Serve Jesus And Ignore Troubles Around You

     Notice the prophet Agabus and Paul in the picture above. Agabus was a prominent first century christian prophet from Jerusalem who is mentioned twice in the book of Acts. He is recognized for his accuracy and his role in communicating divine messages to the early church. While in Antioch, Syria around 48 AD, Agabus predicted a severe famine that would spread across the entire Roman world. This prophecy was fulfilled during the reign of Emperor Claudius Caesar. In response the church in Antioch sent financial aid to believers in Judaea, led by Paul and Barnabas. 

     Acts 11:27 says And in these days came prophets from Jerusalem unto Antioch. And there stood up one of them named Agabus, and signified by the Spirit that there should be great dearth throughout all the world: which came to pass in the days of Claudius Caesar. Then the disciples, every man according to his ability, determined to send relief unto the brethren which dwelt in Judaea: Which also they did, and sent it to the elders by the hands of Barnabas and Saul. 

     Around 58 AD in Caesarea, Agabus met with Paul and used a dramatic symbolic gesture, binding his own hands and feet with Paul's belt, to foretell that Paul would be arrested in Jerusalem and handed over to the Gentiles (the Romans). Agabus' accurate prophecy signaled a shift in the gospel's advance from a Jerusalem centered mission to Rome. It validated that Paul's upcoming imprisonment was a divinely orchestrated vehicle for reaching the Gentiles in Europe and Rome with the gospel message about the Lord Jesus Christ.

     Acts 21:10 says And as we tarried there many days, there came down from Judaea a certain prophet, named Agabus. And when he was come unto us, he took Paul's girdle, and bound his own hands and feet, and said, Thus saith the Holy Ghost, So shall the Jews at Jerusalem bind the man that owneth this girdle, and shall deliver him unto the hands of the Gentiles. And when we heard these things, both we, and they of that place, besought him (Paul) not to go up to Jerusalem. Then Paul answered, What mean you to weep and to break my heart? for I am ready not to be bound only, but also to die at Jerusalem for the name of the Lord Jesus. And when he would not be persuaded, we ceased, saying, The will of the Lord be done. 

     Like Paul, christians should be willing to deny themselves and rejoice in persecutions while they witness Jesus everywhere on this earth. Jesus said at Matthew 10:39 He that findeth his life shall lose it: and he that loseth his life for my sake shall find it. Paul said at Philippians 3:8 Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ.

      Like Paul, Brother Bob left all his Jewish family, relatives, and millions of dollars to witness Jesus everywhere at age 21. I was told by my Jewish family that if I preached and talked about Jesus that my entire Jewish family would have nothing to do with me. Brother Bob was willing to leave everything, family, money, and this world for Jesus. And for 43 years Jesus has taken care of Brother Bob and met all of Brother Bob's needs. Psalm 27:10 says When my father and my mother forsake me, then the Lord will take me up. Ephesians 1:6 says To the praise of the glory of His grace, wherein He hath made us accepted in the beloved. In whom we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace.

     Mark 8:36 says For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul? Everyone is seeking to obtain a reward, but the true reward is witnessing about Jesus and blessing the poor everywhere. The true reward with the Lord Jesus is better than the fading pleasures of this world. Jesus said at Revelation 22:12 And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.

     Notice the picture above of Moses who like Brother Bob left family, money, and everything for Jesus. If you have left everything to serve the Lord Jesus, I claim in Jesus name the blessings of Mark 10:29 for your life. In Jesus name you will receive an hundredfold now in this time, houses, brethren, sisters, mothers, children, and lands with persecutions; and in the world to come eternal life. 

     Mark 10:29 says And Jesus answered and said, Verily I say unto you, There is no man that hath left house, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my sake, and the gospel's, But he shall receive an hundredfold now in this time, houses, and brethren, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands, with persecutions; and in the world to come eternal life. But many that are first shall be last; and the last first. Note that many people who are first in the world will be last but the few humble christians who are last will be first.

     Moses left all the treasures of Egypt and the prospect of becoming the chief ruler or Pharaoh over Egypt, choosing rather to serve the Lord Jesus and suffer affliction with the people of God. Hebrews 11:24 says By faith Moses, when he was come to years, refused to be called the son of Pharoah's daughter; Choosing rather to suffer affliction with the people of God, than to enjoy the pleasures of sin for a season; Esteeming the reproach of Christ greater riches than the treasures in Egypt: for he had respect unto the recompence of the reward. By faith he forsook Egypt (double straits, distresses, and difficulties), not fearing the wrath of the king: for he endured, as seeing Him who is invisible. Through faith he kept the passover, and the sprinkling of blood, lest he that destroyed the firstborn should touch them. By faith they passed through the Red sea as by dry land: which the Egyptians assaying to do were drowned.

     Moses chose to obtain the everlasting inheritance of heaven instead of the fading treasures of Egypt. It's interesting to note that the word Egypt in Greek is called double straits, distresses, and difficulties. If Moses chose the fading treasures of Egypt, Moses also would have received double distresses. 1 Timothy 6:10 says For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows. 

     Moses avoided the double distresses from the treasures of Egypt and chose the everlasting inheritance of infinite riches from Jesus in heaven. 1 Peter 1:3 says Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to His abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead. To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you. Like Moses, get saved and choose the everlasting inheritance of  infinite riches with Jesus instead of the fading riches of this world. Get saved, repent, decide to stop sinning, confess that Jesus is God, and believe the gospel that Jesus died on the cross for you, was buried, and rose again.

     Let's be like Moses and obey the Lord Jesus' instructions to lay up treasures in heaven by blessing the poor around us. Jesus said at Matthew 6:19 Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal; But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal. 

      Jesus said at Mark 10:21 if you want to have treasure in heaven, give to the poor with your tithe to the storehouse called the treasure house in heaven. Then Jesus beholding him loved him, and said unto him, One thing thou lackest: go thy way, sell whatsoever thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven (storehouse): and come, take up the cross, and follow me. 

     Luke 10:7 tells us that the labourer is worthy of his hire and pastors and preachers should also be blessed with offerings, but the true tithe should go to the poor (the true storehouse spoken of at Malachi 3:10). Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse (treasure house in heaven), that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the Lord of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.

     Notice the picture above of how Jacob continued to hold on to the angel of God and believed that the Lord Jesus would bless him even though the hollow of his thigh was out of joint. The angel of God that wrestled Jacob was a pre incarnate theophany manifestation of the Lord Jesus when Jacob saw the Lord Jesus at Peniel that means facing God. Everyone should be like Jacob and ignore the troubles around us, while they keep witnessing Jesus and bless poor people everywhere. Like Jacob, if we continue to stay with Jesus and keep asking to be blessed, Jesus will bless us greatly. 

      Galatians 6:9 says And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not. Genesis 32:25 says And when he saw that he prevailed not against him, he touched the hollow of his thigh; and the hollow of Jacob's thigh was out of joint, as he wrestled with him. And he said, Let me go, for the day breaketh. And he said, I will not let thee go, except thou bless me. The Lord Jesus blessed Jacob and had Esau become his friend because Jacob kept asking for a blessing. Like Jacob, keep asking Jesus to bless you and your prayer requests will be granted.

     Like Jacob, have importunity when you pray by persistently asking God to grant your prayer requests. People will tell you that if you ask God a request more than once you lack faith. This is wrong because the Lord Jesus Himself prayed the same prayer and words three times in the garden of Gethsemane. Matthew 26:44 says And He (Jesus) left them, and went away again, and prayed the third time, saying the same words. The people that get blessed the most are the people that ask Jesus the most prayer requests. James 4:2 says Ye have not, because ye ask not. Many of life's failures are people who did not realize how close they were to success when they quit.

     The following scriptures tell us to serve Jesus daily and ignore the troubles of this world. Luke 9:62 says And Jesus said unto him, No man, having put his hand to the plough, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God. Don't look back to your former sinful life in this world. Luke 17:32 gives us a warning and says Remember Lot's wife. Whosoever shall seek to save his life shall lose it; and whosoever shall lose his life shall preserve it. Lot's wife lost her life and turned into a pillar of salt because she looked back and desired her former sinful life in this perishing world. 2 Corinthians 5:15 says And that He died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto Him which died for them, and rose again.

     It's amazing to Brother Bob that some christians let a little trouble around them stop them from serving Jesus. If you find yourself complaining about the troubles around you while you serve Jesus, take a look at how the saints in history continued to serve the Lord Jesus and ignored the many troubles of this world listed at Hebrews 11:33.

     Hebrews 11:33 says Who through faith subdued kingdoms, wrought righteousness, obtained promises, stopped the mouths of lions (speaking of Daniel), Quenched the violence of fire (the three Hebrew boys), escaped the edge of the sword (David when he escaped Saul's sword), out of weakness were made strong, waxed valiant in fight, turned to flight the armies of the aliens. Women received their dead raised to life again (the widow of Nain and the Shunammite's sons were raised from the dead to life again): and others were tortured (Jeremiah placed in stocks and in a miry dungeon), not accepting deliverance; that they might obtain a better resurrection: And others had trial of cruel mockings and scourgings, yea, moreover of bonds and imprisonment (Paul and Silas): They were stoned (Stephen), they were sawn asunder (history records that the prophet Isaiah was sawn asunder), were tempted, were slain with the sword (James was slain by Herod's sword): they wandered about in sheepskins and goatskins; being destitute, afflicted, tormented; Of whom the world was not worthy: they wandered in deserts, and in mountains, and in dens and caves of the earth. 

     All these saints of history listed above looked to the future blessings of Jesus in the kingdom of God and ignored the troubles of this world. Hebrews 11:13 says These all died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them afar off, and were persuaded of them, and embraced them, and confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth. Now all these saints listed at Hebrews 11:33 have eternal peace with the true reward and treasure who is the Lord Jesus in the kingdom of God.

     John Bunyan in 1669 while in prison writing for Jesus said If the world venture the damnation of their souls for a poor corruptible crown, shall not we venture the loss of a few trifles for an eternal crown. Hebrews 12:1 says Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us, Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God. For consider Him that endured such contradiction of sinners against Himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds. Ye have not yet resisted unto blood, striving against sin.

     The Lord Jesus is continuously with christians irregardless of all the troubles around them in this world. Romans 8:35 says Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? As it is written, For thy sake, we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter. Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him that loved us. For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. 

     Notice the picture above of Noah's ark with one window at the top of the ark. Why did the Lord Jesus instruct Noah to only place one window at the top of the ark? The reason is because Jesus wants us to be like Noah and not look to the east, west, or south at the troubles in this world around us, but keep looking up to the Lord Jesus for our blessings.  Keep your eyes on Jesus and off the people. The outlooks bad, the downlooks worse, but the uplook is looking pretty good; and if you have the right uplook, you'll have the right outlook, and win souls to the Lord Jesus. The bible verse about Noah's ark and the window above is at Genesis 6:16. A window shalt thou make to the ark, and in a cubit shalt thou finish it above; and the door of the ark shalt thou set in the side thereof; with lower, second, and third stories shalt thou make it. 

     Psalm 24:7 says Lift up your heads, O ye gates; and be ye lift up, ye everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in. Who is this King of glory? The Lord strong and mighty, the Lord mighty in battle. Lift up your heads, O ye gates; even lift them up, ye everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in. Who is this King of glory? The Lord of hosts, He is the King of glory. Selah. Psalm 121:1 says I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. My help cometh from the Lord, which made heaven and earth. Luke 21:28 says And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.

Keep Watching For Jesus

     Stay awake and keep watching for the soon return of the Lord Jesus during the rapture. Don't be like the disciples in the picture above who could not watch and pray for only one hour to protect Jesus but were all asleep allowing Jesus to be crucified. Matthew 26:40 says And He cometh unto the disciples, and findeth them asleep, and saith unto Peter, What, could ye not watch with me one hour? Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.

     Live every day in holiness, denying sin, because Jesus could be coming back the next second. No man knows the day or the hour when Jesus will return during the rapture except the Father in heaven. Therefore be alert, wake up, and live every day in holiness, and be ready at all times for the return of Jesus. 2 Corinthians 7:1 says Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.

     Titus 2:12-13 says Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world; Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ. Brother Bob once heard an anointed preacher say look at just two words in Titus 2:12-13 that are live looking. Try it and say live looking live looking live looking. To live keep looking for Jesus and say the next bible verse out loud and rejoice when you see what occurs when you look for Jesus. Hebrews 9:28 says So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for Him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation.

     If you live every day looking for Jesus to come back the next second, you will not sin, thereby purifying yourself to be ready for the return of Jesus. 1 John 3:2 says Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when He shall appear, we shall be like Him; for we shall see him as He is. And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as He is pure.

     Therefore wake up, stay alert, deny sin, and keep watching for the soon return of Jesus. Jesus said at Revelation 16:15 Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame. Ephesians 5:14 says Wherefore he saith, Awake thou that sleepest, and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give thee light. See then that ye walk circumspectly (diligently), not as fools, but as wise, Redeeming the time, because the days are evil. Jesus is coming soon to be the King of kings and Lord of lords saying at Revelation 22:20 Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus.

     Are you taking too much time to gossip on facebook and text on your cellphones? 1 Corinthians 15:33 says Be not deceived: evil communications corrupt good manners (Too much evil gossip communications on facebook and cellphone texts corrupt good manners and lull billions of people to sleep). Jesus told people to wake up from the gossip of facebook and texting in the next verse saying Awake to righteousness, and sin not; for some have not the knowledge of God (This is saying wake up to righteousness who is Jesus who wants us to witness and win lost souls to the Lord Jesus because some have not the knowledge of God): I speak this to your shame. 

     Romans 13:11 says And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed. The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light (every day say I am crucified with Jesus Christ and with Jesus' stripes I am healed). Let us walk honestly as in the day; not in rioting or drunkenness, not in chambering (fornication) and wantonness (unbridled lust), not in strife and envying. But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfill the lusts thereof. Galatians 5:16 says This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh. Wake up, live holy, and receive peace.

     Wake up, be sober, be alert, and ready for the soon return of the Lord Jesus. Here's some scriptures that warn us not to sleep but to stay alert for the return of Jesus. Proverbs 6:9 says How long wilt thou sleep, O sluggard? when wilt thou arise out of thy sleep? Yet a little sleep, a little slumber, a little folding of the hands to sleep: So shall thy poverty come as one that travelleth (homeless person begging for money), and thy want as an armed man (criminal in prison). Proverbs 20:13 warns us Love not sleep, lest thou come to poverty; open thine eyes, and thou shalt be satisfied with bread. 1 Peter 5:8 says Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour.

     One day with the Lord Jesus in the kingdom of God is better than a thousand days with billions of dollars in this fading world. It's better to be a doorkeeper for the Lord Jesus in the kingdom of God than to dwell in the tents of wickedness. Psalm 84:10 says For a day in thy courts is better than a thousand. I had rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God, than to dwell in the tents of wickedness. For the Lord God is a sun and shield: the Lord will give grace and glory: no good thing will He withhold from them that walk uprightly. O Lord of hosts, blessed is the man that trusteth in thee.

Get saved, repent, decide to stop sinning, 

Confess that Jesus is God, and believe the gospel,

That Jesus died on the cross for you, was buried, and rose again

     Notice the pictures above of much fine gold and honey from the honeycomb. The Lord Jesus and the KJV Word of God is so much better than an unlimited supply of much fine gold and the Lord Jesus and the KJV Word of God is so much sweeter than honey and the honeycomb. Psalm 19:10 talks about the Word of God who is the Lord Jesus and says Jesus is more to be desired than gold, yea, than much fine gold: sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb. The joy that anyone has with the Lord Jesus is so much better than any joy people in this fading world are experiencing. This is proven by Psalm 4:7 that says Thou hast put gladness in my heart, more than in the time that their corn and their wine increased. I will both lay me down in peace, and sleep: for thou, Lord, only makest me dwell in safety.

     The Lord Jesus is called wisdom according to 1 Corinthians 1:30. But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption. I tell children in school if you want to be smart, learn more and more about Jesus and the KJV Word of God that is wisdom. Brother Bob graduated law school after seven years of study, but after Brother Bob got saved, I realized that the wisdom of the world was foolishness and only Jesus and the KJV Word of God is true wisdom. Colossians 2:2 says that the Lord Jesus is wisdom. That their hearts might be comforted, being knit together in love, and unto all riches of the full assurance of understanding, to the acknowledgment of the mystery of God, and of the Father, and of Christ; In whom are hid all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge. 

     When you look to Jesus Christ crucified daily with your heart who is wisdom, you receive the blessings of wisdom listed at Proverbs 3:13. Happy is the man that findeth wisdom (Jesus), and the man that getteth understanding. For the merchandise of it is better than the merchandise of silver, and the gain thereof than fine gold. She is more precious than rubies: and all the things thou canst desire are not to be compared unto her. Length of days is in her right hand; and in her left hand riches and honour. Her ways are ways of pleasantness, and all her paths are peace.  In other words Jesus and wisdom is better than silver, gold, rubies, anything you can desire, gives us length of days, riches and honour, pleasantness, and paths of peace.

     People have told Brother Bob that he needs a DD Doctor of Divinity to preach. I tell these people that I have my DD. I'm a devil disturber and don't need to go to the cemetery or seminary for qualifications. Then they tell me that I need a PHD to preach. I tell them I have my PHD. I have a pentecostal hairdoo. Then they tell me that I need a BA to preach. I tell them I have my BA. I'm Born Again. 1 John 2:27 says But the anointing which ye have received of Him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him. 

     Most people in church won't even lift up their hands to praise Jesus or say a faint Amen. Go a little farther with Jesus and don't worry about what people say when you praise Jesus. Keep your eyes on Jesus and off the people. They're going to talk about you anyway. Give them something good to talk about and leap for joy while you give them a Forrest Gump and run the aisles in every church for the Lord Jesus. If anyone says you talk too much about Jesus, respond Correction, I need to talk more about Jesus and thanks for the compliment. Get in the glory at least one time in your life and get the I can't help its. Tell everyone I can't help it, I got to shout and praise Jesus while I leap for joy. Keep witnessing Jesus everywhere and rejoice evermore.

The Arm Of Jesus Reaches High And Low To Save

     Notice the picture above and realize that the arm of Jesus is reaching to you to save and deliver you from all the troubles of this world. Job 40:9 says Hast thou an arm like God? or canst thou thunder with a voice like Him? The prophet Isaiah answered Job's question by stating at Isaiah 59:1 Behold, the Lord's hand is not shortened, that it cannot save: neither His ear heavy, that it cannot hear.
 
     There are many bible scriptures that prove that the arm of Jesus reaches high and low to save. The apostle Paul told us that the love of Jesus can reach high and low to save us from any trouble of this world. Ephesians 3:17 says That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye being rooted and grounded in love, may be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height; And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God. The Lord Jesus said at Isaiah 41:10 Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.

     If you feel that you are far away from Jesus with no hope, read the next passage from King David and be encouraged because the Lord Jesus can reach you anywhere to save you. Psalm 139:7 says Whither shall I go from thy spirit? or whither shall I flee from thy presence? If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there. If I take the wings of the morning, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea; Even there shall thy hand lead me, and thy right hand shall hold me. 

     Hebrews 7:25 proves that Jesus will reach out and save those in the uttermost and remotest parts of this world. Hebrews 7:25 says Wherefore He is able to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by Him, seeing He ever liveth to make intercession for them. Get saved, repent, decide to stop sinning, confess that Jesus is God, and believe the gospel that Jesus died on the cross for you, was buried, and rose again.

     Nehemiah also told us that Jesus can reach out to the uttermost parts of this world and save us from the troubles of this world. Nehemiah 1:9 says But if ye turn unto me, and keep my commandments, and do them; though there were of you cast out unto the uttermost part of the heaven, yet will I gather them from thence, and will bring them unto the place that I have chosen to set my name there. 

     Notice the pictures above of a whale in the deep ocean and a photo of the earth from the heights of space. When you look at these pictures, realize that the Lord Jesus can reach the deepest depths and the highest heights and deliver and save us. I will prove this to you by many scriptures in the bible. Job 11:7 says Canst thou by searching find out God? Canst thou find out the Almighty unto perfection? It is as high as heaven; what canst thou do? Deeper than hell; what canst thou know? The measure thereof is longer than the earth, and broader than the sea.

     Romans 8:38 says For I am persuaded, that neither death, not life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Genesis 49:25 says Even by the God of thy father, who shall help thee: and by the Almighty, who shall bless thee with blessings of heaven above, blessings of the deep that lieth under, blessings of the breasts, and of the womb. Hebrews 13:6 says So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.

     Notice the first picture above of the whale in the deep ocean and Brother Bob will give many examples of how the arm of Jesus reaches the deepest darkest depths. Psalm 88 speaks about a man named Heman the Ezrahite (called a faithful native who served Jesus) who wrote about the deepest darkest depth that he experienced. Psalm 88:1 says O Lord God of my salvation, I have cried day and night before thee: Let my prayer come before thee: incline thine ear unto my cry; For my soul is full of troubles: and my life draweth nigh unto the grave. I am counted with them that go down into the pit: I am as a man that hath no strength. Free among the dead, like the slain that lie in the grave, whom thou rememberest no more: and they are cut off from thy hand. Thou hast laid me in the lowest pit, in darkness, in the deeps.

     If you feel like Heman in a dark deep place, the Lord Jesus responds with the following bible verses proving that his arm can reach the deepest depths and save you. When Brother Bob was a child, Brother Bob used to be afraid of the dark. But after I saw the promise that the Lord Jesus would dwell in thick darkness, thick black darkness no longer scares Brother Bob. 2 Chronicles 6:1 says Then said Solomon, The Lord hath said that He would dwell in the thick darkness. 

     Psalm 139:11 says If I say, Surely the darkness shall cover me; even the night shall be light about me. Yea, the darkness hideth not from thee; but the night shineth as the day: the darkness and the light are both alike to thee. Finally let's all take the advice of the prophet Isaiah that stated at Isaiah 50:10 Who is among you that feareth the Lord, that obeyeth the voice of his servant, that walketh in darkness, and hath no light? let him trust in the name of the Lord, and stay upon his God.

     Notice the picture above proving that the arm of Jesus can reach anyone anywhere and save them. The Lord Jesus can reach the deepest depths and save us from any trouble. Psalm 86:13 says For great is thy mercy toward me: and thou hast delivered my soul from the lowest hell. Psalm 40:1 says I waited patiently for the Lord; and He inclined unto me, and heard my cry. He brought me up also out of an horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set my feet upon a rock, and established my goings. 

     Deuteronomy 33:27 proves that the Lord Jesus can reach to the deepest depths and hold you up with His everlasting arms. Deuteronomy 33:27 says The eternal God is thy refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms: and He shall thrust out the enemy from before thee; and shall say, Destroy them. Isaiah 40:10 says Behold, the Lord God will come with strong hand, and His arm shall rule for Him: behold, His reward is with Him, and His work before Him. He shall feed His flock like a shepherd: He shall gather the lambs with His arm, and carry them in His bosom, and shall gently lead those that are with young. Deuteronomy 26:8 says And the Lord brought us forth out of Egypt with a mighty hand, and with an outstretched arm, and with great terribleness, and with signs, and with wonders.

     Isaiah 51:9 says Awake, awake, put on strength, O arm of the Lord; awake, as in the ancient days, in the generations of old. Art thou not it that hath cut Rahab (called a fierce proud people), and wounded the dragon (called the devil)? Art thou not it which hath dried the sea, the waters of the great deep; that hath made the depths of the sea a way for the ransomed to pass over?  Rejoice and say Jeremiah 32:17 that tells us about the power of the Lord Jesus' arm to save us. Jeremiah 32:17 says Ah Lord God. behold, thou hast made the heaven and the earth by thy great power and stretched out arm, and there is nothing too hard for thee.

     Notice the picture above of Caleb and Joshua rejoicing and telling Moses that the people can go up to the promised land and possess the blessings even though giants were in the land. Caleb and Joshua believed that the arm of Jesus could reach to the heights and save the people from the giants in the promised land. Notice how blessed the cartoon pictured above is and how in the background the other spies had a bad report, indicating with their hands how big the giants were and how that Moses should not go into the promised land.

     Numbers 13:31 says But the men that went up with him (Caleb) said, We be not able to go up against the people; for they are stronger than we. And they brought up an evil report of the land which they had searched unto the children of Israel, saying, The land, through which we have gone to search it, is a land that eateth up the inhabitants thereof; and all the people that we saw in it are men of great stature. And there we saw the giants, the sons of Anak, which come of the giants: and we were in our own sight as grasshoppers, and so we were in their sight.

     Brother Bob responds to the negative report of the spies and along with Caleb and Joshua gives you many bible scriptures to prove that the arm of Jesus can reach the highest heights and save us from giants and any high principality. Ecclesiastes 5:8 says If thou seest the oppression of the poor, and violent perverting of judgment and justice in a province, marvel not at the matter: for He that is higher than the highest regardeth; and there be higher than they.

     John 3:31 proves that the Lord Jesus is in the highest heights and that His arm can reach high to save us. John 3:31 says He that cometh from above is above all: he that is of the earth is earthly, and speaketh of the earth: he that cometh from heaven is above all. Ephesians 1:20 tells us that the Lord Jesus resides in the highest heights and can deliver us from any high and mighty giant. Ephesians 1:20 says Which He wrought in Christ, when He raised Him from the dead, and set Him at His own right hand in the heavenly places, Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come: And hath put all things under His feet, and gave Him to be the head over all things to the church.

     Like Joseph, you might see trouble around you but the arm of the Lord Jesus will reach out to you, save you, and strengthen you. Genesis 49:22 says Joseph is a fruitful bough, even a fruitful bough by a well; whose branches run over the wall: The archers have sorely grieved him, and shot at him, and hated him: But his bow abode in strength, and the arms of his hands were made strong by the hands of the mighty God of Jacob; from thence is the shepherd, the stone of Israel: Even though people hated Joseph and grieved Joseph, the Lord Jesus reached out his arm to Joseph and strengthened Joseph.

     Zephaniah 3:16 tells us that christians will be with the Lord Jesus far above any trouble or enemy of this world rejoicing forevermore with no memory of this wicked evil world. Zephaniah 3:16 says In that day it shall be said to Jerusalem, Fear thou not: and to Zion, Let not thine hands be slack. The Lord thy God in the midst of thee is mighty; He will save, He will rejoice over thee with joy; He will rest in His love, He will joy over thee with singing. I will gather them that are sorrowful for the solemn assembly, who are of thee, to whom the reproach of it was a burden. Behold, at that time I will undo all that afflict thee: and I will save her that halteth, and gather her that was driven out; and I will get them praise and fame in every land where they have been put to shame. At that time will I bring you again, even in the time that I gather you: for I will make you a name and a praise among all people of the earth, when I turn back your captivity before your eyes, saith the Lord.

Jesus Is The Only Answer

     Let's exalt the Lord Jesus above anything in this world. Let the flag of all our nations be the picture above of Jesus. For any nation to be blessed Jesus must be God of that nation. Psalm 33:12 says Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord (This means blessed is the nation that proclaims that Jesus is God); and the people whom He hath chosen for His own inheritance. When a nation is ashamed of Jesus, that nation experiences trouble that can be avoided if Jesus is proclaimed to be God. 

     Proverbs 14:34 says Righteousness exalteth a nation: but sin is a reproach to any people. Jesus is the righteousness that exalteth a nation because 1 Corinthians 1:30 says But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption. To any leader of any nation, remember David's warning at Psalm 9:17. The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God. Jesus said at John 12:32 And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me. Exalt the Lord Jesus and be blessed.

     If you live in a nation that denies the bible and the Lord Jesus like Lot in Sodom and Gomorrah, Jesus will deliver you before destruction comes to your nation. If you live in a nation where you see poor people troubled around you with justice denied to the poor, remember that the Lord Jesus is higher than any public leader and will bless and preserve the poor in your nation. Ecclesiastes 5:8 says If thou seest the oppression of the poor, and violent perverting of judgment and justice in a province, marvel not at the matter: for He that is higher than the highest regardeth; and there be higher than they. Hebrews 13:6 says So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.

     Jesus is the Word and whenever a nation enacts laws that speak against the bible, do not obey any law that speaks against the Word of God. The leaders in Peter's time told Peter it was against the law for Peter to teach about Jesus. Peter was thrown into jail for disobeying that law and Jesus caused angels to free Peter from prison and allow Peter to keep preaching Jesus everywhere. The leaders in Daniel's time told Daniel it was against the law for Daniel to pray. Daniel was bold and opened his windows toward Jerusalem while praying for all to see and was thrown into a den of lions for his prayers. Jesus blessed Daniel and delivered Daniel from the den of lions and honored his prayers. Currently in the USA, children are not allowed to pray in schools. Brother Bob tells all parents to disobey any law stating kids can not pray in school and tell your kids to pray peaceably anytime Jesus tells them to pray in the school as long as it is not disruptful to the school.

       But respect your nation's laws that do not deny the Word of God. Pay your taxes, do not steal, do not kill, go the speed limit while driving, and obey all laws that do not deny the bible. Leaders and police officers are called ministers of God and deserve our prayers and respect. Romans 13:1 says Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God. Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation. For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same: For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil.

     Notice the pictures above of Peter praying on a roof and Jonah praying in a whale. Prayer is a blessing anytime and anyplace. Peter prayed on the top of a house on the roof. Jonah prayed at the bottom of the ocean in a whale. Jesus prayed on the top of a mountain. Paul and Silas prayed in a lowly dungeon. 1 Thessalonians 5:17 says Pray without ceasing. Luke 18:1 says And He (Jesus) spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint. James 5:16 says Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much. 1 Timothy 2:8 says I will therefore that men pray every where, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting. 

     Before you pray, anoint yourself with olive oil in the name of Jesus because James 5:14 tells us that the olive oil will forgive your sins and this will help you hear Jesus clearer, causing your prayers to be effective. Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil (olive oil and not Crisco) in the name of the Lord: And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him.  

     Sin blocks blessings and makes prayers ineffective. Psalm 66:18 says If I regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear me. Therefore if you anoint yourself with olive oil before you pray for others, the sin will be gone and Jesus will quickly honor your prayers. Jesus told me to have all saints reading this say Psalm 134:1. Behold, bless ye the Lord, all ye servants of the Lord, which by night stand in the house of the Lord. Lift up your hands in the sanctuary, and bless the Lord. The Lord that made heaven and earth bless thee out of Zion.

     Notice the picture above of Judas Iscariot casting thirty pieces of silver down in the temple, realizing that the silver was worthless compared to Jesus. What a dreadful trade Judas made when he sold Jesus for a little corruptible silver. O my soul, what will it avail thee to be rich in this world and a beggar for ever in hell. Job 27:8 says For what is the hope of the hypocrite, though he hath gained, when God taketh away his soul? The prophet Ezekiel said at Ezekiel 7:19 They shall cast their silver in the streets, and their gold shall be removed: their silver and their gold shall not be able to deliver them in the day of the wrath of the Lord: they shall not satisfy their souls, neither fill their bowels: because it is the stumblingblock of their iniquity.

      Don't be like Judas and trust in fading riches. Note the following scriptures that tell us not to love money more than the Lord Jesus. 1 Timothy 6:10 says For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows. 

     1 Timothy 6:17 says Charge them that are rich in this world, that they be not highminded, nor trust in uncertain riches, but in the living God, who giveth us richly all things to enjoy. Jesus said at Revelation 3:17 Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked. 1 Timothy 6:9 says But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition.

     He that begins to put his finger in the money box will soon put his hands in the money bags. They who will serve the devil for a dime will do him much more service for a quarter. If the devil tempts you to do a small sin, deny the devil immediately because little sins lead to bigger sins. Ecclesiastes 10:1 says Dead flies cause the ointment of the apothecary to send forth a stinking savour: so doth a little folly him that is in reputation for wisdom and honour. Don't let a little fly or little sin ruin your witness and testimony for Jesus.

     Don't let a little money cause you like Judas pictured above to turn away from Jesus. It's either Jesus or money. Matthew 6:24 says No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon. Jesus said at Matthew 12:30 He that is not with me is against me; and he that gathereth not with me scattereth abroad. Be like David and say Psalm 119:72 and Psalm 119:162. The law of thy mouth is better unto me than thousands of gold and silver. I rejoice at thy Word, as one that findeth great spoil. Love the Lord Jesus who is the 1611 KJV Word of God more than the fading riches of this world.

     Take heed to the warning from the prophet Amos who warned rich people living in luxury who forgot the poor, the troubles that they would receive for ignoring and mocking the poor around them. Amos 6:3 says Ye that put far away the evil day, and cause the seat of violence to come near; That lie upon beds of ivory, and stretch themselves upon their couches, and eat the lambs out of the flock, and the calves out of the midst of the stall; That chant to the sound of the viol, and invent to themselves instruments of musick, like David; That drink wine in bowls, and anoint themselves with the chief ointments: but they are not grieved for the affliction of Joseph. Therefore now shall they go captive with the first that go captive, and the banquet of them that stretched themselves shall be removed.

     The prophet Haggai also gave a warning to rich people to not forget the poor and avoid trouble by blessing the poor. Haggai 1:4 says Is it time for you, O ye, to dwell in your cieled houses, and this house lie waste? Now therefore thus saith the Lord of hosts; Consider your ways. Ye have sown much, and bring in little; ye eat, but ye have not enough; ye drink, but ye are not filled with drink; ye clothe you, but there is none warm; and he that earneth wages earneth wages to put it into a bag with holes.

     Sometimes animals have more sense than foolish wicked sinners that deny the Lord Jesus. Just look at the ox, ass, stork, turtledove, crane, and the swallow noted in the following scriptures from the prophets Isaiah and Jeremiah. Isaiah 1:3 says The ox knoweth his owner, and the ass his master's crib: but Israel doth not know, my people doth not consider. Jeremiah 8:7 says Yea, the stork in the heaven knoweth her appointed times; and the turtle (turtledove) and the crane and the swallow observe the time of their coming; but my people know not the judgment of the Lord. Psalm 14:1 warns the fool and says The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good. Right now any person reading this anywhere don't be a fool. Get saved, repent, decide to stop sinning, confess that Jesus is God, and believe the gospel that Jesus died on the cross for you, was buried, and rose again.

     Notice the picture above of Jesus feeding the multitudes with just two fish and five loaves of bread. This picture made Brother Bob think about the wisdom of King Solomon stated at Ecclesiastes 11:1 that says Cast thy bread upon the waters: for thou shalt find it after many days. Give a portion to seven, and also to eight; for thou knowest not what evil shall be upon the earth. This scripture reminds Brother Bob of the Shunammite woman in 2 Kings 4 that was kind to the prophet Elisha and gave Elisha a little chamber, bed, table, stool, and a candlestick. The Shunammite woman cast her bread on the waters and when an evil famine came upon her country, after she fled to the Philistines, upon her return after the famine, she was restored to her land with extra blessings according to 2 Kings 8:1-6. God's word can not lie because Proverbs 19:17 says He that hath pity upon the poor lendeth unto the Lord; and that which he hath given will he pay him again.

     My friend David Berkowitz the former Son of Sam tells me that he sends his testimony and writings about Jesus to thousands of people in many nations. I told David What if the people don't write you back? David stated I cast my bread on the waters and even with no reply, I know I will find a blessing for my labour soon from Jesus. Be encouraged saint reading this and keep doing a work for Jesus because your labour is not in vain in the Lord. Galatians 6:9 says And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

     The Lord Jesus gave Brother Bob powerful anointed visions in the night and I want to bless you with a wonderful scripture given to me by my good friend Wes Strawser. Psalm 16:7 says I will bless the Lord, who hath given me counsel: my reins also instruct me in the night seasons. I claim in Jesus name for anyone reading this that Jesus will begin to speak to you and instruct you in the night seasons while you sleep. The Lord Jesus spoke blessed revelations to Jacob during his dreams. Like Jacob, Jesus can speak blessed revelations to you by dreams. After you awake, immediately write down what Jesus said to you in a dream so it is not forgotten.

Jesus And His Hosts Of Angels Defend Saved Saints

     Notice the picture above of an angel appearing to Ornan the Jebusite at the threshing floor. Angels protect us daily while we believe and yield our lives to the Lord Jesus. Angels have great power and are sent to bless saint's prayer requests. Psalm 68:17 says The chariots of God are twenty thousand (myriad or an innumerable infinite amount of angels in chariots), even thousands of angels, the Lord is among them, as in Sinai in the holy place. Angels are very powerful and just one angel can destroy many enemies in just an instant.

     Just one angel who appeared to Ornan at the threshing floor destroyed in an instant 70000 people. Jesus allowed this angel to destroy 70000 people because David had sinned and trusted in his flesh by numbering the people and not trusting the Lord Jesus to fight his battles. 1 Chronicles 21:14 says So the Lord sent pestilence upon Israel: and there fell of Israel 70000 men. And God sent an angel unto Jerusalem to destroy it: and as he was destroying, the Lord beheld, and He repented Him of the evil, and said to the angel that destroyed, It is enough, stay now thine hand. And the angel of the Lord stood by the threshingfloor of Ornan the Jebusite. And David lifted up his eyes, and saw the angel of the Lord stand between the earth and the heaven, having a drawn sword in his hand stretched out over Jerusalem. Then David and the elders of Israel, who were clothed in sackcloth, fell upon their faces. 

     The people's lives were spared by the prayers of David. 1 Chronicles 21:17 says And David said unto God, Is it not I that commanded the people to be numbered? even I it is that have sinned and done evil indeed; but as for these sheep, what have they done? let thine hand, I pray thee, O Lord my God, be on me, and on my father's house; but not on thy people, that they should be plagued. After David's prayers for the people, 1 Chronicles 21:27 occurred that says And the Lord commanded the angel; and he put up his sword again into the sheath thereof. 

     The angels of God protect saved saints. Psalm 34:7 says The angel of the Lord encampeth round about them that fear him, and delivereth them. Psalm 91:11 says For He shall give His angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways. They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone.

     Angels are very powerful. Note the great power that just one angel has that protects saved saints. According to 2 Kings 19:35 just one angel protected Hezekiah and destroyed in just one night 185000 Assyrian enemies trying to kill Hezekiah because of his faith in the Lord Jesus. 2 Kings 19:35 says And it came to pass that night, that the angel of the Lord went out, and smote in the camp of the Assyrians 185000: and when they arose early in the morning, behold, they were all dead corpses. The angels of God that protect us are very powerful and just one angel can take out 185000 enemies in one night.

     Next take a good look at the above picture of Jacob's dream of a ladder to heaven with angels ascending and descending on the ladder and the Lord Jesus at the top of the ladder. The story of the above picture is at Genesis 28:12 and says And he dreamed, and behold a ladder set up on the earth, and the top of it reached to heaven: and behold the angels of God ascending and descending on it. And, behold, the Lord stood above it, and said, I am the Lord God of Abraham thy father, and the God of Isaac: the land whereon thou liest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed. Now the bible is like a puzzle that we need to piece together to understand Jacob's dream of a ladder. John 1:51 says And he saith unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Hereafter ye shall see heaven open, and the angels of God ascending and descending upon the Son of man. Notice that according to John 1:51 the ladder is Jesus (The Son Of man) that the angels are ascending and descending upon.

     The picture above gives us an illustration of Jesus (the ladder) who is the Captain or General of the Hosts of angels with Michael (the warring archangel) that the Father dispatches to protect his saints while these angels do warfare against the devil and the evil forces of this world. This is proven by the scripture Judges 5:20 that says They fought from heaven; the stars (angels) in their courses (ladder) fought against Sisera (field of battle or fighting the field world).Type Judges 5:20 in the search box on the website blueletterbible and then click the box strongs: When you see a number by every word, click the number to learn the Hebrew and Greek definitions of bible words like stars, courses, and Sisera.

      When I meditate on the power of angels and just how one angel in two different cases took out 70000 and 185000 people quickly, I praise the Lord Jesus who willingly went to the cross of Calvary and died for us by not calling more than 12 legions of angels (81912 angels because one legion of angels is 6826 angels and 12 x 6826 equals 81912) to protect Himself at the Garden of Gethsemane. 

     A legion was a body of soldiers during the time of Caesar Augustus that consisted of 6826 men; 6100 foot soldiers (infantry) and 726 horsemen (cavalry). Look at the wonderful words of our Lord Jesus at Matthew 26:53 that says Thinkest thou that I cannot now pray to my Father, and He shall presently give me more than twelve legions of angels? But how then shall the scriptures be fulfilled, that thus it must be? Everyone reading this right now praise the Lord Jesus for not calling twelve legions of angels to stop his death on the cross of Calvary because Jesus willingly sacrificed his life for us at the cross, destroying all our fears, problems, and the devil forever.

     Pictured above we see Simon of Cyrene assisting Jesus by carrying the cross for Jesus. Jesus revealed to Brother Bob the reason that the Father had Simon of Cyrene help the Lord Jesus carry the cross. Jesus got to a point where He could no longer carry the weight of His cross. If you ever get to a place in your lives where you feel that the persecution is too much and you feel like you can not carry the weight of your trials, remember like Jesus, God will send a Simon of Cyrene to help you carry and overcome your burdens.

     Matthew 27:32 describes the picture above saying And as they came out, they found a man of Cyrene, Simon by name: him they compelled to bear His cross. Notice that Simon of Cyrene was compelled to carry Jesus' cross. Simon in his flesh did not want to assist Jesus. Most people do not want to help people carry a burden. But when the Holy Ghost compels us to help our brothers and sisters, like Simon of Cyrene we all should yield to the Spirit and be a blessing to our brothers and sisters in the Lord Jesus. Let us tell God like Jesus Nevertheless not my will, but thine, be done. Galatians 6:10 says As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith.

     If the trials of life and persecutions seem too much, just think about how Jesus handled persecution, and you will receive strength and peace to survive with Jesus. Be like Jesus and when you are reviled do not revile back. When you suffer and are persecuted while serving Jesus, do not threaten anyone but commit yourself to Him that judgeth righteously. 1 Peter 2:21 says For even hereunto were ye called: because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that ye should follow His steps: Who did no sin, neither was guile found in His mouth: Who, when He was reviled, reviled not again; when He suffered, He threatened not; but committed Himself to Him that judgeth righteously. In other words Let go and let God by saying I am crucified with Jesus Christ while you see all your troubles removed and healed at the cross of Calvary that is the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever. Every day say I am crucified with Jesus Christ and with Jesus' stripes I am healed.

     When Jesus was whipped with 39 stripes before His crucifixion, it was because punishment by flogging or whipping was limited by law to 40 stripes save 1. Now the reason Jesus took 39 stripes was so that saints could rejoice daily and say with Jesus' stripes I am healed. Medical science has proven that there are 39 categories of every illness that ever existed. Look this up on google and you will see that there are 39 categories of sickness. Therefore the 39 stripes that Jesus took at the cross of Calvary cover every type of sickness anyone could ever have and truly when we say daily I am crucified with Jesus Christ we can claim the promise of Isaiah 53:5 that with Jesus' stripes we are healed. Isaiah 1:18 says Come now, and let us reason together, saith the Lord: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.

     Think about how Jesus was mocked and persecuted before the chief priests, Pilate, and Herod. Jesus did not threaten or curse them and did not say a word. Let's all be like Jesus and not threaten anyone but instead bless and pray for our enemies. I believe that the ultimate love was shown by Jesus when He hung on the cross of Calvary and his response to the mockings and persecution was Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do. And even through the sufferings of the cross, Jesus took time to show love and compassion to the thief by him by saying To day shalt thou be with me in paradise while another wicked thief railed on Jesus. 

     Jesus loved and saved this thief while carrying the weight of all the sins of the world from billions of sinners. Be like Jesus and keep loving and saving people ignoring the minor troubles and little headaches of this world. Hebrews 12:1 says Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us, Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God. For consider Him (Jesus) that endured such contradiction of sinners against Himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds. Ye have not yet resisted unto blood, striving against sin.  

     Finally notice the picture above of Jesus when he was a little boy teaching the doctors in the temple. Wouldn't it be an honor to hear Jesus when he was a child speak and answer any question because Jesus is wisdom. The bible scripture that is about the picture above is at Luke 2:46 and says And it came to pass, that after three days they found Him in the temple, sitting in the midst of the doctors, both hearing them, and asking them questions. And all that heard Him were astonished at His understanding and answers. I also would be astonished at Jesus' understanding and answers when he was a little boy because the child Jesus was and is God.

     Jesus truly is wisdom because 1 Corinthians 1:30 says But of Him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption. Now again like a puzzle put the bible together and realize that Jesus who is wisdom is better than silver, gold, rubies, or anything you can desire. With Jesus or wisdom is length of days and riches and honour along with pleasantness and peace. Proverbs 3:14 talks about wisdom or Jesus saying For the merchandise of it is better than the merchandise of silver, and the gain thereof than fine gold. She is more precious than rubies: and all the things thou canst desire are not to be compared unto her. Length of days is in her right hand; and in her left hand riches and honour. Her ways are ways of pleasantness, and all her paths are peace.

     And the queen of Sheba will rise up and condemn this end time generation for not receiving Jesus whose wisdom is much greater than the wisdom of Solomon. Matthew 12:42 says The queen of the south shall rise up in the judgment with this generation, and shall condemn it: for she came from the uttermost parts of the earth to hear the wisdom of Solomon; and, behold, a greater than Solomon (Jesus) is here. And we know that Jesus is the greater one mentioned by the queen of Sheba because Jesus truly has greater wisdom than Solomon. Jesus is wisdom.

Get saved, repent, decide to stop sinning, 

Confess that Jesus is God, and believe the gospel

That Jesus died on the cross for you, was buried, and rose again

Jesus Dwells With The Humble In The Kingdom Of God

     Everyone in any nation, Brother Bob asks you to look closely at the above picture and notice that Jesus is giving us all an example on how to be servants and bless people everywhere. Lord Jesus, let all who read this bible study and see this picture above be servants and be concerned more about other people's needs than our own needs. Philippians 2:4 tells us Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others. And look at Philippians  2:7 of how Jesus died for us all on the cross and was a true servant to us all. Philippians 2:7 says But made Himself of no reputation, and took upon Him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: And being found in fashion as a man, He humbled Himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.

     Look at the picture above and realize that even though Jesus is God, Jesus humbled himself and washed feet. The bible verse that speaks about the picture above is John 13:3 and says Jesus knowing that the Father had given all things into His hands, and that He was come from God, and went to God (Notice how this verse begins by saying the Lord Jesus owns everything yet Jesus in the next verse will show love by humbling Himself while He washes the disciples' feet). The bible verse continues to say He riseth from supper, and laid aside His garments: and took a towel, and girded Himself. After that He poureth water into a bason, and began to wash the disciples' feet, and to wipe them with the towel wherewith He was girded. And notice in John 13:17 if you saint reading this like Jesus become a servant, happiness will come into your life. John 13:17 says If ye know these things, happy are ye if ye do them.

     Hallelejuah, now Brother Bob will give you several scriptures to prove to you all that even though Jesus is God, Jesus chose to humble Himself and dwell with the humble lowly saint. Isaiah 57:15 says For thus saith the High and lofty one that inhabiteth eternity, whose name is Holy; I dwell in the high and holy place, with him also that is of a contrite and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble, and to revive the heart of the contrite ones. Isaiah 66:1 says Thus saith the Lord, The heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool: where is the house that ye build unto me? and where is the place of my rest? For all things hath mine hand made, and all those things have been, saith the Lord: but to this man will I look, even to him that is poor and of a contrite spirit, and trembleth at my word.

     Notice that Isaiah 66 teaches us that Jesus looks to the humble lowly person, but Jesus also hears the prayers and requests of the humble lowly saint. Psalm 10:17 says Lord, thou hast heard the desire of the humble: thou wilt prepare their heart, thou wilt cause thine ear to hear. The bible teaches us to walk like Jesus to receive peace and the desires of our hearts. 1 John 2:6 tells us He that saith he abideth in Him ought himself also so to walk, even as He walked. 

     1 Peter 2:21 tells us to be humble and walk like Jesus: For even hereunto were ye called: because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that ye should follow His steps: Who did no sin, neither was guile found in His mouth: Who, when He was reviled, reviled not again; when He suffered, He threatened not; but committed Himself to Him that judgeth righteously. Saint, I claim in Jesus name, today you will walk like Jesus and be willing to assist your brother and sister and be willing to wash their feet. Look at the reward you will receive if you abide with Jesus and walk like Jesus. Jesus said at John 15:7 If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.

     Next, Brother Bob gives all my friends in the many nations a wonderful picture above of the 24 elders around the throne of Jesus being humble and taking off their crowns and casting them before Jesus who alone is worthy to be crowned with glory and honour. The Lord Jesus dwells with the humble lowly saint, and the humble lowly saint dwells with Jesus in His glorious kingdom of heaven. This  is proven by Matthew 5:3 that says Blessed are the poor (lowly and humble) in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Also, Psalm 138:6 says Though the Lord be high, yet hath He respect unto the lowly: but the proud He knoweth afar off.

     Now notice in the above picture, the 24 elders have the privilege of being very close to Jesus around the throne in the kingdom because they are humble and cast down their crowns. Saint, Brother Bob encourages you all to be like the 24 elders and realize the more humble we are, the closer we all will be to Jesus in the kingdom of God like the 24 elders. The story in the bible about the above picture is at Revelation 4:10 and says The four and twenty elders fall down before Him that sat on the throne, and worship Him that liveth for ever and ever, and cast their crowns before the throne, saying, Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.

     Finally, here are some more bible scriptures that prove that the Lord Jesus was very humble and became a servant, dying for all our sins. Take time to read how Jesus humbled Himself and became a man to carry and remove our sins on the cross of Calvary. Hebrews 2:14 says Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, He also Himself likewise took part of the same; that through death He might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil: And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage. For verily He took not on Him the nature of angels; but He took on Him the seed of Abraham. Wherefore in all things it behoved Him to be made like unto his brethren, that He might be a merciful and faithful high priest in things pertaining to God, to make reconciliation for the sins of the people. For in that He Himself hath suffered being tempted, He is able to succour (help) them that are tempted.

     Also take time to read Hebrews 2:9 that says But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour; that He by the grace of God should taste death for every man. Also 2 Corinthians 8:9 says For ye know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though He was rich, yet for your sakes He became poor, that ye through His poverty might be rich.

     Now my friends everywhere, take a look at the above picture of a precious sparrow and know that Jesus cares for you more than many sparrows and will comfort you always. The bible scripture that is about the picture above is Luke 12:6 that says Are not five sparrows sold for two farthings, and not one of them is forgotten before God? But even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not therefore: ye are of more value than many sparrows. It's amazing how Jesus every day feeds millions of birds and little sparrows; If Jesus can feed all these birds, Jesus will take care of you my friends everywhere reading this bible study. 

     Jesus showed me saints this week that the love of Jesus is greater than the love of a mother. The prophet Isaiah proved this when he stated at Isaiah 49:15 Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? yea, they may forget, yet will I not forget thee. Behold, I have graven thee upon the palms of my hands; thy walls are continually before me. And Hallelujah read how Jesus loved us even after we all were by nature the children of wrath. Ephesians 2:3 says Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others; But God, who is rich in mercy, for His great love wherewith He loved us, Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, by grace ye are saved.

     Now take a look at the above picture of how Saul was prevented by Jesus from harming the saints of God at Damascus. Jesus feels our persecutions from sinners who mock us for our walk with Jesus. Notice that when Saul persecuted the christians, Saul persecuted Jesus. Meditate on the words of the bible scripture that relate to the above picture at Acts 9:3: And as he journeyed, he came near Damascus: and suddenly there shined round about him a light from heaven: And he fell to the earth, and heard a voice saying unto him, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me? And he said, Who art thou, Lord? And the Lord said, I am Jesus, whom thou persecutest: it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks.

     When Saul persecuted the saints at Damascus, Jesus was being persecuted, and Hallelujah Jesus defended the saints of Damascus and prevented Paul from killing them. Saint reading this anywhere, I claim in Jesus name, when you are persecuted for serving Jesus, Jesus will defend you and make your enemies flee from your presence. I also pray in Jesus name that our enemies like Saul in the picture above will be changed and become our friends and supporters of our walk with Jesus.

     Finally, a couple of blessed thoughts to end up this weeks bible study. Let me write out a saying from a great christian writer Ralph Erskine from the 1600s about how earthly things are just shadows of our wonderful Lord and Saviour Jesus. Ralph Erskine wrote The sun in the firmament is but a shadow of Jesus, the Son of Righteousness that shines as the light of seven days. The roses and lilies are but shadows of Jesus, the Rose of Sharon and the Lily of the Valley. The rivers and fountains are but shadows of Jesus, the fountain of living waters; the plants and trees are but shadows of Jesus, the tree of life. And all the stars in the heaven are but shadows of Jesus, the Bright and Morning Star. For my last thought for this bible study, saints everywhere I ask you all to praise Jesus for calling us out of darkness into the marvellous light while you read 1 Peter 2:9: But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of Him who hath called you out of darkness into His marvellous light.

Jesus Receives All Nations And Families

     Notice the picture above and realize that the Lord Jesus receives all nations and families. In the picture above Jesus is receiving black, white, Chinese, Indian, Spanish, young people, old people, and all nations. Red, yellow, black, and white, they're all precious in His sight. When a person believes in Jesus and is saved, that person should have no prejudice or hatred for any person. If you look at Proverbs 6:17, you will all learn that the number one abomination or thing that Jesus hates is a proud look. A person that is saved with Jesus should not have proud looks and think they are better than another person because of their race, creed, culture, or nation. Get saved, repent, decide to stop sinning, confess that Jesus is God, and believe the gospel that Jesus died on the cross for you, was buried, and rose again.

     There are many examples in the bible that show us that Jesus does not approve of proud looks and discrimination against a certain nation or culture. In Numbers 12 Miriam spake against Moses for marrying a black Ethiopian woman and Miriam was plagued with leprosy for speaking out against Moses. In John 4 Jesus was not prejudice and spoke to the Samaritan woman and saved this prostitute who had been with five husbands and living with a man. In those days Jesus who was a Jew was not allowed to speak to Samaritans but Jesus was not proud and arrogant and spake to the Samaritan woman and saved this prostitute. As a result, the Samaritan prostitute brought hundreds of sinful men that she slept with to Jesus for salvation.

     Acts 10 tells us that Jesus rebuked Peter for being a bigot and not speaking to Gentiles. Jesus caused Peter to have a vision and Acts 10:11 says And saw heaven opened, and a certain vessel descending unto him, as it had been a great sheet knit at the four corners, and let down to the earth: Wherein were all manner of fourfooted beasts of the earth, and wild beasts, and creeping things, and fowls of the air. Peter called the animals unclean but Jesus rebuked Peter and said What God hath cleansed, that call not thou common. 

     Jesus explained to Peter that Cornelius a Gentile had sent three men to Peter's house to ask Peter to pray for Cornelius the Gentile to receive the Holy Ghost. Jesus explained to Peter that the Gentiles also with the Jews could receive the Holy Ghost. Peter was blessed and obeyed Jesus and repented of his proud arrogance against the Gentiles and went to Cornelius' house and prayed for Cornelius. This resulted in the salvation of the Gentile Cornelius who received the Holy Ghost.

     If you are rejected by your family or friends for serving Jesus, you have a family with Jesus and are accepted in the beloved. Ephesians 1:6 says To the praise of the glory of His grace, wherein He hath made us accepted in the beloved. Psalm 68:6 says God setteth the solitary in families: he bringeth out those which are bound with chains: but the rebellious dwell in a dry land. If you feel lonely and rejected by the world, Jesus the beloved accepts you and places you into his family of brothers and sisters in Jesus. Hebrews 13:5 says Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for He (the Lord Jesus) hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.

     Luke 1:78 says Through the tender mercy of our God; whereby the dayspring (rising light of Jesus) from on high hath visited us, To give light to them that sit in darkness and in the shadow of death, to guide our feet into the way of peace. I claim in Jesus name that any saint reading this in darkness or in the shadow of death to receive guidance and peace by the light of Jesus. The prophet Isaiah spoke of a highway of holiness where saints will be guided by the light of Jesus and never wander or be lost in darkness. Isaiah 35:8 says And an highway shall be there, and a way, and it shall be called The way of holiness; the unclean shall not pass over it; but it shall be for those: the wayfaring men, though fools, shall not err (wander) therein.

     Notice the picture above of Jesus speaking to the Samaritan woman, receiving her even though his country forbid Jews to speak to Samaritans. Meditate on the following bible verses that prove that Jesus will receive the stranger or any person in any nation that comes to Jesus. Saint reading this anywhere, Jesus will receive you right now if you get saved, repent, decide to stop sinning, confess that Jesus is God, and believe the gospel that Jesus died on the cross for you, was buried, and rose again. 

     Revelation 22:17 says And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely. Ruth a Moabitess was received by Boaz a type of Jesus even though Ruth was a stranger in Israel. Ruth, a stranger from Moab got saved and according to Matthew 1:5 is listed as one of Jesus' great great grandmothers. Matthew 1:5 also tells us that Boaz's mother, Rahab a prostitute, is considered saved and also has the honor of being one of Jesus' great great grandmothers.

     The prophet Isaiah told us how Jesus receives and saves any stranger or nation that comes to Jesus. Isaiah 56:3 says Neither let the son of the stranger, that hath joined himself to the Lord, speak, saying, The Lord hath utterly separated me from his people: neither let the eunuch say, Behold, I am a dry tree. 

     Isaiah 56:6 says Also the sons of the stranger, that join themselves to the Lord, to serve him, and to love the name of the Lord, to be his servants, every one that keepeth the sabbath from polluting it, and taketh hold of my covenant. Even them will I bring to my holy mountain, and make them joyful in my house of prayer: their burnt offerings and their sacrifices shall be accepted upon mine altar; for mine house shall be called an house of prayer for all people (notice Jesus' house of prayer is for all people, all nations, and any person from any country, culture, or nation). And finally, to all my friends that have left families and friends for Jesus, rejoice and say Psalm 27:10 that says When my father and my mother forsake me, then the Lord will take me up.

     Jesus does not change and remains the same forever. Jesus is our loving faithful friend forever. People change, places change, and almost all things under heaven and earth change, but Jesus does not change. The clock pictured above might change in time, but Jesus who is the Word of God will remain forever and does not change. Jesus said at Mark 13:31 Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away. Psalm 119:89 says For ever, O Lord, thy word is settled in heaven.

     Note the following bible verses that prove that Jesus never changes and remains forever. Malachi 3:6 says For I am the Lord, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed. Hebrews 13:8 says Jesus Christ, the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever. Jesus said at Revelation 1:8 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty (note that the Greek definition of Almighty is God and Jesus Himself stated that He is Almighty God). Jesus said at John 8:58 Before Abraham was, I am.

     Psalm 90:2 says Before the mountains were brought forth, or ever thou hadst formed the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, thou art God. Psalm 90:4 says For a thousand years in thy sight are but as yesterday when it is past, and as a watch in the night. 2 Peter 3:8 says But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. Psalm 102:25 says Of old hast thou laid the foundation of the earth: and the heavens are the work of thy hands. They shall perish, but thou shalt endure: yea, all of them shall wax old like a garment; as a vesture shalt thou change them, and they shall be changed. But thou art the same, and thy years shall have no end. 

     James 1:17 says Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness (no change), neither shadow of turning. Psalm 33:11 says The counsel of the Lord standeth for ever. the thoughts of His heart to all generations.

A Story About A Minute And A Million Years

And A Penny And A Million Dollars

     A man went up to heaven and asked God, Is this eternity? God said Yes. Then the man asked God, How do you value time in heaven? God said a minute is like a million years and a million years is like a minute. Then the man asked God How do you value money in heaven? God said a penny is like a million dollars and a million dollars is like a penny. Then the man asked God, Can you give me a penny? God said In a minute. 

     Notice the picture above of cattle on a hill. Rejoice because the Lord Jesus owns the cattle upon a thousand hills and can provide for all your needs. Hebrews 13:6 says So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me. Brother Bob remembers forty years ago when Brother Bob could not pay the rent to the landlord and when I was almost dead for fear of being cast into the streets. Jesus had Brother Bob say Philippians 4:19. But my God (not family, friends, church, or any person) shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus and life came into Brother Bob's body and Brother Bob was strengthened. In a short time, my little brother Dave came to my rescue and gave me an apartment to live in fully paid. Psalm 37:25 says I have been young, and now am old; yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread.

     The Lord Jesus said at Psalm 50:10 For every beast of the forest is mine, and the cattle upon a thousand hills. I know all the fowls of the mountains: and the wild beasts of the field are mine. If I were hungry, I would not tell thee: for the world is mine, and the fulness thereof. Psalm 89:11 says The heavens are thine, the earth also is thine: as for the world and the fulness thereof, thou hast founded them.

     A question was asked at Psalm 78:19 that says Yea, they spake against God; they said, Can God furnish a table in the wilderness? Brother Bob says the answer to this question is God Can. Jesus proved this when He fed the multitudes with just two fish and five loaves of bread. And Jesus not only supplied the crowds with food but provided exceeding abundantly above what the crowds needed by creating leftover fragments to be gathered. Jesus said at Mark 8:19 When I brake the five loaves among five thousand, how many baskets full of fragments took ye up? They say unto Him, Twelve. And when the seven among four thousand, how many baskets full of fragments took ye up? And they said, Seven. 

     Isaiah 59:1 says Behold, the Lord's hand is not shortened that it cannot save; neither His ear heavy, that it cannot hear. Jesus can create something out of nothing. The widow at Zarephath in 1 Kings 17 had food appear out of nowhere during the drought because she was faithful and fed the prophet Elijah her last portion of food.

     Notice the two pictures above of a wolf and a lamb that one day will dwell together in peace with no harm. What a wonderful day in the kingdom of heaven with Jesus when there will be everlasting peace where all the animals will be tame and harm no one. When Brother Bob arrives at the kingdom of heaven, Brother Bob wants to hug polar bears, lions, tigers, and leopards. Brother Bob says he wants to hug these animals when they are tame in the kingdom of heaven.

     The bible verse that speaks about the above pictures where the wolf will dwell in peace with the lamb forever is at Isaiah 11:6. The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb, and the leopard shall lie down with the kid (goat); and the calf and the young lion and the fatling (animal prepared for slaughter) together; and a little child shall lead them. And the cow and the bear shall feed; their young ones shall lie down together: and the lion shall eat straw like the ox. And the sucking child shall play on the hole of the asp, and the weaned child (child off the bottle) shall put his hand on the cockatrice' den. They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain: for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea. 

     Isaiah 65:25 says The wolf and the lamb shall feed together, and the lion shall eat straw like the bullock: and dust shall be the serpent's meat. They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain, saith the Lord. Hosea 2:18 says And in that day will I make a covenant for them with the beasts of the field and with the fowls of heaven, and with the creeping things of the ground: and I will break the bow and the sword and the battle out of the earth, and will make them to lie down safely.
