Jesus Is Everything

Wow, you all might say another great picture from Brother Bob. But the picture above relates to one of the most awesome revelations Jesus gave to Brother Bob early in the morning the other day at 2AM. Jesus showed me that all we need in this life is JESUS as our Father, Mother, Brother, and Sister. Matthew 12:50 reads For whosoever shall do the will of my Father which is in heaven, the same is my brother, and sister, and mother. Note, that the above verse leaves out Father. Well, the Holy Ghost showed me that the verse is speaking about Jesus because Jesus did the perfect will of the Father by dying for us all at the cross. This is proven in John 10:17-18 where Jesus fully obeying the command from his Father to love us all and lay down his own life for us all at the cross. The scripture reads Therefore doth my Father love me, because I lay down my life, that I might take it again. No man taketh it from me, but I lay it down of myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This commandment have I received of my Father.

Note also in John 10:30 it reads I and my Father are one. Therefore, like the picture above Jesus is everything to us all. Jesus is our Father Mother Brother and Sister. Jesus is all we need saints in this life. Psalm 27:10 reads When my father and my mother forsake me, then the Lord will take me up. Brother Bob has personally experienced this in his life. I found out in my twenties that I was adopted and did not have my original birth certificate. I tracked down my original birth parents to find out they did not want to have anything to do with me. Also my adopted orthodox Jewish parents treated me as a stranger and told me to let Jesus be my family. Well, in praise to Jesus since Brother Bob has been saved since 1981 for 30 years Jesus has always taken care of Brother Bob. I'm so glad that I left everything, family aunts uncles cousins and all Jewish relatives to serve Jesus. Be encouraged saint reading this, I promise you if you leave everything for Jesus, Jesus will take care of you like a father, mother, brother, and sister. Hallelujah.

Saints I had to put this awesome picture on my blog of little orphans praying to Jesus. Now open your bibles to James 1:27 which reads Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this. To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction and to keep himself unspotted from the world. Ecclesiastes 11 reads Cast thy bread upon the waters, for thou shalt find it after many days. Give a portion to seven and also to eight. For thou knowest not what evil shall be upon the earth. Isaiah 1:13 reads Bring no more vain oblations, incense is an abomination unto me, the new moons and sabbaths, the calling of assemblies. I cannot away with it, it is iniquity, even the solemn meeting. Your new moons and your appointed feasts my soul hateth. They are a trouble unto me. I am weary to bear them. Now study the picture above of the orphans praying and mediate on Isaiah 1:16 which reads Wash you make you clean. Put away the evil of your doings from before mine eyes. LEARN TO DO WELL. SEEK JUDGMENT, RELIEVE THE OPPRESSED, JUDGE THE FATHERLESS, PLEAD FOR THE WIDOW.

In my experiences walking with Jesus I've learned that when we reach out to the poor and needy Jesus will reward us and take care of us in our time of need. Proverbs 19:17 reads He that hath pity upon the poor lendeth unto the Lord; and that which he hath given will he pay him again. Notice it doesn't say to pay the poor with money. It says just have pity on the poor and you will be doing the work of the Lord and on Jesus' timeclock you will be paid in money back. I tell people when I bless them, they do not owe me anything in return but God's word is true and Jesus will pay you for your time you take to pity the poor. Some people tell Brother Bob I don't have the money to bless the poor. Brother Bob says but you have time to pick up a phone and call someone in need and pray for them and show the love of Jesus to them.

I testify the other night I spent two hours writing a letter to my dear orthodox Jewish friend in jail David Berkowitz, the former Son of Sam who now is saved and blesses untold numbers with the message of Jesus as Lord. My flesh at first did not want to do this for it was tired but the more I wrote the stronger I became. This is because when you take time to write or visit a prisoner, you visit and bless Jesus. Matthew 25:34 reads Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world. For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat, I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink. I was a stranger, and ye took me in: Naked, and ye clothed me. I was sick, and ye visited me; I was in prison, and ye came unto me.

Now remember, our works without Jesus are useless. When you bless someone, tell the person not to exalt or lift up your name but lift up the name of Jesus. Tell the person you help, it is Jesus working through me and blessing you. Don't lift up Brother Bob, Lift up Jesus. This is proven in 1 Corinthians 13:2 which reads And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge, and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing. And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, and have not charity, it profiteth me nothing. Remember everything is going to be tried by fire and only Jesus and the Word will remain through the fire. What I'm saying is that ONLY WHAT WE DO FOR JESUS LASTS. Jesus is the charity spoken of in the verse above.

Wow, saints isn't the picture awesome above of how Mary chose the better thing to do and sit and listen to Jesus instead of like Martha standing and cumbered about with the cares of this life. Open your bibles to Luke 10:41 which reads And Jesus answered and said unto her, Martha, Martha, thou art careful and troubled about many things; But one thing is needful; and Mary hath chosen that good part, which shall not be taken away from her. Another person in the bible who did not have time to hear about Jesus was Felix when Paul tried to witness Jesus to Felix. What a shame. Felix said he would hear about Jesus at a more convenient season but the season did not come. Acts 24:25 reads And as he reasoned of righteousness, temperance, and judgment to come, Felix trembled, and answered, Go thy way for this time, when I have a convenient season I will call for thee.

Saint reading this now is the time for you to confess Jesus as your Lord and believe in your heart that Jesus has risen from the dead. Don't be like Felix who sounds like the alcoholics I witness to who say I'll drink today and maybe tomorrow at a more convenient season I'll go to church and accept Jesus. Don't be like Agrippa in the bible who said almost thou persuadest me to be a christian. Paul replied to Agrippa in Acts 26:29 And Paul said, I would to God, that not only thou, but also all that hear me this day, were both almost, and altogether such as I am, except these bonds.

Haggai also in the old testament told the people to come to Jesus now and not waste time being lost in their cieled luxurious houses. Haggai 1:2 reads Thus speaketh the Lord of Hosts, saying, This people say, The time is not come, the time that the Lord's house should be built. Then came the word of the lord by Haggai the prophet saying, Is it time for you, O ye, to dwell in your cieled houses, and this house lie waste? Verse 7 reads Thus saith the Lord of Hosts, consider your ways. Go up to the mountain, and bring wood, and build the house, And I will take pleasure in it, and I will be glorified, saith the Lord.

Finally, my last picture today is about Esau who sold his birthright for some red pottage. The story is recorded in Genesis 25:29 which reads And Jacob sod pottage; and Esau came from the field, and he was faint; And Esau said to Jacob, Feed me, I pray thee, with that same red pottage; for I am faint; therefore was his name called Edom. And Jacob said, Sell me this day thy birthright. And Esau said, Behold, I am at the point to die; and what profit shall this birthright do to me? And Jacob said, Swear to me this day; and he sware unto him; and he sold his birthright unto Jacob. Then Jacob gave Esau bread and pottage of lentiles; and he did eat and drink, and rose up, and went his way; thus Esau despised his birthright.

Wow, Esau valued earthy pottage over Jesus. Matthew 16:25 reads For whosoever will save his life shall lose it; and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it. Remember, sometimes we have to just take time for Jesus and deny the cares of this life. Esau and Martha both missed out on blessings from Jesus because they were too concerned about the cares of this life. What does it profit you if you gain the whole world and lose your soul. They that seek after riches fall into temptation and a snare and into many foolish and hurtful lusts which drown men in destruction and perdition. I'm glad Abraham's servant did not delay to eat a meal and quickly took Rebekah on the camels to meet Isaac. Genesis 24:33 reads And there was set meat before him to eat. But he said, I will not eat until I have told mine errand. And he said, speak on.

In conclusion, Brother Bob gives you a quote from the 1600's. Be like the bird called the lark who is up early in the morning singing sweetly the praises of Jesus often and like the nightingale at midnight who keeps singing the same sweet song to Jesus.
