Let Jesus Return To Our Schools

Let Mary's Little Lamb Return To Our Schools

Mary had a little lamb His fleece was white as snow

And everywhere that Mary went the Lamb was sure to go

He followed her to school each day twasn't even in the rule

It made the children laugh and play to have a Lamb at school

And then the rules all changed one day illegal it became

To bring the Lamb of God to school or even speak His name

Every day it got worse and worse and days turned into years

Instead of hearing children laugh there were gunshots, knives, and tears

What must we do to stop the crime that's in our schools today

Let's let the Lamb come back to school and teach our kids to pray

      When prayer and bible reading were allowed in schools before 1960, there was no violence and killings in our schools in America. In 1962 in the landmark case Engel v. Vitale, the US Supreme Court banned the following prayer from schools that kids recited for hundreds of years "Almighty God we acknowledge our dependence upon you and beg your blessings upon us, our teachers, our parents, and our country." 

     Then in 1964 Madelyn Murray OHair through the US Supreme Court said that bible readings were not allowed in any schools in America. And finally in 1985, The US Supreme Court banned silent prayer from schools in America. Today teachers in America are told to remove their bibles from schools while kids bring guns and weapons instead into schools. But prisoners are allowed to have bibles in jail. This is backwards and wrong because if bibles were allowed in schools, the children would stay out of jail and live for Jesus.

     If you are a kid reading this anywhere or a parent of children, please disobey these ungodly laws. Parents tell your kids to continue to read their bibles daily in school and pray daily in schools without disrupting the school activities. Daniel was told it was illegal to pray and Daniel obeyed God instead of his government by praying three times daily with his windows open for all people to witness. God blessed Daniel for obeying the bible instead of the government and saved him from a den of lions. The men who made the laws forbidding prayer to God against Daniel were thrown into the den of lions and died.

     And after the government told Peter and James that it was against the law to say the name Jesus, Peter and James continued to preach Jesus everywhere. Let's all be like the apostles and continue to preach Jesus everywhere; on jobs, in schools, at Walmart, at Target, at laundromats, and at Cracker Barrel. After the apostles were beaten for preaching Jesus, they rejoiced for suffering for Jesus. 

     Acts 5:40 says And to him they agreed: and when they had called the apostles, and beaten them, they commanded that they should not speak in the name of Jesus, and let them go. And they departed from the presence of the council, rejoicing that they were counted worthy to suffer shame for His name. And daily in the temple, and in every house, they ceased not to teach and preach Jesus Christ. Like the apostles, keep preaching Jesus, rejoicing through any persecution. When you are persecuted for preaching about Jesus, find the nearest Walmart bathroom and leap for joy.

     Keep telling people everywhere how to get saved ignoring ungodly laws. Get saved, repent, decide to stop sinning, confess that Jesus is God, and believe the gospel that Jesus died on the cross for you, was buried, and rose again. Get saved right now today. Tomorrow is not promised. Life on this earth is short like a vapor that appears for a little while and then vanishes away. Jesus said at 2 Corinthians 6:2 For He saith, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succoured thee: behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation. Only what we do for Jesus is important.

      Don't quit. Keep persevering and living for Jesus and eventually you will escape your problem like the frog who escaped safely by hopping off butter created by his persistence. The frog's persistence to live by kicking and swimming made the cream turn into butter, providing a way of escape from his problem. Keep daily looking to the cross and the Lord Jesus. Instead of reacting to your problems, trying on your own to solve them, keep telling Jesus your problems daily by prayer, and Jesus will fix all your problems. Philippians 4:6 says Be careful for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. 

     Friends everywhere, there is a place you can place your problems daily instead of alcohol, drugs, and sex before marriage. Look to the cross of Jesus daily and say I am crucified with Jesus Christ and I guarantee you that your problems will disappear and be destroyed on the cross of Jesus (the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever). Hebrews 2:14 promises us that problems placed on the cross of Jesus will be destroyed saying Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, He (Jesus) also Himself likewise took part of the same; that through death (on the cross) He might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil.

     It's alright to give your problems to the cross of Jesus because 1 Peter 5:7 says Casting all your care upon Him; for He careth for you. And Jesus told us to daily place our problems on the cross to get victory over any problem at Luke 9:23: And He (Jesus) said to them all, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me. Every morning before you leave your home say I am crucified with Jesus Christ and covered by the blood of Jesus that has overcome you devil, evil must pass over me, and my sins are all cleansed by the blood of Jesus.

     Every day say I am crucified with Jesus Christ and with Jesus' stripes I am healed (Galatians 2:20 and Isaiah 53:5). Say Psalm 97:3 A fire (unquenchable fire of the Holy Ghost) goeth before him (Jesus Christ who lives in me), and burneth up his enemies round about. Ask the angels of the Lord to send the Holy Ghost fire around your home and city to burn up the root and branch of witchcraft and cancel any curse around you. Zechariah 2:5 says For I, saith the Lord, will be unto her (christians in the church) a wall of fire round about, and will be the glory in the midst of her. Malachi 4:1 says For, behold, the day cometh, that shall burn as an oven; and all the proud, yea, and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble: and the day that cometh shall burn them up, saith the Lord of hosts, that it shall leave them (witches and warlocks) neither root not branch.

Tommy's mom wrote the teacher "My Tommy's not stupid, I'll teach Tommy everything he needs to learn." Little Tommy became Thomas Edison who became one of the greatest inventors of all time. Like Thomas Edison, ignore the persecutions by rejoicing when you suffer for Jesus, and you will be successful and save multitudes for Jesus all over this earth.

2)  Who is this man? At 21 He failed in a business; At 26 He overcame the death of his sweetheart; At 27 He had a nervous breakdown; At 34 He lost a congressional race; At 45 He lost a senatorial race; At 47 He failed in an effort to become the Vice President; At 49 He lost another senatorial race; You'd think this man was a total failure. But this man never quit and kept being persistent and at age 52 He became the President of the United States of America. Abraham Lincoln. Mr. Lincoln became successful by overlooking his failures while being persistent to achieve his goals. Like Mr. Lincoln never quit and say Philippians 4:13. I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me. All things are possible with God if we don't quit. Galatians 6:9 says And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

A Lesson From Walnuts And Pumpkins

     A tired farmer sat under a walnut tree looking at his pumpkin vines. He said to himself God is foolish to put heavy pumpkins on a frail vine so it has to lie on the ground and then put small walnuts on a tree with branches that can hold a man. Just then a breeze dislodged a walnut and it fell on the farmer's head. The old farmer rubbed his head ruefully and said "Good thing it wasn't a pumpkin up there."

     In other words don't question anything our Lord Jesus places in our lives. The farmer learned why God didn't place pumpkins on trees quickly after the little walnut hit his head. Friends don't question anything the Lord Jesus said in the bible. Follow the bible that is God's road map for you to succeed in life. It doesn't make sense that a mustard seed of faith can move a mountain and that praying in the name of Jesus will bring results with answered prayer. But if you just believe the promises of God's Word like a little child and do them you will be blessed.

     Just believe God's Word and say when I pray with a mustard seed of faith, the mountain blocking my blessings will be removed and nothing shall be impossible unto me. Matthew 17:20 says And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you. And pray your request in Jesus name, believing the promise of John 14:13 stated by the Lord Jesus. And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If ye shall ask anything in my name, I will do it.

     Brother Bob believes the promises of God's Word that offers salvation to everyone. Revelation 22:17 says And the Spirit and the bride say Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely. Get saved, repent, decide to stop sinning, confess that Jesus is God, and believe the gospel that Jesus died on the cross for you, was buried, and rose again. What should you do when people fall asleep in the church?

Somebody ought to wake up the preacher.

     Don't be like Herman. Wake up, go to church, and stay alert when you listen to any preacher's sermon. Ephesians 5:14 says Wherefore He saith,  Awake thou that sleepest, and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give thee light. See then that ye walk circumspectly (diligently), not as fools, but as wise, Redeeming the time, because the days are evil. Time is moving quickly and only what we do for Jesus will last. Wake up and tell everyone on this earth about the Lord Jesus and win souls everywhere. RG Lee said life moves so fast it's like a thin footprint on a sea lashed shore, the stay of a postman, the glimpse of a passing ship, and a quick burst of music down a crowded street. Make the most of every moment of your life by preaching Jesus everywhere.

     1 Corinthians 15:33 says Be not deceived: evil communications corrupt good manners (in other words don't waste time by texting evil communications on facebook and tiktok with cellphones). Notice that in the next verse at 1 Corinthians 15:34 God says that instead of wasting time gossiping with evil communications, get your face out of a cellphone, look around, and Awake to righteousness, and sin not (because there are billions of lost sinners all around us needing to hear about Jesus and get saved); for some have not the knowledge of God: I speak this to your shame. 

     You might be the only witness for Jesus that someone sees. 2 Corinthians 3:2 says Ye are our epistle written in our hearts, known and read of all men. Matthew 5:16 says Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven. Mark 16:15 says Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel (the death, burial, and resurrection of the Lord Jesus) to every creature.

     Romans 13:11 says And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed. The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light. Let us walk honestly, as in the day; not in rioting and drunkenness, not in chambering and wantonness, not in strife and envying. But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfill the lusts thereof. Jude 22 says And of some have compassion, making a difference: And others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh. Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy.

A Blessed Story About A Little Four Year Old Girl's 

Offering Of A Penny To A Missionary

     A little four year old girl longed to preach the message of Jesus to those on the mission field. She contributed a penny to a missionary to help in reaching the primitive people of Burma (now Myanmar). The missionary was so moved by the little girl's response that he decided to do the most he could with that little penny. After careful thought, he bought a gospel tract and personally gave it to a chief of a tribe in Burma.

     The chief could not read and really wanted to know the contents of the little gospel tract. The chief travelled 250 miles to find someone who could read him the gospel tract. After hearing the gospel message about our Lord Jesus, the chief got gloriously saved. Returning to his tribe, the chief told his people what Jesus had done for him. And later the chief invited missionaries to come and preach Jesus to the people of his village. Many tribesmen accepted the good news about Jesus and got saved.

All this and probably more resulted from one dedicated penny

given in Jesus name by a little four year old girl helping

 missionaries save souls with the gospel of Jesus 

     How encouraging that God can use a little penny to win thousands of sinners to Jesus in Burma. Friend reading this anywhere, you might not have much, but Jesus can use whatever you have to bless multitudes all over this earth. Brother Bob only has a little old computer in a poor neighborhood in Reynoldsburg, Ohio but Jesus has blessed the words of these little bible studies at preachbrotherbob to bless half a million people all over this earth. A Story About Four Church Members Named

Somebody Everybody Anybody And Nobody

     Fred Somebody, Thomas Everybody, Susan Anybody, and Joe Nobody were neighbors. They were not good examples of christians. All four belonged to the same church. Everybody went fishing on Sunday or stayed home to visit with friends. Anybody wanted to attend but was afraid Somebody wouldn't speak to him. So guess who went to church. Nobody. 

     Nobody was the only decent one of the four. Nobody did the visitation. Nobody worked on the church building. Once the church needed a Sunday school teacher. Everybody thought Anybody would do it and Anybody thought Somebody would do it. And you know who did it; That's exactly right. Nobody.

     It happened that a fifth neighbor (an unbeliever) moved into the area. Everybody thought Somebody should try to win him to Jesus. Anybody could have made an effort. And you probably know who finally won him to Jesus. Nobody. 

Remember each of us is personally responsible for God's work

If we leave God's work to Somebody Everybody or Anybody Nobody will do it

Let's all work for Jesus and win souls until Jesus returns

The biggest gamble in the world is to say that there is no hell

     Did you know that some new translated bibles totally remove the word hell from the old testament. Do not read these phony bibles because hell is a real place. Only read a KJV 1611 true bible. Jesus told a true story about a rich man and a poor beggar named Lazarus. The rich man would not give a crumb to Lazarus. The rich man and Lazarus both died the same time. Lazarus was taken by angels to Abraham's bosom called paradise with peace. The rich man found himself in hell. Hell is a real place. The rich man could not escape hell because a gulf separated hell from paradise. And Abraham told the rich man that he could not get a drop of water because he didn't give Lazarus a crumb. Remember you reap what you sow. If you are kind, forgiving, and friendly, people will be kind, forgiving, and friendly to you. If you are mean, selfish, and unforgiving, people will be mean, selfish, and unforgiving to you.

     Friends everywhere now is the time to get saved while you are alive before death. There is no second chance in purgatory to get saved after anyone leaves this earth. This is why 2 Corinthians 6:2 says I have heard thee in a time accepted and in the day of salvation have I succoured thee: behold now is the accepted time; behold now is the day of salvation. This is why we need to witness Jesus everywhere and tell everyone about our Lord Jesus and salvation.

A Story About Thomas Dewitt Talmage And The Importance Of Prayer

     Pictured above we see a great man of God named Thomas Dewitt Talmage who had a blessed praying grandmother. This grandmother in 1761 had three rebellious children. One night the three children told their mother they wanted to drink beer and dance all night. Momma said she would kneel by her bed and pray all night that the three children would get saved. 

     At 2 AM in the morning the girl found her mom still praying when she returned home. The girl kneeled down by her mom and got gloriously saved. She told her mom that the two boys almost died that night and were outside in the barn. When the mother saw the two boys in the barn, the boys thanked momma for praying for them and they both got gloriously saved.

     Thy youngest boy was so happy about his salvation, that he witnessed Jesus to his girlfriend. Eventually his girlfriend got saved and married this youngest boy. This new couple was blessed to have 12 children that all got saved and taught about our Lord Jesus. And Thomas Dewitt Talmage was the youngest 12th child. 

     Now think about this; If grandmother didn't pray all night for her three children, Thomas Dewitt Talmage would not have been born and become a preacher. Because of grandmother's prayers, Thomas Dewitt Talmage got saved and wrote sermons in 1500 newspapers that were seen by 20 million people that got saved in the 1800s. 

     Thomas Dewitt Talmage's grandmother did not see the 20 million souls that her grandson helped saved. This grandmother didn't even realize that her prayer for her children would allow 20 million sinners to be able to get saved and live eternally in peace in heaven. But when we get to heaven, Thomas Dewitt Talmage's grandmother  will be honored by these 20 million souls who will thank her for praying for Thomas Dewitt Talmage's dad so they could get saved by her grandson. 

     Like this grandmother, keep praying for lost sinners everywhere to get saved. You might not see the results of your prayers on this earth, but in heaven multitudes will thank you for saving them from the eternal torments of hell so they can enjoy peace forevermore with Jesus in heaven. An unknown Sunday school teacher was responsible for saving a man named DL Moody. Then DL Moody became one of the greatest preachers in the 1800s that led millions to salvation with our Lord Jesus. This unknown Sunday school teacher named Ed Kimball (unknown to the world and not listed in Wikipedia) will be rewarded and honored in heaven by millions of souls that DL Moody led to salvation. Keep witnessing Jesus everywhere. 

A True Story About Mount Pilatus

Where Pontius Pilate Was Buried

     Did you know that a mountain in Switzerland is named after Pontius Pilate? Pontius Pilate was a Roman governor or prefect (a regional governor for Rome) of Judaea from AD 26-36. He washed his hands when sentencing Jesus Christ to be crucified. He also set the rebel leader Barabbas free. 

     Centuries later, christianized Rome said that it was unacceptable to have Pilate's dead body buried in the same city as the Apostle Peter. So the christians in Rome took Pilates' dead body and threw it into the Tiber river in Rome. Pilate's dead body caused the waters of the Tiber river to become so troubled that the christians moved Pilate's dead body to the Rhone river which also became troubled.

     Because the Tiber and Rhone rivers were so troubled by Pilate's body, the christians decided to take Pilate's dead body and bury it on the top of a high mountain in Switzerland named after him called Mount Pilatus. The local people that live in villages around Mount Pilatus blame a tiny lake surrounding Mount Pilatus for the terrible storms in the area. Devastating thunderstorms occur as soon as ripples appear in this tiny lake around Mount Pilatus. 

     People say that the restless ghost of Pontius Pilate creates the ripples in this tiny lake around Mount Pilatus that causes terrible storms. People around Mount Pilatus say that every Good Friday the ghost of Pontius Pilate rises to wash the blood of Jesus from his hands in this tiny lake around Mount Pilatus. Another legend says that Mount Pilatus looks like the belly of a large man (Pilate) lying on his back. Look closely at the above picture to see the large belly of a man (Pilate) lying on his back with his arms folded by his head. Therefore this mountain is named after Pontius Pilate.

     Also of note, Mount Pilatus is a large massif (defined as a compact group of mountains separate from other mountains) in central Switzerland. It overlooks the city of Lucerne and offers an excellent view of Lake Lucerne. The mountain is pocketed with many natural and man made caves. It is a fortress with many hidden gun emplacements and fortified weather stations all of which are still in service.

Friends just believe everything in the bible even when it doesn't make any sense. Be like little children and accept the bible to be true. The bible is our road map and if we follow its directions our lives will be blessed. Yes our Lord Jesus can create a whale large enough to swallow Jonah and deliver Jonah safely to Nineveh to preach repentance to save 120000 lost sinners.

The Old Man And The Little Boy

     One day an old man explained to a little boy how the Lord Jesus Himself would descend from heaven with a shout. He read 1 Thessalonians 4:16 that says For the Lord Himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Wherefore comfort one another with these words.

     Then the old man told the little boy when Jesus returns, "You can have my house." The little boy said, "Hallelujah your house." And the old man said, "You can also have my car, furniture, and all my millions of dollars." The little boy said, "Really, praise the Lord, your house, car, furniture, and all your money. Thank you."

     But when the little boy went to bed that night he thought where will I be if Jesus returns? The old man's house, car, furniture, and all his money would be useless if I didn't have Jesus. The little boy called the old man on the phone at 3AM and said,  "I want to get saved." After the little boy got saved, he realized that if he had Jesus, he had everything he needed. In other words the house, car, furniture, and milllions of dollars were useless without Jesus.

A Story About Two Women Sewing Their Husband's Pants

     One day two women were sewing their husbands' pants. One woman said her husband no longer wants to attend church. He says the people and the pastor have faults, no one talks to him at church, and the church only wants his money. She said her husband would rather go fishing all day Sunday because Sunday is his rest day from a long week of work. 

     The other lady said my husband loves to go to church. Ever since he's been praying and attending church, God has answered all his prayers. This is because Matthew 18:20 says For where two or three are gathered together in my name (Jesus), there am I in the midst of them. You can't gather together in your home all alone by yourself. Deuteronomy 32:30 says How should one chase a thousand, and two put ten thousand to flight, except their rock had sold them, and the Lord had shut them up? For their rock is not as our Rock, even our enemies themselves being judges. Ecclesiastes 4:9 says Two are better than one; because they have a good reward for their labour. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow: but woe to him that is alone when he falleth; for he hath not another to help him up. Again, if two lie together, then they have heat: but how can one be warm alone? And if one prevail against him, two shall withstand him; and a threefold cord is not quickly broken.

     Remember to give your life purpose and meaning, witness Jesus everywhere and win souls. God Can Create Something Out Of Nothing To Supply Your Every Need

God Created Money For Jesus And Peter In The Mouth Of A Fish

To Pay Taxes To Caesar

     Jesus told us not to worry about taxes. Pay your taxes and render unto Caesar what is Caesar's. Jesus told us at Luke 20:25 Render therefore unto Caesar the things which be Caesar's, and unto God the things which be God's.  Jesus will supply the money that you need to pay your taxes. Philippians 4:19 says But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus. 

     When Jesus and Peter owed taxes, God created the tax money to pay Caesar in the mouth of a fish for Jesus and Peter. Matthew 17:24 says And when they were come to Capernaum, they that received tribute money came to Peter, and said, Doth not your master pay tribute? He saith, Yes. And when he was come into the house, Jesus prevented him, saying, What thinkest thou, Simon? of whom do the kings of the earth take custom or tribute? of their own children, or of strangers? Peter saith unto him, Of strangers. Jesus saith unto him, Then are the children free. Notwithstanding, lest we should offend them, go thou to the sea, and cast an hook, and take up the fish that first cometh up; and when thou hast opened his mouth, thou shalt find a piece of money: that take, and give unto them for me and thee.

     Like Jesus and Peter, if you live for Jesus and don't sin, God will create money, food, and everything you need to survive. Jesus said at Matthew 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the  things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.

God Can Create Something Out Of Nothing To Supply Your Every Need

God Created Oil For A Widow To Sell For Money To Pay Her Creditors

     The Lord Jesus created oil out of nowhere for the widow and her sons pictured above so they could pay off their creditors and survive because they obeyed the prophet Elisha's instructions. When I look at the picture above, Brother Bob thinks about Ephesians 3:20 that says Now unto Him (Jesus) that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us. Mark 10:27 says And Jesus looking upon them saith, With men it is impossible, but not with God: for with God all things are possible.

     If you face an impossible situation raise your hands right now and say Thank you Jesus for creating blessings and making anything I need appear out of nowhere. Romans 4:17 says As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations, before Him whom he believed, even God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were.

     Rejoice while you read the following examples in the bible where the Lord Jesus made blessings appear out of nowhere and supplied every need. To anyone reading this, God will also make blessings appear out of nowhere for you and supply all your needs. Jesus fed a multitude with just two fish and five loaves of bread and fish and bread appeared out of nowhere to feed the multitude. And Jesus was so good that after the multitude finished eating, there were leftovers in twelve baskets. An angel made water appear out of nowhere for Hagar and Ishmael. Bread and water appeared out of nowhere for the widow of Zarephath after she faithfully fed the prophet Elijah.

     Take time to read how the Lord Jesus created oil out of nowhere to bless a widow to pay off her creditors and save her children from bondage. 2 Kings 4:1 says Now there cried a certain woman of the wives of the sons of the prophets unto Elisha, saying, Thy servant my husband is dead; and thou knowest that thy servant did fear the Lord: and the creditor is come to take unto him my two sons to be bondmen. And Elisha said unto her, What shall I do for thee? tell me, what hast thou in the house? And she said, Thine handmaid hath not any thing in the house, save a pot of oil. 

     2 Kings 4:3 goes on to say Then he said, Go, borrow thee vessels abroad of all thy neighbours, even empty vessels; borrow not a few. And when thou art come in, thou shalt shut the door upon thee and upon thy sons, and shalt pour out into all those vessels, and thou shalt set aside that which is full. So she went from him, and shut the door upon her and upon her sons, who brought the vessels to her; and she poured out. And it came to pass, when the vessels were full, that she said unto her son, Bring me yet a vessel. And he said unto her, There is not a vessel more. And the oil stayed. Then she came and told the man of God. And he said, Go, sell the oil, and pay thy debt, and live thou and thy children of the rest.

     We all need to be like this widow and act like we already have our desired prayers. The widow woman gathered many vessels acting like she had a lot of oil available before the oil appeared. Because of the widow woman's faith in obtaining the many vessels, when the widow poured the oil, the oil kept flowing and filled all her vessels. Also note that when Jesus blessed the widow with enough oil to fill vessels to pay off the creditors, Jesus was so good that there was leftover oil for her and her children to meet all their daily needs. Yes the Lord Jesus will give us exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us.

The Tax Man And The Preacher

     One day a tax man visited a preacher to determine what taxes he owed. The tax man asked the preacher to list everything that he owned. The preacher told the tax man I am very wealthy with many blessings. Here is a written list of everything that I own. First I have everlasting life. John 3:16 says For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. Second I have a mansion in heaven. Jesus said at John 14:2 In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. Third I have the peace of God which passeth all understanding. Philippians 4:7 says And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

     Fourth I have joy unspeakable and full of glory. 1 Peter 1:8 says Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though now ye see him not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory. Fifth I have the love of Jesus who died on the cross of Calvary for me that never faileth. 1 Corinthians 13:8 says Charity never faileth (the love of God when Jesus died on the cross of Calvary to remove our sins and save sinners): but whether there be prophecies, they shall fail; whether there be tongues, they shall cease; whether there be knowledge, it shall vanish away.

     Sixth I have a faithful virtuous wife who is better than rubies. Proverbs 31:10 says Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price is far above rubies. Seventh I have a friend named Jesus who sticketh closer than a brother. Proverbs 18:24 says A man that hath friends must shew himself friendly: and there is a friend that sticketh closer than a brother (Jesus). Jesus told me that he is my friend at John 15:15. Henceforth I call you not servants; for the servant knoweth not what his lord doeth: but I have called you friends; for all things that I have heard of my Father I have made known unto you.

     Eighth I have a song in the night. Psalm 42:8 says Yet the Lord will command his lovingkindness in the daytime, and in the night his song shall be with me, and my prayer unto the God of my life. Ninth I have a crown of life. James 1:12 says Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him.

Bless Your Enemies Like The Christians Of West Berlin Germany

     When the Berlin Wall existed, most of the people in East Berlin were Communist without the Lord Jesus while most of the people in West Berlin were christians saved by the Lord Jesus. One day some unsaved people from East Berlin dumped a truckload of garbage on the side of the West Berlin Wall. The people from West Berlin could have also dumped garbage on the side of the East Berlin Wall. Instead the christians from West Berlin took a truckload of canned goods, bread, and milk, and neatly stacked it on the East Berlin side. The christians of West Berlin placed a sign on top of the blessings on the East Berlin side that said Every One Gives What He Has.

     Let's all be like the christians of West Berlin and get saved, blessing and loving our enemies, allowing the light of Jesus to shine to lost sinners in this world. Jesus said at Matthew 5:16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven. Jesus said at Luke 6:35 But love ye your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing again; and your reward shall be great, and ye shall be the children of the Highest: for he is kind unto the unthankful and to the evil. Be ye therefore merciful, as your Father also is merciful.  

     If you love your enemies, people will love you and bless you. If you curse your enemies, people will curse you and hate you. Everyone reaps what they sow. If you are kind and friendly, people will be kind and friendly to you. If you are mean and selfish, people will be mean and selfish to you. Galatians 6:7 says Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting. I went out to find a friend and could not find one anywhere. I went out to be a friend and friends were everywhere. 

     Never rejoice when your enemy is suffering. Like the christians of West Berlin, bless your enemies and help them overcome their sufferings. Proverbs 24:17 says Rejoice not when thine enemy falleth, and let not thine heart be glad when he stumbleth. Romans 12:17 says Recompense to no man evil for evil. Provide things honest in the sight of all men. If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men. Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine: I will repay, saith the Lord. Therefore if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink: for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of fire on his head. Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good.

Pray With A Mustard Seed Of Faith To Remove A Mountain In Your Way

And Nothing Shall Be Impossible Unto You 

     All you need is a little mustard seed of faith in a large mighty God for your prayers to be answered. Don't sin. Pray godly requests in Jesus name with a mustard seed of faith and your prayer requests will be granted. Luke 17:5 says And the apostles said unto the Lord, Increase our faith. And the Lord (Jesus) said, If ye had faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye might say unto this sycamine tree, Be thou plucked up by the root, and be thou planted in the sea; and it should obey you. 

     Notice that the apostles thought that they had to increase their faith to get their prayers answered. Like the apostles, the devil lies to people and says that they need to increase their faith before they can get blessed. But Jesus says just the opposite. All you need when you pray is just a tiny mustard seed of faith for any prayer request and our large mighty God will grant your godly prayer requests 

     When you pray with just a tiny mustard seed of faith in Jesus name, the Lord Jesus will answer your godly prayer requests. Matthew 17:20 says And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you. Jesus said at Mark 9:23 If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.

     When you pray believing that just a tiny mustard seed of faith will get your prayers answered, you will receive confidence to move away any mountain that is blocking your blessings. If you face a mountain, first try to climb over it. If you can't climb over it, go around it. If you can't go around it, dig a tunnel through it. And if you can't dig a tunnel through it, ask the Lord Jesus to remove the mountain with a mustard seed of faith. Mark 11:22 says And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God. For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith. 

Receive Everlasting Peace With Jesus To Overcome This Troubled World

Get Saved, Repent, Decide To Stop Sinning, 

Confess That Jesus Is God, And Believe The Gospel,

That Jesus Died On The Cross For You, Was Buried, And Rose Again
