How To Know If Someone Is Or Is Not Of God
Notice the pictures above and learn the test to know if someone is of God or not of God. The test is stated at 1 John 4:1 and says when a person confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh that person is of God. But what does it mean to say that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh? To answer this question we must study the following two bible scriptures that are 1 Timothy 3:16 and 1 John 4:1.
1 Timothy 3:16 says And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory. This verse says Jesus is God manifest in the flesh. Therefore the test whether a person is of God is that they will confess that Jesus Christ is God come in the flesh. If you read another translated bible that is not a KJV bible, 1 Timothy 3:16 will say He (not God) was manifest in the flesh, denying that Jesus is God. Brother Bob says only read the KJV version of the bible and do not study any offensive translated bible that denies the diety of the Lord Jesus.
Next let's look at 1 John 4:1 that says Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world. Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God: And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world. The Hebrew definition for Christ and Emmanuel is the same and means Messiah God with us. Therefore any person or religion that says Jesus is God Christ come in the flesh is of God. Any religion that says Jesus is not God Christ come in the flesh is not of God.
A person must confess that Jesus is God to be saved and when a religion says Jesus is just a teacher, prophet, or great man of God, denying that Jesus is God, that religion is not of God and is the spirit of antichrist. The current religions that deny that Jesus is God are Jehovah Witnesses, Muslims, and unsaved Jews. We must love these people with the love of Jesus, but speak out against their false teachings.

How Does The Bible Define Love
Jesus is God according to 1 John 5:20. And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may know Him that is true, and we are in Him that is true, even in His Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life. God is love according to 1 John 4:8. He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love. Therefore if anyone believes that Jesus is God, you will feel love. If anyone does not believe that Jesus is God (Jehovah Witnesses, Muslims, and unsaved Jews) there is no love and you will not feel love. Brother Bob has not felt the love of God from any Jehovah Witness, Muslim, or unsaved Jew. But Brother Bob has felt the love of God from saved born again christians.
Everyone says that the church needs to preach about love. Therefore let's see how the bible defines love. 1 John 4:10 says Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us, and sent His Son (Jesus) to be the propitiation for our sins. John 15:13 says Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down His life for His friends. The greatest love occurred when Jesus died on the cross of Calvary for sinners. 1 John 3:16 says Hereby perceive we the love of God, because He (Jesus) laid down His life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren. In other words love is Jesus Christ crucified. Therefore when any preacher preaches about Jesus Christ crucified on the cross of Calvary, you will feel love in the church or anywhere. If a church does not preach about Jesus Christ crucified and only talks about money, good works, and worldly topics, you will not feel love in that church.
Many people do not believe that Jesus is God because they try to use their mind and logic to understand how the man Jesus can also be God. Jesus is a man, prophet, teacher, and Son of God. But Jesus also is God manifest in the flesh. The mystery of godliness that Jesus is God can not be understood by logic with your mind. This mystery must be believed by faith with your heart. Hebrews 11:6 says But without faith it is impossible to please Him (Jesus): for he that cometh to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him. Romans 10:9 says That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, (notice the scripture says Lord Jesus, not teacher or prophet Jesus), and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. Get saved, repent, decide to stop sinning, confess that Jesus is God, and believe the gospel that Jesus died on the cross for you, was buried, and rose again.
Why It's Wrong To Worship A Pope, Mary, Or a Catholic Priest
Notice the picture above and remember that the Lord Jesus is our mediator and only way to God. Catholics believe that they can go to a priest to confess their sins and pray to Mary for forgiveness from Jesus. We must show the love of Jesus to Catholics but speak out against their false teachings that oppose the KJV bible.
1 Timothy 2:5 says For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus (not a Catholic priest or Mary); Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time. If you need forgiveness of any sin in your life, confess your sins to the one mediator between God and men, who is the Lord Jesus (not Mary, a Catholic priest, a psychiatrist, or any other person) for forgiveness.
Only the Lord Jesus can wash away your sins for ever. 1 John 1:7 says But if we walk in the light, as He is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanseth us from all sin. If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he (Jesus) is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
I don't have to confess my sins through a knothole to a Latin speaking, bead counting, robe wearing priest that calls himself a father, and the bird ain't even married, and to top it off he dresses like mama. The pope needs to take off his robe and bow down at the feet of the Lord Jesus and repent of his sins like all sinners.
The Lord Jesus is our mediator (not a pope, Mary, a priest, or a father) and if you confess your sins to the Lord Jesus, Revelation 1:5 says that the blood of Jesus will wash away all your sins. And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto Him (Jesus) that loved us, and washed us from our sins in His own blood. It's wrong to call the pope or any priest your father. Jesus said at Matthew 23:9 And call no man your father upon the earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven.
It is wrong to worship Mary like a God. Notice that Jesus told a woman not to worship Mary. Luke 11:27 says And it came to pass, as He (Jesus) spake these things, a certain woman of the company lifted up her voice (to worship Mary like a Catholic), and said unto Him (Jesus), Blessed is the womb that bare thee, and the paps (from Mary) which thou hast sucked. But he (Jesus) said, Yea rather, blessed are they that hear the Word of God, and keep it. In other words Jesus said that meditating on God's Word is more important than worshipping Mary like a God.
Jesus did not worship Mary like a God. Jesus called Mary woman (and not God) from the cross. John 19:26 says When Jesus therefore saw His mother, and the disciple (John) standing by, whom He loved, He saith unto His mother, Woman, behold thy son. The disciples prayed with Mary (and not to Mary) after Jesus was resurrected. Acts 1:14 says These all continued with one accord in prayer and supplication, with the women, and Mary the mother of Jesus, and with his brethren. When Jesus turned the water into wine at Cana, Mary told the servants Whatsoever He (Jesus) saith unto you, do it (not whatsoever I sayeth unto you like a God do it) (John 2:5).
Why The Catholic Doctrine About Mary's Perpetual Virginity Is A Lie
The Catholic doctrine proclaiming the perpetual virginity of Mary is wrong. Mary was a virgin when she gave birth to the Lord Jesus where God is the Father of Jesus. Matthew 1:25 says And (Joseph) knew her not till she had brought forth her firstborn son: and he called his name JESUS. But according to Mark 6:3 Mary had other children later where Jesus had four brothers and sisters. Mark 6:3 says Is not this the carpenter, the son of Mary, the brother of James, and Joses, and of Juda, and Simon? and are not his sisters here with us? And they were offended at Him. Mary was not a perpetual virgin to be worshipped like a God because she had other children.
Matthew 13:55 says Is not this the carpenter's son? is not his mother called Mary? and his brethren, James, and Joses, and Simon, and Judas? And his sisters, are they not all with us? Whence then hath this man all these things? And they were offended in him. But Jesus said unto them, A prophet is not without honour, save in his own country, and in his own house. Galatians 1:19 says But other of the apostles saw I none, save James the Lord's brother. Mary was not a perpetual virgin.

The pope and the Catholic leaders represent the Nicolaitans of modern times. Jesus hates the doctrine of the Nicolaitans and the modern traditions of the Catholic church. The Greek definition for Nicolaitan is to conquer and have power over the people. Throughout history the leaders of the Catholic church and the pope did not allow the common people and the farmers have access to the bible. The pope and the leaders of the Catholic church were the Nicolaitans that Jesus hated. Jesus said at Revelation 2:15 So hast thou also them that hold the doctrine of the Nicolaitans, which thing I hate. I don't hate Catholics. I believe many Catholics today are saved and are good people but I hate the false teachings from the leaders of the Catholic church. Most Catholic people are ignorant of the doctrines taught by the Catholic leaders.
John Wycliffe rebelled against the pope and wrote the first English bible for the common people. In 1382 John Wycliffe produced the first full English translation of the bible that was handwritten and translated from the Latin Vulgate, not printed from original languages. During a period when access to the bible was restricted by Catholic leaders, those caught reading it faced severe penalties, potentially even the forfeiture of their property. It is said that the price some people paid for the privilege of renting a Wycliffe bible for an hour of daily reading was a bale of hay (a significant payment for a farmer living near subsistence levels). After John Wycliffe died, the pope burned his bones and cast them into the river.
The Catholic leaders wanted the common people to be ignorant about the bible in order to control the people and their money. This happened during the church of Thyatira where there was continual sacrifice to the pope and Mary by the Catholic Church during the Dark Ages that lasted for 1000 years from 500 AD to 1500 AD.
Then in 1526 William Tyndale became a blessed missionary and gave English bibles to thousands of common people in Europe. William Tyndale published the first English New Testament translated directly from the original Greek. He also translated and printed the Pentateuch (the first five books of the Old Testament) in 1530. In 1535 Miles Coverdale published the first complete printed English bible. Coverdale's version included the entire Old and New Testaments, largely incorporating Tyndale's existing translations to finish the project.
William Tyndale was executed for the heresy of translating the bible into English. At the time, the Catholic church and King Henry VIII strictly forbade unauthorized vernacular translations, fearing that direct access to scriptures would undermine clerical authority. Clerical authority refers to the power, jurisdiction, and influence that ordained religious Catholic leaders (clergy, bishops, priests, and deacons) hold within a religious Catholic organization to interpret doctrine, govern practices, and maintain organizational structure.
After being betrayed by an associate, Tyndale was imprisoned for over a year. In 1536 Tyndale was eventually strangled at the stake and then his body was burned in Vilvoorde, near modern day Brussels. The last words of William Tyndale were "Lord, open the king of England's eyes." Tyndale's prayer was a plea for King Henry VIII to change his mind and legally allow the English people to read the bible in their own language. Historical records often note that Tyndale's prayer was answered remarkably soon after his death.
In 1537 only one year after his execution, Henry VIII authorized the distribution of the Matthew Bible, that relied heavily on Tyndale's work. In 1539 Henry VIII decreed that a copy of the Great Bible (the first authorized English version) be placed in every parish church in England for all to read. It is estimated that 80-90% of the later 1611 King James Version is derived directly from Tyndale's pioneering translation.
The False Catholic Teachings Of Replacement Theology
Then the Catholic church and Martin Luther created the false replacement doctrine theology stating that the church replaced the Jews and Israel. This is false because Paul said at Romans 11:1, I say then, Hath God cast away his people (the Jews)? God forbid. For I also am an Israelite, of the seed of Abraham, of the tribe of Benjamin. And 1 Corinthians 10:32 says that the Jews are a separate class from the church. 1 Corinthians 10:32 says Give none offence, neither to the Jews, nor to the Gentiles, nor to the church of God. Unsaved people are either Jews or Gentiles. Saved Jews and Gentiles belong to the church of God. Instead of replacement theology; It's restoration theology because saved people have a Jew named Jesus living in them who soon will restore Israel when the Jews accept and believe that the Lord Jesus is their Messiah.
Remember if you bless the Jews and Israel, you will be blessed. If you curse the Jews and Israel, you will be cursed. Most Jews are atheists and enemies of the gospel but God tells us to love them because they are beloved enemies because of God's covenant to Abraham. Romans 11:28 says As concerning the gospel, they (the Jews) are enemies for your sakes: but as touching the election, they are beloved for the fathers' sakes. God will bless you if you bless the Jews, Israel, and Jerusalem. Psalm 122:6 says Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall prosper that love thee. God told Abraham at Genesis 12:2 And I will make of thee a great nation (Israel and the Jews), and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing: And I will bless them that bless thee (Israel and the Jews), and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed. Remember when you fight against the Jews, Israel, and Jerusalem, you fight against God and will lose. Zechariah 12:9 says And it shall come to pass in that day, that I (the Lord Jesus) will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem.

You might say Brother Bob Why did you place pictures above of Jesus turning the water into wine and a baby enjoying milk from a bottle. The answer is to prove that Jesus is affordable where the wine and milk in heaven will be free of charge. Jesus is affordable and all you have to do is receive the free gift of Jesus without any good works to be saved. Ephesians 2:8 says For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast. Isaiah 55:1 says Ho, every one that thirsteth, come ye to the waters, and he that hath no money; come ye, buy, and eat; yea, come, buy wine and milk without money and without price. Wherefore do ye spend money for that which is not bread? and your labour for that which satisfieth not? hearken diligently unto me, and eat ye that which is good, and let your soul delight itself in fatness.
You might say How could Jesus be so kind to such a sinful person like myself? Let me state that our only true friend is Jesus who will always be kind and bless us. People might forget us, but Jesus will always be kind, remember, and bless His saints with peace forevermore. Jesus said at Isaiah 54:10 For the mountains shall depart, and the hills be removed; but my kindness shall not depart from thee, neither shall the covenant of my peace be removed, saith the Lord that hath mercy on thee.
Psalm 138:6 says Though the Lord be high, yet hath He respect unto the lowly; but the proud He knoweth afar off. Isaiah 49:15 says Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? yea, they may forget, yet will I not forget thee. Behold, I have graven thee upon the palms of my hands; thy walls are continually before me.
Get saved, repent, decide to stop sinning,
Confess that Jesus is God, and believe the gospel,
That Jesus died on the cross for you, was buried, and rose again
