Jesus Is The Truth; The Devil Is A Fake Imitator Part Two

     It's time to continue our discussion that Jesus is the truth and the devil is a fake imitator. Saved saints are called the new Jerusalem bride of Christ coming down out of heaven to sit upon the chief cornerstone that is the Lord Jesus Christ. Pictured above we see the apostle John's vision of the new Jerusalem bride of Christ at Revelation 21:2 And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.

     Now notice that the devil tries to imitate the new Jerusalem bride church sitting on our Lord Jesus (the chief cornerstone foundation). The devil has a Babylon great whore false apostate church sitting on the antichrist beast. Revelation 17:3 tells us So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman (the great whore false apostate church) sit upon a scarlet coloured beast (the antichrist), full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns. Revelation 17:5 goes on to say And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS, AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.

     We see that the devil tries to imitate and be like Jesus. Jesus is the truth and the devil is a liar. Jesus is God in the flesh and Judas is the devil in the flesh. Jesus is the true Lion of the tribe of Judah; but the devil is a fake imitating powerless lion. Revelation 5:5 proclaims Jesus to be the true Lion of the tribe of Juda saying And one of the elders saith unto me, Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Juda, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof. 1 Peter 5:8 describes the fake imitating devil roaring like a lion (notice the devil is a little l powerless lion and Jesus is a capital L Lion of the tribe of Juda). Be sober, be vigilant, because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour.

     You might say Brother Bob how can I protect myself from the devil and his fake imitations? Brother Bob says daily by faith tell the devil I am crucified with Jesus Christ and covered by the blood of Jesus that overcomes satan. The other day Jesus showed Brother Bob and his friend Tiffany that the blood of Jesus is the most powerful weapon to daily defeat the devil. Revelation 12:11 says we overcome (conquer victoriously) the devil by the blood of Jesus. In other words, the blood of Jesus totally defeats and puts the final whammy on the devil. The Word of God and the name of God (Jesus) are also powerful weapons to fight against the devil but not as powerful as the blood of Jesus.

     The Word of God will make the devil flee but won't overcome the devil like the blood of Jesus. When Jesus quoted the Word of God to the devil during His temptations in the wilderness, the devil would flee and come back again. The name of Jesus casts out devils (Mark 16:17 says In my name (Jesus) shall they cast out devils) but will not overcome and totally defeat the devil like the blood of Jesus. Quote the Word of God daily and post the name Jesus on your homes and everywhere to make the devil flee; but remember it's the blood of Jesus, the same yesterday, to day, and for ever according to Hebrews 13:8 that will give anyone total victory to conquer and overcome the devil. God showed Brother Bob that the blood of Jesus is a fence around any saint that the devil can not go through.

     Simply stated; faith in Jesus Christ, the cross, and the blood of Jesus are the only ways to receive peace in this entire universe. Instead of drugs, alcohol, and fornication when you are stressed, place your stress daily by faith on the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ by saying I am crucified with Jesus Christ and covered by the blood of Jesus and watch your problems disappear. Hebrews 2:14 promises that when our problems are placed on the cross, they will be destroyed forevermore. When Jesus died on the cross, Jesus destroyed him that had the power of death, that is the devil and all our problems. And the blood of Jesus is the evidence and proof to the devil that our problems are destroyed forevermore.  Right now, worship and thank the Lord Jesus for dying on the cross for sinners and shedding His precious blood that gives us all total victory daily over the devil.      

  

     OK back to our discussion about how Jesus is the truth and the devil is a fake imitator. 2 Corinthians 11:14 tells us And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. During the time of Moses, God would create and remove plagues. Satan's magicians also would create the same plagues, but unlike God, satan's magicians could not remove the plagues. Therefore Pharoah had to constantly ask the God of Moses and not his magicians to remove the plagues.

     When Pharoah and the Egyptians did not let Moses and his people go, God plagued Egypt with frogs. Moses told the Pharoah at Exodus 8:2 And if thou refuse to let them go, behold, I will smite all thy borders with frogs: And the river shall bring forth frogs abundantly, which shall go up and come into thine house, and into thy bedchamber, and upon thy bed, and into the house of thy servants, and upon thy people, and into thine ovens, and into thy kneadingtroughs. Wow, Pharoah and the Egyptians had frogs in their beds, ovens, and kneadingtroughs.

     After the frogs plagued Pharoah, Pharoah said to Moses and Aaron at Exodus 8:8 Intreat the Lord, that he may take away the frogs from me, and from my people; and I will let the people go, that they may do sacrifice unto the Lord. Then Moses asked the Pharoah at Exodus 8:9 When shall I intreat for thee, and for thy servants, and for thy people, to destroy the frogs from thee and thy houses, that they may remain in the river only?

     Now, notice Pharoah's stupid response to Moses at Exodus 8:10. Pictured above Pharoah told Moses you don't have to immediately remove the frogs; I'll sin one more night with the frogs everywhere in the beds, ovens, and kneadingtroughs; Moses you can remove the frogs to morrow. Today, many sinners like Pharoah choose to enjoy sin one more night and delay getting saved.

     Unlike Pharoah, get saved right now today and not to morrow. You might not have time to make a decision to be saved tomorrow. Get saved, repent, decide to stop sinning, confess that Jesus is God, and believe the gospel that Jesus died on the cross for you, was buried, and rose again. God says at 2 Corinthians 6:2 I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succoured (helped) thee: behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.

 

     Pictured above we see a rich ruler who was a fake counterfeit christian kneeling before Jesus. Mark 10:17 says And when He (Jesus) was gone forth into the way, there came one running, and kneeled to Him, and asked Him, Good Master, what shall I do that I may inherit eternal life? The rich ruler looked like a true christian by kneeling before Jesus, while he boasted in his good works calling Jesus Good Master. But he was a phony fake imitation of a christian, not willing to make Jesus God of his life.

     This rich ruler told Jesus all his good works by saying I did not commit adultery, I did not kill, I did not steal, I did not bear false witness or defraud, and I honoured my father and mother. Jesus responded at Mark 10:21 One thing thou lackest: go thy way, sell whatsoever thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven (called the storehouse; note to give to the storehouse according to Jesus we must give our tithes and offerings to the poor): and come, take up the cross, and follow me. Mark 10:22 says the rich ruler was sad at that saying, and went away grieved: for he had great possessions.

     Notice that the rich ruler was not willing to follow Jesus to get saved. All his good works of not killing, not stealing, not committing adultery, calling Jesus Good Master, and kneeling before Jesus could not save him. He looked good, but he refused Jesus who was his only ticket for salvation. This proves that only faith in the Lord Jesus, believing Jesus died for us on the cross, was buried, and rose again (and not good works) can save anyone. Jesus said at John 14:6 I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. Titus 3:5 says Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His (Jesus') mercy He (Jesus) saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost.

     It's a lie for parents to tell their kids, you be a good little child and you'll go to heaven, but if you're a bad little child, you'll go to hell. You don't go to heaven because you're a good little child and you don't go to hell because you're a bad little child. You go to heaven or hell because of what you do with Jesus Christ during this life. If a person repents, decides to stop sinning, confesses that Jesus is God, and believes the gospel that Jesus died on the cross for them, was buried, and rose again, they will go to heaven. If a person rejects the Lord Jesus, that person will go to hell.

     Note also that repentance is required to be saved. Repentance means to turn from your sins (for most people this is drinking, smoking, and fornication) and live with our Lord Jesus by meditating on the Word of God. 2 Corinthians 7:10 says For godly sorrow worketh repentance to SALVATION not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death. The prophet Isaiah had to repent first by saying  at Isaiah 6:5 Woe is me. for I am undone; because I am a man of unclean lips, and I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips before he could be saved and say at Isaiah 6:8  Here am I (Lord); send me.

What God Does With Our Sins After Salvation With The Lord Jesus

     Let's learn what God does with our sins after salvation with the Lord Jesus. Psalm 32:1 says Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered (by the blood of Jesus). Blessed is the man unto whom the Lord imputeth not iniquity (does not consider, reckon, remember, or take into account a christian's past sins before, during, or after salvation), and in whose spirit there is no guile. Get saved, repent, decide to stop sinning, confess that Jesus is God, and believe the gospel that Jesus died on the cross for you, was buried, and rose again.

     First, pictured above we see that after someone gets saved, the Lord Jesus casts that person's sins into the depths of the sea. It doesn't matter what sins you have done in the past. Get saved because the bible says that God will abundantly pardon and forgive you and will never remember your sins again. Isaiah 55:7 says Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the Lord, and He will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for He will abundantly pardon (not just pardon, but abundantly pardon).

God Casts Our Sins Into The Depths Of The Sea To Be Remembered No More

No Man Is Able To Walk In The Lowest Depths Of The Sea And Discover Sin

     Don Walsh and Jacques Piccard invented a submarine called the Trieste pictured above that is a unique deep sea research vessel known as a bathyscaphe (meaning deep boat). The Trieste could withstand 16000 pounds of pressure per square inch at the lowest ocean's depth. On January 23, 1960, their bathyscaphe, the Trieste, touched the ocean floor at a record depth of 35,797 feet. Don Walsh and Jacques Piccard reached the Challenger Deep that is the deepest known region of the world's oceans at the Mariana Trench located in the Western Pacific Ocean 200 miles southwest of Guam. This extreme depth is nearly 7 miles below sea level. To place this into perspective, if Mount Everest (at 29.031 feet) were placed at the bottom of the trench, its peak would be submerged under more than a mile of water.

     Don Walsh and Jacques Piccard reached the deepest known region of the world's oceans but could not walk on the ocean's floor. To date no human has ever walked on the bottom of the Mariana Trench. All exploration has been done from within thick walled pressurized vehicles or via remote controlled robots.  At those depths, the water pressure of over 16000 pounds per square inch makes it impossible for humans to walk on the ocean's floor.. This is why God placed our sins in the deepest depths of the sea where no man could find them and God would remember them no more. 

     God told Job at Job 38:16 Hast thou entered into the springs of the sea? or hast thou walked in the search of the depth? In other words God has made it impossible for man to search for and walk in the deepest depths of the seas. American oceanographer Don Walsh could not walk in search of the depths of the sea after his submarine touched down at 35,797 feet below sea level while exploring the Mariana Trench. Don Walsh found fish at that level living in temperatures of 38 degrees but could not get out of the submarine and walk around the ocean's floor. God's Word is true. Hast thou walked in search of the depth? I don't think so. 

God Casts Our Sins Into The Depths Of The Sea To Be Remembered No More

No Man Is Able To Walk In The Lowest Depths Of The Sea And Discover Sin

     On March 26, 2012, James Cameron made history by completing the first solo dive to the bottom of the Challenger Deep in the Mariana Trench. Submerging in a custom built, 24 foot vertical submersible called the DeepSea Challenger pictured above, he reached a depth of 35,797 feet but also could not walk on the ocean's floor. After three hours of exploration, James Cameron identified 68 new species, including various microbes and supergiant amphipods (shrimp like crustaceans) that grew up to 7 inches long (much larger than their shallow water relatives). 

     I'm glad that God didn't place my sins on the backside of the moon. Man discovered the backside of the moon when some bird built a flying contraption and landed on the moon but man can't find my sins that Jesus placed in the lowest depths of the sea. This is why after salvation, God cast all our sins into the depths of the sea never to be remembered or found again by man. This is why Micah 7:18 says Who is a God like unto thee, that pardoneth iniquity, and passeth by the transgression of the remnant of his heritage? he retaineth not his anger for ever, because he delighteth in mercy. He (Jesus) will turn again, he will have compassion upon us; he will subdue our iniquities; and thou wilt cast all their sins into the depths of the sea. 

     Soon God will remove the sea with our sins that will be forgotten and removed forever. Revelation 21:1 says And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea. No more sea with its storms, scares from sharks and squids, or sin that separates us from God.

      When you get saved with the Lord Jesus your sins are forgotten forever and placed in the lowest depths of the sea that can not be found. Your sins are not floating on the surface of the sea where they can be found by man or God. Corrie Ten Boom said that God buries our sins in the depths of the sea and then puts up a sign that reads, "No fishing." Our sins separate us from God. But when you get saved with the Lord Jesus, your sins will be forgotten forever and the blood of Jesus will cleanse you from all your sins that are placed in the undiscoverable lowest depths of the sea. 1 John 1:7 says But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.

Become A Was Not Like Enoch

Instead Of An Astronaut Or A Cosmonaut

     Right now get saved, repent, decide to stop sinning, confess that Jesus is God, and believe the gospel that Jesus died on the cross for you, was buried, and rose again. Jesus promises saved saints at Hebrews 10:17 And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more. What a blessing to know that the blood of the Lord Jesus will remove our sins forever. Revelation 1:5 says And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto Him (Jesus) that loved us, and washed us from our sins in His own blood. If the devil ever makes you feel guilty for your past sins, say I am crucified with Jesus Christ and the blood of Jesus has removed my sins and guilt forever. Tell the devil I don't live here anymore. Jesus lives in me and my temple is occupied no vacancy devil and the precious blood of Jesus Christ has removed my sins forever.

     Notice in the picture above that when America sends a person to the moon, we call that person an astronaut. When Russia sends a person to the moon, we call that person a cosmonaut. But Brother Bob says I don't want to be an astronaut or a cosmonaut, I want to be a was not like my hero Enoch. Hebrews 11:5 says By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and WAS NOT found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God. Let's all please Jesus like Enoch and become was nots on this earth where we soon will be caught up to be with Jesus in the clouds.

Isaiah's Prophecy About A Circular Earth

      Next notice that before the news reporter David Brinkley stated in 1969 that astronauts on the moon confirmed that the earth was round and circular, the prophet Isaiah in the Word of God said that the earth was round and circular. Isaiah 40:22 says It is He (the Lord Jesus pictured above) that sitteth upon the circle of the earth, and the inhabitants thereof are as grasshoppers; that stretcheth out the heavens as a curtain, and spreadeth them out as a tent to dwell in. The Word of God declared that the earth was round and a circle thousands of years before Christopher Columbus or any astronaut discovered that the earth was round and a circle.

Jesus Was Born From A Borrowed Womb And Rose From A Borrowed Tomb

     Man has incorrectly stated in the revised standard version of the bible at Isaiah 7:14 that a young woman instead of a virgin shall bring forth a son named Immanuel. The King James version of the bible correctly states at Isaiah 7:14 Therefore the Lord Himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin (not a young woman) shall conceive, and bear a son (Jesus), and shall call His name Immanuel (God). The King James version of the bible correctly states at Matthew 1:23 Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.  Isaiah said that Jesus is Immanuel God before Jesus was born a baby on this earth. Matthew 1:23 said that baby Jesus is Emmanuel God with us because Jesus is God manifest in the flesh on this earth (1 Timothy 3:16). 

     People that defend the revised standard version of the bible (like Jehovah Witnesses) say that Jesus is not God and just a great man and teacher born from an earthly father and young woman named Mary. They say that it is a biological impossibility for Jesus to not have both an earthly father and mother. But Jesus is the Son of God born of a virgin. Adam had no earthly father and mother. Therefore Jesus could have a virgin mother and no earthly father because God is His Father. 

Modern Bible Translations Of Luke 2:33 Undermine The Virgin Birth Of Jesus

     The KJV bible correctly says at Luke 2:33 And Joseph (Jesus' adopted father) and his mother marvelled at those things which were spoken of him. All the modern translated bibles deny the virgin birth of the Lord Jesus (even the NKJV with a footnote) and say Joseph (not God) is the father (little f father) of the Lord Jesus. God is the (capital F Father) of the Lord Jesus and not Joseph. The NIV bible says The child's father and mother marveled at what was said about him. The amplified bible says The child's legal father and his mother were amazed at what was said about him. The NLT bible says Jesus' parents were amazed at what was being said about him. 

     Scholars that support the modern translation (the child's father) in Luke 2:33 say that the KJV bible at Luke 2:48 uses similar parental language. Mary says to the young Jesus Son, why hast thou thus dealt with us? behold, thy father and I have sought thee sorrowing. The KJV bible avoids any contradiction because the next verse provides an immediate clarification. In Luke 2:49 Jesus responds to Mary How is it that ye sought me? wist ye not that I must be about my Father's business. Luke intentionally places Mary's words ("thy father" referring to Joseph) right next to Jesus' first recorded words to Mary ("my Father" referring to God). This contrast highlights that while Joseph is his earthly, legal father, God is his true, divine Father.  

     Only read and study a perfect infallible KJV bible that correctly says that the Lord Jesus is virgin born where God is His Father. God the Father called His Son Jesus God at Hebrews 1:8. But unto the Son He (the Father) saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom. Jesus is God both of the dead and the living. Romans 14:9 says For to this end Christ both died, and rose, and revived, that he might be Lord both of the dead and living.

     The other day I heard about a man that went to a psychiatrist and said doctor I think I'm a dog. The psychiatrist said How long has this been going on? The man said ever since I was a puppy. Then another man went to a psychiatrist and said doctor I think I'm a goat. The psychiatrist said how long has this been going on? The man said ever since I was a kid. Finally another man went to a psychiatrist and said doctor my brother thinks he's a chicken. Can you help him? The psychiatrist said tell him he's not a chicken.      People might say Brother Bob you shouldn't tell jokes on your website. Brother Bob responds by quoting Matthew 6:16 Be not as the hypocrites of a sad countenance. Proverbs 17:22 says A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones. Nehemiah 8:10 says the joy of the Lord is your strength.

 

Learn About Jesus From Animals, Birds, Trees, Flowers, And Nature

     Everything in the creation is groaning and waiting for Jesus to return and take us to heaven. We can learn about the Lord Jesus from animals, birds, trees, flowers and everything in nature. Romans 8:22 says For we know that the  whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now. And not only they, but ourselves, also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body. 

    Notice the pictures above of the sheep in the pastures and the corn in the valleys. Be like the sheep and the corn and give the Lord Jesus a sacrifice of praise. Hebrews 13:15 says By Him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to His name. If you don't feel like praising the Lord Jesus, praise Jesus anyhow and give the Lord Jesus a sacrifice of praise. 

     Job 12:7 says But ask now the beasts, and they shall teach thee: and the fowls of the air, and they shall tell thee: Or speak to the earth, and it shall teach thee: and the fishes of the sea shall declare unto thee. Psalm 65:13 says The pastures are clothed with flocks (sheep); the valleys also are covered over with corn; they shout for joy, they also sing. If you walk through a cornfield, you will hear the corn praising the Lord Jesus while it stretches and grows. Psalm 92:1 says It is a good thing to give thanks unto the Lord, and to sing praises unto thy name, O most High. To shew forth thy lovingkindness in the morning, and thy faithfulness every night.

     Flowers are one of the most awesome things that the Lord Jesus created. You can learn from watching them. Flowers are not bothered by wind, rain, or storms. The flower says to the storm, I will not let you stop me from becoming beautiful and blossoming with a sweet smelling fragrance. Every winter I see my lilies and tulips in front of my apartment seem to disappear. But in the spring and summer the lilies and tulips reappear and blossom beautifully with a sweet smelling fragrance. 

     Like the flowers, don't let the troubles of this world stop you from witnessing the Lord Jesus everywhere. Matthew 5:16 says Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven. Keep witnessing Jesus everywhere and be a sweet savour of blessing to lost sinners. 

     2 Corinthians 2:14 says Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savour of His knowledge by us in every place. For we are unto God a sweeet savour of Christ, in them that are saved, and in them that perish: To the one we are the savour of death unto death; and to the other the savour of life unto life. And who is sufficient for these things? 

     Like the flowers that disappear in the winter and resurrect in the spring, christians soon will resurrect with glorified bodies during the rapture. Jesus said at John 6:40 And this is the will of Him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on Him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day. 

     Romans 8:11 says But if the Spirit of Him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, He that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by His Spirit that dwelleth in you. 1 Corinthians 6:14 says And God hath both raised up the Lord, and will also raise up us by His own power. 2 Corinthians 4:14 says Knowing that He which raised up the Lord Jesus shall raise up us also by Jesus, and shall present us with you.

     Pictured above we learn why crows are not harmed by cars on the highway. Whenever a crow sees a car coming on the highway from a telephone pole, that crow signals to all the crows in the area saying CAR, CAR, CAR. 

      Isaiah 55:12 says For ye shall go out with joy, and be led forth with peace: the mountains and the hills shall break forth before you into singing, and all the trees of the field shall clap their hands. The birds are singing praises to Jesus in the mountains and the hills (birds have bills but they keep on singing); the branches on the trees of the field are clapping their hands while they praise our Lord Jesus. 

Blessed Jokes To Make You Smile

     Notice what happened to Jonah after he walked away from the whale on a beach pictured above. If Jonah met his friend on the beach and that friend said Hey Jonah we're having broiled fish tonight for dinner. Come by and eat with us. I could see Jonah say phew, no way, you can keep your fish.

     Three fellas in the bible had their appetites changed after life changing experiences. After the whale ride, Jonah didn't want any more fish. After the rooster crowed, Peter didn't want any more chicken. And after the prodigal son got out of the hog pen, he didn't want any more pork chops.

     A policeman stopped a preacher who had a bottle of wine on the back seat of his car. The preacher told the cop, officer that's only water on the back seat. After the cop tasted the wine, the cop said phew, preacher, that ain't water, that's wine. The preacher replied Praise the Lord He done did it again. God turned the water into wine.

     A duck went into Walmart to buy chapstick. The cashier told the duck "Will that be cash or charge?" The duck replied "Put it on my bill." She's a Roamin' Catholic. Why did the chicken only cross halfway across the road? She wanted to lay it on the line. What did the buffalo say to his son when he left him off at school? Bison. Why did the snail paint an S on his race car? So when he drove by anyone, they could say Hey look at the S car go (escargot). Why did the scientist put a knocker on his door? He wanted to win the Nobel prize.

Jesus Is The Truth; The Devil Is A Fake Imitator

     Today we will learn that Jesus is the truth and that the devil is only a fake imitator. The devil imitates the church with the synagogue of satan. The devil imitates God's ministers with satan's ministers of unrighteousness. The devil imitates Christ with the antichrist. Pictured above we see that Jesus is the true second white horse rider from the book of Revelation. Revelation 19:11 says And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True (Jesus), and in righteousness He doth judge and make war.

      But earlier in the book of Revelation we see an earlier white horse antichrist rider who is a fake imitator and the strong delusion sent to deceive people left behind on the earth during the great tribulation after the catching up of the saints. Revelation 6:2 describes this first white horse antichrist rider and says And I saw, and behold a white horse; and he that sat on him (the antichrist) had a bow; and a crown was given unto him (by God to be a strong delusion and deceive many because they rejected Jesus): and he went forth conquering, and to conquer.

     This first antichrist white horse rider has no power with a bow and no arrows and just one dinky crown given to him by God to be a strong delusion that deceives many people. But the second white horse rider who is Jesus has all power with many crowns and will have victory over the antichrist beast and the false prophet when Jesus casts them both alive into the lake of fire. Revelation 19:12 describes the second white horse rider Jesus and says His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns (not just one dinky crown like the antichrist first white horse rider); and He had a name written, that no man knew, but He Himself.

     So we see that there are two white horse riders in the book of Revelation pictured above. First the antichrist white horse rider at Revelation 6:2 and then the second white horse rider who is Jesus at Revelation 19:11. The first antichrist white horse rider comes from beneath and ascends out of the bottomless pit. This is proven by Revelation 17:8 that says The beast (antichrist) that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit. Jesus who is the second white horse rider comes from above to be the king of this earth for 1000 years. The first antichrist white horse rider comes at the beginning of earth's sorrows and is a false promiser of peace where war, famine, death, and hell follow him on red, black, and pale horses (Revelation 6:4-8 where the first four seals are opened). Jesus (the second white horse rider) comes at the end of earth's sorrows and brings peace and prosperity for 1000 years and forevermore (Revelation 19:11-15).

      2 Thessalonians 2:7 promises that saved saints will be taken out of the way and caught up to be with Jesus in the clouds forevermore before the Wicked antichrist (the first white horse rider) is revealed during the great tribulation. 2 Thessalonians 2:7 says For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth (the church holding back the appearance of the antichrist) will let, until he be taken out of the way (saints being caught up to be with Jesus in the clouds) (Then after the saints are caught up) shall that Wicked (antichrist beast) be revealed.

    1 Thessalonians 4:16 describes the catching up of the saved saints before the appearance of the first antichrist white horse rider during the great tribulation and says For the Lord Himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel (Michael), and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Wherefore comfort one another with these words. Jesus is coming back with a shout and I'm going up with a shout.

     Note that the prophet Daniel said that the seven year great tribulation will not begin until the antichrist beast is revealed and confirms a covenant treaty for one week or seven years. Daniel 9:27 says And he (the antichrist) shall confirm the covenant (treaty) with many for one week (the seven year tribulation) . Hallelujah, saved saints will not be on the earth for one second of the great tribulation because the antichrist can not be revealed until after the catching up of the saints to be with our Lord Jesus in the clouds (proven by 2 Thessalonians 2:7 promising that the saved saints will be taken out of the way before the Wicked antichrist is revealed).

     I pray in Jesus name my friends everywhere can say along with Brother Bob, I'm going to be saved on the honeymoon with Jesus caught up in the clouds getting ready for the marriage to the Lamb Jesus and not be around for one second of that great tribulation mess. Friends, after saved saints are caught up to be with Jesus, the saved saints will return to earth on white horses along with the second white horse rider Jesus at the end of the great tribulation.

     Revelation 19:14 says And the armies which were in heaven (notice that the armies are the caught up saved saints that are in heaven with Jesus and not on the earth during the great tribulation) followed Him (Jesus) upon white horses, clothed in fine linen (Revelation 19:8 says the fine linen is the righteousness of the saints), white and clean. Get saved today and join God's blessed army. Get saved, repent, decide to stop sinning, confess that Jesus is God, and believe the gospel that Jesus died on the cross for you, was buried, and rose again.

     Take time to read the following scriptures proving that saved saints will be caught up with Jesus and not be on the earth for one second of the seven year great tribulation wrath and the strong delusion of the antichrist first white horse rider. Revelation 3:10 says Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee form the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth. 1 Thessalonians 1:10 says And to wait for His Son from heaven, whom He raised form the dead, even Jesus, which delivered us from the wrath (great tribulation) to come.

     Romans 5:9 says Much more then, being now justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath (the great tribulation) through Him. 1 Thessalonians 5:9 says For God hath not appointed us to wrath (the great tribulation), but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ. Finally Luke 21:36 says Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass (the great tribulation), and to stand before the Son of man.

     I pray in Jesus name that anyone reading this and all the saints can say I'm looking for the Christ in the air and not the antichrist on this earth during the great tribulation. Many people rejected the God (Jesus) who became a man but they will receive the man who will claim to be God (the beast antichrist). 

     Titus 2:13 tells us to look for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ (who will appear soon at an unknown time called a mystery in the air). 1 Corinthians 15:51 says Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

     Note that after the saved saints are caught up, then a strong delusion that is the first white horse antichrist rider will be the first thing to appear in the great tribulation to deceive the people left behind on the earth. The first antichrist white horse rider will deceive many people because they did not receive the Lord Jesus and did not love and worship Jesus. Many people will be deceived and think that the first antichrist white horse rider is Jesus because of his dinky crown and not realize that Jesus is the second white horse rider that has many crowns.

     2 Thessalonians 2:9 speaks of this and says Even him (the antichrist), whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders. And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth (Jesus), that they might be saved. And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion (the first antichrist white horse rider), that they should believe a lie; That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

     Notice that the scripture above says people living in the great tribulation might (not will) be damned and have hope to be saved. And some of these people living in the great tribulation will get saved by enduring to the end. This is stated at Matthew 24:13 that says But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

 

     Let's compare two scriptures proving that Jesus is the truth and that the devil is a fake imitator. At Revelation 1:8 Jesus said I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty (called Almighty God in Greek). So Jesus is, was, and is to come. Jesus was there when everything started. Jesus started it all. And Jesus is going to be there when it all ends. He's going to end it all.

     Now let's look at Revelation 17:8 that describes the beast antichrist who is a fake imitator of our Lord Jesus . Revelation 17:8 says The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition (destruction): and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.

     Wow, the beast only was, is not, and yet is. This beast antichrist was and is not and is powerless and yet is because he will be tormented forevermore with the devil in the lake of fire. But Jesus is real and the truth who is, and was, and is to come. Jesus always existed and will exist forevermore with His saints in peace in the kingdom of God. Colossians 1:16 speaks about Jesus and says For by Him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by Him (Jesus), and for Him: And He is before all things, and by Him all things consist.

     Also note that there is the Father, Son, and the Holy Ghost. The devil again tried to imitate this by creating the devil, the beast, and the false prophet. Jude 11 discusses three people (Cain, Korah, and Balaam) who went down into the pit of hell and represent the devil, the beast, and the false prophet. It is recorded that Korah went down alive into the pit of hell after the earth opened up her mouth and swallowed him up because he rebelled against Moses (Numbers 16:31-33). Jude 11 says that Cain and Balaam are also with Korah in the pit of hell. Woe unto them. for they have gone in the way of Cain, and ran greedily after the error of Balaam for reward, and perished in the gainsaying of Core (Korah).

     We see the devil, beast, and false prophet in Cain who is a murderer of Abel representing the devil, Korah who is a beast or false leader of a rebellious people, and finally Balaam who is a false prophet who after he first blessed God's people caused the children of Israel to stumble by committing fornication with beautiful Midianitish women. This is proven by Revelation 2:14 that says But I have a few things against thee, because thou hast there them that hold the doctrine of Balaam, who taught Balac to cast a stumblingblock before the children of Israel, to eat things sacrificed unto idols, and to commit fornication.

     Balaam is the Judas Iscariot of the old testament who was like Judas and for money was willing to teach King Balac to send beautiful Midianitish women to the children of Israel to commit fornication and curse God's people. Both Judas Isacariot and Balaam are destroyed forevermore because they loved money and this world more than our Lord Jesus. Jesus condemned Judas to the bottomless pit and the lake of fire at John 17:12 saying While I was with them in the world, I kept them in thy name: those that thou gavest me I have kept, and none of them is lost, but the son of perdition (Judas Iscariot who went to his own place in the bottomless pit and not hell according to Acts 1:25), that the scripture might be fulfilled. 

      Note that the Son of perdition beast antichrist in the bottomless pit who is Judas Iscariot is also called Abaddon and Apollyon all meaning destruction perdition at Revelation 9:11).The end place of Judas Iscariot (the antichrist that was, and is not, and yet is), the false prophet, and the devil will be the lake of fire.

The Jailor And Shimei

     Pictured above we will learn how the jailor got saved after a great earthquake freed Paul and Silas from prison. Acts 16:25 says And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God: and the prisoners heard them. And suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken: and immediately all the doors were opened, and every one's bands were loosed. And the keeper of the prison awaking out of his sleep, and seeing the prison doors open, he drew out his sword, and would have killed himself, supposing that the prisoners had been fled.

     But Paul truly loved his enemy the jailor and said to the jailor at Acts 16:28 Do thyself no harm: for we are all here. Then he (the jailor) called for a light, and sprang in, and came trembling, and fell down before Paul and Silas. Now notice the question the jailor asked Paul at Acts 16:30; Sirs, what must I do to be saved? Paul replied at Acts 16:31 to be saved Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house. Right now friend reading this anywhere obey the Word and Paul's instructions for salvation like the jailor. Get saved, repent, decide to stop sinning, confess that Jesus is God, and believe the gospel that Jesus died on the cross for you, was buried, and rose again.

 

     Notice that to be saved and go to heaven, Paul told the jailor that he must repent, decide to stop sinning, confess that Jesus is God, and believe the gospel that Jesus died on the cross, was buried, and rose again. Paul didn't tell the jailor to go to a Latin speaking, bead counting, robe wearing priest who calls himself a father, and the bird ain't even married, and to top it off he dresses like momma. No, Paul told the jailor to go to the Lord Jesus for salvation and not a sinful priest or pope.

     Friend reading this anywhere, salvation is through a person named the Lord Jesus Christ. A priest or pope can not save you. Only the Lord Jesus can save anyone. Focus daily on the Lord Jesus and do not be distracted by looking to a priest or any person on this earth for salvation. Jesus is God and saves; not a priest or pope. John 17:3 proves this and says And this is life eternal (salvation forevermore), that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent. In other words know Jesus who is the only true God and receive life eternal and salvation.

     1 Timothy 2:5 says For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus (not a priest or a pope). The pope needs to take off his bonnet and robe and get under the feet of our Lord Jesus like every sinner and repent to go to heaven. Matthew 23:9 warns us And call no man your father upon the earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven (the Lord Jesus Christ).

     Now, notice in the picture above that our Lord Jesus was blessed to be baptized by John the Baptist. Baptism is a blessing but is not a requirement to be saved. Paul did not tell the jailor that he had to be baptized in water to be saved. No, Paul just told the jailor to Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and he would be saved. The thief who was on a cross by our Lord Jesus got saved and went to paradise with Jesus without being baptized (that thief got drycleaned and made it to heaven and eternal salvation without water baptism).

     The blood of Jesus shed at the cross (the same yesterday, to day, and for ever according to Hebrews 13:8) and not water baptism will wash us from our sins. Revelation 1:5 says And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto Him (Jesus) that loved us, and washed us from our sins in His own blood (not water). If water could save us we would sing What can wash away my sins; nothing but the water. What can make me whole again; nothing but the water. O precious is the flow that makes me white as snow, no other fount I know; nothing but the water. No, the truth is what can wash away my sins nothing but the blood of Jesus. I'm not saved by water; I'm saved by the blood of the crucified one; my Lord Jesus Christ.

     If water saved us, instead of singing At the cross, at the cross, where I first saw the light, we'd all be singing At the millpond, at the millpond, where I first got dunked. If water saved us, instead of singing Amazing Grace how sweet the sound, we'd all be singing Amazing baptism how sweet the splash. Learn a lesson today friends everywhere, Jesus and not water saves us. If a person got baptized with all the catfish and shook hands with all the tadpoles, without Jesus he would die and go to hell. I just had to add this; How do catholics make holy water? They boil the hell out of it. And when the devils tried to get the pigs baptized by running them down a steep cliff into the water, the pigs died and did not receive salvation; but the devils came out of the pigs saying water regeneration (now we can enjoy some deviled ham). Again, baptism doesn't save; Only Jesus saves.

     Alright, one other note about how Paul told the jailor to be saved. Paul said that if the jailor got saved, everyone in his house also would be saved. Note that only the jailor's family members that stayed with him in his house got saved. If one of the jailor's relatives did not believe that Jesus is God, died on the cross, was buried, and rose again, and left the jailor's house, that relative would not be saved and go to hell. Philippians 2:12 says we all must work out our own salvation with fear and trembling.

     Pictured above we see that a man named Korah and his followers who rebelled against Moses went down alive into the pit of hell when the earth opened up and swallowed them. Numbers 16:33 speaks about what happened to Korah and his followers: They, and all that appertained to them, went down alive into the pit (hell), and the earth closed upon them: and they perished from among the congregation.

     But, Korah's sons went to heaven and got saved. I'll prove this to you. If you look at Psalm 45 notice that it is written by King David to the sons of Korah. The sons of Korah got saved and went to heaven instead of hell. Psalm 45:15 proves that the sons of Korah are in heaven: With gladness and rejoicing shall they be brought: they shall enter into the king's palace. Instead of thy fathers shall be thy children, whom thou mayest make princes in all the earth. I will make thy name to be remembered in all generations: therefore shall the people praise thee for ever and ever.

     So we learn that a father can go to hell while a son goes to heaven. Also a wife can go to hell, while a husband goes to heaven. This occurred when Lot's wife didn't make it out of the surrounding cities around Sodom, turning into a pillar of salt, and going to hell. Lot's wife turned into a pillar of salt because salt makes a person thirsty and in hell everyone's thirsty like the rich man Dives who couldn't get one drop of water to quench his thirst in hell.

      Lot's wife was warned not to look back at Sodom and Gomorrah and she disobeyed and as a result went to hell. Jude 7 proves this by saying Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire (note that fire is eternal in hell where Lot's wife is who died in a city surrounding Sodom and Gomorrah).

     But Lot, unlike his wife, made it to heaven by obeying God and not looking back at sinful Sodom and Gomorrah. Lot made it to a safe city named Zoar, got saved, and lived. Friends, this is why it is so important to witness to your loved ones and enemies and save lost sinners because each person on this earth has to work out their own salvation with fear and trembling. A father can't save a son, a son can't save a father, a mother can't save a daughter, a daughter can't save a mother, a husband can't save a wife, and a wife can't save a husband. Only the Lord Jesus can save anyone. Right now, tell all your relatives and enemies to get saved, repent, decide to stop sinning, confess that Jesus is God, and believe the gospel that Jesus died on the cross for you, was buried, and rose again.  It's a command by Jesus that we all should obey at Mark 16:15 saying Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel (the death, burial, and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ) to every creature.

     OK, to end up today's bible study let's learn about a man named Shimei pictured above. Shimei is mentioned in the first picture at 2 Samuel 16:13 and says And as David and his men went by the way, Shimei (called renowned and famous) went along on the hill's side over against him, and cursed as he went, and threw stones at him, and cast dust. David told his soldiers to ignore Shimei saying at 2 Samuel 16:12 It may be that the Lord will look on mine affliction, and that the Lord will requite me good for his cursing this day.

     But, after David was restored to be the king over Israel by defeating his son Absalom, Shimei in the second picture asked for David's forgiveness by a ferry boat. This is recorded at 2 Samuel 19:18 and says And there went over a ferry boat to carry over the king's household, and to do what he thought good. And Shimei the son of Gera fell down before the king, as he was come over Jordan. And said unto the king, Let not my lord impute iniquity unto me, neither do thou remember that which thy servant did perversely the day that my lord the king went out of Jerusalem, that the king should take it to his heart.

     Shimei went on to say at 2 Samuel 19:20 For thy servant doth know that I have sinned: therefore, behold, I am come the first this day of all the house of Joseph to go down to meet my lord the king. But Abishai the son of Zeruiah answered and said, Shall not Shimei be put to death for this, because he cursed the Lord's anointed? And David said, What have I to do with you, ye sons of Zeruiah, that ye should this day be adversaries unto me? shall there any man be put to death this day in Israel? for do not I know that I am this day king over Israel? Therefore the king said unto Shimei, Thou shalt not die. And the king sware unto him.

     Alright notice that Shimei's father was Gera. Notice also that Shemei had a left handed brother who was a judge named Ehud with the same father named Gera. Judges 3:15 states that Ehud's father was Gera. Ehud was a left handed man that fought against a very fat king named Eglon of Moab. Left handed Ehud delivered the children of Israel from fat Eglon by killing Eglon with a sword. This was day that lefty let fatty have it or we could call it the day that lefty gave fatty the shaft in a contest titled lefty vs. hefty.

     OK, let's return to our discussion about what happened to Shimei. After King David died, King Solomon allowed Shimei to build the house pictured above in Jerusalem by the brook Kidron. But Solomon warned Shimei that if he ever passed over the brook Kidron that he would die. This is recorded at 1 Kings 2:36 saying And the king (Solomon) sent and called for Shimei, and said unto him, Build thee an house in Jerusalem, and dwell there, and go not forth thence any whither. For it shall be, that on the day thou goest out, and passest over the brook Kidron, thou shalt know for certain that thou shalt surely die: thy blood shall be upon thine own head. And Shimei said unto the king, The saying is good: as my lord the king hath said, so will thy servant do. And Shimei dwelt in Jerusalem many days.

     But, if you read from 1 Kings 2:39-46 you will learn that after three years Shimei disobeyed King Solomon's command when he crossed the brook Kidron to recover his lost servants from Gath. As a result, King Solomon had Shimei put to death by Benaiah. It's interesting to note that the Hebrew definition for Kidron is a dark place. Shimei thought he could hide from Solomon in the darkness of Kidron and disobey the king's command to not cross the brook Kidron. But Solomon learned about Shimei's disobedience and had Shimei put to death.

     Proverbs 28:13 says He that covereth his sins (like Shimei) shall not prosper: but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy. Friends, unlike Shimei, let's obey the instructions in the Word of God and avoid the sinful dark places called Kidron. Romans 6:23 says For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. Titus 2:12 says Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world; Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ.

     Neighbor, God sees everything we do and sees all our sins in the darkness of Kidron. This should make us all obey Luke 9:23 where Jesus said If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me. For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: but whosoever will lose his life for my sake, the same shall save it. Unlike Shimei, avoid dark sinful Kidron and daily live for the Lord Jesus because Proverbs 15:3 says The eyes of the Lord are in every place, beholding the evil and the good. Also Hebrews 4:13 says Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in His sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of Him with whom we have to do.
