Genesis 8:22 records God's divine weather forecast that was written in 1491 BC by Moses. Genesis 8:22 says While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease. God's divine weather forecast is 3510 years old and has been consistently accurate every year. Every year we see seedtime and harvest, cold and heat, summer and winter, and day and night. And this weather pattern will not cease while the earth remaineth. So don't worry about global warming and climate change.
Today climatologists use short 120 year records of weather patterns predicting that global warming and climate change will soon occur that could destroy our planet. Don't fear these climatologists. Fear God and believe God's accurate weather forecast that has been consistent for the last 3510 years. The polar vortex happened during January 2019 and Chicago, Illinois experienced a temperature of -30 degrees that was colder than Antarctica. Global warming is not happening.
Don't believe the climatologists. Believe God's 3510 year old weather forecast that has always worked consistently every year like clockwork. Every May of every single year we see the buds of daffodils, hyacinths, crocuses, and tulips appearing. Every May of every single year we see farmers everywhere planting corn, wheat, peppers, carrots, lettuce, and cucumbers. God's weather forecast is an accurate scientific and prophetic fact that will continue while the earth remaineth.
Genesis 8:22 is God's divine weather forecast until the end of time. Unlike human meteorology that relies on probability, God's divine weather forecast is a fixed law of nature authored by the Creator (the Lord Jesus). If God promised that seedtime and harvest, cold and heat, summer and winter, and day and night will never cease till the end of time, then humans do not have the power to fundamentally alter or destroy the Earth's climate system and create global warming.
While weather fluctuations might occur, the Earth has a divinely designed equilibrium that prevents global warming and environmental collapse. God's divine forecast at Genesis 8:22 acts as a reassurance that the planet remains under a controlled, predictable system, making catastrophic global warming predictions meaningless. "God reigns" asserts that God is in ultimate control of the universe that is sustained by His power rather than by chance or human influence. The Lord Jesus upholds all things by the word of his power. Hebrews 1:3 says Who being in the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high. The Lord Jesus has got the whole world in his hands.
Isaiah 40:12 says Who hath measured the waters in the hollow of His hand, and meted (measured) out heaven with the span (the distance from the thumb to the little finger on God's outstretched hand), and comprehended the dust of the earth in a measure, and weighed the mountains in scales, and the hills in a balance? God is so big that he can measure the entire universe with just the distance from His thumb to his little finger on His outstretched hand. He's got the whole world in his hands.
"The Son Shines" asserts that the "Son of God" (Jesus Christ) Shines and is an ever present light that provides hope to overcome this troubled world. The Lord Jesus is called the Sun of righteousness. Malachi 4:2 says But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings: and ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall (leaping for joy with everlasting strength).

2) There Are Springs In The Sea
Hast Thou Entered Into The Springs Of The Sea?
Four thousand years ago God told Job that there were springs in the sea. God didn't speak to Job for the first 37 chapters of Job. But then from Job 38-41 God asked Job 84 consecutive questions that Job could not answer. One of the questions was about the springs in the sea. God told Job at Job 38:16 Hast thou entered into the springs of the sea? or hast thou walked in the search of the depth? Man always thought that the seas were filled by rain and rivers. But God told Job that the seas were filled by springs of water on the ocean floor coming up into the sea.
In 1977 Jack Corliss and Robert Ballard, aboard the Alvin submarine near the Galapagos Islands, discovered deep sea hydrothermal vents, essentially springs of the sea, that release superheated, mineral rich water from beneath the ocean floor. Just recently three mineral rich hot springs were discovered near the middle of the Atlantic Ocean's floor by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. And several hot springs were discovered on the Pacific Ocean's floor. But 4000 years ago, God told Job that there were springs of the sea. Man discovered what God knew thousands of years earlier about springs of the sea proving that the bible is accurate.
The deep sea hydrothermal vents proved that seawater actually circulates through the Earth's crust. Cold ocean water seeps into cracks in the seafloor, gets heated by magma, and then springs back out. These deep sea hydrothermal vents strip magnesium from the water and add minerals like iron, zinc, and copper released out as mineral rich springs of water on the bottom of the sea. The bible is true because springs exist at the bottom of the sea. Hast thou entered into the springs of the sea?
God also spoke about springs of the sea (fountains of the great deep) at the following scriptures. Genesis 7:11 speaks about fountains of the great deep during the flood when Noah lived. In the six hundredth year of Noah's life, in the second month, the seventeenth day of the month, the same day were all the fountains of the great deep broken up, and the windows of heaven were opened. When the flood was over, Genesis 8:2 says The fountains also of the deep and the windows of heaven were stopped, and the rain from heaven was restrained. Proverbs 8:28 says When he established the clouds above: when he strengthened the fountains of the deep.
Hast Thou Walked In The Search Of The Depth?
No Man Is Able To Walk In The Lowest Depths Of The Sea And Discover Sin
Don Walsh and Jacques Piccard invented a submarine called the Trieste pictured above that is a unique deep sea research vessel known as a bathyscaphe (meaning deep boat). The Trieste could withstand 16000 pounds of pressure per square inch at the lowest ocean's depth.. On January 23, 1960, their bathyscaphe, the Trieste, touched the ocean floor at a record depth of 35,797 feet. Don Walsh and Jacques Piccard reached the Challenger Deep that is the deepest known region of the world's oceans at the Mariana Trench located in the Western Pacific Ocean 200 miles southwest of Guam. This extreme depth is nearly 7 miles below sea level. To place this into perspective, if Mount Everest (at 29,031 feet) were placed at the bottom of the trench, its peak would be submerged under more than a mile of water.
Don Walsh and Jacques Piccard reached the deepest known region of the world's oceans but could not walk on the ocean's floor. To date no human has ever walked on the bottom of the Mariana Trench. All exploration has been done from within thick walled pressurized vehicles or via remote controlled robots. At those depths, the water pressure of over 16000 pounds per square inch makes it impossible for humans to walk on the ocean's floor.. This is why God placed our sins in the deepest depths of the sea where no man could find them and God would remember them no more.
God told Job at Job 38:16 Hast thou entered into the springs of the sea? or hast thou walked in the search of the depth? In other words God has made it impossible for man to search for and walk in the deepest depths of the ocean. American oceanographer Don Walsh could not walk in search of the depths of the sea after his submarine touched down at 35,797 feet below sea level while exploring the Mariana Trench. Don Walsh found fish at that level living in temperatures of 38 degrees but could not get out of the submarine and walk around the ocean's floor. God's Word is true. Hast thou walked in search of the depth? I don't think so.
On March 26, 2012, James Cameron made history by completing the first solo dive to the bottom of the Challenger Deep in the Mariana Trench. Submerging in a custom built, 24 foot vertical submersible called the DeepSea Challenger pictured above, he reached a depth of 35,797 feet but also could not walk on the ocean's floor. After three hours of exploration, James Cameron identified 68 new species, including various microbes and supergiant amphipods (shrimp like crustaceans) that grew up to 7 inches long (much larger than their shallow water relatives).
I'm glad that God didn't place my sins on the backside of the moon. Man discovered the backside of the moon when some bird built a flying contraption and landed on the moon but man can't find my sins that Jesus placed in the lowest depths of the sea. This is why after salvation, God cast all our sins into the depths of the sea never to be remembered or found again by man. This is why Micah 7:18 says Who is a God like unto thee, that pardoneth iniquity, and passeth by the transgression of the remnant of his heritage? he retaineth not his anger for ever, because he delighteth in mercy. He (Jesus) will turn again, he will have compassion upon us; he will subdue our iniquities; and thou wilt cast all their sins into the depths of the sea.
Soon God will remove the sea with our sins that will be forgotten and removed forever. Revelation 21:1 says And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea. No more sea with its storms, scares from sharks and squids, or sin that separates us from God.
When you get saved with the Lord Jesus your sins are forgotten forever and placed in the lowest depths of the sea that can not be found. Your sins are not floating on the surface of the sea where they can be found by man or God. Corrie Ten Boom said that God buries our sins in the depths of the sea and then puts up a sign that reads, "No fishing." Our sins separate us from God. But when you get saved with the Lord Jesus, your sins will be forgotten forever and the blood of Jesus will cleanse you from all your sins that are placed in the undiscoverable lowest depths of the sea. 1 John 1:7 says But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.

3 Light Can Part
God asked Job another question at Job 38:24. By what way is the light parted, which scattereth the east wind upon the earth? God told Job that light can part. Man didn't know that light could part until Isaac Newton (1643-1727) discovered that if white light passes through a prism it will be parted into seven different colors of the rainbow (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet). Man discovered what God knew thousands of years earlier about light parting proving that the bible is accurate.
The connection between Job 38:24 and Isaac Newton's prism experiments is often highlighted as an example of scientific foreknowledge in the the bible. While Job 38:24 was written thousands of years ago, it uses language that describes the behavior of light in a way that modern science only later confirmed.
The Hebrew word for parted (yehalleq) means to divide, apportion and distribute. Proponents of biblical accuracy say that the parting of light refers to the literal division of white light into its component colors of the visible spectrum. The visible spectrum is the band of colors (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet) seen in a rainbow or when white light passes through a prism (a transparent tool, usually made of glass or plastic, used to manipulate, bend, or split light).
In the 1660s Sir Isaac Newton performed his famous experiment by allowing a beam of sunlight to pass through a glass prism. Newton proved that white light is not pure as previously thought (a theory held since Aristotle), but is actually a mixture of different colors. The prism parted the light into the visible spectrum: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet (ROYGBIV). To confirm that the prism wasn't just staining the light, Newton used a second, inverted prism to recombine the colors back into a single beam of white light. Newton's work explains why rainbows occur. Raindrops act light tiny prisms that part the sunlight into the colors of the spectrum, exactly as described by the parting of light mentioned at Job 38:24.
4) Lightnings Can Speak
Then God asked Job another question at Job 38:35. Canst thou send lightnings, that they may go and say unto thee, Here we are? God told Job that lightnings can speak. God said at Job 38:35 that it is possible to send out lightnings, that they may go and say (speak) unto thee, Here we are? Thousands of years later, man discovered that lightnings are forms of moving electricity that can be sent out and speak.
A British scientist in 1864 named James Clerk Maxwell figured out that lightnings can be sent and manifest as speech. He said that radio waves and light waves are two forms of the same thing called electromagnetic waves (a type of energy that travels through space at the speed of light that is 186,000 miles per second).
Alexander Graham Bell applied Maxwell's idea when he invented the telephone in 1876. Today, using radio transmitters, we can send lightnings that can speak when they arrive. Thousands of years earlier, the bible said that lightnings can be sent and manifest as speech. Man discovered what God knew thousands of years earlier about lightnings being able to speak proving that the bible is accurate.
Modern radio transmitters essentially send controlled lightnings (electrical signals called radio waves) that travel at the speed of light to a destination. When these electrical signals (radio waves) arrive at a receiver, they are translated back into audio speech. Thus, the lightnings can literally go and speak to the recipient upon arrival. The radio waves (controlled lightnings) become audible when a receiver (like a radio) captures the electromagnetic energy and converts it into sound vibrations.
5) There Are Paths And Channels In The Sea
God spoke through King David three times in the bible that there were paths and channels that existed in the seas. Psalm 8:8 says The fowl of the air, and the fish of the sea, and whatsoever passeth through the paths of the seas. 2 Samuel 22:16 says And the channels of the sea appeared, the foundations of the world were discovered, at the rebuking of the Lord, at the blast of the breath of His nostrils. Psalm 18:15 says Then the channels of waters were seen, and the foundations of the world were discovered at thy rebuke, O Lord, at the blast of the breath of thy nostrils.
Matthew Fontaine Maury (1806-1873) known as the Pathfinder of the Seas believed the bible and God's promise that paths and channels existed in the seas. When Matthew Maury was in the navy, he discovered and charted the paths and channels of the seas in a book called The Physical Geography of the Sea and became the father of oceanography. Today every ship in the sea uses Matthew Maury's book to find the quickest route by following the paths and channels of the seas. These blessings occurred because God had King David say that paths and channels existed in the seas. Man discovered what God knew thousands of years earlier about the paths and channels of the seas proving that the bible is accurate.
Matthew Maury was also inspired by Ecclesiastes 1:6 that says The wind goeth toward the south, and turneth about unto the north; it whirleth about continually, and the wind returneth again according to his circuits. This scripture inspired Matthew Maury to map the tracks of the trade winds, creating charts that allowed sailors to utilize trade winds and avoid areas of calm winds, drastically reducing travel times. Matthew Maury's charts revealed predictable lanes and paths in the seas that allowed ships to harness nature's forces rather than fighting them to reduce travel time.
Matthew Maury's notable discoveries included a faster eastbound route from Australia to Europe. Maury proved that sailing east around Cape Horn (by Argentina) to reach Europe from Australia was actually faster than the shorter westbound route around the Cape of Good Hope (by South Africa) because of dominant wind patterns. Maury discovered a faster route from New York City to Rio de Janeiro that utilized trade winds so effectively that it reduced the standard journey by 32 days. He discovered equatorial passes (specific gaps in the calm belts of the Atlantic Ocean) where ships could catch reliable trade winds to cross the equator faster.
A monument that was nine feet tall and dedicated to Matthew Maury in Richmond, Virginia on Monument Avenue was removed in 2020 because of nationwide protests that Maury was a Confederate Naval Commander. The inscription on the plaque of this monument used to say Matthew Fontaine Maury, Pathfinder of the Seas, the genius who first snatched from the oceans and atmosphere the secret of their laws. His inspiration, Holy Writ, Psalm 8:8, Ecclesiastes 1:6.
Another monument of Matthew Maury exists today at Goshen Pass in Rockbridge County, Virginia overlooking the Maury River. The inscription on the plaque of this monument lists Psalm 8:8, Ecclesiastes 1:6, and Psalm 107:23 as Matthew Maury's inspiration. Psalm 107:23 says They that go down to the sea in ships, that do business in great waters; These see the works of the Lord, and his wonders in the deep.
6) The Ideal Dimensions Of A Ship
When Noah was building the ark, God told him the ideal dimensions of a ship. God told Noah at Genesis 6:15 And this is the fashion which thou shalt make it of: The length of the ark shall be 300 cubits, the breadth (width) of it 50 cubits, and the height of it 30 cubits. In other words God said Noah the length of your ship needs to be six times greater than the width of your ship. In other words the ideal dimensions of your ship need to be 6 to 1 for it to float and survive the waves of the sea. When a ship's length is six times greater than its width, a 6 to 1 ratio provides enough width to prevent capsizing while maintaining enough length to ride over waves smoothly.
Today every engineer absolutely agrees with the bible that the best cruise, sailing, or military ship that you can make has the ideal dimensions of 6 to 1 where the length is six times greater than the width of the ship. Most ships are made by God's ideal dimensions of 6 to 1. This specific ratio provides an ideal balance of stability, strength, and comfort for large floating vessels. Man discovered what God knew thousands of years earlier about the ideal dimensions of a ship proving that the bible is accurate.
7) The Earth Is Round
God told Isaiah that the earth is round at Isaiah 40:22 saying It is He that sitteth upon the circle of the earth, and the inhabitants thereof are as grasshoppers; that stretcheth out the heavens as a curtain, and spreadeth them out as a tent to dwell in. Then in 1969 the news reporter David Brinkley stated that the astronauts on the moon confirmed that the earth was round. But God had already stated that He sitteth upon the circle of the round earth 2800 years earlier at Isaiah 40:22.
Most people believed that the earth was flat during the time of Christopher Columbus in 1492. But Columbus believed God's promise at Isaiah 40:22 that the earth is round and began to sail around the world. Columbus wrote in his diary "It was the Lord who put it into my mind to sail around the world. The Lord Jesus comforted me with rays of marvelous illumination from the Holy Scriptures."
8) The Universe Is Comprised Of
Time Space Matter Motion And Energy
Scientists tell us that the universe is comprised of time, space, matter, motion, and energy. But 4000 years earlier God told us that the universe is comprised of time, space, matter, motion, and energy in the very first verses of Scripture. God said at Genesis 1:1-3 In the beginning (Time) God created the heaven (Space) and the earth (Matter). And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved (Motion) upon the face of the waters. And God said, Let there be light (Energy): and there was light. God gave a concise summary about the fundamental components of the physical universe at Genesis 1:1-3 before man was created. Man discovered what God knew thousands of years earlier about time, space, matter, motion, and energy proving that the bible is accurate.
9) The Universe Is Expanding
God spoke through Job, Isaiah, Jeremiah, and Zechariah that the universe is expanding. Job 9:8 says Which alone spreadeth out the heavens, and treadeth upon the waves of the sea. Isaiah 42:5 says Thus saith God the Lord, He that created the heavens, and stretched them out; He that spread forth the earth, and that which cometh out of it; He that giveth breath unto the people upon it, and spirit to them that walk therein. Jeremiah 51:15 says He hath made the earth by His power, He hath established the world by His wisdom, and hath stretched out the heaven by His understanding. Zechariah 12:1 says The burden of the word of the Lord for Israel, saith the Lord, which stretcheth forth the heavens, and layeth the foundation of the earth, and formeth the Spirit of man within him.
Albert Einstein (1879-1955) initially believed that the universe was static where space is neither expanding nor contracting, remaining the same size and density over time. Other scientists believed that the universe would collapse because of gravity. But God said through the bible that these theories were wrong because the universe is expanding and getting larger. God's universe is infinite beyond man's understanding.
In 1929, astronomer Edwin Hubble published findings showing that galaxies are moving away from the earth, and the farther away they are, the faster they recede (become more distant and less distinct). This observation, which became known as Hubble's law, provided groundbreaking evidence that the universe is expanding. Hubble's work built on earlier observations and techniques for measuring galactic distances, demonstrated that the universe is not static but dynamic, always changing, and ever growing. Albert Einstein changed his mind and told Edwin Hubble I think that the universe is expanding. Job, Isaiah, Jeremiah, and Zechariah all spoke correctly from the bible that the universe is expanding and today people can see spectacular images of an expanding universe on the internet from the Hubble telescope.
Here's some other scriptures that say God is expanding the universe. Job 9:8 says Which alone spreadeth out the heavens, and treadeth upon the waves of the sea. Psalm 104:2 says Who coverest thyself with light as with a garment: who stretchest out the heavens like a curtain. Isaiah 40:22 says It is He that sitteth upon the circle of the earth, and the inhabitants thereof are as grasshoppers; that stretcheth out the heavens as a curtain, and spreadeth them out as a tent to dwell in.

Entropy (Randomness and Disorder) In A System
Can Stay The Same Or Increase But Not Decrease
Everything Proceeds From Order To Disorder
God spoke about entropy at Psalm 102:25. Of old hast thou laid the foundation of the earth: and the heavens are the work of thy hands. They shall perish, but thou shalt endure: yea, all of them shall wax old like a garment; as a vesture shalt thou change them, and they shall be changed. Hebrews 1:10 also speaks about entropy saying And, Thou, Lord, in the beginning hast laid the foundation of the earth; and the heavens are the works of thine hands: They shall perish; but thou remainest; and they all shall wax old as doth a garment; And as a vesture shalt thou fold them up, and they shall be changed: but thou art the same, and thy years shall not fail.
Truly the second law of thermodynamics about entropy is correct because everything proceeds from order to disorder. If you try to spin a penny, at first the penny will spin around real fast but eventually the penny will slow down and fall over. If you wind a string around a top and jerk the string and let the top spin, eventually the top will slow down, start wobbling, finally stop, and fall over.
Evolution says everything is getting better and progressing to a better state. Evolution is wrong because entropy exists on this earth and everything proceeds from order to disorder. God is going to destroy this heaven and earth with fire and create new heavens and a new earth where no devil or sin exists. 2 Peter 3:10 says But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up. Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness, Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat? Nevertheless we, according to His promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness. This sinful world will eventually be destroyed so God can create perfect new heavens and a new earth with peace and joy forevermore.
The following scriptures describe the earth and heavens as finite and deteriorating over time, echoing the Second Law of Thermodynamics about entropy where everything proceeds from order to disorder. Psalm 102:25 says Of old hast thou (Lord Jesus) laid the foundation of the earth: and the heavens are the work of thy hands. They shall perish, but thou shalt endure: yea, all of them shall wax old like a garment; as a vesture shalt thou change them, and they shall be changed.
Isaiah 51:6 says Lift up your eyes to the heavens, and look upon the earth beneath: for the heavens shall vanish away like smoke, and the earth shall wax old like a garment, and they that dwell therein shall die in like manner: but my salvation shall be for ever, and my righteousness shall not be abolished.
