Smile Keep Praying And Lifting Up Jesus And Denying Self

Saints, this picture above has one item in it that I want you all to focus on. A SMILE. Jesus wants you to see that this man is Happy. Now open your bibles to Philippians 4:6 which reads Be careful for nothing. But in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. Now Hallelujah read this revelation that Jesus gave Brother Bob. Be careful for nothing in greek is defined as not being disturbed, annoyed, or taking thought about the cares of this life like paying bills, getting food, doing the laundry, or any trouble around you in this world. Just pray and thank Jesus for dying on the cross for you and providing everything you need. Don't worry about your everyday needs like food, clothing, and shelter and what will happen tomorrow. Just pray and constantly thank Jesus for dying for us all on the cross and read your word daily. Hebrews 13:6 says So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.

Jesus tells us all in the above verse to pray and give thanks to Jesus daily and remember with our hearts Jesus Christ crucified when the problems of this life occur around us. Now look again at the man smiling above and remember Jesus does not want us to be angry when we pray or have any bitterness. Anger pushes away Jesus. James 1:20 reads For the wrath of man worketh not the righteousness of God. Jesus is defined as righteousness in 1 Corinthians 1:30. So, if anyone gets angry with wrath, that person departs from Jesus, for the wrath of man worketh not the righteousness of God.

Now open your bibles to a discovery for Brother Bob this week at 1 Timothy 2:8 which reads I will therefore that men pray everywhere, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting. Therefore, when we pray do not be angry. Pray without wrath and doubting. In plain simple terms if you get angry this is not of God. So just don't get angry. To stop your anger when someone is falsely accusing you or yelling in your face, just with your heart look at Jesus on the cross and someone could stand on their head and scream all day but I promise you all with Jesus crucified nothing will bother you. Try this and I guarantee that Jesus will always give you all a peace that passeth all understanding. In fact only Jesus Christ crucified can give anyone peace in this world.

Ephesians 4:26 reads Be ye angry, and sin not. Let not the sun go down upon your wrath. Notice the scripture reads Be ye angry AND not but sin not. Since we all have sinned and come short of the glory of God stated in Romans 3:23 no person except Jesus can get angry. Jesus can get angry and be the judge because Jesus was perfect and had no sin. James 1:19 reads Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath. Proverbs 16:32 reads He that is slow to anger is better than the mighty; and he that ruleth his spirit than he that taketh a city.

Anger and bitterness is a waste of energy. Just ask Jesus to bless your enemies. Tell Jesus have my enemy repent and change and live for Jesus. If you go to bed at night and roll around trying to figure out how to defend yourself or get even with your enemy you are working a wrong spirit. If you just say Jesus bless that enemy or change the enemy and have that person repent, you all will feel a release and be able to sleep peacefully every night. Jesus told us to love our enemies to live in peace and avoid sickness and problems. Bitterness causes sickness. Learn the lesson of forgiveness and praying for your enemies to experience constant peace.

The above picture is of little children in Ecuador praying showing us all what we need to do daily and constantly. Brother Bob says when you pray KEEP PRAYING CONSTANTLY. Some people might say if you pray more than once you lack faith. Brother Bob says this does not line up with the word. Jesus tells us all in his word to keep praying and as we keep praying our faith will increase. Colossians 4:2 reads CONTINUE IN PRAYER, and watch in the same with thanksgiving. Luke 11:8 tells us that the man who wanted three loaves from his friend at midnight got his request granted because of his importunity. Importunity means persistent constant asking for something. And importunity appears only once in the Word at Luke 11:8. Brother Bob says P.U.S.H or PRAY UNTIL SOMETHIN HAPPENS. And to finally top this all off, we all should be like Jesus who prayed the same prayer over three times in the Garden of Gethsemene. You can check this out at Matthew 26:44 which reads And He left them, and went away again, and prayed the third time, SAYING THE SAME WORDS.

I preach and tell people to keep praying because I've seen people stop praying and die thinking that they did not want to bother God by asking for something more than once. Brother Bob says don't ever quit. Keep praying and in Jesus name I pray that all who read this and keep praying in Jesus name will see their requests answered quickly in Jesus name. In Matthew 15:21 the Caananite worman got her daughter healed by her persistence in coming to Jesus even after Jesus called her a dog. She said like Brother Bob truth Jesus I am a low down rotten sinner but even the dogs eat the crumbs from the Master's table. Jesus just give us all a crumb of your blessings and we will all praise your holy name. The Shunnamite woman in 2 Kings 4 got her son raised from the dead by her persistence in saying IT IS WELL. She would not stop going to Elisha with her request and because of her faith and persistence and constant prayer got her son raised from the dead.

Now look at the picture above and look at Psalm 95:6 which reads O come let us worship and bow down. Let us kneel before the Lord our Maker. Now listed below are several great men of the bible who humbled themselves like the little children of Ecuador pictured above and saw themselves as nothing and totally denied themselves before Jesus. 1) ABRAHAM in Genesis 18:27 And Abraham answered and said, Behold now, I have taken upon me to speak unto the Lord, which am but dust and ashes. 2) JACOB in Genesis 32:10 I am not worthy of the least of all the mercies and of all the truth which thou hast showed unto thy servant.

     3) JOB in Job 42:5-6 I have heard of thee by the hearing of the ear, but now mine eye seeth thee. Wherefore I abhor myself, and repent in dust and ashes. 4) DAVID in Psalm 22:6 But I am a worm and no man. A reproach of men and despised of the people.5) ASAPH in Psalm 73:22 So foolish was I and ignorent. I was as a beast before thee. 6) AGUR in Proverbs 30:2 Surely I am more brutish than any man. And have not the understanding of a man. 7) EZRA in Ezra 9:6 And said, O my God, I am ashamed and blush to lift up my face to thee my God. For our iniquities are increased over our head, and our trespass is grown up unto the heavens. 8) ISAIAH in Isaiah 6:5 Then said I, woe is me! For I am undone because I am a man of unclean lips and I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips for mine eyes have seen the king, the Lord of Hosts.

Now take a good look at the above picture and learn the definition of the word Enhakkore which is where Samson got revived after he slew a thousand men with the jawbone of an ass. In hebrew, Enhakkore is defined as a spring of one calling or the well that appeared when someone prayed. The relevant scripture verse is at Judges 15:19 But God clave an hollow place that was in the jaw, and there came water thereout. And when he had drunk his spirit came again and he revived. Wherefore, he called the name thereof Enhakkore which is in Lehi unto this day. Let's all have Enhakkore constantly refresh us all as a spring of water as we all constantly pray to Jesus and remember constantly Jesus Christ crucified daily with our hearts thanking Jesus daily for dying for us all and destroying forever all our problems.

1 Thessalonians 3:10 tells us also to constantly pray. It reads Night and day praying exceedingly that we might see your face and might perfect that which is lacking in your faith. Psalm 55:17 reads Evening, and morning, and at noon, will I pray, and cry aloud; and He shall hear my voice. 1 Thessalonians 5:17 reads Pray without ceasing. An ancient puritan wrote Peter on the top of a house prayed. Jonah in the bottom of the ocean in a whale prayed. Jesus prayed in the mountains. Paul and Silas prayed in the prison. When we have moments we feel overwhelmed, just pray and you will be comforted. Psalm 61 proves this by saying Hear my cry O God, attend unto my prayer. From the end of the earth will I cry unto thee, when my heart is overwhelmed, lead me to the Rock that is higher than I.

Now remember deny sin constantly by looking to Jesus and the cross with your heart because sin blocks our prayers from working. Psalm 66:18 reads If I regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear me. Isaiah 59 reads Behold, the Lord's hand is not shortened that it cannot save, neither his ear heavy that it cannot hear. But your iniquities have separated between you and your God and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear. An ancient puritan wrote a tiny fish called the kemora that fights like a lion could stop and change the course of a great ship. So, the smallest sin, loved and liked, will hinder a person's prayer.

Now saints I had to type out this treasure I found in the word that I did not even know was in the bible. Rejoice and shout praises to Jesus as you read this jewel of a scripture. Job 22:23-27 reads If thou return to the Almighty, thou shalt be built up, thou shalt put away iniquity far from thy tabernacles. Then shalt thou lay up gold as dust, and the gold of Ophir as the stones of the brooks. Yea, the Almighty shall be thy defense and thou shalt have plenty of silver. For then shalt thou have thy delight in the Almighty and shalt lift up thy face unto God. Thou shalt make thy prayer unto Him, and He shall hear thee, and thou shalt pay thy vows. Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee. And the light shall shine upon thy ways. When men are cast down, then thou shalt say, There is lifting up, and He shall save the humble person. He shall deliver the island of the innocent and it is delivered by the pureness of thine hands. I pray Lord Jesus all who read this verse past present and future in Jesus name receive the promises listed above. Thank you Lord Jesus for I know you have granted this prophet this request.

To end up this blog, I give to you all a beautiful picture of a sunrise or the evening twilight right before the morning. Now read this revelation given personally to Brother Bob from Jesus. Open your bibles to Psalm 119:147 which reads I prevented (defined as anticipated, met, confronted, went before) the dawning of the morning (defined as the evening twilight right before morning) and cried; I hoped in thy word. Now read Proverbs 8:17 I love them that love me and those that seek me early shall find me. So, if you want to find Jesus, anticipate and go before the dawning of the day early at say 3AM to 5AM and seek Jesus and you will find Jesus. Seeking is different from praying. Pray at all times. But seek for Jesus early and you will all find Jesus. It's also great to thank Jesus at midnight. Psalm 119:62 reads At midnight I will rise to give thanks unto thee because of thy righteous judgments. To prove my point read Psalm 5:3 which reads My voice shalt thou hear in the morning, O Lord. In the morning will I direct my prayer unto thee, and will look up.

Saint reading this keep looking for Jesus and praying. Hebrews 10:37 reads For yet a little while, and he that shall come will come, and will not tarry. Titus 2:12 reads teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world; Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ. 1 John 3:2 reads Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be; but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is. And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure. Revelation 22:20 reads He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so Come Lord Jesus. Be like Solomon and expect to see your streets paved with pure gold as transparent glass and the beautiful kingdom that is pure gold clear glass. Solomon waited for the expected return of Hiram and his navy who presented to him pure golden wedges obtained from Ophir in India.

  1. Bob, Very encouraging. James tells us that we should count it all joy when we fall into diverse temptations for it works patience and completes us.
    Jam 1:2 My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations;
Jam 1:3 Knowing [this], that the trying of your faith worketh patience.
Jam 1:4 But let patience have [her] perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.

We should be constant in prayer but not make an idol out of our prayer which Jesus warns of when people become robotic and do vain repetitions. Jesus loves prayer from the heart that is humble and private.
Mat 6:6 But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.
Mat 6:7 But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen [do]: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking.
Mat 6:8 Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him.
Hare Krishna and Catholic prayer is the heathen version. It is vain and puffed up, not humble and from the heart. I true prayer is an honest conversation with your friend and savior and Lord, Lord Jesus.

    The smiling guy is great!
    Your bro,
    Dave
