1) The Name Of Jesus Will Save You
First the name of Jesus will save sinners. Acts 4:12 says Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name (Jesus) under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. Romans 10:13 says For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord (Jesus) shall be saved. Matthew 1:21 says And she (Mary) shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call His name JESUS: for He shall save His people from their sins. Only the name Jesus that means Jehovah saves can save lost sinners. Buddha, Muhammad, or Gandhi can't save you. There are not many ways to heaven. There is only one way to heaven and that's by faith in the Lord Jesus. Trust Jesus and go to heaven. Trust anything else and go to hell. Jesus said at John 14:6 I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
Get saved, repent, decide to stop sinning
Confess that Jesus is God, and believe the gospel
That Jesus died on the cross for you, was buried, and rose again
John 1:11 tells us that salvation is through faith in the name of Jesus. He (Jesus) came unto His own, and His own received Him not. But as many as received Him, to them gave He power to become the sons of God (receive salvation), even to them that believe on His name: Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.
Like Peter walking on water, look to Jesus instead of the surrounding distractions for salvation. Like Peter, say Lord Jesus save me and Jesus will save you. Matthew 14:28 describes Peter walking on water to Jesus: And Peter answered Him (Jesus) and said, Lord, if it be thou, bid me come unto thee on the water. And He said, Come. And when Peter was come down out of the ship, he walked on the water, to go to Jesus. But when he saw the wind boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink, he cried, saying, Lord, save me. And immediately Jesus stretched forth his hand, and caught him, and said unto him, O thou of little faith, wherefore didst thou doubt?

2) The Name Of Jesus Will Heal You
Second the name of Jesus will heal you. Peter and John used the name of Jesus to heal a lame man at the Beautiful gate of the temple. Acts 3:2 says And a certain man lame from his mother's womb was carried, whom they laid daily at the gate of the temple which is called Beautiful, to ask alms of them that entered into the temple; Who seeing Peter and John about to go into the temple asked an alms. And Peter, fastening his eyes upon him with John, said, Look on us. And he gave heed unto them, expecting to receive something of them. Then Peter said, Silver and gold have I none: but such as I have give I thee: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk. And he took him by the right hand, and lifted him up: and immediately his feet and ankle bones received strength. And he leaping up stood, and walked, and entered with them into the temple, walking, and leaping, and praising God.
The name of Jesus instead of silver and gold healed the lame man. Peter and John told the lame man "We don't have what you want. We have what you need and His name is Jesus." The lame man got exceeding abundantly more than what he requested. This lame man not only walked but he leaped and praised God. First there was a lameness, then there was a look, then there was a limp, and then there was a leap. First there was a look, then there was a lifting up, then there was life in the ankles, and then there was a leap.
Ephesians 3:20 promises Now unto Him (Jesus) that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us. Like this lame man I pray in Jesus name for anyone reading this bible study, that Jesus will heal you exceeding abundantly above all that you ask or think. In the name of Jesus, I pray that anyone reading this will receive the blessing of Joel 2:25: And I (Jesus) will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpiller, and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among you. And ye shall eat in plenty, and be satisfied, and praise the name of the Lord your God, that hath dealt wondrously with you: and my people shall never be ashamed.
I pray in Jesus name that anyone reading this will be healed by the name of Jesus. Jesus is the greatest doctor of all time because everyone got healed when they met Jesus. Blind, deaf, dumb, crippled, lame, and people with any sickness all got healed instantly when they got near or in the presence of our Lord Jesus. This is why crowds and multitudes of people tried to get near Jesus to receive total healing from any sickness. Luke 4:40 says Now when the sun was setting, all they that had any sick with divers diseases brought them unto Him (Jesus); and He laid His hands on every one of them, and healed them. Note that Jesus healed everyone. There never was a person that failed to get a healing when they were around Jesus. Matthew 9:35 proves that Jesus heals every sickness and disease saying And Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every sickness and every disease among the people.
The bible tells us that if we anoint anyone with olive oil (not Crisco) in the name of Jesus, that the prayer of faith will save, raise, and heal the sick. James 5:14 says Is any sick among you? Let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil (olive oil) in the name of the Lord (Jesus). And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him. At prayer meetings use olive oil to anoint people in the name of Jesus and sinners will get saved, strengthened, and healed.
The bible tells us that when we lay hands on the sick, they shall recover when we pray for them in the name of Jesus. Jesus said at Mark 16:17 And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name (Jesus) shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; They shall take up serpents, and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.
The name of Jesus has the power to heal any sickness including Covid. Like Paul every day say Galatians 2:20 I am crucified with Jesus Christ and by faith see your worries, fears, and sickness crucified and destroyed by faith with your heart. Hebrews 13:8 says that Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever. After you see your troubles crucified with Jesus Christ, tell the devil daily Isaiah 53:5 with His (Jesus') stripes we are healed.
Jesus took 39 stripes and per a google search there are only 39 types of sickness including Covid. Therefore we can rejoice and say daily By Jesus' stripes we are healed of all sickness, fears, and worries. Jesus took a stripe for any sickness anyone could ever have. After you see your troubles crucified and gone with Jesus at the cross of Calvary, praise Jesus daily for dying on the cross for our sins.

If You Live Holy And Sanctified, Abiding Daily In Jesus
3) You Can Ask For Anything In Jesus Name And Receive Your Requests
If you live holy and sanctified, abiding daily in Jesus, you can ask for anything in Jesus name and receive your requests. When you abide in Jesus daily by meditating on God's Word, praying, and gathering together at church, you will ask in Jesus name for blessed requests that will be granted. You won't ask amiss to satisfy your selfish desires. James 4:3 says that selfish prayer requests will not be granted. Jesus says to selfish people without Jesus Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts. But when you live holy and sanctified, abiding daily in Jesus, you will ask for blessed requests that will be granted. Jesus said at John 15:7 If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you. Jesus said at John 14:13 And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name (Jesus), that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If ye shall ask any thing in my name (Jesus), I will do it.
Keep asking in the name of Jesus for anything you need. Jesus said at John 16:24 Hitherto have ye asked nothing in my name (Jesus): ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full. In other words the more you ask for anything with continual importunity many times in Jesus name, the more Jesus will grant your requests and bless you. People that pray the most prayer requests in Jesus name receive the most blessings. James 4:2 says Ye have not, because ye ask not. Therefore ask (in Jesus name), and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you (Matthew 7:7).
Now some people say if you pray something more than once you have no faith. This is wrong because when you continually repeat your prayer requests with importunity, your faith increases, prayers are answered, happen, and Jesus gets glorified. Jesus Himself prayed the same words of a prayer three times over and over again in the garden of Gethsemane. Matthew 26:44 says And He (Jesus) left them, and went away again, and prayed the third time, saying the same words. Now if the Lord Jesus prayed the same words of a prayer three times, don't stop praying for your blessings, and Jesus will bless your faith and grant your requests. Right now be like Jacob and say Genesis 32:26 Jesus I will not let thee go, except thou bless me. Keep saying daily Galatians 2:20 I am crucified with Jesus Christ and all my troubles, fears, and worries have been crucified and destroyed forever by Jesus at the cross of Calvary because the blood of Jesus has overcome the devil.

Jesus told us that for any prayer request when we are not sinning, if we ask for anything in Jesus name (not Christ's name) we can receive any prayer request. Jesus told us at John 15:16 Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name (Jesus), He may give it you. Friends remember this incredible promise when you pray for anything. Ask in Jesus name for anything believing and you will receive your prayer requests. Deny sin daily and then you will ask for the right things in Jesus name that will be granted.
Pray in Jesus name to get results. The bible tells us that our Lord's name is JESUS. And Philippians 2:9 says Wherefore God hath highly exalted Him, and given Him a name which is above every name: That at the name of Jesus (not Christ) every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth.
Therefore obey God's Word and ask for anything in Jesus name (not in Christ's name) and overcome the devil and receive your prayer requests. The devil wants people to pray in Christ's name to make their prayers ineffective. Don't be ashamed of the name of Jesus. Proclaim Jesus everywhere. Jesus said at Luke 9:26 For whosoever shall be ashamed of me and my words, of him shall the Son of man be ashamed, when He shall come in His own glory, and in His Father's, and of the holy angels. Jesus also said at Matthew 10:32 Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven. But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before the Father which is in heaven. You'll get persecuted for praying in Jesus name instead of in Christ's name but rejoice through the persecution while your prayer requests are answered.

4) The Name Of Jesus Casts Out Devils
The name of Jesus casts out devils. Jesus said at Mark 16:17 And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name (Jesus) shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues. The name of Buddha, Allah, Muhammad, or Gandhi will not cast out a devil. Only the name of Jesus will cast out a devil. James 4:7 says Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
Jesus told us at Matthew 18:18 Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind (forbid) on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose (release) on earth shall be loosed in heaven. Every day say in Jesus name send angels to bind the devil and send him to the pit of hell. Then say in Jesus name send the angels to loose, release, and send the blood of Jesus over my home, car, job, and everywhere I go. Every day say Psalm 91:11: For He (Jesus) shall give His angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways. They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone.
In the name of Jesus ask the angels to cast the devil daily into the pit of hell because Psalm 140:9-10 says that when the devil is in the pit of hell, the devil will rise not up again. As for the head of those that compass me about (the devil), let the mischief of their own lips cover them. Let burning coals fall upon them: let them be cast into the fire; into deep pits (of hell), that they rise not up again.
In the name of Jesus and by the blood of Jesus we have power over the devil. Resist the devil, but don't devote all your time to resisting the devil. Keep your mind stayed on the Lord Jesus and the blessings of the Word of God. Isaiah 26:3 says Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee (Jesus): because he trusteth in thee. Trust ye in the Lord for ever: for in the Lord JEHOVAH is everlasting strength. Jesus told us at Luke 10:19 Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you. Notwithstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rather rejoice, because your names are written in heaven.
In other words don't devote all your time to resisting the devil saying the devils' names for hours like Come out Pete, Harry, Marvin, or Joe. Jesus said to the legion devil quickly What is your name? After the devil said legion, Jesus said Go and the devils went into the swine and drowned. Jesus didn't have an hour long discussion with the devil. Most of the time when Jesus cast out a devil, Jesus told the devil to be quiet and hold his peace.
Proverbs 28:1 says The wicked (devils) flee when no man pursueth, but the righteous are bold as a lion. I ain't chasing the devil, but he runs away anyway. Just cast out the devils in the name of Jesus and then rejoice in Jesus (focusing on blessed, holy, and lovely things with Jesus) because he saved you and wrote your name in heaven. Philippians 4:8 says Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things (In other words always think on Jesus Christ crucified to get victory over the devil).
Paul used the name of Jesus to cast out the devil from the damsel possessed with a spirit of divination who brought her masters much gain (money) by daily flattering Paul and Silas. Acts 16:16 says And it came to pass, as we went to prayer, a certain damsel possessed with a spirit of divination met us, which brought her masters much gain by soothsaying: The same followed Paul and us, and cried, saying, These men are the servants of the most high God, which shew unto us the way of salvation. And this did she many days. But Paul, being grieved, turned and said to the spirit, I command thee in the name of Jesus Christ to come out of her (Paul used the name of Jesus to cast out the devil). And he came out the same hour.
Like Paul, be careful of people that flatter you with titles. Proverbs 29:5 says A man that flattereth his neighbour spreadeth a net for his feet. Paul was grieved by the damsel's daily flattery (exalting Paul and Silas) because only Jesus should be glorified. After Paul cast out the devil from the damsel, when the damsel's masters could not make money from Paul's crowds, the masters had Paul and Silas beaten and cast into prison. God blessed Paul and Silas for exalting the name of Jesus and released them from prison to keep preaching God's blessed Word all over Europe.
Like Paul, be humble and deny yourself daily where only Jesus gets the glory. Like John the Baptist say John 3:30 He (Jesus) must increase, but I must decrease. Like Paul, say Ephesians 3:8 Unto me, who am less than the least of all saints, is this grace given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ. Jesus told us at Matthew 23:11 But he that is greatest among you shall be your servant. Instead of having a title placed by your name like Bishop, Apostle, Lady, or Evangelist, tell everyone that you are a servant. Call me Servant Brother Bob willing to wash feet like Jesus who made Himself of no reputation so God only could get the glory. Jesus told us if we are willing to be servants and wash feet, we will receive happiness, joy, and strength. Jesus said at John 13:17 after he washed the disciples' feet, If ye know these things, happy are ye if ye do them.

5) The Name Of Jesus Is Powerful And Provides Safe Rest
The name of Jesus is the most powerful name in the universe. Revelation 19:16 says And He (Jesus) hath on His vesture (clothing) and on His thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS. Jesus is the King above all kings and the Lord above all lords. Colossians 1:18 says And He (Jesus) is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things He might have the preeminence. Romans 8:31 says What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us? Rejoice saints because the Lord Jesus is the most powerful king that is for you and with you always to give you victory over any enemy forevermore. Rejoice and say Hebrews 13:6 So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.
The name of Jesus provides safe rest for saints. Proverbs 18:10 says The name of the Lord (Jesus) is a strong tower: the righteous runneth into it, and is safe. Be like Brother Bob and place name of Jesus in bold letters on the outside of your home's front door, on the bedroom door, bathroom door, on the refrigerator and freezer, on your cellphone and computer, and above your bed. The name of Jesus will keep you and your belongings safe from any thief or harm. Every time you close your front door and see the name of Jesus, you will rejoice because the name Jesus protects your home from harm.
Jesus said at John 10:10 The thief (devil) cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly. The name of Jesus will cast out the devil and prevent the devil from stealing or harming your home. Jesus said at Mark 16:17 In my name (Jesus) shall they cast out devils. The name of Jesus is better than any home security alarm. The name of Jesus according to Ephesians 3:20 gives saints exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us. Jesus not only gives us life. Jesus gives us life more abundantly.
The name of Jesus is so powerful that eventually every knee will bow to the name of Jesus. Philippians 2:9 says Wherefore God also hath highly exalted Him (Jesus), and given Him a name which is above every name: That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth (the devil will bow his knee to Jesus); And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
Get saved today and worship the Lord Jesus. Choose to bow down today to the name of Jesus Christ and depart from iniquity. 2 Timothy 2:19 says Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are His. And, Let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity. Get saved, repent, decide to stop sinning, confess that Jesus is God, and believe the gospel that Jesus died on the cross for you, was buried, and rose again. If you don't bow down now today to Jesus, you will bow down and acknowledge that Jesus is God at the great white throne judgment. I would not advise you to bow down later at the great white throne judgment to Jesus and be cast into the lake of fire.

The prophet Isaiah said that the name of the Lord Jesus is the mighty God. Isaiah 9:6 says For unto us a child is born, unto us a son (Jesus) is given: and the government shall be upon His shoulder: and His name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. Finally the Father proclaimed that Jesus is The mighty God at Hebrews 1:8 that says But unto the Son (Jesus) He (The Father) saith, Thy throne, O God (The Father Called The Son Jesus God), is for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom. Rejoice because the name of Jesus removes our guilty sins forever. Acts 10:43 promises To Him give all the prophets witness, that through His name (Jesus) whosoever believeth in Him shall receive remission of sins (release from the bondage and imprisonment of sin forever).
