How Will Christians And Sinners Appear During The Millennium
Very soon the rapture will happen where all the christians (dead and alive that ever lived) will be caught up to live in peace forever with the Lord Jesus in heaven. After the rapture there will be a seven year tribulation on this earth and only the tribulation saints that did not take the mark of the beast and endured to the end of the tribulation will get saved. At the end of the seven year tribulation, saved old testament saints will also be caught up to join the bride christians in heaven with Jesus. After the seven year tribulation, the Lord Jesus will return to this earth with his saints to be the King of kings for one thousand years during the millennium to rule and reign with peace.
During the millennium christians with glorified bodies will live with sinners that need to get saved. The devil will be bound in the bottomless pit for one thousand years. Sin will exist during the millennium because at the end of the millennium, the devil will be released from the bottomless pit and multitudes of sinners will reject Jesus and be cast into the lake of fire during the great white throne judgment. Jesus will burn up this heaven and earth, creating new heavens and a new earth with the new Jerusalem where all the saved saints will live in peace forever with no devil and no sin.
How will christians and sinners appear during the millennium? Christians will have perfect glorified bodies during the millennium but sin will remain on this present earth for one thousand years. Even though the Lord Jesus is King of this earth, many sinners will reject Jesus. Isaiah 65:19 describes how sinners will appear during the millennium. And I (Jesus) will rejoice in Jerusalem, and joy in my people: and the voice of weeping shall be no more heard in her, nor the voice of crying (when the Lord Jesus is King on this earth, there will be peace in Jerusalem and everywhere with no crying or weeping for one thousand years but at the end of the millennium many sinners will reject Jesus and suffer the second death in the lake of fire).
There shall be no more thence an infant of days, nor an old man that hath not filled his days: for the child shall die an hundred years old; but the sinner being an hundred years old shall be accursed. When the Lord Jesus is King during the millennium, it will be like the garden of Eden where people will live to be 900 years old. Everything on this earth will flourish with perfect peace, health, joy, and strength.
Just the thought of Jesus as King of this earth for one thousand years with eternal peace and no sickness should make anyone rejoice and praise the Lord Jesus. Sinners that get saved with Jesus during the millennium will be blessed with the youthful strength of children and not become elderly at the age of one hundred. Sinners that reject Jesus during the millennium who are one hundred years old will be accursed and cast into the lake of fire at the great white throne judgment.
Get saved and escape the 7 year tribulation and enjoy the millennium's peace
Get saved, repent, decide to stop sinning,
Confess that Jesus is God, and believe the gospel,
That Jesus died on the cross for you, was buried, and rose again
There Will Be Peace In Jerusalem And On This Earth During The Millennium
Children, Old Men, Old Women, And Animals
Will Be Peaceful During the Millennium
Zechariah 8:3 says Thus saith the Lord; I am returned unto Zion, and will dwell in the midst of Jerusalem: and Jerusalem shall be called a city of truth; and the mountain of the Lord of hosts the holy mountain. Jerusalem will no longer be called Sodom and Egypt that occurred during the seven year tribulation when the beast antichrist ruled the world. Revelation 11:8 says And their dead bodies (Moses and Elijah) shall lie in the street of the great city (Jerusalem), which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified. During the millennium, Jerusalem will be called the city of peace because the Lord Jesus rules the earth for one thousand years. The prayer of Psalm 122:6 will be granted during the millennium. Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall prosper that love thee.
Zechariah 8:4 describes how Jerusalem will be peaceful during the millennium. Thus saith the Lord of hosts; There shall yet old men and old women dwell in the streets of Jerusalem, and every man with his staff in his hand for very age. And the streets of the city shall be full of boys and girls playing in the streets thereof. Little boys and little girls will play in the peaceful streets of Jerusalem pictured above with no fear. Old men and old women who are sinners will walk peacefully through the streets of Jerusalem with no fear. No one will have to stay in a locked house and be afraid of criminals or any harm. Everything will be at peace because the Lord Jesus is King of this earth for one thousand years during the millennium.
It's important to note that Zechariah 8:4 is describing life on this earth during the millennium and not the final place of everlasting peace for the saints in the kingdom of God. During the millennium, sinners continue to grow old naturally and require a staff to walk. In the kingdom of God's new Jerusalem, there is no more aging, decay, or death. Revelation 21:4 says And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
According to millennial theology, when Jesus returns, those who survive the tribulation will enter the millennial kingdom of heaven in natural physical bodies. These millennial sinners will marry, build homes, and have children. Zechariah 8:4 speaks about the beautiful, peaceful rhythm of everyday human life flourishing under the righteous, blessed rule of the Lord Jesus during the millennium.
The Wolf And The Lamb Will Live In Peace Together During The Millennium
Isaiah 11:6 says The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb, and the leopard shall lie down with the kid, and the calf and the young lion and the fatling together; and a little child shall lead them. And the cow and the bear shall feed; their young ones shall lie down together: and the lion shall eat straw like the ox. And the sucking child shall play on the hole of the asp, and the weaned child shall put his hand on the cockatrice' den. They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain: for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea.
Soon the Lord Jesus will be the king of this earth for a thousand years during the millennium. Revelation 20:6 promises that saved saints will be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with Jesus a thousand years. Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power; but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.
No Cemeteries, Funeral Homes, Hospitals, And Old Age Nursing Homes
During The Millennium And In Heaven Forever
During the millennium with Jesus, if someone asks Where are the cemeteries and the funeral homes? The saved saints will say that there are none because no one dies with Jesus. If someone asks Where are the hospitals? The saved saints will say that there are none because no one gets sick or is crippled when Jesus is on this earth during the millennium. If someone asks Where are the old age nursing homes? The saved saints will say that there are none because no one gets old with Jesus.
Isaiah 35:5 says Then the eyes of the blind shall be opened, and the ears of the deaf shall be unstopped. Then shall the lame man leap as an hart, and the tongue of the dumb sing: for in the wilderness shall waters break out, and streams in the desert (when Jesus is on this earth for 1000 years even the desert will have streams). Jacob will no longer limp, Isaac will no longer be blind, Leah will no longer be bleary eyed, and Mephibosheth will no longer be lame.
When Jesus is king on this earth for 1000 years, it will be like the garden of Eden again and people will live for 969 years like Methuselah. Jesus will bring life, health, and peace to everything for 1000 years. Isaiah 32:15 says Until the Spirit be poured upon us from on high, and the wilderness be a fruitful field, and the fruitful field be counted for a forest. In other words with Jesus on this earth, the watermelons, apples, and strawberries will grow so large that they will be like a forest. During the millennium, the wilderness will be like the garden of Eden. Isaiah 51:3 says For the Lord shall comfort Zion, he will comfort all her waste places; and he will make her wilderness like Eden, and her desert like the garden of the Lord; joy and gladness shall be found therein, thanksgiving, and the voice of melody.
The Blessed Promise Of Isaiah 35:4
Isaiah 35:1 says The wilderness and the solitary place shall be glad for them; and the desert shall rejoice, and blossom as the rose. It shall blossom abundantly, and rejoice even with joy and singing: the glory of Lebanon shall be given unto it, the excellency of Carmel and Sharon, they shall see the glory of the Lord, and the excellency of our God. Strengthen ye the weak hands, and confirm the feeble knees. Say to them that are of a fearful heart, Be strong, fear not: behold, your God will come with vengeance; even God with a recompence; he will come and save you.
During the millennium if someone asks the saved saints Where do you go to church? The saved saints will say we go up to Jerusalem during the feast of tabernacles to worship the King named Jesus. They will proclaim Isaiah 6:1. I saw also the Lord sitting upon a throne, high and lifted up, and His train (hem of Jesus' robe) filled the temple while a great choir sings All hail the power of Jesus name; let angels prostrate fall; bring forth the royal diadem, and crown Him Lord of all.
During the millennium's feast of tabernacles, if a nation does not worship the Lord Jesus, that nation will be plagued with no rain. Zechariah 14:17 says And it shall be, that whoso will not come up of all the families of the earth unto Jerusalem to worship the King, the Lord of hosts, even upon them shall be no rain. And if the family of Egypt go not up, and come not, that have no rain; there shall be the plague, wherewith the Lord will smite the heathen that come not up to keep the feast of tabernacles.
