God's Little Snowflakes Part One

Today let's learn that saints who get saved with Jesus are God's little snowflakes washed white as snow by the blood of Jesus. Isaiah 1:18 says Come now, and let us reason together, saith the Lord: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool. Get saved, repent, decide to stop sinning, confess that Jesus is God, and believe the gospel that Jesus died on the cross for you, was buried, and rose again.

If you get saved with the Lord Jesus, the blood of Jesus will wash away your sins and make you white as snow, and you will become one of God's little snowflakes. The Lord Jesus will forget your sins because Hebrews 10:17 says And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more. The blood of Jesus will wash away and remove your sins for ever because Revelation 1:5 says And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto Him (Jesus) that loved us, and washed us from our sins in His own blood.

King David also talked about how the blood of Jesus removes sins and makes saints whiter than snow. Psalm 51:7 says Purge me with hyssop (the plant hyssop was dipped in the blood of the Lamb Jesus and put on the doors of the children of Israel in Egypt to remove sin and protect saints from the angel of death) and I shall be clean: wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow (note that the blood of Jesus makes us whiter than snow and not just white like snow).

Job 37:6 says For He (the Lord Jesus) saith to the snow, Be thou on the earth; likewise to the small rain, and to the great rain of His strength. God talks to snow, rain, and nature. When God says snow or rain, Be thou on the earth, the snow and rain obeys and comes to the earth because God tells it to come.

When God says birds fly south, the birds obey and fly south because God tells them to. Then the birds come back north because God tells them to. Everyone should be humble and obedient like the snowflakes, rain, and birds that God commands. When the Lord Jesus tells christians (God's little snowflakes), Be thou on the earth, christians should be like the snow, rain, and birds and witness Jesus everywhere. Mark 16:15 says Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.

I pray in Jesus name that christians become God's little snowflakes and be obedient when the Lord Jesus says snow, Be thou on the earth. Christians who are God's little snowflakes should cover this earth with the gospel of Jesus Christ. Let's all be clean, pure, white, shining the glory of God, while we witness the Lord Jesus everywhere. We might be the only Jesus someone sees in their entire life. 2 Corinthians 3:2 says Ye are our epistle written in our hearts, known and read of all men. Matthew 5:14 says Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hid. Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

Pictured above we see some of God's little snowflakes that are happy because the blood of Jesus has removed their sins and washed them whiter than snow. Let's rejoice with the little snowflakes pictured above who represent saved christians because the blood of Jesus removes the sins of fornication, adultery, homosexuality, robbery, covetousness, drunkenness, and extortion where any sinner can become washed, sanctified, justified and saved in the name of the Lord Jesus.

1 Corinthians 6:9 says Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolators, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God. And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.

When christians become God's little snowflakes washed white as snow by the blood of Jesus, they will be preserved and kept by the Lord Jesus for ever like Jessika's snowballs pictured above kept in her freezer until the summer if the power stays on. Jesus promises to keep and preserve christians with the power of God that lasts for ever because 1 Peter 1:5 says Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.

How encouraging to know that when anyone gets saved with the Lord Jesus, that christian will be kept and preserved by God in peace for ever. Ephesians 4:30 says And grieve not the Holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed (kept, preserved, concealed, and saved from the devil) unto the day of redemption.

The day of redemption is the day of the rapture because our bodies don't get redeemed and glorified until the day of the rapture. A christian's soul and spirit gets redeemed on the day of a christian's salvation. But a christian's body will not become glorified until the day of the rapture. Therefore christians are preserved, kept, sealed, and saved unto the day of redemption or the day of the rapture when christians receive glorified bodies with eternal life. In other words christians will never lose their salvation. Once saved always saved.

The Assurance Of Salvation; Once Saved Always Saved
Scriptures Proving Once Saved Always Saved

After anyone gets saved with the Lord Jesus, they can not lose their salvation. Once saved always saved. Get saved, repent, decide to stop sinning, confess that Jesus is God, and believe the gospel that Jesus died on the cross for you, was buried, and rose again. The following scriptures prove that once anyone is saved with the Lord Jesus, they are always saved. 1 John 5:13 says These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life (after salvation you will know with a witness that you are saved with eternal life that can not be lost), and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.

Jesus said at John 5:24 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on Him that sent me, hath (presently right now) everlasting life (that can not be lost), and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life. 1 Peter 1:5 says Who are kept by the power of God (not our good works) through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.

Once saved always saved. You don't hope to have salvation, think you might have salvation, or wait to find out if you have salvation when you die. When you get saved, repent, believe that Jesus is God, and believe the gospel that Jesus died on the cross for you, was buried, and rose again, you will know by faith that you have salvation and eternal life that can not be lost. Don't trust your feelings that can doubt and say you lost your salvation. Trust God's Word by faith that says you can not lose your salvation. God is not an indian giver that gives someone salvation and then removes their salvation. The Lord Jesus said at John 6:37 All that the Father giveth me shall come to me, and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out.

Ignore people that say you have to keep doing good works to assure your salvation. If our good works saved us, we wouldn't need to trust in the Lord Jesus for salvation. God doesn't want sinners to boast that their good works saved them. God wants sinners to glorify the Lord Jesus and tell everyone that because the Lord Jesus died on the cross of Calvary and Jesus' precious blood washed away my sins, I got saved and have eternal life. 1 Corinthians 1:31 says That, according as it is written, He that glorieth, let him glory in the Lord.

Ephesians 2:8 says For by grace are ye saved through faith (in Jesus alone); and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast. You don't work to be saved. You work because you are saved. I would not work my soul to save for this my Lord has done but I would work like any slave for love of his dear Son. We do good works after salvation to let others see Jesus where later at the bema judgment seat after the rapture we will receive rewards for our good works. Ephesians 2:10 says For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.

A Preacher Once Said That The Two Greatest Things In Life Are
1) Be saved and know it
2) Be in the perfect will of God and know it

To have confidence that you have salvation that can not be lost, put your trust totally in God's Word. Not by how you feel or don't feel. Not by a dream or what anyone tells you. Just trust the Word of God by faith and not yourself for salvation. Romans 10:17 says So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God. John 10:28 promises salvation that can not be lost where Jesus said And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand.

In other words I might look like a rooster but I ain't ever been plucked out of God's hand and lost my salvation. I'm not holding God's hand where I can lose my salvation. Jesus' nail scarred hand is reaching down and holding my hand forever with the promise that Jesus gives me eternal life that can not be lost. And I can't jump out of God's hand because I'm in Christ married to Jesus and bone of His bone and flesh of His flesh (the bride of Christ). Romans 12:5 says that we are in Christ as His bride. So we, being many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one of another. 2 Timothy 1:12 also says that we can't lose salvation with Jesus. For the which cause I also suffer these things: nevertheless I am not ashamed: for I know whom I have believed, and am persuaded that He (Jesus and not our good works) is able to keep that which I have committed unto Him against that day.

A lot of preachers doubt their salvation and think they have to keep believing and doing good works to be saved. This is wrong because the Word of God tells us that good works don't save anyone. Only faith in what the Lord Jesus has already done at the cross of Calvary when His precious blood removed sins can save. 2 Timothy 1:9 says Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to His own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began. When a preacher doesn't even know if he's saved, he won't be able to witness and win souls to Jesus effectively. When anyone doubts their salvation, they will lose joy and peace. Instead keep rejoicing and believe God's promise in the Word of God that says once someone is saved they are always saved.
