Just pray and thank Jesus for dying on the cross of Calvary for you. Every day say I am crucified with Jesus Christ and my problems have been destroyed forever by the Lord Jesus at the cross of Calvary that is the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever. Don't worry about your everyday needs like food, clothing, and shelter and what will happen tomorrow. Hebrews 13:6 says So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.
Receive Eternal Peace With The Lord Jesus And Get Saved
Get Saved, Repent, Decide To Stop Sinning,
Confess That Jesus Is God, And Believe The Gospel
That Jesus Died On The Cross For You, Was Buried, And Rose Again
The Lord Jesus does not want us to be angry when we pray or have any bitterness. Hebrews 12:15 says Looking diligently lest any man fail of the grace of God, lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and thereby many be defiled. Take heed to this warning and remember that bitterness, unforgiveness, and grudges create trouble and harm many people.
Remember This Motto For Peace
Avoid Angry People, Forgive Forever, And Always Love Your Enemies
Ephesians 4:26 says Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath. Notice that the scripture says Be ye angry, AND not but sin not. Since we all have sinned and come short of the glory of God stated at Romans 3:23, no person except Jesus can get angry. Jesus can get angry because the Lord Jesus is perfect and has no sin. James 1:19 says Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath. Proverbs 16:32 says He that is slow to anger is better than the mighty; and he that ruleth his spirit than he that taketh a city.
Notice the picture above of little children in Ecuador praying continuously. Brother Bob says KEEP PRAYING CONTINUOUSLY. Some people might say if you pray more than once you lack faith. Brother Bob says this does not line up with the Word of God. The Lord Jesus tells us to keep praying and when we keep praying, our faith will increase. Colossians 4:2 says Continue in prayer, and watch in the same with thanksgiving. Luke 11:8 tells us that the man who wanted three loaves from his friend at midnight got his request granted because of his importunity.
Importunity means persistent, continual asking for something. And importunity appears only once in the bible at Luke 11:8. Brother Bob says P.U.S.H or PRAY UNTIL SOMETHING HAPPENS. We should be like the Lord Jesus who prayed the same words three times in the Garden of Gethsemene. Matthew 26:44 says And He (Jesus) left them, and went away again, and prayed the third time, saying the same words. If Jesus repeated the same words three times in prayer, we should continuously pray until we receive our blessed prayer requests. Quitters never win and winners never quit. A failure is a person that quits. Just keep praying and witnessing Jesus everywhere and you will be a winner. Many of life's failures are people who did not realize how close they were to success when they quit.
I preach and tell people to keep praying because I've seen people stop praying and die thinking that they did not want to bother God by asking for something more than once. Brother Bob says don't ever quit. Keep praying and in Jesus name I pray that all who read this and keep praying in Jesus name will see their requests answered quickly. Matthew 15:21 speaks about a Caananite worman who got her daughter healed by her persistence in coming to Jesus even after Jesus called her a dog. She said like Brother Bob truth Jesus I am a sinner but even the dogs eat the crumbs which fall from their master's table. Jesus just give us all a crumb of your blessings and we will praise your holy name. The Shunnamite woman in 2 Kings 4 got her son raised from the dead by her persistence in saying It is well. She would not stop going to Elisha with her request and because of her faith, persistence, and continual prayers got her son raised from the dead.
Now look at the picture above and study Psalm 95:6 that says O come, let us worship and bow down: let us kneel before the Lord our Maker. Listed below are several great men of the bible who humbled themselves like the little children of Ecuador pictured above and saw themselves as nothing while they worshipped the Lord Jesus. Let's all be humble like these great men of God to receive great blessings from the Lord Jesus. 1 Peter 5:6 says Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time. 1) ABRAHAM at Genesis 18:27. And Abraham answered and said, Behold now, I have taken upon me to speak unto the Lord, which am but dust and ashes. 2) JACOB at Genesis 32:10. I am not worthy of the least of all the mercies, and of all the truth, which thou hast showed unto thy servant; for with my staff I passed over this Jordan; and now I am become two bands.

3) JOB at Job 42:5. I have heard of thee by the hearing of the ear: but now mine eye seeth thee. Wherefore I abhor myself, and repent in dust and ashes. 4) DAVID at Psalm 22:6. But I am a worm, and no man; a reproach of men, and despised of the people. 5) ASAPH at Psalm 73:22. So foolish was I, and ignorant: I was as a beast before thee. 6) AGUR at Proverbs 30:2. Surely I am more brutish than any man, and have not the understanding of a man. 7) EZRA at Ezra 9:6. And said, O my God, I am ashamed and blush to lift up my face to thee, my God: for our iniquities are increased over our head, and our trespass is grown up unto the heavens.
8) ISAIAH at Isaiah 6:5. Then said I, Woe is me. For I am undone; because I am a man of unclean lips, and I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips: for mine eyes have seen the King, the Lord of Hosts. 9) PAUL at Ephesians 3:8. Unto me, who am less than the least of all saints, is this grace given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ.
Notice the picture above and learn the definition of the word Enhakkore where Samson got revived after he slew a thousand men with the jawbone of an ass. In Hebrew, Enhakkore is defined as a spring of one calling or the well that appeared when someone prayed. Judges 15:19 says But God clave an hollow place that was in the jaw, and there came water thereout; and when he had drunk his spirit came again, and he revived: wherefore he called the name thereof Enhakkore, which is in Lehi unto this day. Let's all have Enhakkore continuously refresh us like a spring of water while we remember Jesus Christ crucified daily with our hearts, thanking Jesus for destroying all our problems forevermore on the cross of Calvary.
1 Thessalonians 3:10 says Night and day praying exceedingly that we might see your face, and might perfect that which is lacking in your faith? Psalm 55:17 says Evening, and morning, and at noon, will I pray, and cry aloud: and He shall hear my voice. 1 Thessalonians 5:17 says Pray without ceasing. An ancient puritan wrote Peter on the top of a house prayed. Jonah in the bottom of the ocean in a whale prayed. Jesus prayed in the mountains. Paul and Silas prayed in the prison. Psalm 61:1 says Hear my cry, O God; attend unto my prayer. From the end of the earth will I cry unto thee, when my heart is overwhelmed: lead me to the Rock that is higher than I. When you feel overwhelmed, just pray and you will be comforted.
Deny sin by looking to Jesus and the cross of Calvary with your heart because sin blocks our prayers from working. Psalm 66:18 says If I regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear me. Isaiah 59:1 says Behold, the Lord's hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy that it cannot hear. But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear. An ancient puritan wrote a tiny fish called the kemora that fights like a lion could stop and change the course of a great ship. So, the smallest sin, loved and liked, will hinder a person's prayer.
Job 22:23 says If thou return to the Almighty, thou shalt be built up, thou shalt put away iniquity far from thy tabernacles. Then shalt thou lay up gold as dust, and the gold of Ophir as the stones of the brooks. Yea, the Almighty shall be thy defence, and thou shalt have plenty of silver. For then shalt thou have thy delight in the Almighty, and shalt lift up thy face unto God. Thou shalt make thy prayer unto Him, and He shall hear thee, and thou shalt pay thy vows. Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee: and the light shall shine upon thy ways. When men are cast down, then thou shalt say, There is lifting up; and He shall save the humble person. He shall deliver the island of the innocent: and it is delivered by the pureness of thine hands. I pray Lord Jesus all who read this verse past, present, and future in Jesus name receive the promises listed above.
Notice the picture above of a beautiful sunrise or the evening twilight before the morning. Psalm 119:147 says I prevented (anticipated, met, confronted, went before) the dawning of the morning, and cried: I hoped in thy word. Proverbs 8:17 says I love them that love me; and those that seek me early shall find me. Psalm 5:3 says My voice shalt thou hear in the morning, O Lord; in the morning will I direct my prayer unto thee, and will look up. If you want to find Jesus, anticipate and seek Jesus before the dawning of the day early from 5AM to 7AM. Seeking is different from praying. Pray at all times. But seek for the Lord Jesus early and you will all find Jesus. It's also blessed to thank the Lord Jesus at midnight. Psalm 119:62 says At midnight I will rise to give thanks unto thee because of thy righteous judgments.
Keep looking for the Lord Jesus and praying. Hebrews 10:36 says For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise. For yet a little while, and he that shall come will come, and will not tarry. Titus 2:12 says Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world; Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ. 1 John 3:2 says Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is. And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure. Revelation 22:20 says He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus. Solomon waited for the expected return of Hiram and his navy who presented to him pure gold obtained from Ophir in India. Be like Solomon and expect to see a street paved with pure gold, as it were transparent glass in the beautiful kingdom of God that is pure gold, like unto clear glass.
I pray in Jesus name that this bible study blesses multitudes everywhere with great joy, peace, and strength. Feel free to email Brother Bob anytime at rz9tlm@gmail.com or write to Brother Bob Malkin, 2233 Pinetree Lane, Apt. N., Reynoldsburg, Ohio 43068. (614) 746-7071. Till we all meet again soon to lift up our Lord Jesus, everyone have a blessed day in Jesus name.
Bob, Very encouraging. James tells us that we should count it all joy when we fall into diverse temptations for it works patience and completes us.
ReplyDeleteJam 1:2 My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations;
Jam 1:3 Knowing [this], that the trying of your faith worketh patience.
Jam 1:4 But let patience have [her] perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.
We should be constant in prayer but not make an idol out of our prayer which Jesus warns of when people become robotic and do vain repetitions. Jesus loves prayer from the heart that is humble and private.
Mat 6:6 But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.
Mat 6:7 But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen [do]: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking.
Mat 6:8 Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him.
Hare Krishna and Catholic prayer is the heathen version. It is vain and puffed up, not humble and from the heart. I true prayer is an honest conversation with your friend and savior and Lord, Lord Jesus.
The smiling guy is great!
Your bro,
Dave
