8 Sins To Avoid To Escape Hell

     Today, lets look at 8 categories of sin to avoid listed at Revelation 21:8 to escape hell. Revelation 21:8 tells us But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death. Let's look at each of these 8 sins and learn how to avoid them so we can have peace and eternal life forevermore. People that continue to practice these 8 sins without repenting go to hell and the lake of fire forever. The good news is that if anyone does any of these 8 sins, they can be forgiven and saved. Repent now and get saved by making a decision to stop sinning, making Jesus your God, and believing daily that Jesus died on the cross for you, was buried, and rose again.

1) Who are the murderers going to hell according to the bible

     The bible tells us that hatred is murder. Anyone that hates his brother or sister (even their enemies) is a murderer and goes to hell. 1 John 3:15 says Whosoever hateth his brother (or sister) is a murderer; and ye know that no murderer hath eternal life abiding in him. This occurs when our flesh (when suffering and experiencing pain from persecution) says or thinks that anyone is an idiot saying I can't stand that person and thinks and wishes harm to their enemies. The good news though is if we stop hating people and repent, making Jesus our God, the blood of Jesus will wash away our sins, allowing us to have peace and eternal life forever. And if we begin to daily walk with Jesus and love our enemies, Jesus will remove any pain and suffering and allow us to overcome our trials. 

     Many of us (even Brother Bob) have been guilty of having hateful thoughts to our enemies and people. Jesus told us at Luke 6:27 Love your enemies, do good to them which hate you. Bless them that curse you, and pray for them which despitefully use you. We have to train our flesh daily to love and not hate. The natural reaction of our flesh is to return hate for hate. But Jesus told us to tell our flesh daily to stop hating and love instead of hate. Love is the water that puts out hate's fire. Proverbs 15:1 tells us a soft answer turneth away wrath; but grievous words stir up anger.

     Next time we drive down a busy highway or road, instead of calling a rude driver an idiot, say Jesus bless them. When a coworker or boss is mean to us at work and causes us to suffer pain, instead of cursing and calling the coworker an idiot under your breath, say Jesus bless the coworker and help me to always be kind and shine the light of Jesus to my coworkers. 

     There is a daily warfare between our flesh and our spirit. The good news is that our spirit and Jesus is greater than our flesh. 1 John 4:4 says Greater is He (Jesus) that is in you, than he that is in the world. We have to realize that we must daily stop cussing and thinking bad thoughts toward anyone to be blessed. When we find our flesh complaining or cussing or thinking evil, look to Jesus crucified and the cross to get victory over our flesh.

     2 Corinthians 10:5 tells us Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ. In other words, whenever a bad thought comes into our minds from the devil, look by faith at Jesus on the cross, and I promise you that instantly the bad thought will disappear, and you will receive peace. In fact, try this, if anyone looks by faith at the cross of Jesus, it's impossible to think a bad thought, because the bad thought of the devil can't go through the blood of Jesus (the same yesterday, today, and forever). 

     Let's truly be christians and shine the light of Jesus to this lost world. Today say I will daily practice Ephesians 4:29 and let no corrupt communication proceed out of my mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers. Let's all determine to obey Colossians 3:8 and put off anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, and any filthy communication out of our mouths. Brother Bob has to daily work at this because before I got saved from 16 to 21 every word out of my mouth was a curse word when I drank beer daily and ran the streets with gangs. But Brother Bob and you my friends everywhere can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth us to overcome our flesh and shine the love of Jesus to lost sinners all over this earth. 

     Note that another murderer is anyone that is involved in an abortion. Every doctor, nurse, and woman that willingly shed the innocent blood of babies to receive money are guilty of premeditated murder. Anyone involved in an abortion commits abomination and goes to hell unless they repent (stop aborting babies) and get saved. A baby in the womb is a life that deserves to live according to the bible. God told Jeremiah at Jeremiah 1:5 Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee, and before thou camest forth out of the womb, I sanctified thee and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations. I pray in Jesus name that the United States Supreme Court overturns Roe v. Wade and stops promoting abortions that have allowed 70 million babies to be killed in America.  

2) Who are the fearful going to hell according to the bible

     The fearful are the cowards that go to hell who are afraid to confess Jesus openly to anyone. These people reject Jesus in order to please men and refuse to get saved. Jesus said at Luke 12:8 Whosoever shall confess me before men, him shall the Son of man also confess before the angels of God: but he that denieth me before men shall be denied before the angels of God.

     Many people are afraid to mention the name of Jesus or quote a scripture from the bible on a job to avoid persecution. These people are more concerned about how people view them instead of how God views them. These people compromise and laugh about ungodly sinful conversations in order to be accepted and treated favorably by their coworkers. But Proverbs 29:25 pictured above warns us that the fear of man bringeth a snare; but whoso putteth his trust in the Lord shall be safe.

     And Jeremiah 17:5 says Thus saith the Lord, cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the Lord. For he shall be like the heath in the desert, and shall not see when good cometh; but shall inhabit the parched places in the wilderness, in a salt land and not inhabited. Blessed is the man that trusteth in the Lord, and whose hope the Lord is. For he shall be as a tree planted by the waters, and that spreadeth out her roots by the river, and shall not see when heat cometh, but her leaf shall be green; and shall not be careful in the year of drought, neither shall cease from yielding fruit. 

     Brother Bob refused to be fearful and confessed Jesus to all his Jewish relatives. My Jewish mother, father, aunts, uncles, and cousins had nothing to do with me because I believed in the Lord Jesus. And for 35 years Jesus has greatly blessed Brother Bob for placing Jesus first above family; Jesus has met all of Brother Bob's needs and wow Brother Bob has blessed over 150000 people all over this earth with the good news of our Lord Jesus through preachbrotherbob.  

 

3) Who are the idolators going to hell according to the bible

      Note that Colossians 3:5 defines idolatry to be covetousness or the greedy desire to become more and more wealthy with money. These idolators that go to hell are the many people that daily buy lottery tickets and gamble constantly at casinos. Every week these people have a greedy desire to become wealthy by buying lottery tickets and pulling the handles of slot machines at casinos. This is the sin of idolatry where people's love of money becomes an idol (called the root of all evil) instead of loving and worshipping our Lord Jesus. Please repent of the sin of  idolatry (buying lottery tickets and gambling at casinos) and get saved with our Lord Jesus.

     Jesus said a choice has to be made between God or money at Matthew 6:24 that says No man can serve two masters, for either he will hate the one and love the other; or else he will hold to the one and despise the other; ye cannot serve God and mammon. Money is not bad; We all need money to buy food each week at the grocery store; It's the greed and love of money that is the root of all evil. Jesus and the Word of God is much better than all the fading money of this world. 1 Timothy 6:6 tells us But godliness with contentment is great gain. And the Word of God (Jesus) is so much better than all the money of this world. Right now rejoice about the Word of God saying Psalm 119: 162 I rejoice at thy Word, as one that findeth great spoil.

4) Who are the sorcerers going to hell according to the bible

     Next we see that the sorcerers are the drug users, drug sellers, dopeheads, occultists, new agers, psychics, and astrologers that go to hell. In fact witchcraft is defined as drug use or taking alcohol by beer or wine. I tell kids everywhere to not drink any alcohol or take any drugs because this will allow the devil to come into them and control them with witchcraft. Instead receive the Lord Jesus by faith and decide to stop sinning where Jesus will guide you constantly to peace and joy daily. 

     I knew a young kid that made phone calls costing $500 to a psychic. His dad asked the kid why was $500 charged to my phone bill? The kid said the $500 was spent on psychics so he could receive direction. The father told the kid, "Instead of paying a psychic for direction, Go to Jesus for free and it won't cost you a penny to receive direction." James 1:5 says If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. Friends, you don't need psychics, astrological charts, horoscopes, and new age philosophies for direction; Jesus is all you need for free wisdom and direction. 

5) Who are the whoremongers going to hell according to the bible

     The whoremongers going to hell are all the people involved in fornication, adultery, incest and the LGBTQ (sexual activity outside of a traditional biblical marriage). I tell young kids everywhere to wait until they are married before they get together. Usually when sins are listed in the bible, fornication is always the first sin listed and should be avoided. The bible says that marriage between a man and a woman (not same sex marriage) is blessed; Hebrews 13:4 tells us Marriage is honourable in all, and the bed undefiled; but whoremongers and adulterers God will judge.  

     When anyone commits fornication, they sin against their own body. Why would you want to harm yourself by committing the sin of fornication? 1 Corinthians 6:18 tells us Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body. What? Know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's.

     The government and schools of America might tell kids it's OK to be LGBTQ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and questioning). But God says that LGBTQ is sin and sends people to hell.  Pictured above 1 Corinthians 6:9 says the LGBTQ (effeminate/abusers of themselves with mankind) will not inherit the kingdom of God. 

     But, the good news is that anyone involved with the LGBTQ can repent of their sin and get saved and live with Jesus forevermore in peace. 1 Corinthians 6:11 says people involved in the LGBTQ can get saved; And such were some of you, but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified, in the name of the Lord Jesus and by the spirit of our God. 

6) Who are the liars going to hell according to the bible

     A liar going to hell is anyone that says Jesus is not God; they say that Jesus is just a man and prophet. These billions of liars are muslims, jews, and Jehovah Witnesses. I don't hate these people; I just speak out against their false doctrine and hope that they repent and confess Jesus to be God and get saved. Yes Jesus is a man, Jesus is a a prophet, Jesus is the Son of God, but Jesus is also God manifest in the flesh. And a person can not get saved unless they confess the Lord Jesus, and say Jesus is God, and believe that Jesus died for them on the cross, was buried, and rose again. 

     1 John 4:2 tells us the test to know if someone has the right or wrong spirit. The scripture says Hereby know ye the Spirit of God; Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God. Note that Christ is defined as Emmanuel God with us so it reads every spirit that confesseth that Jesus is God come in the flesh is of God and the right Spirit. 

     Now look at 1 John 4:3 that says And every spirit that confesseth not the Jesus Christ is come in the flesh (denies that Jesus is God in the flesh;) (muslims, jews, and Jehovah Witnesses) is not of God; and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.   

     Pictured above, Jude 14 says that any liar who refuses to believe that Jesus is God will be judged at the great white throne judgment and cast into the lake of fire to be tormented forever for rejecting our Lord Jesus. According to Jude 14, And Enoch also the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying Behold the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints; To execute judgment upon all and to convince all that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly committed, and of all their hard speeches which ungodly sinners have spoken against Him. 

7) Who are the unbelievers going to hell according to the bible

     The unbelievers going to hell include anyone who refuses to believe in the Lord Jesus. Jesus said at John 8:24 I said therefore unto you that ye shall die in your sins; for if ye believe not that I am He, ye shall die in your sins. And Paul told the Philippian jailor that he had to believe in the Lord Jesus to be saved. Paul told this jailor at Acts 16:31 Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved and thy house.

     Now notice the picture above titled How old were you when you became a christian? This chart shows us that most people get saved when they are young between the ages of 4-30. This is why we need to always take kids and grandkids to church and surround them constantly with the Word of God and preaching. This way kids have a better chance to get saved before they become 30. After the age of 30 most people won't get saved. But there is always hope to save anyone at any age. 

     Check out these statistics. Most people get saved with our Lord Jesus between the ages of 4-14. After a person is over 25 years of age, only 1 in 10000 will get saved. After 35 years of age, only 1 in 50000 will get saved. After 45 years of age, only 1 in 200000 will get saved. After 55 years of age, only 1 in 300000 will get saved. After 65 years of age, only 1 in 500000 will get saved. And after 75 years of age, only 1 75 year old out of 700000 will get saved and accept the Lord Jesus. 

      After reading these statistics, we should realize the importance of witnessing the Lord Jesus to kids and teenagers. This is why the devil is fighting and has taken prayer and bible reading out of the schools in America. The only hope for kids to get saved today is for godly parents and preachers to constantly share Jesus and the Word of God with kids, showing them how to stop sinning, make Jesus their God, and how to believe daily that Jesus died on the cross for them, was buried, and rose again. Proverbs 22:6 tells us Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old he will not depart from it.

8) Who are the abominable going to hell according to the bible

     God says that the abominable are people going to hell that commit abominations that are disgusting, detested, loathsome, foul, and abhorred by God. And the first two times abomination is mentioned in the bible, homosexuality is called an abomination. Pictured above Leviticus 18:22 says Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind; it is abomination. And Leviticus 20:13 says If a man also lie with mankind as he lieth with a woman both of them have committed an abomination; they shall surely be put to death, their blood shall be upon them. But remember, homosexuals and lesbians can get saved, repent, and stop sinning, where the blood of Jesus will wash away all their sin. 

     And then the bible tells us that transgenderism and cross dressing (where men dress like women or women dress like men) is an abomination. Deuteronomy 22:5 tells us The woman shall not wear that which pertaineth unto a man, neither shall a man put on a woman's garment; for all that do so are abomination unto the Lord. Men need to go to the barbershop and not the beauty shop. Men need to get their hair cut and not done. The bible says it's a shame for men to have long hair like a woman.

     And in America, transgenderism is now accepted as an alternative lifestyle. It's not an alternative lifestyle; it's a perverted lifestyle and sin according to the bible. The other day I went to Walmart and thought I saw a woman with a purse and panty hose, but when the woman talked it was a man with a deep voice. And christians need to speak out against these perverts who are men teachers claiming to be women that want to use the ladies restroom with little girls.   

     Again, these transgender and homosexual/lesbian people can get saved, but it would take a miracle. I warn all people to not commit the sin of homosexuality, lesbianism, and transgenderism because God says these sins cause minds of people to become reprobate. God is disgusted with these sins and you cross a line when you do them where you might not get back to God and lose your mind, becoming reprobate and crazy.

     Women reading this, be aware that prostitution is also called an abomination. Deuteronomy 23:18 says Thou shalt not bring the hire of a whore, or the price of a dog into the house of the Lord thy God for any vow; for even both these are abomination unto the Lord thy God.

     And finally, Proverbs 6:16-18 lists seven things that are an abomination to the Lord Jesus. It says these six things doth the Lord hate; yea seven are an abomination unto Him. A proud look ( wow the first abomination listed is a proud look) (Be humble and wash peoples feet and be blessed), a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood (anyone involved in abortions that shed the blood of innocent babies), an heart that deviseth wicked imaginations; feet that be swift in running to mischief; a false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren.

Go Or Help

     Today notice the two words GO and HELP in Ezra 1:3-4 that King Cyrus told the Jews saying Who is there among you of all his people? his God be with him, and let him GO up to Jerusalem which is in Judah and build the house of the Lord God of Israel, (he is the God) which is in Jerusalem. And whosoever remaineth in any place where he sojourneth, let the men of his place HELP him with silver and with gold and with goods, and with beasts, beside the freewill offering for the house of God that is in Jerusalem. Let's learn about King Cyrus and his blessed proclamation GO or HELP.

     King Cyrus told the slave captive Jews of Babylon they had a choice to make. They could either GO and be a missionary to Jerusalem and rebuild the temple or remain in Babylon and HELP the missionaries by sending them silver, gold, food, clothing, and freewill offerings. Today saints everywhere also have to choose to either go to countries as missionaries to preach the gospel or stay at home while they help by sending money, food, and clothing to missionaries.

     Like King Cyrus, Jesus and Paul told saints to GO or HELP with missionary work to save lost souls all over this earth. Jesus said at Mark 16:15 Go ye into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. Jesus also said at Matthew 28:19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost. Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. And Paul told us to help missionaries that preach Jesus all over this earth saying at 2 Corinthians 1:11 Ye also helping together by prayer for us, that for the gift bestowed upon us by the means of many persons thanks may be given by many on our behalf.

     Alright, here's a historical summary about the Jews of Babylon and King Cyrus pictured above. In 597 BC, Judah and its temple was destroyed and demolished by the Babylonians because the Jews were worshipping idols.  All the Jews were hauled off into captivity into Babylon (800 miles from Jerusalem) for 70 years under the Babylonian empire. Then the Babylonian empire was defeated by the Mede-Persian empire. And the first leader of the Mede-Persian empire was King Cyrus who in 536 BC allowed the Jews to return to Jerusalem to rebuild the temple.

     It was a miracle that a Persian heathen king like Cyrus would allow the Jews to return to Jerusalem to rebuild the temple. One of the most incredible predictions in the bible was spoken by the prophet Isaiah about Cyrus 150 years before Cyrus was born when there was peace in Jerusalem. Isaiah said that 150 years later a man named Cyrus would let the Jews go from Babylon to Jerusalem to rebuild the temple. King Cyrus was a God fearing man and after reading Isaiah 44:28 (written 150 years about him before his birth) obeyed what it said: That saith of Cyrus (wow Isaiah correctly named Cyrus), He is my shepherd, and shall perform all my pleasure: even saying to Jerusalem, Thou shalt be built; and to the temple, Thy foundation shall be laid.

     And note that King Cyrus is the only heathen gentile called the anointed of the Lord. Isaiah 45:1 tells us Thus saith the Lord to his anointed, to Cyrus, whose right hand I have holden to subdue nations before him. Pictured above, note that Daniel's prayers for his leader King Cyrus blessed the Jews when God had King Cyrus allow the Jews to return to Jerusalem and rebuild the temple. Like Daniel, saints everywhere pray for pagan heathen leaders, and God will use these leaders to bless the saints.

     1 Timothy 2:1 tells us to pray for our leaders in government saying I exhort therefore, that first of all supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men; For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour. The Lord Jesus will hear our prayers and have pagan heathen kings bless the saints. This is because Proverbs 21:1 pictured above says The king's heart is in the hand of the Lord, as the rivers of water; He turneth it whithersoever He will.

     OK, back to our message about GO or HELP. After King Cyrus allowed the Jews to return to Jerusalem to rebuild the temple, 43000 missionary Jews were willing to leave Babylon and GO to Jerusalem to rebuild the temple. These Jews were willing to leave the sparkling riches of Babylon and travel to the poor temple ruins in Jerusalem that had been destroyed by the Babylonians. Today this would be like a saint leaving prosperous America and traveling to poor Haiti recovering from an earthquake.

     Note that the missionary 43000 Jews that went to Jerusalem to rebuild the temple were only a small remnant out of millions of Jews. Many millions of Jews that were secure, comfortable, and happy in prosperous Babylon chose to stay behind and HELP the missionary 43000 Jews. King Cyrus told the millions of Jews that stayed in Babylon to HELP the missionary Jews with silver, gold, food, and clothing.

     Friends reading this everywhere, today billions of people all over this earth need to hear about the gospel and our Lord Jesus. Are you willing to GO as missionaries to distant countries and preach the gospel of our Lord Jesus or stay home and HELP by sending these missionaries money, food, clothing, and freewill offerings? Remember your offerings and blessings to missionaries help them go to countries in darkness to win and save multitudes of people to our Lord Jesus.

     One day soon when we all get caught up to be with Jesus in the clouds, the saints will be rewarded at the bema judgment seat for all their good works given to missionaires that won multitudes of souls all over this earth. How comforting to know Hebrews 6:10 that says For God is not unrighteous to forget your work and labour of love which ye have shewed toward His name in that ye have ministered to the saints and do minister. Be like Brother Bob and write something on this internet to save lost souls. Tell people everywhere to get saved, repent, decide to stop sinning, make Jesus their God, and believe daily that Jesus died for them on the cross, was buried, and rose again.

The Forbidden School Prayer

     Today, let's see how school began every day before 1962. Every day before 1962 the school teachers across America pictured above began school by having the kids recite the pledge of allegiance and the following twenty two word blessed prayer that I encourage everyone to say. "Almighty God, we acknowledge our dependence upon thee, and we beg thy blessings upon us, our parents, our teachers, and our country.

     Then in 1962 the United States Supreme Court in the landmark case Engel v. Vitale pictured above ruled that it is unconstitutional for State officials to compose an official school prayer and encourage its recitation in public schools. Note that seventy years earlier in 1892, this same United States Supreme Court said that christian principles must remain the basis for America's laws and institutions. Also, the Engel decision was based on no precedents. Never before had the US Supreme Court decided a case without a precedent.

     Friends, mark it down; Brother Bob says do not obey any law that tells you to deny our Lord Jesus Christ and the bible. Jesus said at Luke 18:1 that men ought always to pray, and not to faint. And 1 Thessalonians 5:17 says to pray without ceasing. James 5:16 tells us that the effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.

     Like America, in ancient Babylon, Daniel was told that it was against the law to pray. Daniel let everyone know how he felt about this ungodly law by opening his windows, letting everyone see him praying three times a day. For disobeying the law to not pray, Daniel was thrown in the lion's den. The Lord Jesus blessed Daniel and saved him from the lion's den, while his accusers were thrown into the lion's den and died. Then the king of Persia ordered everyone to pray and obey the God of Daniel.

     And Peter and John were told that it was against the law to mention the name of Jesus. Peter and John did not obey this ungodly law and responded at Acts 4:19 Whether it be right in the sight of God to hearken unto you more than unto God, judge ye. For we cannot but speak the things which we have seen and heard. Peter and John kept preaching Jesus everywhere and were put into prison. Jesus sent an angel that delivered Peter and John from prison telling them to keep preaching Jesus.

     Brother Bob was told that the law in America was separation of church and state. Brother Bob did not obey this law and on his state job posted the name of Jesus and bible scriptures in his office. One day a coworker told Brother Bob do you know that the name of Jesus and your bible scriptures could offend people? Brother Bob responded and told this woman, does it offend you? When she said no, Brother Bob told her to have a blessed day in the name of Jesus. And wow, when this woman retired she gave me several books about our Lord Jesus.

     Remember, lawmaker and politician anywhere, you will never stop prayer, the preaching of Jesus, and the Word of God that will last forever. Psalm 119:89 says For ever, O Lord, thy Word (Jesus) is settled in heaven. And our Lord Jesus said at Luke 21:33 Heaven and earth shall pass away; but my words shall not pass away. Thank you Lord Jesus for Psalm 12:6 The words of the Lord are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times. Thou shalt keep them, O Lord, thou shalt preserve them from this generation for ever.

     Take time to read what the leaders in America in the 1700's thought about prayer, the bible, and our Lord Jesus. Everyone in America should think about the blessed words pictured above of George Washington and Thomas Jefferson. Saints we need to pray that our leaders in America again make Godly laws that respect the bible and our Lord Jesus so America can be blessed.

     George Washington said the propitious favorable smiles of heaven can never be expected on a nation that disregards the eternal rules of order and right which heaven itself has ordained. He also said let it simply be asked where is the security for property, for reputation, for life (how can we be safe) if the sense of religious obligations desert us? Thomas Jefferson said I tremble for my country when I reflect that God is just and that His justice can not sleep for ever.

     The founding fathers of America relied on the bible and mentioned God in America's founding documents (the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence). Politicians and lawmakers should note that the Declaration of Independence mentions God four times. And the 22 word blessed prayer banned by the US Supreme Court that kids everywhere in America before 1962 prayed in schools only mentioned God once.

     Psalm 33:12 tells us Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord, and the people whom He hath chosen for His own inheritance. Proverbs 14:34 says Righteousness exalteth a nation: but sin is a reproach to any people. And Psalm 9:17 warns us The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God. People in America and all over this earth, escape the wrath of God and get saved; Repent and decide to stop sinning, make Jesus your God, and believe that Jesus died for you on the cross, was buried, and rose again. 

 

     Next in 1963 a woman named Madalyn Murray O'Hair did not want her ten year old son William to hear the bible read in school by students like the little girl pictured above. The atheist Madalyn Murray O'Hair had the United States Supreme Court in the case of United States v. Madalyn Murray O'Hair censor and prohibit the reading of the bible from all public schools in America.

     In 1963, 97% of all Americans believed in God. But, the United States Supreme Court agreed with the 3% extreme minority to the exclusion of the 97% majority who believed in God and banned bible reading in public schools. The US Supreme Court based the O'Hair decision on the testimony of one psychologist who said "If portions of the new testament were read without explanation, they could be and have been psychologically harmful to the children". Wow, the O'Hair decision was not based on any law but on the testimony of one psychologist.

     After 1963, Madalyn Murray O'Hair became famous, extremely rich, and America's spokeswoman for atheists who did not believe in God. Psalm 53:1 describes Ms. O'Hair and says the fool hath said in his heart, there is no God. Corrupt are they, and have done abominable iniquity. This reminds me of the atheist who had a sign in his home saying God is nowhere. When a grandfather with his little five year old girl visited the atheists home, the little girl said grandpa look at the blessed sign that says God is now here.

     Ironically, when little ten year old William O'Hair became an adult in 1980, William O'Hair got gloriously saved and received Jesus Christ as his Lord and Saviour. Madalyn Murray O'Hair claimed that she had a post natal abortion when William got saved. Then Madalyn repudiated William O'Hair entirely and completely now and for all times. Madalyn said said that William was beyond all forgiveness.

     Later in 1999, after the atheist Madalyn Murray O'Hair became extemely rich and profane, promoting atheism, humanism, and secularism, she organized a large corporation of atheists. Madalyn would hire atheists released from jail who had been felons and murderers. Then two of these felon atheists kidnapped Madalyn Murray O'Hair, William's brother John, and William's daughter Robin; bound and gagged them for thirty days and eventually killed them all.

     Then after 1962 to 1985 in America, teachers said OK the US Supreme Court has ruled that kids can't pray out loud in schools; but, there's nothing wrong with having the kids pray silently every morning. Teachers all over America from 1962 to 1985 told kids every day like the kids pictured above lets all bow our heads, close our eyes, and silently pray to God before we start our day.

     And wow, in 1985 the United States Supreme Court ruled that it was illegal for teachers to lead students in voluntary silent prayer. After 1985 in America, teachers can only tell kids let's bow our heads in a moment of silence to remember someone; but no silent prayers can be prayed. I tell kids everywhere in America to disobey this ungodly law and continue to pray in school where your prayers do not disrupt your classmates. And I've heard of some blessed teachers that continue to pray for their kids and pray openly to Jesus during school events.

     I pray in Jesus name that America's leaders return to the laws of the United States in the 1800's. In the 1800's, the United States Congress used tax dollars to print thousands of King James bibles for distribution to public schools so teachers had bibles to read daily to their students. Deuteronomy 11:19 tells us teach them (the bible) to your children, speaking of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, when thou liest down, and when thou risest up. Proverbs 22:6 says Train up a child in the way he should go; and when he is old, he will not depart from it.

What's happened after 1962 when most kids stopped praying in schools

     Before 1962, kids all over America prayed every day in school for students, parents, teachers, and our country. After 1962, because kids in school are not allowed to pray for their classmates, today America has the highest teen pregnancy rate in the world. And one out of every two Americans 25 years and older have some kind of an STD (sexually transmitted disease). 

     I tell kids to wait until they are married to touch a man or woman. Hebrews 13:4 tells us Marriage is honourable in all, and the bed undefiled; but whoremongers and adulterers God will judge.  Fornication (sex before marriage) is a sin. 1 Corinthians 6:18 says Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body, but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body; What? Know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price; therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's. 

     After 1962, because kids in school are not allowed to pray for their parents, today over half of all couples (53%) get divorced. People are shacking up and cohabitating, living together, and refusing to marry; Single parent homes are everywhere and Americans don't even understand what the biblical definition of marriage between a man and a woman is.  Note that when the kids were praying for their parents before 1962, the divorce rates were going down.  

     And after 1962, because kids in school are not allowed to pray for our country, there has been an increase in violent crimes in America where America has the most men housed in prisons. All these problems occurred because kids today are not allowed to pray for their students, parents, teachers, and the country every day. I pray in Jesus name America can return to allowing kids to pray in school every day. How blessed to think that before 1962 kids prayers in schools all over America would bless everyone with peace, safety, and life all over America.  

What can we do since kids are not allowed

to pray in school every day?

     Since kids are not allowed to pray in schools every day, what can we do? 1 Timothy 2:1 tells us I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men. For kings, and for all that are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour. In other words, pray for the leaders of your country to make Godly laws that respect the bible and lift up our Lord Jesus.

     Isaiah 1:9 says Except the Lord of hosts had left unto us a very small remnant, we should have been as Sodom, and we should have been like unto Gomorrah. Become a part of the very small remnant that prays for America or your country and save America or your country. Jeremiah 5:1 tells us Run ye to and fro through the streets of Jerusalem and see now, and know, and seek in the broad places thereof; If ye can find a man (just one man), if there be any that executeth judgment, that seeketh the truth, and I will pardon it. People of America please repent and heed Jeremiah's words at Jeremiah 18:8 that says If that nation against whom I have pronounced turn from their evil, I will repent of the evil that I thought to do unto them.

     Be like Daniel, who opened his windows and prayed three times a day for wicked Babylon. Because of Daniel's prayers, God had mercy upon Israel and 70 years later, Persian King Cyrus allowed a remnant of Jews to go back to Jerusalem and rebuild the walls of the temple and reinstitute the sacrifices with the worship of Almighty God.

Intermeddling With Your Joy

     PROVERBS 14:10

The heart knoweth his own bitterness

And a stranger doth not intermeddle with his joy

     Take a look at the words above that say And a stranger doth not intermeddle with his joy. This is saying that a stranger who turns away from the Lord Jesus forgets to intermeddle (defined as interweaving, intertwining, and intermixing) with his joy and becomes weak because Nehemiah 8:10 pictured above tells us that the joy of the Lord is your strength. Therefore, we must daily intermeddle (intermix) with our joy (the Lord Jesus) to be strong and overcome the devil.

     This bible study will teach my friends several ways that you can intermeddle with your joy to have strength, peace, and blessings every day. In other words don't ignore your joy so you can overcome depression, anxiety, and fear. And note that joy is not the same as fun. Fun can bring a temporary happiness but joy with our Lord Jesus is far superior to just fun. Why settle for temporary fun in the world, when you can have everlasting joy with our Lord Jesus?

WAYS TO INTERMEDDLE WITH YOUR JOY TO HAVE STRENGTH

1) Intermeddle daily with the Lord Jesus to receive joy and strength

     First intermeddle with the Lord Jesus daily to get strength to overcome the devil and any trouble. Get saved and repent (decide to turn from your sin) and make Jesus your God, and daily believe that Jesus died for you on the cross, was buried, and rose again. Daily intermeddle with Jesus by saying I am crucified with Christ and tell the devil that you are covered by the blood of Jesus that overcomes the devil, cleanses you of all sin, and evil must pass over you. Psalm 16:11 pictured above promises that Jesus will give you joy and strength saying Thou wilt shew me the path of life, in thy presence (the presence of the Lord Jesus) is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.

     Why settle for the pleasures of the world (fornication, gambling, alcohol, and drugs) that according to Hebrews 11:25 and Romans 6:23 last only for a season and end in misery when you can have pleasures for evermore with the joy of Jesus who sits at the right hand of God. Jesus told us at John 15:11 These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy (and strength) might remain in you, and that your joy (and strength) might be full.

     Romans 5:11 proves that there is joy and strength with our Lord Jesus saying And not only so but we also joy in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom we have now received the atonement. And wow Jesus promised us at John 16:22 And ye now therefore have sorrow, but I will see you again and your heart shall rejoice, and your joy no man taketh from you.

2) Intermeddle daily with the Word (Jesus) to receive joy and strength

     Next daily meditate on the Word of God to receive joy and strength to overcome the devil and any trouble. Jeremiah 15:16 pictured above proves that the Word will give you joy and strength saying Thy words were found, and I did eat them; and thy Word was unto me the joy and rejoicing of mine heart; for I am called by thy name, O Lord God of hosts.

     If you want to prosper and be blessed where God fixes every problem in your life, daily meditate and memorize (not just read) the Word of God. Psalm 1 promises Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. But his delight is in the law of the Lord; and in His law doth he meditate day and night. And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.

     And if you love the Word of God and daily memorize and say scriptures, Psalm 119:165 promises that you will have great peace saying Great peace have they which love thy law; and nothing shall offend them. Also when you speak the Word of God, the devil will flee from you. Jesus constantly told the devil It is written and quoted the Word to make the devil flee and leave. Every day have the Word of God preaching through your cellphones and computers from your favorite preachers while you have breakfast or any meal. This will heal you and make the devil flee from your homes. Psalm 107:20 promises He sent His Word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions.

3) Intermeddle daily with prayer to receive joy and strength

          Another way to receive joy and strength to overcome the devil and trouble is to always pray. Pictured above Jesus told us at John 16:24 Hitherto have ye asked nothing in my name; ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full. Most people just react to troubles and problems; The bible tells us to pray and tell Jesus about our problems instead of reacting to our problems to receive the peace that passeth all understanding. Philippians 4:6 says Be careful for nothing (don't worry); but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

4) Intermeddle with your joy by witnessing and telling everyone about Jesus

     Another way to receive joy and strength to overcome the devil and any trouble is to daily witness and tell everyone how to be saved with our Lord Jesus. Pictured above Psalm 126:5-6 says They that sow in tears shall reap in joy; He that goeth forth and weepeth bearing precious seed (telling people everywhere the Word of God), shall doubtless come again with rejoicing bringing his sheaves (saved saints) with him. Remember one plants, one waters, but God gives the increase. 

     When someone gets saved because we witnessed Jesus to them, we rejoice and get joy and peace knowing that we saved that person from death and the harm they could have caused without Jesus. James 5:20 says Let him know, that he which converteth the sinner from the error of his way, shall save a soul from death, and shall hide a multitude of sins. Proverbs 11:30 says the fruit of the righteous is a tree of life; and he that winneth souls is wise.

     After Jesus sent out the seventy to witness and win souls to Him, the seventy returned with joy received by witnessing. Luke 10:1-2 tells us After these things the Lord appointed other seventy also, and sent them two and two before His face into every city and place, whither He Himself would come. Therefore said He unto them, The harvest truly is great, but the labourers are few; pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that He would send forth labourers into His harvest. And note that these seventy received joy and strength from witnessing because Luke 10:17 tells us And the seventy returned again with joy, saying Lord, even the devils are subject unto us through thy name. And wow, Jesus responded and said at Luke 10:20 Notwithstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you, but rather rejoice because your names are written in heaven.  

    Also 1 Thessalonians 2:19 pictured above proves that we receive joy after witnessing to lost sinners who get saved saying For what is our hope, our joy, or crown of rejoicing? Are not even ye in the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ at His coming. For ye are our glory and joy. What a joy to see a drug addict and convict become blessed, get saved and clean shaven, well dressed, and helping many in the community. What a joy to see a filthy prostitute become a decent moral woman with the Lord Jesus in a clean dress helping fatherless orphans, visiting the elderly and homeless, and feeding the hungry.

5) Intermeddle with your joy by thinking about your future eternal peace

in the kingdom with our Lord Jesus

     Another way to intermeddle with your joy is to think about the exceeding joy we will receive when we praise our Lord Jesus forevermore in the kingdom. Jude 24 promises Now unto Him (Jesus) that is able to keep you from falling and to present you faultless before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy. To the only wise God our Saviour be glory, and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever Amen.

     Just thinking about the soon coming millenial reign of Jesus on this earth and our peace forevermore in the kingdom gives us joy and strength. Colossians 3:1 tells us to think about heavenly things to get joy and peace saying If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God; set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.

     What joy to think that there will be no hospitals or funeral homes when Jesus is King of this earth for 1000 years and Lord in the kingdom forevermore. With Jesus there will be no crippled people or death. Isaiah 35:5 promises then the eyes of the blind shall be opened, and the ears of the deaf shall be unstopped. Then shall the lame man leap as an hart, and the tongue of the dumb sing; for in the wilderness shall waters break out, and streams in the desert. And Revelation 21:4 promises And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain; for the former things are passed away.

6) Intermeddle with your joy by fellowshipping with blessed believers in Jesus

     Another way to receive joy and strength to overcome the devil and trouble is to fellowship with blessed believers. Pictured above we see that Paul received joy and strength when he fellowshipped with his blessed friend Philemon. Paul told Philemon at Philemon 7 For we have great joy and consolation in thy love because the bowels of the saints are refreshed by thee, brother. Paul also said at Philemon 20 Yea brother (Philemon), let me have joy of thee in the Lord; Refresh my bowels in the Lord. 

     Wow, Philemon was a refreshment and joy to be around. Paul received joy and strength by intermeddling and intermixing his life with the fellowship of his blessed friend Philemon. Friends, remember fellowship is important to receive strength and peace. Find a good church that preaches the king james bible and attend your local church every week to be blessed. Remember we are not a one man show. We need each other for strength. One ant can push a crumb; but ten ants can push the crumb easier. One prevails, two withstands, and a threefold cord is not easily broken. One puts 1000 to flight, but two in agreement puts 10000 devils to flight. Jesus said where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst. And finally Jesus said if two or three agree in prayer about a blessing, it shall be done of my Father which is in heaven.

7) Intermeddle with your joy by remembering the day of your salvation
 and your testimony

     A final way to receive joy and strength to overcome the devil is to remember the day of your salvation and testify to everyone about how Jesus saved you. Psalm 51 :12 pictured above speaks about this saying Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit. Isaiah 12:3 also talks about this saying Therefore with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation.

     When we remember how Jesus saved low down wretched sinners like ourselves, we will rejoice that Jesus forgot all our sins by cleansing us with His own blood to be blessed forevermore in peace with Him in the kingdom. Brother Bob remembers how Jesus saved his dad from drowning and delivered him from being an alcoholic and criminal. Thank you Lord Jesus for remembering Brother Bob (an orthodox Jew) and sending an angel to rescue my dad from drowning on a boat and save Brother Bob from many troubles on this earth. After Jesus saved Brother Bob, Brother Bob cut his long hair, stopped gambling and drinking, and no longer ran with gangs in the streets. Now Brother Bob a former alcoholic writes sermons on preachbrotherbob that save multitudes all over this earth and bless people with the Word of God. This gives Brother Bob great joy to know that thousands in Russia and South Korea get saved by the words of these bible studies. 

     Finally, two other thoughts on how to intermeddle with your joy to overcome the devil and any trouble. First, remember to rejoice when you are persecuted for believing in Jesus as God. James 1:2 says to count it all joy when you fall into divers temptations. Remember when people mock you, separate from you, and persecute you because you believe in the Lord Jesus, they are pronouncing blessings upon you. This is proven by Luke 6:22 that says Blessed are ye when men shall hate you, and when they shall separate you from their company, and shall reproach you, and shall cast out your name as evil, for the Son of man's sake. Rejoice ye in that day, and leap for joy. For, behold your reward is great in heaven: for in the like manner did their fathers unto the prophets.

     And finally, when you intermeddle with your joy by faith in Jesus who you don't see, you will receive joy unspeakable and full of glory. This is proven by 1 Peter 1:8 that says Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom though now ye see Him not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory.
