Smile And Keep Praying While You Exalt The Lord Jesus

Be at peace and smile like the man pictured above. The Lord Jesus wants you to smile and be happy. Philippians 4:6 says Be careful for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Be careful for nothing in Greek is defined as not being disturbed, annoyed, or taking thought about the cares of this life like paying bills, getting food, or any trouble around you in this world.

Just pray and thank Jesus for dying on the cross of Calvary for you. Every day say I am crucified with Jesus Christ and my problems have been destroyed forever by the Lord Jesus at the cross of Calvary that is the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever. Don't worry about your everyday needs like food, clothing, and shelter and what will happen tomorrow. Hebrews 13:6 says So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.

Receive Eternal Peace With The Lord Jesus And Get Saved
Get Saved, Repent, Decide To Stop Sinning,
Confess That Jesus Is God, And Believe The Gospel
That Jesus Died On The Cross For You, Was Buried, And Rose Again

The Lord Jesus does not want us to be angry when we pray or have any bitterness. Hebrews 12:15 says Looking diligently lest any man fail of the grace of God, lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and thereby many be defiled. Take heed to this warning and remember that bitterness, unforgiveness, and grudges create trouble and harm many people.

Remember This Motto For Peace
Avoid Angry People, Forgive Forever, And Always Love Your Enemies

1 Timothy 2:8 says I will therefore that men pray every where, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting. Therefore, when we pray do not be angry. Pray without wrath and doubting. To stop your anger when someone is falsely accusing you or yelling in your face, just with your heart look at the Lord Jesus on the cross of Calvary and someone could stand on their head and scream all day but I promise you that when you look by faith with your heart at Jesus Christ crucified, nothing will bother you. Try this and I guarantee that Jesus will always give you a peace that passeth all understanding. Notice that when anyone looks by faith at Jesus Christ crucified, it is impossible to think a bad thought. This is because the blood of Jesus blocks the devil from placing any bad thoughts in a person's mind. 2 Corinthians 10:5 says Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ. In other words look by faith at the cross of Calvary and bad thoughts will disappear.

Ephesians 4:26 says Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath. Notice that the scripture says Be ye angry, AND not but sin not. Since we all have sinned and come short of the glory of God stated at Romans 3:23, no person except Jesus can get angry. Jesus can get angry because the Lord Jesus is perfect and has no sin. James 1:19 says Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath. Proverbs 16:32 says He that is slow to anger is better than the mighty; and he that ruleth his spirit than he that taketh a city.

Notice the picture above of little children in Ecuador praying continuously. Brother Bob says KEEP PRAYING CONTINUOUSLY. Some people might say if you pray more than once you lack faith. Brother Bob says this does not line up with the Word of God. The Lord Jesus tells us to keep praying and when we keep praying, our faith will increase. Colossians 4:2 says Continue in prayer, and watch in the same with thanksgiving. Luke 11:8 tells us that the man who wanted three loaves from his friend at midnight got his request granted because of his importunity.

Importunity means persistent, continual asking for something. And importunity appears only once in the bible at Luke 11:8. Brother Bob says P.U.S.H or PRAY UNTIL SOMETHING HAPPENS. We should be like the Lord Jesus who prayed the same words three times in the Garden of Gethsemene. Matthew 26:44 says And He (Jesus) left them, and went away again, and prayed the third time, saying the same words. If Jesus repeated the same words three times in prayer, we should continuously pray until we receive our blessed prayer requests. Quitters never win and winners never quit. A failure is a person that quits. Just keep praying and witnessing Jesus everywhere and you will be a winner. Many of life's failures are people who did not realize how close they were to success when they quit.

I preach and tell people to keep praying because I've seen people stop praying and die thinking that they did not want to bother God by asking for something more than once. Brother Bob says don't ever quit. Keep praying and in Jesus name I pray that all who read this and keep praying in Jesus name will see their requests answered quickly. Matthew 15:21 speaks about a Caananite worman who got her daughter healed by her persistence in coming to Jesus even after Jesus called her a dog. She said like Brother Bob truth Jesus I am a sinner but even the dogs eat the crumbs which fall from their master's table. Jesus just give us all a crumb of your blessings and we will praise your holy name. The Shunnamite woman in 2 Kings 4 got her son raised from the dead by her persistence in saying It is well. She would not stop going to Elisha with her request and because of her faith, persistence, and continual prayers got her son raised from the dead.

Now look at the picture above and study Psalm 95:6 that says O come, let us worship and bow down: let us kneel before the Lord our Maker. Listed below are several great men of the bible who humbled themselves like the little children of Ecuador pictured above and saw themselves as nothing while they worshipped the Lord Jesus. Let's all be humble like these great men of God to receive great blessings from the Lord Jesus. 1 Peter 5:6 says Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time. 1) ABRAHAM at Genesis 18:27. And Abraham answered and said, Behold now, I have taken upon me to speak unto the Lord, which am but dust and ashes. 2) JACOB at Genesis 32:10. I am not worthy of the least of all the mercies, and of all the truth, which thou hast showed unto thy servant; for with my staff I passed over this Jordan; and now I am become two bands.

     3) JOB at Job 42:5. I have heard of thee by the hearing of the ear: but now mine eye seeth thee. Wherefore I abhor myself, and repent in dust and ashes. 4) DAVID at Psalm 22:6. But I am a worm, and no man; a reproach of men, and despised of the people. 5) ASAPH at Psalm 73:22. So foolish was I, and ignorant: I was as a beast before thee. 6) AGUR at Proverbs 30:2. Surely I am more brutish than any man, and have not the understanding of a man. 7) EZRA at Ezra 9:6. And said, O my God, I am ashamed and blush to lift up my face to thee, my God: for our iniquities are increased over our head, and our trespass is grown up unto the heavens.

     8) ISAIAH at Isaiah 6:5. Then said I, Woe is me. For I am undone; because I am a man of unclean lips, and I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips: for mine eyes have seen the King, the Lord of Hosts. 9) PAUL at Ephesians 3:8. Unto me, who am less than the least of all saints, is this grace given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ.

Notice the picture above and learn the definition of the word Enhakkore where Samson got revived after he slew a thousand men with the jawbone of an ass. In Hebrew, Enhakkore is defined as a spring of one calling or the well that appeared when someone prayed. Judges 15:19 says But God clave an hollow place that was in the jaw, and there came water thereout; and when he had drunk his spirit came again, and he revived: wherefore he called the name thereof Enhakkore, which is in Lehi unto this day. Let's all have Enhakkore continuously refresh us like a spring of water while we remember Jesus Christ crucified daily with our hearts, thanking Jesus for destroying all our problems forevermore on the cross of Calvary.

1 Thessalonians 3:10 says Night and day praying exceedingly that we might see your face, and might perfect that which is lacking in your faith? Psalm 55:17 says Evening, and morning, and at noon, will I pray, and cry aloud: and He shall hear my voice. 1 Thessalonians 5:17 says Pray without ceasing. An ancient puritan wrote Peter on the top of a house prayed. Jonah in the bottom of the ocean in a whale prayed. Jesus prayed in the mountains. Paul and Silas prayed in the prison. Psalm 61:1 says Hear my cry, O God; attend unto my prayer. From the end of the earth will I cry unto thee, when my heart is overwhelmed: lead me to the Rock that is higher than I. When you feel overwhelmed, just pray and you will be comforted.

Deny sin by looking to Jesus and the cross of Calvary with your heart because sin blocks our prayers from working. Psalm 66:18 says If I regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear me. Isaiah 59:1 says Behold, the Lord's hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy that it cannot hear. But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear. An ancient puritan wrote a tiny fish called the kemora that fights like a lion could stop and change the course of a great ship. So, the smallest sin, loved and liked, will hinder a person's prayer.

Job 22:23 says If thou return to the Almighty, thou shalt be built up, thou shalt put away iniquity far from thy tabernacles. Then shalt thou lay up gold as dust, and the gold of Ophir as the stones of the brooks. Yea, the Almighty shall be thy defence, and thou shalt have plenty of silver. For then shalt thou have thy delight in the Almighty, and shalt lift up thy face unto God. Thou shalt make thy prayer unto Him, and He shall hear thee, and thou shalt pay thy vows. Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee: and the light shall shine upon thy ways. When men are cast down, then thou shalt say, There is lifting up; and He shall save the humble person. He shall deliver the island of the innocent: and it is delivered by the pureness of thine hands. I pray Lord Jesus all who read this verse past, present, and future in Jesus name receive the promises listed above.

Notice the picture above of a beautiful sunrise or the evening twilight before the morning. Psalm 119:147 says I prevented (anticipated, met, confronted, went before) the dawning of the morning, and cried: I hoped in thy word. Proverbs 8:17 says I love them that love me; and those that seek me early shall find me. Psalm 5:3 says My voice shalt thou hear in the morning, O Lord; in the morning will I direct my prayer unto thee, and will look up. If you want to find Jesus, anticipate and seek Jesus before the dawning of the day early from 5AM to 7AM. Seeking is different from praying. Pray at all times. But seek for the Lord Jesus early and you will all find Jesus. It's also blessed to thank the Lord Jesus at midnight. Psalm 119:62 says At midnight I will rise to give thanks unto thee because of thy righteous judgments.

Keep looking for the Lord Jesus and praying. Hebrews 10:36 says For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise. For yet a little while, and he that shall come will come, and will not tarry. Titus 2:12 says Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world; Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ. 1 John 3:2 says Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is. And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure. Revelation 22:20 says He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus. Solomon waited for the expected return of Hiram and his navy who presented to him pure gold obtained from Ophir in India. Be like Solomon and expect to see a street paved with pure gold, as it were transparent glass in the beautiful kingdom of God that is pure gold, like unto clear glass.

Jesus Is The True Treasure

Keep searching for the true treasure who is Jesus in the treasure chest pictured above. Revelation 22:12 says And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be. The reward, prize, and treasure is Jesus and to see Jesus forever in the kingdom of God will fully satisfy any saved saint now and forevermore.  Philippians 3:14 says I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. Proverbs 2:3 tells us to search for wisdom who is Jesus (1 Corinthians 1:30) like someone searching for hidden treasure. The scripture says Yea, if thou criest after knowledge, and liftest up thy voice for understanding; If thou seekest her as silver, and searchest for her as for hid treasures; Then shalt thou understand the fear of the Lord, and find the knowledge of God.

Jesus tells us that when we run this race with Jesus to daily deny ourselves, take up our cross daily, and look to Jesus crucified daily with our hearts for strength. Luke 9:23 says And he said to them all, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me. Luke 13:24 says Strive to enter in at the strait gate: for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able. Paul tells us all how to run this race at 1 Corinthians 9:24 that says Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run, that ye may obtain. And every man that striveth for the mastery is temperate (constantly denying your flesh and living holy for Jesus) in all things. Now they do it to obtain a corruptible crown; but we an incorruptible.

Notice the two pictures above of a peacock and an almug (algum tree) that existed during the days of Solomon in the land of Ophir. Sailors in the navy for King Solomon every three years would go to Ophir (modern day India) to obtain gold, precious stones, silver, ivory, sandal wood from the algum (almug) tree, apes, and peacocks and bring the riches from Ophir to King Solomon. 1 Kings 10:22 says For the king had at sea a navy of Tharshish, with the navy of Hiram: once in three years came the navy of Tharshish bringing gold, and silver, ivory, and apes, and peacocks. 1 Kings 10:11 says And the navy also of Hiram, that brought gold from Ophir, brought in from Ophir great plenty of almug trees and precious stones. The almug or algum from Ophir was a precious coral red sandalwood used to make ornaments in Solomon's temple and palace and used to make musical instruments and costly utensils.

Rejoice because Jesus is better and worth more than Ophir's gold, silver, almug sandalwood, ivory, apes, and peacocks. Job 28:20 says Whence then cometh wisdom (who is Jesus stated at 1 Corinthians 1:30)? and where is the place of understanding? Skip back a couple of verses to Job 28:15 for the answer.

Job 28:15 says It cannot be gotten for gold, neither shall silver be weighed for the price thereof. It cannot be valued with the gold of Ophir, with the precious onyx (sardonyx), or the sapphire, The gold and the crystal cannot equal it: and the exchange of it shall not be for jewels of fine gold. No mention shall be made of coral, or of pearls: for the price of wisdom (Jesus) is above rubies. The topaz of Ethiopia shall not equal it, neither shall it be valued with pure gold. To conclude if you by faith with your hearts daily remember Jesus and the cross you have much more treasure than gold, silver, topaz, onyx, rubies, crystals, corals, and pearls. Jesus is better than anything you could ever obtain on this earth. The peace with the Lord Jesus is better than being a billionaire in an extravagant palace without Jesus on this earth.

Notice the picture above of Paul in Ephesus and Demetrius the silversmith behind him starting a riot because Paul is telling the people not to worship the idol Diana. Demetrius made his living and money from building silver statues of Diana and tried to stop Paul and make him flee from Ephesus so he could keep making money by building silver statues of the idol Diana.

Acts 19:24 says For a certain man named Demetrius, a silversmith, which made silver shrines for Diana, brought no small gain unto the craftsmen; Whom he called together with the workmen of like occupation, and said, Sirs, ye know that by this craft we have our wealth. Moreover ye see and hear, that not alone at Ephesus, but almost throughout all Asia, this Paul hath persuaded and turned away much people, saying that they be no gods, which are made with hands. So that not only this our craft is in danger to be set at nought; but also that the temple of the great goddess Diana should be despised, and her magnificence should be destroyed, whom all Asia and the world worshippeth. And when they heard these sayings, they were full of wrath, and cried out, saying, Great is Diana of the Ephesians. And the whole city was filled with confusion: and having caught Gaius and Aristarchus, men of Macedonia, Paul's companions in travel, they rushed with one accord into the theatre.

Matthew 6:24 says No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon. In other words when someone is sold out for Jesus, our enemies are people that love money and not Jesus. This can be fake religious people who love money who will fight against you when you preach Jesus Christ crucified. Today there are many people in this world that love material things like palaces, jewelry, yachts, and extravagant cars and ornaments who waste large amounts of money on these worthless material items and won't even give a penny for the relief of a poor widow or orphan. James 1:27 says Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world.

Christians on this earth toil fervently and expend large sums of money traveling to view Jerusalem and the Holy Land. They only get to see the bare tomb of Jesus and the earth Jesus walked upon. But we as saved saints should strive and labour much more to enter into the kingdom of God by living holy every day. Our reward in the kingdom of God will be to personally see the Lord Jesus and not an empty tomb. Also we will own and not just view our personal mansions in the kingdom of God forever.

Other people in the bible like Demetrius pictured above who valued money and their jobs to be more important than Jesus are listed below. The pig owners in Gadarenes told Jesus to leave their country and persecuted Jesus when their pigs were drowned by devils and they couldn't make money from their pigs as a livelihood. The master of the woman of divination had Paul and Silas beaten and thrown into prison when he couldn't make any gains of money after Paul cast out the devil in the woman of divination. Matthew the publican was so blessed and we all should be like Matthew. Matthew immediately left his trade of being a tax collector and followed Jesus. Jesus said at Mark 8:35 For whosoever will save his life shall lose it; but whosoever shall lose his life for my sake and the gospel's, the same shall save it.

Be willing to leave the temporary fading pleasures of this world and get saved with peace forever from our Lord Jesus. Get saved, repent, decide to stop sinning, confess that Jesus is God, and believe the gospel that Jesus died on the cross for you, was buried, and rose again. Jesus is better than anything this world has to offer.

Notice the picture above of people who valued Jesus to be more important than vast amounts of silver. Acts 19:19 says Many of them also which used curious arts brought their books together, and burned them before all men: and they counted the price of them, and found it 50000 pieces of silver. These people did not want to sell these books and get money and cause people to be misled by their curious arts books. So they burned the books. I've done this myself. All the material things that I owned in the world before I knew Jesus that were ungodly were put in the dumpster. All I have now in my house is books, music, and a computer that lift up the name of Jesus. Jesus said at Mark 8:36 For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?  Jesus and the 1611 KJV Word of God will last forever. This temporary fading world will soon cease to exist.

Left click the picture above to see one of Brother Bob's favorite pictures from the Sistine Chapel painted by Rosselli of Moses breaking the ten commandments after he saw the people worshipping the golden calf idol. Also notice Moses and Joshua together warning the people to worship God instead of a golden calf. The people above wasted their gold on a golden calf idol instead of the Lord Jesus.

Exodus 32:3 says And all the people brake off the golden earrings which were in their ears, and brought them unto Aaron. And he received them at their hand, and fashioned it with a graving tool, after he had made it a molten calf: and they said, These be thy gods, O Israel, which brought thee up out of the land of Egypt. Isaiah described what was done in the above picture at Isaiah 46:6 that says They lavish gold out of the bag, and weigh silver in the balance, and hire a goldsmith; and he maketh it a god: they fall down, yea, they worship.

Jesus tells us not to be like the people in the picture above and waste your money and time on a worthless golden calf idol or material thing of this beggarly world. Jesus said at John 6:27 Labour not for the meat which perisheth, but for the meat which endureth unto everlasting life, which the Son of Man shall give unto you: for Him hath God the Father sealed. In AD 300, a man named Licinius and his deputy Agricolaus tried to make 40 saints of God deny Jesus by offering them great wealth. The 40 saints shouted in praise to Jesus, O eternity, eternity, we choose Jesus who will last forever. They refused the pitiful wealth that existed in this beggarly world and chose to obtain durable riches by choosing Jesus and godliness. Brother Bob has personally experienced this by choosing to leave large sums of money and family to follow Jesus and currently live in a one bedroom apartment with a space heater and regularly give away money to help poor widows and orphans overcome this troubled world.

Job 14:14 says If a man die, shall he live again? All the days of my appointed time (called warfare in Hebrew) will I wait, till my change come. Saint reading this continue to fight the good fight of faith and wait for Jesus. Your change will come and you will be blessed now on this earth and forevermore in the kingdom of God with Jesus for all your labour for Jesus. 1 Corinthians 15:58 says Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.

Jesus Is Everything

Notice the picture above and realize that the Lord Jesus is your Father, Mother, Brother, and Sister. Matthew 12:50 says For whosoever shall do the will of my Father which is in heaven, the same is my brother, and sister, and mother. The will of the Father was to have Jesus die on the cross of Calvary to save lost sinners. The Lord Jesus did the will of the Father when he died on the cross of Calvary.

Jesus did the will of the Father when He said at John 10:17 Therefore doth my Father love me, because I lay down my life, that I might take it again. No man taketh it from me, but I lay it down of myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. this commandment have I received of my Father. Therefore the Lord Jesus is a Father, Mother, Brother, and Sister to saved christians. Get saved, repent, decide to stop sinning, confess that Jesus is God, and believe the gospel that Jesus died on the cross for you, was buried, and rose again.

Note that Matthew 12:50 does not mention Father. But Jesus is God and one with the Father. Therefore the Lord Jesus is your Father, Mother, Brother, and Sister. 1 John 5:7 says For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word (Jesus), and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one. Most translated bibles like the NIV, RSV and ESV have removed 1 John 5:7 and deny that Jesus is God. Therefore only read and study a 1611 KJV bible that has kept 1 John 5:7.

Jesus said at John 10:30 I and my Father are one. Therefore the Lord Jesus who is our Father, Mother, Brother, and Sister is everything we need in this life to overcome the troubles of this world.  Psalm 27:10 says When my father and my mother forsake me, then the Lord (Jesus) will take me up. Brother Bob learned that he was adopted and did not have his original birth certificate. Brother Bob met his adopted half sisters who did not want to have anything to do with him because of the Lord Jesus.

Also his adopted orthodox Jewish parents treated him like a stranger and told him Let Jesus take care of you. The Lord Jesus has taken care of Brother Bob for 43 years. Brother Bob never lacked food, clothing, or shelter with the Lord Jesus. After Brother Bob left everything and his entire Jewish family, Jesus always took care of Brother Bob. Be encouraged and remember that if you leave everything to serve the Lord Jesus, Jesus will take care of all your needs like a Father, Mother, Brother, and Sister. Psalm 37:25 says I have been young, and now am old; yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread. Philippians 4:19 says But my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.

Notice the picture above of little orphans praying to the Lord Jesus and obey the following scriptures that tell us to bless fatherless orphans and widows. James 1:27 says Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world. Ecclesiastes 11:1 says Cast thy bread upon the waters: for thou shalt find it after many days. Give a portion to seven, and also to eight; for thou knowest not what evil shall be upon the earth. Isaiah 1:16 says Wash you, make you clean; put away the evil of your doings from before mine eyes; cease to do evil; Learn to do well; seek judgment, relieve the oppressed, judge the fatherless, plead for the widow.

When we help the poor and needy orphans and widows, the Lord Jesus will reward us and take care of us in our time of need. Proverbs 19:17 says He that hath pity upon the poor lendeth unto the Lord; and that which he hath given will he pay him again. Notice that it doesn't say to pay the poor with money. It just says to have pity on the poor and you will be doing the work of the Lord on Jesus' timeclock where God will pay you with money to survive and overcome this troubled world.

I tell poor people when I bless them that they do not owe me anything in return. You can never outgive God when you bless the poor who represent the Lord Jesus. Jesus said at Matthew 25:40 Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me. Jesus said at Luke 6:38 Give, and it shall be given unto you: good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give unto your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again. Some people tell Brother Bob I don't have the money to bless the poor. Brother Bob says but you have the time to pick up a phone and call someone in need with comforting words while you pity and pray for the poor. God will reward you if you pity the poor.

I testify that the other night I spent two hours writing a letter to my dear orthodox Jewish friend in jail David Berkowitz, the former Son of Sam, who now is saved and blesses untold numbers with the message of the Lord Jesus Christ. My flesh at first did not want to do this because I was tired but the more I wrote the stronger I became. This is because when you take time to write or visit a prisoner, you visit and bless Jesus. Matthew 25:34 says Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world: For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in: Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me.

Notice the picture above of Mary of Bethany who chose the better thing to sit and listen to the Lord Jesus instead of being like Martha who stood cumbered about with the cares of this life. Luke 10:41 says And Jesus answered and said unto her, Martha, Martha, thou art careful and troubled about many things: But one thing is needful: and Mary hath chosen that good part, which shall not be taken away from her. Another person in the bible who did not have time to hear about Jesus was Felix when Paul tried to witness Jesus to Felix. Felix said that he would hear about Jesus at a more convenient season, but the convenient season did not come and Felix probably is in hell. Acts 24:25 says And as he (Paul) reasoned of righteousness, temperance, and judgment to come, Felix trembled, and answered, Go thy way for this time; when I have a convenient season, I will call for thee.

Now is the time to get saved with the Lord Jesus. Don't be like Felix and say maybe tomorrow or at a more convenient season I'll get saved and accept Jesus. Don't be like Agrippa in the bible who told Paul at Acts 26:28 Almost thou persuadest me to be a christian. Almost only counts in horseshoes. Paul replied to Agrippa at Acts 26:29 I would to God, that not only thou, but also all that hear me this day, were both almost, and altogether such as I am, except these bonds. Tomorrow is not promised. Get saved today with Jesus. 2 Corinthians 6:2 says For He (Jesus) saith, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succoured thee: behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.

Haggai told the people to come to the Lord Jesus now and not waste time being lost in their cieled luxurious houses. Haggai 1:2 says Thus speaketh the Lord of hosts, saying, This people say, The time is not come, the time that the Lord's house should be built. Then came the word of the lord by Haggai the prophet, saying, Is it time for you, O ye, to dwell in your cieled houses, and this house lie waste? Now therefore thus saith the Lord of hosts; Consider your ways.

Ye have sown much, and bring in little; ye eat, but ye have not enough; ye drink, but ye are not filled with drink; ye clothe you, but there is none warm; and he that earneth wages earneth wages to put it into a bag with holes. Thus saith the Lord of hosts; Consider your ways. Go up to the mountain, and bring wood, and build the house; and I will take pleasure in it, and I will be glorified, saith the Lord.

Notice the picture above about Esau who sold his birthright for some red pottage. Food was more important to Esau than the Lord Jesus. Genesis 25:29 says And Jacob sod pottage: and Esau came from the field, and he was faint: And Esau said to Jacob, Feed me, I pray thee, with that same red pottage; for I am faint: therefore was his name called Edom. And Jacob said, Sell me this day thy birthright. And Esau said, Behold, I am at the point to die: and what profit shall this birthright do to me? And Jacob said, Swear to me this day; and he sware unto him: and he sold his birthright unto Jacob. Then Jacob gave Esau bread and pottage of lentiles; and he did eat and drink, and rose up, and went his way: thus Esau despised his birthright.

Esau sold his birthright and hope for salvation to his brother Jacob for one morsel of meat and the temporary sinful pleasure of fornication with many women. Esau sinned so much that he crossed a line with God where he could not return to God for salvation. Note the warning at Hebrews 12:16 about Esau that says Lest there be any fornicator, or profane person, as Esau, who for one morsel of meat sold his birthright. For ye know how that afterward, when he would have inherited the blessing, he was rejected: for he found no place of repentance, though he sought it carefully with tears.

In other words the many sins of Esau prevented him from returning to God for salvation. Esau found no place of repentance though he sought it carefully with tears. Esau is in hell because repentance is a requirement to be saved. 2 Corinthians 7:10 says For godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death. Paul said at Acts 20:20 And how I kept back nothing that was profitable unto you, but have shewed you, and have taught you publickly, and from house to house, Testifying both to the Jews, and also to the Greeks, repentance toward God, and faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ.

Don't be like Esau and find yourself in a place where you have sinned so much that you can not find repentance and return to God. Stop smoking pot and weed, aborting babies, drinking alcohol all day, fornicating with woman all the time, supporting same sex marriage and transgenderism, and removing prayer and bibles from schools. While there is still time, repent and stop these sins and God will have mercy on you and save you. If you ignore this plea, you will end up like Esau and not find repentance and be lost in torment forever in a burning hell and the lake of fire.

Get saved, repent, decide to stop sinning,
Confess that Jesus is God, and believe the gospel
That Jesus died on the cross for you, was buried, and rose again

Jesus Exalts The Humble And The Poor Quickly

Notice the picture above of a deer or young hart making haste upon the mountains. This deer like the Lord Jesus is making haste and soon will appear in the air to deliver the christians from this troubled world during the rapture. Song of Solomon 8:14 says Make haste, my beloved (Lord Jesus), and be thou like to a roe or to a young hart upon the mountains of spices. The Lord Jesus is like the deer pictured above leaping for joy and rejoicing to soon save all christians from this troubled world. Song of Solomon 2:8 says The voice of my beloved (Lord Jesus), behold, He cometh leaping upon the mountains, skipping upon the hills. The Lord Jesus will make haste like a deer and come quickly to deliver christians from this troubled world during the rapture.

Revelation 22:20 says He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus. Everything in nature praises the Lord Jesus who will come quickly and bring peace to this earth. Isaiah 55:12 says For ye shall go out with joy, and be led forth with peace: the mountains and the hills shall break forth before you into singing, and all the trees of the field shall clap their hands. The birds in the mountains and the hills are singing praises to the Lord Jesus. The branches of the trees are clapping their hands in the wind while they praise the Lord Jesus.

When the Lord Jesus returns during the millennium, the mountains and little hills will rejoice and skip like rams and lambs. Psalm 114:6 says Ye mountains, that ye skipped like rams; and ye little hills, like lambs? Tremble, thou earth, at the presence of the Lord, at the presence of the God of Jacob.

Everything in nature should praise the Lord Jesus. Psalm 148:7 says Praise the Lord from the earth, ye dragons, and all deeps: Fire, and hail, snow, and vapours; stormy wind fulfilling HIs word: Mountains, and all hills; fruitful trees, and all cedars: Beasts, and all cattle; creeping things, and flying fowl: Kings of the earth, and all people; princes, and all judges of the earth: Both young men, and maidens; old men, and children: Let them praise the name of the Lord (Jesus): for His name alone is excellent; His glory is above the earth and heaven.

Jesus will exalt the humble and the poor quickly. 1 Samuel 2:8 says He raiseth up the poor out of the dust, and lifteth up the beggar from the dunghill, to set them among princes, and to make them inherit the throne of glory: for the pillars of the earth are the Lord's, and He hath set the world upon them. Isaiah 45:3 says And I (the Lord Jesus) will give thee the treasures of darkness, and hidden riches of secret places, that thou mayest know that I, the Lord, which call thee by thy name, am the God of Israel. Zacharias said at Luke 1:78 Through the tender mercy of our God; whereby the dayspring from on high hath visited us, To give light to them that sit in darkness and in the shadow of death, to guide our feet into the way of peace.

The Lord Jesus owns everything and can bless you greater than any billionaire on this earth. The Lord Jesus told us at Psalm 50:10 For every beast of the forest is mine, and the cattle upon a thousand hills. I know all the fowls of the mountains: and the wild beasts of the field are mine. If I were hungry, I would not tell thee: for the world is mine, and the fulness thereof. Ephesians 3:20 says Now unto Him (the Lord Jesus) that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us. Unto Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen.

The Word of God tells us that a little with the peace and contentment from Jesus and God's Word is better than the riches of many wicked. Psalm 37:16 says A little that a righteous man hath is better than the riches of many wicked. Proverbs 15:16 says Better is little with the fear of the Lord than great treasure and trouble therewith. Proverbs 16:8 says Better is a little with righteousness than great revenues without right. Remember little is much when God is in it. One person plus Jesus is more powerful than the mightiest army on this earth. Romans 8:31 says What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?

Left click the picture above to view a blessed painting at the Sistine Chapel in Italy by Botticelli (1445-1510) called The Temptations of Jesus Christ. In the top left we see the Lord Jesus being tempted by the devil while fasting in the wilderness for forty days. The devil tells the Lord Jesus at Matthew 4:3 If thou be the Son of God, command that these stones be made bread, But He (the Lord Jesus) answered, and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.

In the top center the devil and the Lord Jesus stand on the roof of a temple. The devil challenges the Lord Jesus to let Himself fall because surely He will be caught by angels. Matthew 4:5 says Then the devil taketh him (the Lord Jesus) up into the holy city, and setteth Him on a pinnacle of the temple, And saith unto Him, If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down: for it is written, He shall give his angels charge concerning thee: and in their hands they shall bear thee up, lest at any time thou dash thy foot against a stone. Jesus said unto him, It is written again, Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God.

On the top right the devil and the Lord Jesus are on a high cliff. The devil offers the Lord Jesus all the kingdoms in the world. Matthew 4:8 says Again, the devil taketh Him (the Lord Jesus) up into an exceeding high mountain, and sheweth Him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them; And saith unto Him, All these things will I give thee, if thou wilt fall down and worship me. Then saith Jesus unto him, Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and Him only shalt thou serve. After the devil left the Lord Jesus, notice the angels in the picture above ministering strength to the Lord Jesus. Matthew 4:11 says Then the devil leaveth Him, and, behold, angels came and ministered unto Him.

The main part of the fresco shows an offering. It probably is the sacrifice offered by a leper to the priest after he was healed by the Lord Jesus at Matthew 8:2. And, behold, there came a leper and worshipped Him (the Lord Jesus), saying Lord, if thou wilt, thou canst make me clean. And Jesus put forth His hand, and touched him, saying, I will; be thou clean. And immediately his leprosy was cleansed.

Jesus will exalt the humble and the poor quickly. Jesus said at John 16:22 And ye now therefore have sorrow: but I will see you again, and your heart shall rejoice, and your joy no man taketh from you. The Lord Jesus will see us all again soon and we all will rejoice with everlasting joy that no man will ever take away from us. Revelation 21:3 says And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God Himself shall be with them, and be their God. And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.

Remember, the things of this world are only temporary. Build up treasure in heaven where a thief can never steal your treasure. Mark 10:21 tells us how to build up treasure in heaven. Mark 10:21 says when we bless and give to the poor we build up treasure in heaven. Jesus said One thing thou lackest: go thy way, sell whatsoever thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven (defined as storehouse): and come, take up the cross, and follow me.

Everything in this world will burn up with fire but the Lord Jesus and the Word of God will last forever. Choose the Lord Jesus, give to the poor, deny this world, and witness Jesus everywhere. Don't waste your time on the trifling pleasures of this world. Instead tell somebody how to get saved with the Lord Jesus. Get saved, repent, decide to stop sinning, confess that Jesus is God, and believe the gospel that Jesus died on the cross for you, was buried, and rose again.
