All About Jesus And The Word Of God

Pictured above we see the greatest book ever called the Holy Bible. The Word Of God is Jesus. Jesus is God. John 1:1 says In the beginning was the Word (Jesus), and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. Revelation 19:13 says And He (Jesus) was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and His name is called The Word of God. The bible and Jesus is above and beyond all books like the river is beyond the rill in reach; like the sun is beyond the candle in brightness; like the steel girder is beyond the wisp of straw in strength; like the ocean is beyond the mill pond in treasure and grandeur; and like the grapevine is beyond the bramble in fruitbearing.

The Word of God who is Jesus is above and beyond all books ever written past, present, and future like Niagara Falls is beyond the mill pond in power; like the Sequoia tree is beyond the roadside weed in majesty; like the wings of an eagle are beyond the wings of a sparrow in strength; like a skyscraper is beyond a dugout in height; like a tree is beyond a twig in fruitbearing; and like a cannon is beyond a popgun in far reaching power.

Song of Solomon 5:10 speaks about Jesus who is the Word of God saying My beloved (Jesus) is white and ruddy, the chiefest among ten thousand. Jesus proclaimed at Revelation 22:16 I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and offspring of David, and the bright and morning star. According to these two scriptures, if we line up ten thousand stars, Jesus, the bright and morning star, is the chiefest and brightest among ten thousand stars. Ephesians 1:21 proves that Jesus is the chiefest among ten thousand; Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come.

Jesus proclaimed at John 17:17 that the Word is truth. Sanctify them through thy truth: thy Word is truth. The Word of God is not an imaginative fictional novel or phantasmagoric mirage that has a fantastic or deceptive appearance beyond the horizon. Jesus who is the Word is the way, the truth, and the life. Pilate asked Jesus what is truth; But Pilate failed to realize that the Truth Jesus was standing right before him. Right now, unlike Pilate receive the Truth Jesus by faith. Get saved, repent, decide to stop sinning, confess that Jesus is God, and believe the gospel that Jesus died on the cross for you, was buried, and rose again.

The Word Jesus will last forever and is the answer. Psalm 119:89 says For ever, O Lord, thy Word is settled in heaven. The 1611 KJV bible is the best translation of the bible because it was the 7th English translation after Jesus died on the cross. And Psalm 12:6 declares The words of the Lord are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times. Thou shalt keep them O Lord, thou shalt preserve them from this generation forever.

Note that the 6 prior English bible translations leading up to the 7th pure and perfect 1611 KJV bible translation are listed as follows: 1) Tyndale 2) Matthew 3) Coverdale 4) Geneva 5) Bishops and 6) Great Bible. Also 6 historical bible translations leading up to the 7th pure and perfect 1611 KJV bible translation are listed as follows: 1) Hebrew 2) Aramaic 3) Syriac in Antioch 4) Greek 5) Latin and 6) German by Luther. Therefore preach, read, and study only from a 1611 KJV bible (purified seven times) that is the 7th best, pure, and perfect translation that God has preserved from this generation forever. According to Revelation 3:10, the Philadelphia church that existed during 1611 KEPT and preserved the perfect KJV translation from this generation forever. The scripture promises Because thou (the Philadelphia church) hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.

Since the beginning of time, many people have tried to remove and eliminate any memory of the bible. But the bible and Jesus have survived and will remain forever billions of years into the future. No enemy will ever steal one flower from the bible's wondrous garden; dilute one drop of honey from the bible's abundant hive; break one string on its thousand string harp; drown one sweet word in infidel ink; make dim one ray of its perpetual light; stay its triumphant progress by so much as one step; or shorten its life by so much as one brief hour.

THE BIBLE WILL ALWAYS BE THE PILGRIM'S STAFF, THE PILOT'S COMPASS,
AND THE SOLDIER'S SWORD, AND MORE BESIDES FOREVERMORE
BLESS YOU LORD JESUS FOR YOUR WORD

COMPARING THE SUBLIMITY (EXCELLENCY) AND SIMPLICITY OF JESUS

Note the following comparisons about how Jesus is both majestic with sublimity and humble with simplicity. Jesus is sublime like an eagle flying peacefully beyond the reach of anyone, yet having the simplicity of a little sparrow that twitters under the eaves or plays with its mates on the sidewalks by a village street. Jesus is sublime like a mighty ocean at full tide, yet is softly tender like ripples that whisper on a calm beach. Jesus is sublime like a mountain grandeur, yet has the simplicity of modest violets blooming in the valley.

How excellent was Jesus when He was a babe and heaven hung out its brightest star to mark His birthplace. How excellent was Jesus when He startled the wise men in the temple being only twelve years old. How excellent was Jesus when He spoke so marvelously that officers sent to arrest Him returned without Him, giving their excuse for not bringing Him "Never man spake like this man."

How excellent was Jesus when He arose from sleep in a tempest tossed boat and made the raging waves lie down like sleeping dogs at His feet and the winds howling like maniacs to whisper likes babes softly in sleep. How excellent was Jesus when He walked on the waves as though they were floors of opal and amethyst and emeralds.

How excellent was Jesus when leprosy fled from His presence where twisted limbs became straight at just His touch. How excellent was Jesus when He refused to come down from the cross. How excellent was Jesus when He arose from the dead and conquered death forever. And how excellent was Jesus when He entered the upper room, the doors being shut where the disciples were for fear of the Jews and said Peace be unto you.

Even though Jesus is the mighty God, He loved lost sinners and became a man to destroy the devil and give everyone an opportunity to be saved and live in peace forevermore. Isaiah 57:15 explained this by saying For thus saith the high and lofty One that inhabiteth eternity, whose name is Holy (Jesus); I dwell in the high and holy place, with him also that is of a contrite and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble, and to revive the heart of the contrite ones.

Even though Jesus was so excellent, Jesus loved lost sinners and became a man who died on the cross to save lost sinners. Think about this: The Lord Jesus could have remained in heaven and let all mankind be lost and go to hell. But God loved us all and sent His Son Jesus to this earth to suffer and die on the cross of Calvary and give everyone the opportunity to be saved with peace forevermore.

Even though Jesus was so excellent, Jesus humbled Himself and said to little Zacchaeus in the tree top, Come down, for to day I must abide at thy house. When Jesus met the wicked publican tax collector Levi (Matthew), He humbly said, Follow me. When Jesus called the disciples James, Peter, and John, He humbly said, Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.

And Jesus humbly made Himself known to the two men (Cleopas or Alphaeus and Simon Peter) on the road to Emmaus by just breaking bread. The two men on the road to Emmaus are identified at the following two bible verses. Luke 24:18 says And the one of them, whose name was Cleopas (also called Alphaeus) (married to Mary the sister of mother Mary whose son was the apostle James the son of Alphaeus, the Lesser), answering said unto Him (Jesus), Art thou only a stranger to Jerusalem, and hast not known the things which are come to pass there in these days? Luke 24:33 says And they (Cleopas and Simon Peter) rose up the same hour, and returned to Jerusalem, and found the eleven gathered together, and them that were with them. Saying, The Lord is risen indeed, and hath appeared to Simon. And they told what things were done in the way, and how He was known of them in breaking of bread.

For clarification, the apostle James the son of Alphaeus was called James the Lesser because another apostle called James the son of Zebedee was greater. The third James mentioned in the bible was called James the Just who was not an apostle and was Jesus' earthly half brother who wrote the book of James. Note that according to Mark 16:1 and Matthew 28:9, the three women that came to the tomb to anoint Jesus were Mary Magdalene, Mary the sister of mother Mary, and Salome who worshipped the risen Lord Jesus while they held His feet. Salome was the wife of Zebedee and the mother to the two apostles James and John, the sons of Zebedee.

Also note that there are six Mary's listed in the Word of God. Mary the mother of Jesus, Mary the sister of mother Mary who was married to Cleopas or Alphaeus whose son was James the Lesser. Mary Magdalene, Mary of Bethany, Mary who was John Mark's mother; John Mark wrote the gospel of Mark. And finally there was another Mary who was a helper to Paul.

JESUS CHRIST AT CHRISTUS GARDENS IN GATLINBURG, TENNESSEE

Pictured above we see a former tourist attraction in Gatlinburg, Tennessee (A sculpture of Jesus Christ at Christus Gardens) that was removed. Gatlinburg, Tennessee is a tourist city by the Smoky Mountains with a population of only 1764 people, having many beautiful scenes to photograph. Note though that the most photographed site in Gatlinburg, Tennessee was the sculptured head of Jesus Christ pictured above in Christus Gardens. Unfortunately it has been removed.

This marble figure of the Saviour Jesus Christ was sculpted in such a way that the eyes appear to look in every direction. Regardless of where you stand, Jesus' eyes are upon you. Click the above picture and notice how Jesus' eyes always watch you. Psalm 105:4 says Seek the Lord, and His strength: seek His face evermore.

Hebrews 4:13 says Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in His (Jesus) sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of Him with which we have to do. Proverbs 15:3 says The eyes of the Lord are in every place, beholding the evil and the good. Luke 12:2 says For there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; neither hid, that shall not be made known. Therefore whatsoever ye have spoken in darkness shall be heard in the light; and that which ye have spoken in the ear in closets shall be proclaimed upon the housetops.

I sing because I am happy; I sing because I am free; His eye is on the sparrow and I know He watches me. Matthew 10:29 says Are not two sparrows sold for a farthing? and one of them shall not fall on the ground without your Father. Then Luke 12:6 goes on to say Are not five sparrows sold for two farthings, and not one of them is forgotten before God? But even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not therefore: ye are of more value than many sparrows. Friends everywhere, Jesus watches over you and will always take care of you. If Jesus cares for the little sparrows, Jesus will care for you.
