The most notorious number in the bible is the infamous evil 666. In most cases the number 666 relates to evil and wickedness. The number 666 speaks about the number of the beast or that antichrist as he is called in 1 John 2:18. Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time. Let's study the three men associated with the number 666 who are Solomon, Adonikam, and the beast antichrist.
At first Solomon was a blessed king and was the wisest man on earth. But ungodly women caused Solomon to worship idols and become evil like an antichrist. Solomon received 666 talents of gold. At 1 Kings 10:14 (1+1+4=6), 666 is mentioned. Now the weight of gold that came to Solomon in one year was six hundred threescore and six talents of gold. 2 Chronicles 9:13 says Now the weight of gold that came to Solomon in one year was six hundred and threescore and six talents of gold The 666 talents of gold displayed Solomon's rebellious sin of multiplying gold stated at Deuteronomy 17:17. Adonikam had 666 children (descendants) that left Babylon to live in Jerusalem. At Ezra 2:13 (2+1+3=6), 666 is mentioned. The children of Adonikam (called The Lord of the Rebellion, The Lord of Enemies, or the Lord Rise Up-a type of Antichrist), six hundred sixty and six. Note that 93 years later, the children (descendants) of Adonikam changed to 667. This is not a contradiction in the bible. This is because after 93 years, some of Adonikam's children either were born or died. Nehemiah 7:18 says The children of Adonikam, six hundred threescore and seven.

Note that the devil imitates the Lord Jesus. The saved christians are called the bride church and a city (New Jerusalem) that sits upon the foundation (the Lord Jesus). The devil's city is called the great whore (Mystery Babylon or Rome) that sits on the beast antichrist. Note that Revelation 17:18 tells us that the woman (great whore) is a city called Rome, Italy (the Vatican). And the woman which thou sawest is that great city, which reigneth over the kings of the earth.
Note that the seven heads on the great whore woman are seven mountains. The only city on earth with seven hills or mountains is Rome, Italy. Revelation 17:9 says And here is the mind which hath wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sitteth. Therefore the future beast antichrist will be the Catholic church and the pope ruling with a one world religion from the Vatican at Rome, Italy.
Note that the word Catholic means universal one world religion. Revelation 17:5 tells us the name of the future beast antichrist. And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH. Note that the Catholic great whore church is called the mother of harlots. This is because all the religions that came out of Catholicism (Protestants, Lutherans, Episcopalians etc.) will eventually return to their mother that is Catholicism and form the one world religion for the beast antichrist during the seven year great tribulation. During the great tribulation there will be a one world religion, a one world military, and a one world currency. When the Catholics are in the minority they are gentle as a lamb. When the Catholics are in equality they are clever as a fox. But when the Catholics are in the majority they are fierce as a tiger.
The universal Catholic church can not unify people. Only the Lord Jesus can unify and bring people together in peace today and during the millennium when the Lord Jesus is king of this earth for 1000 years. Jesus said at John 12:32 And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me. The Lord Jesus was lifted up on a cross at Calvary and only when anyone preaches about Jesus Christ crucified where the blood of Jesus cleanses us from all sin, will people come together in peace forever. 1 Corinthians 1:18 says For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it (the cross of Calvary) is the power of God.

The First Mention Of Jehoiakim Is In The 666th Verse Of 2 Kings
The first mention of Jehoiakim is in the 666th verse of 2 Kings. Jehoiakim was evil like an antichrist and burned the Word of God. 2 Kings 23:34 says And Pharoah-necoh made Eliakim the son of Josiah king in the room of Josiah his father, and turned his name to Jehoiakim, and took Jehoahaz away: and he came to Egypt, and died there. The number 666 relates to wicked king Jehoiakim who cut the Word of God with a penknife and cast it into the fire on the hearth. Jeremiah 36:22 says Now the king (Jehoiakim) sat in the winterhouse in the ninth month: and there was a fire on the hearth burning before him. And it came to pass, that when Jehudi had read three or four leaves, he cut it with the penknife, and cast it into the fire that was on the hearth, until all the roll was consumed in the fire that was on the hearth.
Because Jehoiakim burned the Word of God, he was blotted out of the Lord Jesus' genealogy. In other words Don't mess with the KJV Word of God. Matthew 1:10 says And Ezekias begat Manasses; and Manasses begat Amon; and Amon begat Josias. And Josias begat Jechonias ( Coniah) (note that Jehoikaim has been removed from Jesus' genealogy) and his brethren, about the time they were carried away to Babylon.
It's dangerous to alter the perfect KJV bible and disrespect God's perfect Word. Note the punishment that Jehoiakim received for burning the Word of God. Jeremiah 36:29 says And thou shalt say to Jehoiakim king of Judah, Thus saith the Lord; Thou hast burned this roll, saying, Why hast thou written therein, saying, The king of Babylon shall certainly come and destroy this land, and shall cause to cease from thence man and beast? Therefore thus saith the Lord of Jehoiakim king of Judah; He shall have none to sit upon the throne of David: and his dead body shall be cast out in the day to the heat, and in the night to the frost.
And I will punish him and his seed and his servants for their iniquity; and I will bring upon them, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, and upon the men of Judah, all the evil that I have pronounced against them; but they hearkened not. Then took Jeremiah another roll, and gave it to Baruch the scribe, the son of Neriah; who wrote therein from the mouth of Jeremiah all the words of the book which Jehoiakim king of Judah had burned in the fire: and there were added besides unto them many like words.
Because Jehoiakim burned the bible, Jehoiakim was buried with the burial of an ass. When Bar-jesus Is Mentioned
The 666th time the word Jesus appears in the KJV bible occurs at Acts 13:6 (thirteen being the number of rebellion) when Bar-jesus is mentioned. Note that this is the only time in a KJV bible that the name Jesus is in lowercase letters (jesus). Bar-jesus or Elymas the sorcerer, (a type of antichrist), withstood Paul and tried to stop the salvation of Sergius Paulus, the deputy on the isle of Paphos. Bar-jesus (Elymas) suffered and became blind because he withstood Paul and God's Word. But Sergius Paulus got blessed and saved because he stood with Paul. Take time to look at the anointed painting pictured above by Raphael that shows Paul pointing to blind Bar-jesus (Elymas) while Sergius Paulus gets saved while sitting on his throne.
Acts 13:6 explains how Bar-jesus (Elymas) withstood Paul while Sergius Paulus got saved. And when they had gone through the isle unto Paphos (boiling hot), they found a certain sorcerer, a false prophet, a Jew, whose name was Bar-jesus; Which was with the deputy of the country, Sergius Paulus, a prudent man; who called for Barnabas and Saul, and desired to hear the Word of God. But Elymas the sorcerer (for so is his name by interpretation) withstood them, seeking to turn away the deputy from the faith. Then Saul (who is also called Paul), filled with the Holy Ghost, set his eyes on him. And said, O full of all subtilty and all mischief, thou child of the devil, thou enemy of all righteousness, wilt thou not cease to pervert the right ways of the Lord? And now, behold, the hand of the Lord is upon thee, and thou shalt be blind, not seeing the sun for a season. And immediately there fell on him a mist and a darkness; and he went about seeking some to lead him by the hand. Then the deputy, when he saw what was done, believed, being astonished at the doctrine of the Lord.
The reason Bar-jesus appears at the 666th mention of the word jesus is because Bar-jesus is a type of the antichrist. It's interesting that Paphos is where Paul found the sorcerer Bar-jesus. The Greek definition for Paphos is boiling hot because the beast antichrist will be cast into the boiling hot lake of fire with the false prophet by the Lord Jesus Christ at the battle of Armageddon.
Note that the devil imitates the Lord Jesus who has many blessed names like Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, and The Prince of Peace. Bar-jesus had another name called Elymas. The true meaning of the name Elymas is El-God Y-The Most High Mass-The unholy Catholic Eucharist Mass. In other words Bar-jesus (Elymas) represents the antichrist who will make the Catholic Mass a God instead of the Lord Jesus Christ. The Catholic antichrist church also exalts the unholy Mass with the word Christ-Mass. And then the Catholic church removes the name of Jesus Christ from the pagan holiday of Christmas and calls the pagan holiday XMass, placing an X over the name of Jesus Christ.
The Eucharist Transubstantiation Mass is unholy and evil. Transubstantiation is the Catholic teaching that the bread and wine used in the Eucharist (Communion ceremony) miraculously transforms into the actual body and blood of Jesus Christ, while their outward appearances remain unchanged. This transformation occurs during the Eucharist prayer through the power of Christ's words and the Holy Spirit, making Christ truly and physically present in the sacrament (a sacred ritual that symbolizes and confers God's grace to believers).
The reason the Eucharist Transubstantiation Mass Sacrament is unholy and evil is because the ceremony recrucifies the Lord Jesus Christ. The Lord Jesus Christ only had to be crucified one time at the cross of Calvary to remove lost sinners sins forever. Jesus does not have to be crucified innumerable times during unholy Eucharist Mass ceremonies to remove sins. Hebrews 10:10 says By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once (not many times) for all. And every priest standeth daily ministering and offering oftentimes the same sacrifices (performed in an unholy Catholic Eucharist Mass), which can never take away sins: But this man (Jesus), after He had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God; From henceforth expecting till His enemies be made His footstool. For by one offering He hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified.
Just confess your sins to the Lord Jesus (not a Catholic priest in a confessional booth) and the blood of Jesus will cleanse you from your sins and set you free. 1 John 1:7 says But if we walk in the light, as He is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanseth us from all sin. If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, He (the Lord Jesus and not a Catholic priest) is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. You don't have to confess your sins to a Catholic priest at a drive through confessional where the sign says Toot and tell; Don't go to hell. 1 Timothy 2:5 says For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus (not a Catholic priest in a confessional booth).
Studying Four Bible Verses With The Words Here Is Wisdom
To Learn About The Beast Antichrist And 666
The first three words at Revelation 13:18 that describe the beast antichrist are Here is wisdom. Revelation 13:18 says Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is six hundred threescore and six. The words Here is wisdom appear in four bible verses that I will list to receive wisdom and learn that the Catholic Vatican unholy church represents the beast antichrist. The four bible verses with the words Here is wisdom are Revelation 13:18, Matthew 12:42, Revelation 17:9, and Luke 11:31.
Matthew 12:42 (that represents the Jews in the tribulation persecuted by the Catholic antichrist church because 12 is the number for Jews and 42 is the number for 42 months or 3 1/2 years of tribulation) says The queen of the south shall rise up in the judgment with this generation, and shall condemn it: for she came from the uttermost parts of the earth to hear the wisdom of Solomon; and behold a greater than Solomon is here. When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walketh through dry places, seeking rest, and findeth none. Then he saith, I will return unto my house from whence I came out; and when he is come, he findeth it empty, swept, and garnished. Then goeth he, and taketh with himself seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter in and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first. Even so shall it be also unto this wicked generation.
Notice that when one unclean spirit leaves a man who remains empty, swept, and garnished, seven other spirits more wicked enter in and dwell there. Therefore we see that the number 1 and 7 lead us to the next Here is wisdom bible verse at Revelation 17:9 to describe the beast antichrist. And here is the mind which hath wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sitteth. Earlier in this bible study we learned about wisdom and who the beast antichrist is. Here is wisdom. The beast antichrist is a city called Mystery Babylon Rome, Italy with the Vatican who is the Catholic church and the pope that sits on seven hills.
Note that the last Here is wisdom bible verse also speaks about the beast antichrist's persecution of the Jews during the tribulation at Luke 11:31 where 11+31=42 months or 3 1/2 years of tribulation. Why The Beast Antichrists Number Is Six Hundred Threescore And Six
Instead of Six Hundred Sixty And Six
The 1611 King James bible correctly says at Revelation 13:18 that the beast antichrist's number is six hundred threescore and six. Most translated bibles like the NKJV, NIV, ESV, NASB, and the RSV bibles change the beast antichrist's number to six hundred sixty and six or just say 666. This is a big deal and hides the identity of the beast antichrist who will be an Assyrian Jew and not a Gentile.
The first three mentions of the word threescore in the KJV bible tell us that the beast antichrist will be an Assyrian Jew. The first time the word threescore appears in the KJV bible is at the 666th verse of the KJV bible at Genesis 25:7 mentioning a Jew named Abraham. And these are the days of the years of Abraham's life which he lived, an hundred threescore and fifteen years. The second time the word threescore appears in the KJV bible is at Genesis 25:26 mentioning a Jew named Isaac. And after that came his brother out, and his hand took hold on Esau's heel; and his name was called Jacob: and Isaac was threescore years old when she bare them. The third time the word threescore appears in the KJV bible is at Genesis 46:26 mentioning a Jew named Jacob. All the souls that came with Jacob into Egypt, which came out of his loins, besides Jacob's sons' wives, all the souls were threescore and six.
Therefore the first three mentions of the word threescore in the KJV bible tell us that the beast antichrist will be an Assyrian Jew like Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Note the reason why the translated bibles are incorrect when they say the beast antichrist's number is six hundred sixty and six. Sixty instead of threescore is a big deal. The first six times the word sixty appears in the KJV bible, it speaks about Gentiles and not Jews. The first six mentions about sixty speak about 4 Gentiles named Mahalaleel, Jared, Enoch, and Methuselah at Genesis 5:15, Genesis 5:18, Genesis 5:20, Genesis 5:21, Genesis 5:23, and Genesis 5:27. This is why it is so important to only read and study a perfect, infallible 1611 KJV bible.
Notice that the first time the word threescore appears in the new testament is at Luke 24:13 that talks about the two witnesses on the road to Emmaus with the Lord Jesus. This mention of threescore reminds us of the beast antichrist who will kill the two witnesses (Moses and Elijah) during the great tribulation. Luke 24:13 says And, behold, two of them went that same day to a village called Emmaus, which was from Jerusalem about threescore furlongs. Revelation 11:7 says And when they (Moses and Elijah) shall have finished their testimony, the beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit shall make war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them.
The reason Brother Bob mentioned Jews and Gentiles is because 1 Corinthians 10:32 says that there are only three classes of people on this earth (unsaved Jews, unsaved Gentiles, and the saved church that includes saved Jews and saved Gentiles). Give none offence, neither to the Jews (not Hebrew Israelites), nor to the Gentiles, nor to the church of God.
Note that many new false translated bibles remove Mark 16:9-20 from the bible. The result will leave the gospel of Mark with 666 verses. It's interesting that the devil is using these false translated bibles to display the mark of the beast antichrist at the gospel of Mark with 666 verses. The perfect, infallible KJV bible is a blessing and does not display the mark of the beast antichrist and includes Mark 16:9-20. Finally note that only in a KJV bible will you discover that the words threescore and six appear in 13 verses where the number 13 signifies the beast antichrist's rebellion.
In conclusion, keep your eyes on the Lord Jesus Christ but be aware of the beast antichrist and his number 666. When we see the signs of the beast antichrist and the great tribulation, realize that the rapture is soon to come where the christians will escape this troubled world and live with the Lord Jesus forever in eternal peace. Ephesians 5:14 says Wherefore He (Jesus) saith, Awake thou that sleepest, and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give thee light. See then that ye walk circumspectly (diligently), not as fools, but as wise. Redeeming the time, because the days are evil.
Don't be discouraged when you see the signs about the beast antichrist. Instead be encouraged because very soon the rapture will occur where the christians will escape from this troubled world and be caught up to the clouds to meet the Lord Jesus in the air in peace forever. 1 Thessalonians 4:16 says For the Lord Himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Wherefore comfort one another with these words. 1 Corinthians 15:51 says Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
