God. Proverbs 30:12 says There is a generation that are pure in their own eyes, and yet is not washed from their filthiness.

     The prophets also testified that we are sinners that must be washed daily by Jesus. The prophet Isaiah stated at Isaiah 1:6 From the sole of the foot even unto the head there is no soundness in it. He also stated at Isaiah 64:6 But, we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away. The prophet Jeremiah also stated at Jeremiah 2:22 For though thou wash thee with nitre (soap), and take thee much soap, yet thine iniquity is marked before me, saith the Lord God. He also stated at Jeremiah 13:23 Can the Ethiopian change his skin, or the leopard his spots? then may ye also do good, that are accustomed to do evil. I pray in Jesus name friend when you read these scriptures that you realize that we are all sinners that daily need Jesus to live and survive in this world. Hallelujah, God has provided an answer to deliver us from sin in one word Jesus.

     For Brother Bob's next picture above, Brother Bob wants to share with my friends everywhere a tremendous revelation from Jesus at Psalm 119:176. Right now friend reading this anywhere, look up to heaven and say the words of Psalm 119:176 to the Lord Jesus. Say I have gone astray like a lost sheep; seek thy servant; for I do not forget thy commandments. I pray in Jesus name anyone reading this forevermore can say along with King David Lord Jesus seek me; I'm a lost sinner that has gone astray. And the good news for all my friends everywhere is that when you say this Jesus will seek for you and save you like the picture above where Jesus sought and saved the lost sheep. Luke 19:10 says For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost.

     Take time to meditate on the following scriptures that prove that we are all lost sinful sheep gone astray needing Jesus to seek and save us all daily. Isaiah 53:6 says All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the Lord hath laid on Him the iniquity of us all. 1 Peter 2:25 says For ye were as sheep going astray; but are now returned unto the Shepherd and Bishop of your souls. Psalm 58:3 tells us The wicked are estranged from the womb: they go astray as soon as they be born, speaking lies. But friend after you read the above verses, rejoice when you read the words of Jesus at Luke 5:32 that says I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance. Brother Bob prays in Jesus name, that all my friends everywhere will do the promise of John 10:4 that says And when He putteth forth his own sheep, He goeth before them, and the sheep follow Him: for they know His voice.

     Meditate on Galatians 3:13 that says Christ hath redeemed us (where Jesus' blood bought us out of sin and delivered and set us free) from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree. Romans 10:4 says For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth. Therefore any curse in the old or new testament does not apply to you after you get saved and you can not lose your salvation.

     You might say Brother Bob why then is the curse of the law placed in the bible. There is a reason for this stated at Galatians 3:24 that says Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith. But after that faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster. You see the letter made us realize that we were sinners needing faith in Jesus to set us free. After we come to Jesus by faith we can now rejoice that we are free and no longer under the schoolmaster law. We need to pray for sinners that reject Jesus because without Jesus these sinners are under the curse of the law. This is why it is so important to be saved and set free from the curse of the law. John 8:36 tells us If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.

     Brother Bob wants to also proclaim to all nations that when you make Jesus Lord of your lives, you all will be free from all generational curses. Let's all take time to study about Jabez who was cursed by his mother when she named him sorrow. Remember even though Jabez's mother cursed her son Jabez and called him sorrow and sorry, Jesus still blessed Jabez and honoured and answered the prayer of Jabez. Remember friend reading this, if people of this world around you curse you for serving Jesus, like Jabez, Jesus will bless you and grant your prayers. Take time to meditate on the prayer of Jabez at 1 Chronicles 4:9 that the Lord Jesus granted that says And Jabez was more honourable than his brethren: and his mother called his name Jabez, saying, Because I bare him with sorrow. And Jabez called on the God of Israel, saying, Oh that thou wouldst bless me indeed, and enlarge my coast, and that thine hand might be with me, and that thou wouldest keep me from evil, that it may not grieve me. And God granted him that which he requested. Lord Jesus, Brother Bob prays in Jesus name all my friends everywhere that read this will rejoice that they are blessed with Jesus and free from any curse from their families or the world.

     Brother Bob did a study the other day about the four listed prophetesses of the bible. Even though the old testament prophetesses were named with bad names, Jesus blessed these four prophetesses. The three prophetesses of the old testament were Miriam (rebellion), Deborah (bee), and Huldah (weasel), and the one prophetess of the new testament was Anna (grace). Also note that Ahab called Elijah a troubler of Israel but Jesus blessed Elijah and allowed Elijah to get caught up alive to glory in the presence of Jesus on a chariot of fire.
