The Goings Forth Of Jesus Part One

Today's bible study will look at the many goings forth of the Lord Jesus. Micah declared that Jesus has been going forth from of old, from everlasting and said at Micah 5:2 But thou, Bethlehem Ephratah (house of bread and a place of fruitfulness), though thou be little among the thousands of Judah, yet out of thee shall He (Jesus) come forth unto me that is to be ruler in Israel; whose goings forth have been from of old, from everlasting. Note that the KJV bible correctly states that Jesus is the everlasting God and called I AM THAT I AM. Only preach and study from a 1611 KJV bible. False translated NIV, ESV, And RSV bibles deny that Jesus is the everlasting God where Micah 5:2 says Jesus' origins are from of old, from ancient times.

According to Micah 5:2, Jesus has been existing and going forth before the earth was created, from of old, from everlasting. Before the heavens and earth were created, before there was light and darkness, before there was a sun or a moon, and before anything, the Lord Jesus existed. Jesus always has been, always is, always will be, and there's never been a time when He wasn't. Jesus is the eternal everlasting God of this universe. Jesus Himself said at Revelation 1:8 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty (note that the Greek definition for Almighty is God where Jesus Himself proclaimed that He is God). Tell every Muslim that says Jesus did not say he is God to study Revelation 1:8 where Jesus Himself said that He is Almighty God.

Romans 10:9 says to get saved a person must confess that Jesus is God proven by Micah 5:2 and Revelation 1:8. That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. Jehovah Witnesses, Muslims, and Jews who deny that Jesus is God are not saved. We must love and pray for these lost sinners and hope that they confess that Jesus is God and get saved.

Get saved, repent, decide to stop sinning,
Confess that Jesus is God, and believe the gospel,
That Jesus died on the cross for you, was buried, and rose again

Lets look at some of the first goings forth of the Lord Jesus that occurred when Jesus who is the Word of God created this earth. According to John 1:1 pictured above Jesus who is the Word of God that was with God in the beginning went forth from God's mouth to create the earth. Every time God said anything in Genesis Chapter 1, the Word Jesus created everything. Colossians 1:16 says For by Him (Jesus) were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by Him, and for Him: And He is before all things, and by Him all things consist.

John 1:1 says In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by Him; and without Him was not anything made that was made. Revelation 19:13 confirms that Jesus who is the Word is God saying And He (Jesus) was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and His name is called The Word of God.

One of the first goings forth of Jesus occurred when Jesus was the spoken Word from God's mouth to create light. When God said at Genesis 1:3 pictured above Let there be light: and there was light, the Word Jesus went forth from God's mouth and the Word Jesus made light.

Take time to meditate on the following scriptures that prove that Jesus always existed and is God before the earth existed. According to John 17:5 Jesus said And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was. According to this blessed scripture, before the world existed, Jesus was with the Father and they were both glorified together.

Now lets move down several verses to John 17:24 where Jesus said Father, I will that they also, whom thou hast given me, be with me where I am; that they may behold my glory, which thou hast given me: for thou lovedst me before the foundation of the world. Jesus proclaimed that He existed before the earth was created and that the Father loved Him before the foundation of the world.

Jesus was foreordained before the foundation of the world to redeem sinners with His own precious sinless blood shed at the cross of Calvary to free us from the bondage of sin. 1 Peter 1:18 says Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers; But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot: Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you. Redeem means to recover something by paying a price. The Lord Jesus paid the ransom price demanded by God for the release of sinners with His own precious blood that bought back and delivered sinners from the captivity and punishment of hell and the lake of fire.

Pictured above we see another going forth of Jesus when Jesus who is the spoken Word from God's mouth created the sun and the moon. Genesis 1:14 says And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years. And let them be for lights in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth: and it was so. And God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: He made the stars also.

My good friend Sonny Mull described how Jesus who is the spoken Word of God created the sun and moon. Sonny said that before there was a sun in the sky, God had a Son by His side and sent forth Jesus to place the sun in the sky along with the moon. Then the Word Jesus went forth and placed the stars in the sky. And then the Word Jesus went forth and created Adam and Eve along with the animals.

When Jesus walked on this earth He told everyone that He existed before the earth was created at John 6:62. What and if ye shall see the Son of Man ascend up where He was before? Jesus said when I rise after my death, I'll rise to be with my Father where I was before the earth existed. Then Jesus confirmed again that He existed before the earth was created by stating at John 8:58 Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I AM. Again Jesus proclaimed that He is God by saying He is the I AM God that appeared to Moses at the burning bush.

When the Lord Jesus walked on this earth, the Lord Jesus was also at the same time in heaven. John 3:13 says And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but He (Jesus) that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven. Like the Lord Jesus, saved christians are on the earth and at the same time seated together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus. Ephesians 2:4 says But God, who is rich in mercy, for His great love wherewith He loved us, Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, by grace ye are saved; And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus.

Philippians 3:20 says For our conversation (note that the Greek definition for conversation is citizenship) is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ. Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto His glorious body, according to the working whereby He is able even to subdue all things unto Himself. Saved saints' spirits and souls currently are citizens in heaven while their bodies are on earth. Therefore saved saints' bodies, souls, and spirits are looking simultaneously from earth and heaven for the soon return of our Lord Jesus during the rapture. My good friend Bill Grady said "Our looking for Jesus is a bilocation phenomenon of being in two places simultaneously; while we look for Jesus down here, we also look for Jesus up there."

Lets move on to the next going forth of our Lord Jesus that proves that Jesus existed when the earth was being created. According to Job, the Lord Jesus went forth singing and shouting for joy as the bright morning star when the Father laid the foundations of the earth. Job 38:4 says Where wast thou when I laid the foundations of the earth? declare, if thou hast understanding. Who hath laid the measures thereof, if thou knowest? or who hath stretched the line upon it? Whereupon are the foundations thereof fastened? or who laid the corner stone (who is Jesus) thereof; When the morning stars sang together, and all the sons of God shouted for joy?

Jesus said at Revelation 22:16 I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star. Isaiah 14:12 in the KJV bible says How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer (devil), son of the morning (not morning star incorrectly stated in the NIV perverted translation; Jesus (not the devil) is the bright morning star at Revelation 22:16). Therefore only study from a KJV bible instead of any modern translated bible.

Take time to look at the conversation that the Father had with His Son Jesus when the Father called His Son Jesus God whose throne is for ever and ever that existed before the earth was created. Tell lost sinners that deny that Jesus is God Hebrews 1:8 where the Father called His Son Jesus God. But unto the Son He (The Father) saith, Thy throne, O God (the Father called His Son Jesus God), is for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom.

Also note that when the Lord Jesus walked on this earth, He was also in heaven at the same time confirming that Jesus is God. The KJV bible correctly quotes Jesus at John 3:13. And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but He that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven. Note that all the false translated bible versions (NIV, ESV, RSV, and the New King James Version with a corrupt footnote) all deny that Jesus is God who coexisted at the same time in heaven and on earth. John 3:13 in the corrupt RSV translation says No one has ascended into heaven but He who descended from heaven, the Son of man.

Only preach and study from a 1611 KJV bible. The devil's first place of attack is against the infallible 1611 KJV bible by creating hundreds of false translated bibles to stop people from getting saved. This is because God's Word is exalted above the name of Jesus. Psalm 138:2 says I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy lovingkindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy Word above all thy name. Remember that the first thing the devil attacked was the Word of God when the devil told Eve at Genesis 3:1 Yea, hath God said.

Pictured above Job 26:7 says He stretcheth out the north over the empty place, and hangeth the earth upon nothing. The earth just exists because the Word Jesus spoke it into existence and it hangeth upon nothing. So if this earth is just floating in space at God's command, the Lord Jesus can create new heavens and a new earth floating in space that hangeth upon nothing.

And during the great white throne judgment, this current heavens and earth will flee away from the face of Jesus and there will be no place for them. Revelation 20:11 says And I saw a great white throne, and Him that sat on it (Jesus), from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them. Jesus is so powerful that when He just looks at the billions of stars and infinite galaxies, they immediately will disappear.

2 Peter 3:10 says But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up. Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness. Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat? Nevertheless we, according to His promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.

And note that when all the lost sinners that ever lived who rejected the Lord Jesus will stand before Judge Jesus at the great white throne judgment, they will be standing on nothing in eternity where our Lord Jesus dwells according to Isaiah 57:15. The lake of fire will exist though at the great white throne judgment because God is a consuming fire according to Hebrews 12:29, and all the unbelievers that rejected Jesus will be cast into the lake of fire. God's consuming fire won't harm saved saints because Isaiah 43:2 says When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.

After the great white throne judgment, the Lord Jesus will create new (infinite) heavens and a new earth with the new Jerusalem where the saved saints will live forever. Isaiah 66:22 says For as the new (infinite) heavens and the new earth, which I will make, shall remain before me, saith the Lord, so shall your seed and your name remain. Revelation 21:1 says And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea. And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.

Bible Runners And Goliath's Four Brothers

Today's bible study will look at several bible runners in the Word of God and speak about Goliath's four brothers who were all born to a giant in Gath. Peter and John are our first bible runners pictured above who both ran to the tomb of Jesus to receive hope that the tomb was empty, rejoicing in Jesus' resurrection and victory over death. Mary Magdalene first ran to Peter and John telling them that the Lord Jesus had been taken out of the sepulchre or tomb.

After hearing the good news, Peter and John both ran together to the tomb of Jesus. John outran Peter and came first to the tomb of Jesus, but did not go into the tomb. But when Peter arrived at Jesus' tomb, Peter went into Jesus' tomb. Then John went into Jesus' tomb and seeing that Jesus had risen from the dead believed. As a result, Peter and John rejoiced and  proclaimed everywhere Jesus is risen, Jesus is risen, and lives forevermore.

We find the story about Peter and John running to the tomb of Jesus at John 20:1 that says The first day of the week cometh Mary Magdalene early, when it was yet dark, unto the sepulchre, and seeth the stone taken away from the sepulchre. Then she runneth, and cometh to Simon Peter, and to the other disciple (John), whom Jesus loved, and saith unto them, They have taken away the Lord out of the sepulchre, and we know not where they have laid him. Peter therefore went forth, and that other disciple, and came to the sepulchre.

John 20:4 goes on to say So they ran both together: and the other disciple did outrun Peter, and came first to the sepulchre. And he stooping down, and looking in, saw the linen clothes lying; yet went he not in. Then cometh Simon Peter following him, and went into the sepulchre, and seeth the linen clothes lie. And the napkin, that was about His head, not lying with the linen clothes, but wrapped together in a place by itself. Then went in also that other disciple, which came first to the sepulchre, and he saw, and believed.

Our second bible runner pictured above is Zacchaeus who ran to get saved and see Jesus by climbing up a sycomore tree because he was little of stature. I pray in Jesus name, all my friends reading this in any nation can be like Zacchaeus and run to Jesus and get saved. Get saved, repent, decide to stop sinning, confess that Jesus is God, and believe the gospel that Jesus died on the cross for you, was buried, and rose again. Choose Jesus and receive peace and joy forevermore.

The story about how Zacchaeus ran to Jesus to be saved is at Luke 19:2 that says And, behold, there was a man named Zacchaeus, who was the chief among the publicans, and he was rich. And he sought to see Jesus who He was; and could not for the press, because he was little of stature. And he ran before, and climbed up into a sycomore tree to see Him: for He was to pass that way. And when Jesus came to the place, He looked up, and saw him, and said unto him, Zacchaeus, make haste, and come down; for to day I must abide at thy house. And he made haste, and came down, and received him joyfully. Usually sinners look up to God to get saved. But in this story, God (the Lord Jesus) was looking up at a sinner (Zacchaeus), and a sinner (Zacchaeus) was looking down at God (the Lord Jesus) and got saved.

Zacchaeus was up in a sycomore tree grinning and waiting for Jesus. And Jesus came down the road preaching. All of a sudden, Jesus got underneath that sycomore tree and stopped. And Zacchaeus said, Oh no, He has treed me. Zacchaeus couldn't get down that sycomore tree without going by Jesus. Zacchaeus made haste and shimmied down the slick bark of the sycomore tree, met Jesus, and got saved. I'm so glad that one day in 1982 like Zacchaeus, Jesus treed and saved Brother Bob. I pray in Jesus name that we all can say I've been treed by Jesus and the only way I can be free is to get saved with Jesus by the way of the cross of Calvary.

Our third bible runner pictured above is David who made haste and ran with the Lord Jesus to slay the giant Goliath for victory. We all need to be like David and not run from the devil but at the devil with the Lord Jesus. James 4:7 gives us instructions on how to defeat the devil. James 4:7 says Submit yourselves therefore to God (In other words look with your heart to Jesus crucified telling the devil every day I am crucified with Jesus Christ and the blood of Jesus has overcome and defeated you devil while you thank Jesus for destroying all your fears and problems forevermore at the cross of Calvary). Now look at the next part of this verse and what will occur after you submit to the Lord Jesus that says Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Don't run from the devil. Walk daily with the Lord Jesus and the devil will run away from you.

Proverbs 28:1 says The wicked flee when no man pursueth: but the righteous are bold as a lion. Tell the devil according to the Word of God I ain't chasing you devil, but you flee from me anyway. The bible scripture that tells us how David ran with the Lord Jesus to slay the giant Goliath for victory is at 1 Samuel 17:48 and says And it came to pass, when the Philistine arose and came and drew nigh to meet David, that David hasted, and ran toward the army to meet the Philistine. And David put his hand in his bag, and took thence a stone, and slang it, and smote the Philistine in his forehead, that the stone sunk into his forehead; and he fell upon his face to the earth.

Notice the picture above of five smooth stones. Why did David take five smooth stones to fight against the giant Goliath? David knew that Goliath had four giant brothers named Ishbibenob (his dwelling is in Nob or a high place), Saph (tall), Lahmi (my bread), and a giant who had a total of 24 fingers and toes, believing that the five smooth stones would slay Goliath and his four giant brothers. Also note that David told Goliath that he fought against him in the name of the Lord believing that the name of his five smooth stones was JESUS, a letter for each smooth stone.

The bible records that Goliath and his four giant brothers were all sons of the same giant from Gath. The bible tells us that all four of Goliath's giant brothers were slain. Ishbibenob was slain by Abishai and 2 Samuel 21:16 says And Ishbibenob, which was of the sons of the giant, the weight of whose spear weighed 300 shekels of brass in weight, he being girded with a new sword, thought to have slain David (beloved). But Abishai (My father is a gift) the son of Zeruiah (balsam) succoured him, and smote the Philistine, and killed him.

Next Saph was slain by Sibbechai and 2 Samuel 21:18 goes on to say And it came to pass after this, that there was again a battle with the Philistines at Gob (cistern): then Sibbechai (weaver) the Hushathite (inhabitant of Hush or haste) slew Saph, which was of the sons of the giant. Next Lahmi was slain by Elhanan discussed below in two places of the bible at 2 Samuel 21:19 and 1 Chronicles 20:5 which states that Lahmi was Goliath's giant brother.

2 Samuel 21:19 says And there was again a battle in Gob with the Philistines, where Elhanan (God has been gracious) the son of Jaareoregim (forests of the weaver), a Bethlehemite (house of bread), slew the brother of Goliath (splendour), the Gittite (belonging to Gath or a winepress), the staff of whose spear was like a weaver's beam (in other words his spear was huge and the size of the large wooden beam of a loom). 1 Chronicles 20:5 tells us that the giant killed by Elhanan was the brother of Goliath named Lahmi and says And there was war again with the Philistines; and Elhanan the son of Jair slew Lahmi the brother of Goliath the Gittite, whose spear staff was like a weaver's beam.

Finally Goliath's fourth giant brother who had a total of 24 fingers and toes, six fingers on each hand and six toes on each foot was slain by Jonathan and 2 Samuel 21:20 says And there was yet a battle in Gath, where was a man of great stature, that had on every hand six fingers, and on every foot six toes, four and twenty in number; and he also was born to the giant. And when he defied Israel, Jonathan (Jehovah has given) the son of Shimeah (fame) the brother of David slew him.

Now take time to compare 1 Chronicles 20:5 with 2 Samuel 21:22 and you will find that since Lahmi was Goliath's brother, all four giants and Goliath were all the sons of one giant in Gath. 2 Samuel 21:22 says These four were born to the giant in Gath, and fell by the hand of David, and by the hand of his servants.

Our fourth bible runner pictured above is Philip who ran as a preacher to save a lost Ethiopian eunuch. Let's all be like Philip and run and witness Jesus everywhere. Everyone needs to wake up and run to sinners, telling them the gospel message of our Lord Jesus Christ before these sinners perish. Jesus said at Matthew 9:37 The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few; Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that He will send forth labourers into His harvest.

The bible scripture where Philip ran to preach Jesus to a lost Ethiopian eunuch is at Acts 8:29 and says Then the Spirit said unto Philip, Go near, and join thyself to this chariot. And Philip ran thither to him, and heard him read the prophet Esaias, and said, Understandest thou what thou readest? Acts 8:35 goes on to say Then Philip opened his mouth, and began at the same scripture, and preached unto him Jesus.

Our fifth and final bible runner pictured above is the father of the prodigal son who ran to welcome his lost son home. When sinners take a step to the Lord Jesus, the Lord Jesus runs to them, saves them from their sins, and gives them everlasting blessings. Notice that the prodigal son just walked to his father, but the father ran to bless his prodigal son. Learn a lesson from this story and when we all step to Jesus daily by faith, Jesus will run to us and bless us with peace, joy, and eternal life.

The bible scripture where the father ran to bless his prodigal son is at Luke 15:20 and says And he arose, and came to his father. But when he was yet a great way off, his father saw him, and had compassion, and ran, and fell on his neck, and kissed him. Remember friends when we take a step to Jesus, Jesus runs to bless us. James 4:8 says Draw nigh to God, and He will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded.

For my final picture above we see a preacher who tried to use an educated spiritual horse named Pete to draw a crowd. After he brought Pete the horse into his church, the preacher told the people I want to introduce you to Pete the educated spiritual horse. The preacher told the church that Pete knew the bible better than some deacons and preachers.

The preacher asked Pete the horse, Pete how many fish did the little boy give Jesus to feed the multitudes? Pete pawed 2 times. Then the preacher asked Pete how many loaves of bread did the little boy give Jesus to feed the multitudes? Pete pawed 5 times. Then the preacher asked Pete how many waterpots were there when Jesus turned the water into wine? Pete pawed 6 times. Then the preacher asked Pete how many disciples were there? Pete pawed 12 times. Then somebody yelled from the congregation, Hey Pete, how many hypocrites are in this church? And Pete started running all around the church.

I pray in Jesus name that this bible study blesses multitudes everywhere with great joy, peace, and strength. Three Men In A Crowded Chariot

For today's bible study we will look at three men in a crowded chariot. Today we will learn that some man Philip told a man the ethiopian eunuch about some other man the Lord Jesus Christ. Take time to read the story of Philip preaching Jesus to the ethiopian eunuch at Acts 8:26-40 and pay close attention to the words some man (the preacher soul winner Philip), a man (the sinner eunuch), and some other man (the Lord Jesus Christ) who were three men riding in a crowded chariot.

Acts 8:26 says And the angel of the Lord spake unto Philip saying Arise and go toward the south unto the way that goeth down from Jerusalem unto Gaza, which is desert. And he arose and went; and behold A MAN (a sinner) of Ethiopia, an eunuch of great authority under Candace queen of the Ethiopians, who had charge of all her treasure, and had come to Jerusalem for to worship was returning, and sitting in his chariot, read Esaias the prophet.

Acts 8:29 goes on to say Then the spirit said unto Philip, Go near, and join thyself to this chariot. And Philip ran thither to him, and heard him read the prophet Esaias, and said, Understandest thou what thou readest? And he said, How can I, except SOME MAN (the preacher Philip) should guide me? And he desired Philip that he would come up and sit with him. While the eunuch was reading Isaiah 53, he asked Philip at Acts 8:34 I pray thee, of whom speaketh the prophet this? of himself, or of SOME OTHER MAN (the Lord Jesus). In other words, the eunuch said Philip is Isaiah 53 talking about the prophet Isaiah or some other man. Philip the preacher (some man) told the sinner eunuch (a man) about the Lord Jesus (some other man), and the  sinner eunuch got saved. So some man told a man about some other man.

Notice that the ethiopian eunuch was a man of great authority over a lot money as a treasurer for queen Candace. He was a wealthy businessman with great responsiblity who was trusted to keep records of the money in the treasury of queen Candace. This eunuch wasn't a man of low degree who had no education just bumming around; He was a man who had money, authority, and power, who was a ruler that could get things done, but he did not understand God's Word. Even though he was wealthy, religious, and sought God by going to Jerusalem, the eunuch did not know God. He'd been to Jerusalem to worship and was on his way back to Ethiopia Africa in a chariot riding through the Gaza desert reading Isaiah 53.

This ethiopian eunuch was like Nicodemus pictured above who was a rich ruler among the Jews who needed to learn about the Lord Jesus. They were both religious but did not know God. The great authority and wealth of the ethiopian eunuch and Nicodemus could not save them. Jesus explained to Nicodemus that you have to be born again to see the kingdom of God. Jesus told Nicodemus; You are a ruler among the Jews and don't you understand these things. Jesus told Nicodemus at John 3:12 If I have told you earthly things, and ye believe not, how shall ye believe, if I tell you of heavenly things?

Jesus explained to Nicodemus that to go to heaven one must be born again. John 1:12 tells us how to be born again and states that But as many as received Him (Jesus), to them gave He power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on His name; Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God (born of God or born again). Therefore to be born again and go to heaven one must trust Jesus, repent, confess that Jesus is God, and believe the gospel that Jesus died for them on the cross, was buried, and rose again.

Note that eventually the ethiopian eunuch got saved by saying at Acts 8:37 I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God. Friends everywhere look up at the picture above and Brother Bob asks you is Acts 8:37 in your bible. If not, get rid of that bible and get a 1611 King James Version bible that includes Acts 8:37. Many translated bibles have removed Acts 8:37 and have denied that Jesus is the Son of God claiming that Jesus only came from earthly parents. Brother Bob proclaims to all the earth that Acts 8:37 belongs in the bible and that Jesus is the Son of God. Believe this right now today and get saved and warn people to not read translated bibles that deny the diety and virgin birth of our Lord Jesus. Jesus is God and Jesus is the Son of God.

Friends, we all need to realize that no matter how rich we are or how poor we are; how smart we are or how ignorent we are, we all need to repent, confess that Jesus is God, and believe the gospel in our hearts that Jesus died for us on the cross, was buried, and rose again to get saved. Power, intelligence, good works, and riches don't get a person to heaven. Only trusting Jesus can get a person to heaven. We need to preach Jesus Christ crucified and not prosperity messages and be wise and win souls to the Lord Jesus. May we all become God's servants telling sinners about a Savior named Jesus. Lord Jesus, let not the blood of men be on our hands while we witness Jesus to every nation on the earth.

Notice the above picture of ethiopian brothers and sisters happy to receive bibles to learn about the Lord Jesus. Someone in Jerusalem cared enough about the ethiopian eunuch to give him a copy of Isaiah 53 from the bible. I pray in Jesus name everyone reading this can care enough to preach the Word of God about our Lord Jesus to the multitudes all over this earth. The ethiopian eunuch was religious and traveled to Jerusalem to worship and find God. He drove a long way in a chariot through the desert from Ethiopia to Jerusalem seeking God, but didn't find God. While he was in Jerusalem though, some faithful saint gave him a tract or a copy of Isaiah 53 from the bible that he was reading when he returned home to Ethiopia.

Somebody cared enough about the eunuch to give him a copy of Isaiah 53. Some soul winner interested in leading people to the Lord Jesus cared enough about the ethiopian eunuch and made it possible for him to get a copy of the Word of God. Because this unknown soul winner gave the Word of God to the eunuch at Jerusalem, the eunuch got saved when he heard Philip explain Isaiah 53 to him. Lord Jesus, let all my friends that read this everywhere make a decision today to send your blessed Word everywhere on this internet to the uttermost parts of this earth to save multitudes of sinners. We all need to get the Word of God into the hands of sinners all over this world so everyone has the hope of salvation and eternal life with the Lord Jesus.

Realize that even though the ethiopian eunuch got a membership card like the one above from the Jerusalem worship center and shook a pastor's hand in Jerusalem like the man above, this did not get him saved. The ethiopian eunuch was religious, but he was lost. Today just because a person joins a church doesn't mean they're saved and born again. Just because a person walks down an aisle, shakes a six foot spiritual icicle's hand, answers some questions, does some good works, gets dunked in the pool, and blends in with the crowd, it won't save him. To get saved repent, decide to stop sinning, confess that Jesus is God, and believe the gospel that Jesus died for you on the cross, was buried, and rose again.

There are multitudes of people today that are religious but lost. Billy Graham said his ministry was not so much bringing lost people to Jesus, but bringing lost church members to Jesus. Just because someone signs their name on the dotted line of a church membership card checking baptism, membership, and salvation does not save them. Three checks and your name on a church membership card will never get you to heaven; getting baptized won't get you to heaven; going to church every Sunday and shaking the preachers hand and crying on his shoulder will never get you to heaven. You have to be born again and saved trusting Jesus' finished work at the cross of Calvary and not your good works to get you to heaven. Trust Jesus and go to heaven; Trust anything else and go to hell.

If anyone seeks to be saved and learn about Jesus, God will send a preacher or soul winner to them to help them find Jesus, if they are sincere and truly want to be saved. Deuteronomy 4:29 says But if from thence thou shalt seek the Lord thy God, thou shalt find Him, if thou seek Him with all thy heart and with all thy soul. God knew that the ethiopian eunuch was sincere and seeking God with all his heart, and He sent his servant Philip down beside the road to pick him up, to bear him up, and to teach him what thus saith the scripture.

What we should notice about Philip is that he was faithful in preaching the good news of Jesus. When the ethiopian eunuch asked Philip to explain Isaiah 53, Acts 8:35 says Then Philip opened his mouth, and began at the same scripture, and preached unto him Jesus. A man on his way to hell met a man on his way to heaven and the man on his way to heaven told him how to get to heaven.  This caused the ethiopian eunuch to get saved and say I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.

Like Philip, we should all preach about Jesus to a lost and dying world. Too many people have withdrawn their witness for Jesus inside the four walls of a church building and failed to send the gospel message about Jesus to the uttermost parts of the earth. People need to hear about Jesus all over this world and not just in a church building to avoid being lost forever in the darkness of hell. We've got to get the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ to the lost and the dying of this world. Some man has got to go tell a man about some other man named Jesus who will save his soul. The gospel is not a secret to be hoarded but a story to be heralded. Jesus said at Mark 16:15 Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.

After the ethiopian eunuch got saved, Philip and the ethiopian eunuch went down to the water straightway and Philip baptized the eunuch and when they came up, Philip (some man) was caught away by the Spirit and went to Azotus to preach a great revival, the eunuch (a man) went home to Ethiopia rejoicing, and the Lord Jesus (some other man) went with both of them.

OK. let's see what we've learned from this bible study. Some man told a man lost without God how to find some other man who was Jesus. Therefore, to experience salvation there needs to be three men present like the ones in the crowded chariot of Acts 8 that are a sinner, a preacher, and the Lord Jesus. The only thing that got kicked out of the chariot was sin.

Notice that in order to get sinners saved, one must put Jesus and soul winning in our chariots. In order to do this we all need to stay clean and clear of sin. The good news is that with Jesus daily we will be cleansed from all sin. Daily look to Jesus crucified by faith with your hearts and the blood of Jesus will cleanse you from all sin.

Do not entertain the thought of foolishness for the very thought of foolishness is sin. Proverbs 24:9 says The thought of foolishness is sin, and the scorner is an abomination to men. If you get a bad thought just look with your heart to Jesus on the cross and I guarantee that any bad thought will immediately disappear. Try it once; Just close your eyes and see with your heart Jesus on the cross and it will be impossible for you to have any bad thoughts. The blood of Jesus (the same yesterday, today, and forever according to Hebrews 13:8) will remove the bad thoughts.

Also look to Jesus on the cross while sleeping to have no nightmares. The bad thought or nightmare will disappear when you look with your heart by faith to Jesus crucified. Bring into captivity every thought to the obedience of Jesus Christ crucified and any bad thoughts will immediately go away. 2 Corinthians 10:5 tells us Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ.

Preaching The Word of God Causes A Separation And A Decision To Believe The Lord Jesus

Witness the Lord Jesus everywhere and preach the Word of God to cause people to make a decision to get saved. According to the prophet Joel there are multitudes of people everywhere on this earth that need someone to tell them about the Word of God so they can get saved. Get saved, repent, decide to stop sinning, confess that Jesus is God, and believe the gospel that Jesus died on the cross for you, was buried, and rose again. Joel 3:14 says Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision: for the day of the Lord is near in the valley of decision.

I pray in Jesus name that people can see the vision of lost souls in many nations that need to hear the preaching of the Word of God. Jesus wants us to be concerned about lost souls and preach the good news of the gospel about Jesus everywhere. Jesus told us at Matthew 9:37 The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few; Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that He will send forth labourers into His harvest. When the Lord asks at Isaiah 6:8 Whom shall I send, and who will go for us, let's all respond like the prophet Isaiah and say Here am I; send me.

Notice that when Paul and Barnabas preached the Word of God it caused a separation of believers and unbelievers and caused people to make a decision to either believe or reject Jesus. This is why it is so important to preach the Word of God to allow lost souls to make a decision to get saved with Jesus. Acts 14:1 says And it came to pass in Iconium, that they (Paul and Barnabas) went both together into the synagogue of the Jews, and so spake (note that when they spake the Word of God it allowed lost souls to make a decision to either believe or reject Jesus), that a great multitude both of the Jews and also of the Greeks believed. But the unbelieving Jews stirred up the Gentiles, and made their minds evil affected against the brethren.

What we learn from Paul and Barnabas is that when they preached and so spake, a separation occurred where Jews and Gentiles decided to believe Jesus, while at the same time Jews and Gentiles rejected Jesus. The separation that occurred was not between male and female, Jew and Gentile, or black and white. The separation that occurred was between the saved and the lost.

God's filing cabinet has only two sections called saved and lost. In one section of God's filing cabinet we see saved Spanish, Chinese, Indian, Black, and White believers, while in the other section of God's filing cabinet we see lost Spanish, Chinese, Indian, Black and White unbelievers.

The only thing that matters when it comes to eternity is whether you're saved or lost. There is no separation in eternity because of a person's race, background, or religion. The only separation that occurs out yonder in eternity is between saved people and lost people. Either you trust and believe the Lord Jesus and go to heaven or you reject and deny the Lord Jesus and go to hell and the lake of fire.

Notice the warning above and get off the fence because the Lord Jesus rejects people who are lukewarm fence straddlers and make no decision to get saved with the Lord Jesus. So many people coast along in life and put off making a decision to get saved. The Lord Jesus said at Revelation 3:15 I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot. So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.

I pray in Jesus name that anyone reading this will make a decision to get off the fence as a lukewarm straddler and get saved. 2 Timothy 2:19 says Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having his seal, The Lord knoweth them that are His. And, Let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity. Decide right now today whether you're saved or lost, but don't just straddle the fence and make no decision about Jesus. Jesus rejects fence straddlers but will save anyone who repents, decides to stop sinning, confesses that Jesus is God, and believes the gospel that Jesus died on the cross for them, was buried, and rose again.

All throughout the bible we see that people had to make decisions to follow the Lord Jesus and be saved or reject the Lord Jesus and be lost. Pictured above we see that Moses drew a line in the sand and said those on the Lord's side step over here and those who did not step over that line were swallowed up and went to hell. What side of Moses' line are you on? I pray in Jesus name everyone who reads this will step over Moses' line to be with the Lord Jesus in peace forevermore.

Numbers 16:23 says And the Lord spoke unto Moses, saying, Speak unto the congregation, saying, Get you up from about the tabernacle of Korah, Dathan, and Abiram. And he spake unto the congregation, saying, Depart, I pray you, from the tents of these wicked men, and touch nothing of theirs, lest ye be consumed in all their sins. Korah, Dathan, and Abiram chose not to follow God and as a result were swallowed up when the earth opened her mouth and they went alive into the pit of hell.

Numbers 16:31 says And it came to pass, as he (Moses) had made an end of speaking all these words, that the ground clave asunder that was under them: And the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed them up, and their houses, and all the men that appertained unto Korah, and all their goods. They, and all that appertained to them, went down alive into the pit (hell), and the earth closed upon them: and they perished from among the congregation.

Another place in the bible where people had to make a choice to either believe the Lord Jesus or reject the Lord Jesus occurred when the prophet Elijah said at 1 Kings 18:21 How long halt ye between two opinions? If the Lord be God follow him: but if Baal, then follow him. And the people answered him not a word. Everyone reading this anywhere, we have to make a choice today about Jesus. Are you for the Lord Jesus or against the Lord Jesus. Jesus said at Matthew 12:30 He that is not with me is against me; and he that gathereth not with me scattereth abroad.

Joshua 24:15 says And if it seem evil unto you to serve the Lord, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord. Matthew 6:24 says No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.

Make up your mind today if you are for or against Jesus. Find out today right now if you are saved or lost. Find out if you are going to heaven or to hell. Quit coasting along as a fence straddler making no decision to get saved because lukewarm people that make no decision to get saved go to hell and the lake of fire.

2 Corinthians 6:2 says For He (the Lord Jesus) saith, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succoured thee: behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation. Get saved today, repent, decide to stop sinning, confess that Jesus is God, and believe the gospel that Jesus died on the cross for you, was buried, and rose again.

Notice the picture above and Brother Bob says Can you name your great grandparents? Most people can't because most people will be forgotten in three generations. But if someone lives for the Lord Jesus like Brother Bob and writes a book for Jesus, three generations later people might say I personally did not meet Brother Bob but I'll remember him for all the things that he said about the Lord Jesus from a one bedroom apartment in the poorest section of Reynoldsburg, Ohio USA. Only what anyone does for the Lord Jesus will be remembered forever.

Great men of God like DL Moody who lived in the 1800s are remembered for their writings about the Lord Jesus more than other great men of the 1800s who did nothing for the Lord Jesus. I might not have personally met a great christian writer from the 1600s named John Bunyan who wrote from prison about Jesus but it will be an honor to meet John Bunyan soon in the kingdom of God. The world might cast away John Bunyan and Brother Bob as outcasts but the Word of God written by John Bunyan and Brother Bob will last forever. Hebrews 11:38 tells us that the world rejected John Bunyan who was considered not worthy, but according to the Lord Jesus, John Bunyan is worthy and will be remembered and rewarded greatly in the kingdom of God for all his service to Jesus on this earth and his blessed book Pilgrim's Progress.

Only the Lord Jesus and the Word of God will last forever. Jesus said at Matthew 24:35 Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away. Psalm 119:89 says For ever, O Lord, thy Word is settled in heaven. We all are like a vapour that appears for a little time and then we're eternally yonder somewhere.

James 4:14 says Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away. Make the most of your time and witness about Jesus to someone today. Jude 22 says And of some have compassion, making a difference: And others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh.

I pray in Jesus name that this bible study blesses multitudes everywhere with great joy, peace, and strength. Consider The Gulf That Separates Paradise From Hell

Notice in the picture above the great fixed gulf that separates paradise from hell. Every person on planet earth is either going to spend eternity in paradise with Jesus or in hell and the lake of fire with the devil. Get saved, repent, decide to stop sinning, confess that Jesus is God, and believe the gospel that Jesus died on the cross for you, was buried, and rose again.  There's no middle ground purgatory. It's either trust Jesus and live in heaven's paradise of peace or reject Jesus and live in hell and the lake of fire's torment. Jesus said at Matthew 12:30 He that is not with me is against me; and he that gathereth not with me scattereth abroad.

Jesus spoke about the gulf when he told the parable about the rich man and Lazarus. Luke 16:22 says And it came to pass, that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels into Abraham's bosom (paradise): the rich man also died, and was buried; And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom. And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame. But Abraham said, Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivedst thy good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things: but now he is comforted, and thou art tormented. And beside all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed: so that they which would pass from hence to you cannot; neither can they pass to us, that would come from thence.

When we leave this earth we're going to either be in Abraham's bosom (paradise) with Jesus or be in hell or the lake of fire with the devil. Consider that when any person leaves this earth they will either drop into hell or they will be carried by the angels to be with Jesus in Abraham's bosom in paradise. Right now if you repent, decide to stop sinning, confess that Jesus is God, and believe the gospel that Jesus died on the cross for you, was buried, and rose again, you will be guaranteed a peaceful place on the blessed side of the gulf in heaven's paradise with Jesus.

In the early 1900's a preacher named RL Scarborough preached about the gulf to a saved wife and an unsaved husband. That night the husband said I heard that preacher say that there's a great gulf out yonder and that it's impossible to cross. Is it true wife? The wife said yes and showed him in the bible. He said wife we've been married for forty years and happy and I don't want to be separated from you. I want to get on your side of the gulf. He fell on the side of the bed and gave his heart and life to Jesus. And the next Sunday he walked up front and told the preacher; Now bless God I'm on the blessed side of the gulf with Jesus in peace forevermore.

Notice in the picture above that before Jesus talked about the gulf, the scribes and Pharisees taught that there was a thin wall, handbreath, or fingerbreath between paradise and hell separated by a great fixed gulf. This is proven because the rich man in hell could see Lazarus in Abraham's bosom. At the cross, after Jesus told the dying thief To day shalt thou be with me in paradise, Jesus went for three days with the dying thief to paradise into the lower parts of the earth beside hell to take paradise up to the third heaven. Paradise ain't down any more. Paradise is up now forever in the third heaven. When Jesus descended into paradise for three days before He ascended to heaven, Jesus preached to the saints who lived before the cross and took paradise up. When the first drop of Jesus' blood hit the ground at the cross, the saints in paradise in the lower parts of the earth started to shout praises knowing that Jesus was coming to set them free from the captivity and prison of the devil.

Ephesians 4:8 tells us that Jesus first descended to the lower parts of the earth (paradise by hell) to take the saints in paradise up to glory in the third heaven. Ephesians 4:8 says Wherefore He saith, when He ascended up on high, He led captivity captive, and gave gifts unto men. Now that He ascended, what is it but that He also descended first into the lower parts of the earth? He that descended is the same also that ascended up far above all heavens, that He might fill all things.

And the scripture that proves that paradise is now up and not down by hell is at 2 Corinthians 12:2 that proclaims that the apostle Paul was caught up and not down to the third heaven called paradise. 2 Corinthians 12:2 says I knew a man in Christ above fourteen years ago, whether in the body, I cannot tell; or whether out of the body, I cannot tell: God knoweth; such an one caught up to the third heaven. And I knew such a man, whether in the body, or out of the body, I cannot tell: God knoweth; How that he was caught up into paradise, and heard unspeakable words, which it is not lawful for a man to utter.

Paradise is up now friends. Jesus has taken all those things from the underground that belonged unto Him and now they're exalted highly in the heavens. When the saints leave this world, they're going up to paradise and not down. 2 Corinthians 5:8 says We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord. Now when the saints leave this earth, they won't be waiting for Jesus in the lower parts of the earth. All the saints will go straight to glory and up to peaceful paradise immediately after they leave this earth.

Now look again at another picture above of the great gulf and realize that there is a great gulf between man's sin and God's holiness. Isaiah 59:2 says But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid His face from you, that He will not hear. The bible also says that God's eyes are too pure to look upon sin. Habakkuk 1:13 says Thou (Lord Jesus) art of purer eyes than to behold evil, and canst not look on iniquity: wherefore lookest thou upon them that deal treacherously, and holdest thy tongue when the wicked devoureth the man that is more righteous than he? Notice that the only way to paradise heaven with Jesus is to have the blood of Jesus cleanse away all our sins.

The following scriptures prove that only the blood of Jesus can remove the separation from God because of our sins. When you read these scriptures look by faith at Jesus Christ crucified and say I am crucified with Jesus Christ (Galatians 2:20) and the blood of Jesus has removed all my sins, allowing me to cross the great gulf to be in peaceful heaven's paradise forevermore with Jesus. Revelation 1:5 says And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto Him (Jesus) that loved us, and washed us from our sins in His own blood. 1 John 1:7 says But if we walk in the light, as He is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.

Why does a great gulf exist to separate paradise from hell? The great gulf is fixed so that people in hell can never get up yonder to Jesus and the saints in heaven and spoil heaven. Also the great gulf is fixed so that the saints in heaven's paradise with Jesus can never get down to hell and get all messed up with hell's crowd. I'm glad that there's a gulf that prevents sin from entering into heaven.

Notice the pictures above of wooden pews separated by a center aisle and a tightrope walker named Charles Blondin who crossed with a wheelbarrow over the Niagara Falls on a tightwire. On this earth people can bridge the gap and walk or run over gulfs or chasms. But after our time on this earth, there's a gulf out yonder that is impossible to cross that separates paradise heaven from hell. This great gulf out yonder separating paradise heaven from hell can not be crossed.

My good friend Pastor Sonny Mull said that when the old timers used to have a shouting good time, they would run down a wooden pew pictured above and jump over the center aisle and land on another wooden pew. It was a lot of fun and the old timers used to call it bridging the gap. Brother Bob and all of us need to try this once on this earth and rejoice while we leap happily over pews. But the gulf out yonder is a gap that can not be bridged.

The great gulf fixed out yonder is bottomless and impossible to cross. No rocket can fly across it. No ship can sail across it. No rock climber can climb across it. No jumper can jump across it. Evil Knievel can't do it. No car can drive across it. No runner can run across it. No swimmer can swim across it.

Now watch this. No tightrope walker can walk across the great fixed gulf out yonder. Take time to read this illustration of  a true story about a great tightrope walker named Charles Blondin who could walk on a string just about anywhere. Charles Blondin (born Jean Francois Gravelet) was a legendary 19th century French tightrope walker who became world famous for crossing the Niagara gorge on a high wire. Starting on June 3, 1859, he performed a series of increasingly daring ascensions that drew crowds of up to 25,000 spectators to the banks of the Niagara River.

Charles Blondin was a master showman who understood that simply walking across the gorge would eventually lose its novelty. He completed an estimated 300 crossings, often adding theatrical stunts. He famously carried a small stove and utensils on his back, stopping midway on the rope, cooked an omelet, and lowered it to passengers on the Maid of the Mist tour boat below. He crossed while blindfolded, in a sack, on stilts, backwards, and even while pushing a wheelbarrow. He occasionally crossed at night, illuminated by lights on the cable or fireworks.

In 1862, he stretched a tightwire from Niagara, Canada across to America across the Niagara Falls. He told the people How many believe I can walk this tightwire with a balancing stick across Niagara Falls? The people said No, nobody can do that. He gets his stick and he walks across it. Everybody's cheering Oh look at what he did. Oh it's a miracle, Oh he's great. Blondin says Now how many believe that I can go across it without a balancing stick and just with my hands? The people said No, No, nobody can do that. He throws the stick down, walks across with nothing but his hands.

He gets on the other side and says Now how many believe I can roll a wheelbarrow across this tightwire? The people said No way, nope. He gets a wheelbarrow, he rolls that wheelbarrow across it. He gets to the other side and the people are clapping saying Oh this man can do anything. He's invincible, He's perfect. He knows what he's doing. We believe anything you say.

Then Blondin says Now who believes that I can roll a 100 pound bag of feed across the tightwire in this wheelbarrow. The people said No, we change our mind. You can't do that. He puts the 100 pound bag of feed in the wheelbarrow and rolls it across that wire. When he gets to the other side, the people say We believe anything you say. Anything you say we believe. We don't doubt you. You say it, we believe it. Blondin says OK, How many believe I can roll a man across this tightwire in this wheelbarrow. The people say Yes, yes, we believe you can. Blondin says get in.

Friends reading this, Do you really believe that Jesus can carry you across the gulf to be in heaven's paradise with the peace of Jesus forevermore? Get in now today. Get saved, repent, decide to stop sinning, confess that Jesus is God, and believe the gospel that Jesus died on the cross for you, was buried, and rose again. People say God you created the heavens, you created the earth, the birds fly in the sky, the fish swim in the ocean, the worms dig through the dirt, the elephants run, and the stars testify. God we believe that you are real and exist. OK get in right now and get saved. I claim in Jesus name for all those reading this that when they get up and get in right now and become saved that they will rejoice where Jesus takes hold of their lives and gets them across any gulf to eternal peace in heaven's paradise with Jesus.

You might say What are the three pictures above trying to say? Now look at the three pictures above and remember that the great gulf exists out yonder and that there's going to be a separation out yonder of the just from the wicked. According to the first picture, when Jesus returns to set up the kingdom of heaven on this earth, the angels will separate the just represented as wheat from the wicked represented as tares. Matthew 13:30 says Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers (the angels), Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn.

The second picture shows us that when Jesus returns during the judgment of the nations to set up the kingdom of heaven on this earth, He will separate the just who did not take the mark of the Beast Antichrist during the great tribulation represented as sheep from the wicked who took the mark of the Beast during the great tribulation represented as goats. Matthew 25:32 says And before Him shall be gathered all nations: and He shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth His sheep from the goats. And He shall set the sheep on His right hand, but the goats on the left. Then shall the King say unto them on His right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world. Matthew 25:41 goes on to say Then shall He say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels.

Finally, the third picture shows us that when Jesus returns to set up the kingdom of heaven on this earth, His angels shall separate the just represented as good fish from the wicked represented as bad fish. Matthew 13:47 says Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto a net, that was cast into the sea, and gathered of every kind: Which, when it was full, they drew to shore, and sat down, and gathered the good into vessels, but cast the bad away. So shall it be at the end of the world: the angels shall come forth, and sever the wicked from among the just, And shall cast them into the furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.

Jesus' Final Week According To Mark Where Inclusive Reckoning Makes A Full 3 Days And Nights; Learn How The Lintel That Held The Veil Was Rent When Jesus Died On The Cross; Why 4 Of A Kind Beats A Full House; How Rebekah Became Isaac's Wife; And No Bad Thoughts Or Bad Memories In The Kingdom Of God

The Timeline Of Jesus' Final Week According To The Gospel Of Mark

A prophecy at Matthew 12:40 says For as Jonas (Jonah) was three days and three nights in the whale's belly; so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth. This prophecy says that Jesus after the cross will be three full days and three full nights in the heart of the earth preaching to the saints that lived before the cross and then ascend with these saints to the kingdom of God on high.

To prove that it took Jesus three full days and nights to rise from the dead, pictured above we see a timeline of the last seven days from the gospel of Mark. Mark is the only gospel that records the last seven days of Jesus on this earth. The gospel of Mark proves that Jesus died and was buried on Friday afternoon and rose from the grave on Sunday morning for a full three days and nights. Below is a listing of each day of Jesus' last week with corresponding scriptures from the gospel of Mark.

On Palm Sunday Jesus entered into Jerusalem in triumph and Mark 11:7 says And they brought the colt to Jesus, and cast their garments on him; and He sat upon him. And many spread their garments in the way: and others cut down branches off the trees, and strawed them in the way. And they that went before, and they that followed, cried, saying, Hosanna: Blessed is He that cometh in the name of the Lord.

Next Mark 11:12 brings us to Monday and says And on the morrow, when they were come from Bethany, He was hungry. And seeing a fig tree afar off having leaves, he came, if haply He might find any thing thereon: and when He came to it, He found nothing but leaves; for the time of figs was not yet. And Jesus answered and said unto it, No man eat fruit of thee hereafter for ever. And His disciples heard it. And they come to Jerusalem: and Jesus went into the temple, and began to cast out them that sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the moneychangers, and the seats of them that sold doves. On Monday Jesus cursed the fig tree and overthrew the tables of the moneychangers. Then Mark 11:20 brings us to Tuesday and says And in the morning, as they passed by, they saw the fig tree dried up from the roots.

Now let's look at Mark 14:1 that takes us to Thursday for the passover that says After two days was the feast of the passover, and of unleavened bread: and the chief priests and the scribes sought how they might take Him by craft (deceit), and put Him to death. Then on Thursday evening Jesus ate the passover with His disciples. Mark 14:17 says And in the evening He cometh with the twelve. And as they sat and did eat, Jesus said, Verily I say unto you, One of you which eateth with me shall betray me. Also on Thursday night, Jesus took his disciples to the garden of Gethsemane to pray and Mark 14:32 says And they came to a place which was named Gethsemane: and He saith to His disciples, Sit ye here, while I shall pray.

Next we see that Friday occurs at Mark 15:1 that says And straightway in the morning the chief priests held a consultation with the elders and scribes and the whole council, and bound Jesus, and carried Him away, and delivered Him to Pilate. Then the bible declares that Jesus was crucified from noon until 3PM on Friday afternoon at Mark 15:33 that says And when the sixth hour was come (noon in Hebrew time that starts at 6AM), there was darkness over the whole land until the ninth hour (3PM). The prophet Amos predicted this event at Amos 8:9 that says And it shall come to pass in that day, saith the Lord God, that I will cause the sun to go down at noon, and I will darken the earth in the clear day.

It's important to note that Jesus was buried by Joseph of Arimathaea on Friday afternoon during preparation day proven by Mark 15:42 that says And now when the even was come, because it was the preparation, that is, the day before the sabbath (Saturday), Joseph of Arimathaea, an honourable counsellor, which also waited for the kingdom of God, came, and went in boldly unto Pilate, and craved the body of Jesus. And Pilate marvelled if he were already dead: and calling unto him the centurion, he asked him whether he had been any while dead. And when he knew it of the centurion, he gave the body to Joseph. And he bought fine linen, and took Him down, and wrapped Him in the linen, and laid Him in a sepulchre which was hewn out of a rock, and rolled a stone unto the door of the sepulchre.

Notice that Jesus rose from the grave on Sunday morning proven by Mark 16:1 that says And when the sabbath (Saturday) was past, Mary Magdalene, and Mary the mother of James, and Salome, had bought sweet spices, that they might come and anoint Him. And very early in the morning the first day of the week (Sunday), they came unto the sepulchre at the rising of the sun. Mark 16:4 says And when they looked, they saw that the stone was rolled away: for it was very great.

Friday Afternoon To Sunday Morning Makes A Full Three Days And Three Nights
According To Inclusive Reckoning To Fulfill Jesus' Prophecy At Matthew 12:40

Now you might say How does the math add up to fulfill the prophecy of Matthew 12:40 that Jesus must be in the heart of the earth for three full days and three full nights? Jesus said at Matthew 12:40 For as Jonas was three days and three nights in the whale's belly; so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth. Jesus was buried on Friday afternoon and rose on Sunday morning? One might say how does Friday afternoon to Sunday morning make a full three days and three nights to fulfill Jesus' prophecy? To clear up the confusion of fitting three full days and three full nights into a short weekend, one must understand how ancient Jewish culture used inclusive counting to determine time periods.

The inclusive counting theory (also known as inclusive reckoning) states that in ancient Jewish timekeeping, any part of a day or night is counted as a full unit. This theory resolves the apparent conflict between Jesus' statement that he would be in the grave three days and three nights and the traditional timeline of a Friday crucifixion and a Sunday resurrection. Under modern Western timekeeping, a Friday afternoon to Sunday morning timeline only equals about 36 to 40 hours, failing to meet a literal 72 hour requirement. Inclusive counting bridges this gap by applying first century Jewish cultural idioms (sayings) to the text.

To understand the core principles of the inclusive counting theory, three cultural and linguistic rules of the ancient Near East must be applied. First, according to Rabbinic tradition, fractions equal wholes and a part of the day was legally and colloquially counted as the entire day. Second, according to the Onah concept, the Jewish Talmud defines an Onah as a period of time consisting of a day and night. The Jerusalem Talmud explicitly states that "a part of an onah is as the whole of it." Third, according to Genesis 1:5, day starts at sundown and a full calendar day begins with the evening and concludes with the following daylight. And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.

Using inclusive counting principles, let's see how Jesus fulfilled his prophecy that he would be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth. Day 1 occurred on Friday afternoon when Jesus was buried on preparation day before the Sabbath Saturday evening by Joseph of Arimathaea (Luke 23:50-54). The reason Joseph buried Jesus during daylight before the Sabbath evening was to fulfill Deuteronomy 21:22 that states if a person is executed and hung on a tree, you must not leave the body on the pole overnight. Be sure to bury it the same day. And if a man have committed a sin worthy of death, and he be to be put to death, and thou hang him on a tree: His body shall not remain all night upon the tree, but thou shalt in any wise bury him that day; for he that is hanged is accursed of God; that thy land be not defiled, which the Lord thy God giveth thee for an inheritance.

Night 1 occurred Friday night when Jesus was in the tomb. Day 2 occurred on Saturday all day when Jesus was in the tomb for the full daylight period on the Jewish Sabbath. Night 2 occurred when Jesus was in the tomb for a full Saturday night. Day 3 and Night 3 occurred on Sunday morning. By the time the women reached the empty tomb early Sunday morning, the third day had already begun. Because any part of a day/night unit counts as the whole, this fraction accounts for both the 3rd day and the 3rd night according to inclusive counting principles.

The bible utilizes inclusive reckoning in the following scenario, proving it was not a concept invented solely to explain the resurrection. According to Esther 4:16 during Queen Esther's fast, Esther requests that the Jews fast for three days, night or day. However Esther 5:1 states that she went to the king on the third day before the third night, concluding the fast before a literal 72 hours had passed.

Jesus Is God Who Fulfilled Over 300 Messianic Prophecies
Study The List Above Of Many Prophecies Fulfilled By Jesus

Jesus fulfilled the prophecy of Matthew 12:40 by remaining in the tomb for the full duration of a standard three day Jewish burial period according to inclusive reckoning. Jesus is God who fulfilled over 300 Messianic prophecies written in the Old Testament hundreds of years before his birth. The Lord Jesus was born of a virgin (Isaiah 7:14), born in Bethlehem (Micah 5:2), entered Jerusalem on a donkey's colt (Zechariah 9:9), betrayed by Judas Isacariot for 30 pieces of silver where the money was thrown into a temple and used for a potter's field (Zechariah 11:12-13), had his hands and feet pierced on the cross of Calvary (Psalm 22:16), and not one of his bones were broken (Exodus 12:46, Numbers 9:12, and Psalm 34:20).

When the Roman soldiers came to break Jesus' leg bones on the cross of Calvary, when they saw that Jesus was already dead, they did not break his leg bones. The nails in Jesus' hands and feet didn't break any bones. The crown of thorns didn't break any bones. The 39 stripes didn't break any bones. It's amazing that none of Jesus' bones were broken after being struck on the face to fulfill prophecy. Jesus fulfilled the law to the very smallest jot and microscopic tittle.

Jesus said at Matthew 5:17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfill. For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled. Jesus is perfect, Jesus is God, and Jesus fulfilled every prophecy in the bible. Get saved, repent, decide to stop sinning, confess that Jesus is God, and believe the gospel that Jesus died on the cross for you, was buried, and rose again.

Learn How The Lintel Horizontal Beam That Held The Veil In The Temple
Was Rent When Jesus Died On The Cross Of Calvary

Jerome the historian wrote about the veil of the temple being rent in twain from the top to the bottom when Jesus died on the cross of Calvary. Matthew 27:50 says Jesus, when he had cried again with a loud voice, yielded up the ghost. And, behold, the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom; and the earth did quake, and the rocks rent. Jerome specifically mentioned a massive stone lintel (a horizontal beam above the Temple veil) breaking in the Temple at the moment of Jesus' death on the cross of Calvary. In the second Temple (Herod's Temple), the veil was suspended from a monumental stone crossbeam or lintel. Some estimates suggest that this stone was over 30 feet long and weighed approximately 30 tons.

Jerome a 4th Century church father, cited an earlier source (the Gospel according to the Hebrews), stating that the exquisitely carved lintel of the temple, of immense size, to which the veil was fastened, was shattered to pieces, broken, and splintered during the earthquake when Jesus died on the cross of Calvary. The breaking of the massive stone lintel caused the heavy veil to tear from top to bottom as the supporting structure gave way. Because the veil (which was roughly 4 inches thick and as high as a six story building) hung directly from this lintel, the beam's collapse provided the physical force necessary to rip the heavy, multi-layered fabric of the veil from top to bottom. The stone lintel horizontal beam did not simply crack; it was shattered to pieces by a powerful earthquake at the moment of Jesus' death.

The sheer size of the veil supports the need for such a substantial stone support. Ancient sources like Josephus describe the veil as being roughly 60 feet high and 30 feet wide. It was approximately four inches thick and made of 72 woven squares. Due to its dense weave and massive dimensions, it was incredibly heavy. Tradition suggests that it required 300 priests to move or to change it. This event of the veil being rent in twain from the top to the bottom was a supernatural sign that the old religious order was ending and that the Holy of holies was now open to all believers. Jerome suggests that this event was so significant that it was reported by a great multitude of Jewish priests who later converted to Christianity.

Be like The Four Men That Lowered Their Friend Through A Roof To Jesus
Who Went A Little Farther With Jesus

Be like the four men that lowered their friend through a roof to Jesus who went a little farther with Jesus. When four men could not get their friend to Jesus in a crowded full house, the four men broke up a roof and lowered their friend down to Jesus by faith. When Jesus saw the faith of the four men, Jesus healed their friend.

Four Of A Kind Beats A Full House Every Time

Four of a kind beats a full house every time. Four men's faith to heal their friend beat a full crowded house and Jesus healed a man sick of the palsy because of the prayers from four saved saints. It's wrong to say that a person can not be healed if he does not have faith and can not pray for himself. The faithful prayers of other people can heal a person that can't pray.

When Jesus saw their faith (the four men's faith to heal their friend and not the sick man's faith), the sick man with the palsy got healed. Keep praying for people that are helpless and can't pray. Your prayers can keep someone alive. James 5:16 says Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.

The story where four men's faith healed their friend is at Mark 2:1: And again He (Jesus) entered into Capernaum after some days; and it was noised that He was in the house. And straightway many were gathered together, insomuch that there was no room to receive them, no, not so much as about the door: and He preached the word unto them. And they come unto Him, bringing one sick of the palsy, which was borne of four. And when they could not come nigh unto Him for the press, they uncovered the roof where He was: and when they had broken it up, they let down the bed wherein the sick of the palsy lay.

Mark 2:5 says When Jesus saw their faith (the four men's faith and not his "the sick man's" faith), He said unto the sick of the palsy, Son, thy sins be forgiven thee. Then Jesus healed the man sick of the palsy because of the four men's faith. Jesus said at Mark 2:10 But that ye may know that the Son of man hath power on earth to forgive sins, He saith to the sick of palsy, I say unto thee, Arise, and take up thy bed, and go thy way into thine house. And immediately he arose, took up the bed, and went forth before them all; insomuch that they were all amazed, and glorified God, saying, We never saw it on this fashion.

How many people did it take to patch the roof
after the man sick of the palsy got healed?
No less than five because the healed man and his four friends
rejoiced and were glad to patch the roof

Why Rebekah Was Rewarded With The Honor Of Becoming Isaac's Wife

Because Rebekah showed great love and mercy to Abraham's servant by drawing water for ten thirsty camels, Rebekah was rewarded with the honor of becoming the wife of Isaac. Rebekah's love was tested by ten thirsty camels. Friends do you realize that one camel needs 26 gallons of water for one drink. Rebekah, pictured above was moving fast and carried 260 gallons of water to satisfy ten thirsty camels. In the picture above, Abraham's servant wonders with amazement and says to himself how can this little woman Rebekah carry 260 gallons and satisfy ten thirsty camels?  Friends be encouraged and like Rebekah obey Galatians 6:9. And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

The scripture that shows how Abraham's servant wondered how Rebekah was able to draw 260 gallons of water for ten camels is at Genesis 24:19. And when she had done giving him drink, she said, I will draw water for thy camels also, until they have done drinking. And she hasted, and emptied her pitcher into the trough, and ran again unto the well to draw water, and drew for all his camels. And the man wondering at her held his peace, to wit whether the Lord had made his journey prosperous or not.

No Bad Thoughts Or Bad Memories In The Kingdom Of God
No Bad Thoughts Or Bad Memories When You Look By Faith At Jesus Crucified

When christians arrive at the kingdom of God, they will have no bad thoughts or bad memories of this world. Isaiah 65:17 says For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind. Revelation 21:4 says And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away. There are no bad thoughts in the kingdom of God because the devil is not in the kingdom of God. Revelation 21:27 says And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie (the devil who is a liar is not in the kingdom of God): but they which are written in the Lambs' book of life.

Isaiah 65:16 tells us that the former troubles of this world will be forgotten forever in the kingdom of God. That he that blesseth himself in the earth shall bless himself in the God of truth; and he that sweareth in the earth shall swear by the God of truth; because the former troubles are forgotten, and because they are hid from mine eyes. In other words there will be no bad thoughts or bad memories in the kingdom of God. Only blessed thoughts and blessed memories of Jesus, our christian friends, and the Word of God will be remembered forever in the kingdom of God.

2 Corinthians 10:5 tells us how to remove bad thoughts and receive peace of mind on this earth. Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ. In other words place every bad thought by faith on the cross of Calvary with Jesus and the bad thought will immediately disappear. It's impossible to think a bad thought when you look at Jesus Christ crucified by faith. Right now close your eyes and look by faith at Jesus Christ crucified while you tell the devil I am crucified with Jesus Christ and with Jesus' stripes I am healed, and bad thoughts will disappear. The blood of Jesus Christ is a fence that the devil can't get through to place any bad thought into your mind. Keep your eyes on Jesus and off the people.
