The Seven Wonders Of All Time

     Today I will list the seven wonders of all time that are greater than the world's three lists of seven wonders. The world says the seven natural wonders are Mount Everest in Nepal, The Great Barrier Reef in Australia, Victoria Falls on the border of Zambia and Zimbabwe, The Harbour of Rio De Janeiro in Brazil, The Northern Lights in Alaska, The Grand Canyon in Arizona, and Paricutin Volcano in Mexico. 

     The world says the new seven wonders are Petra in Jordan, The Great Wall of China, Christ the Redeemer statue at Rio de Janeiro in Brazil, The Colosseum in Rome Italy, Machu Picchu in Peru, Chichen Itza (the Mayan ruins) in Mexico, and The Taj Mahal in India. The world says the seven wonders of the ancient world are The Great Pyramid of Giza in Egypt, The Colossus of Rhodes (a massive bronze statue of a Greek sun god named Helios), The Lighthouse of Alexandria in Egypt also called Pharos built to guide ships, The Mausoleum tomb for Mausolus (the satrap provisional governor in the ancient Persian empire) in the ancient city called Halicarnassus (now called Bodrum, Turkey), The ancient Greek Temple of Artemis in Ephesus dedicated to the goddess Artemis, The Statue of Zeus in Olympia Greece, and The Hanging Gardens of Babylon in Iraq. The seven wonders of the world are spectacular but God's seven wonders of all time are much more spectacular and magnificent.

1) The Word Of God

     The first wonder of all time is the Word of God. The Word of God (bible) is an absolute wonder with 1189 chapters, 31173 verses, 773692 words, and 3586489 letters. The bible's 66 books contain everything about the past, present, and the future. The bible has all the answers to any question. The bible is the only book that reads the thoughts and intents of our hearts. Hebrews 4:12 says For the Word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. According to Psalm 1:2 if you memorize and meditate daily on the KJV bible, whatsoever you do shall prosper. But his delight is in the law of the Lord; and in his law doth he meditate day and night. And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.

     The 1611 KJV bible is the best translation of the bible because it was the 7th English translation after Jesus died on the cross. Psalm 12:6 says The words of the Lord are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times. Thou shalt keep them O Lord, thou shalt preserve them from this generation for ever. Note that the 6 prior English bible translations leading up to the 7th pure and perfect 1611 KJV bible translation are listed as follows: 1) Tyndale 2) Matthew 3) Coverdale 4) Geneva 5) Bishops and 6) Great Bible. Also 6 historical bible translations leading up to the 7th pure and perfect 1611 KJV bible translation are listed as follows: 1) Hebrew 2) Aramaic 3) Syriac in Antioch 4) Greek 5) Latin and 6) German by Luther. 

     Therefore preach, read, and study only from a 1611 KJV bible (purified seven times) that is the 7th best, pure, and perfect translation that God has preserved from this generation for ever. According to Revelation 3:10, the Philadelphia church that existed during 1611 KEPT and preserved the perfect KJV translation from this generation forever. The scripture says Because thou (the Philadelphia church) hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth. 

     Since the KJV bible is the perfect translation avoid using any new translations of the bible. You don't need to rewrite the bible. You need to reread the bible. We don't need a new bible. We need to live by the old KJV bible. Jeremiah 6:16 says Thus saith the Lord, Stand ye in the ways, and see, and ask for the old paths, where is the good way, and walk therein, and ye shall find rest for your souls. But they said, We will not walk therein. The bible is the only book that has survived from the beginning of time and will remain forever. Jesus who is the Word of God said at Matthew 24:35 Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.

2) The Universe

     The second wonder of all time is the universe. Psalm 19:1 says The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth His handywork. On a clear night you can see 3000 stars. The universe is a wonder that contains 100 billion stars. Psalm 147:4 says He (the Lord Jesus) telleth the number of the stars; He calleth them all by their names. Great is our Lord, and of great power: His understanding is infinite.

     The milky way galaxy (Sun, Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Neptune, Uranus, and Pluto) is a spectacular wonder. NASA's Voyager has left the milky way galaxy and entered into interstellar space before entering the next galaxy called Andromeda. And the triple star system called Alpha Centauri is the closest stellar system to earth (4.35 light years away from earth).

     Here's some more incredible thoughts about our universe. The earth makes one complete revolution around the sun every 365 days at a speed of 67000 mph. Every second or each time you snap your fingers, the earth travels 18.5 miles around the sun. The earth is constantly moving even if we don't feel it. The earth is 93 million miles away from the sun, tilted at a 22 degree angle, while the equator is spinning at 1000 mph. And while all this is happening, the entire milky way galaxy is moving north at a speed of 43000 mph. 

     And eventually the Lord Jesus is just going to look at the entire universe and burn it up while He creates new heavens and a new earth for the kingdom of God. Revelation 20:11 says And I saw a great white throne, and Him (Jesus) that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them. 2 Peter 3:12 says Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat? Nevertheless we, according to His promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness. 

     Finally note that there are waters above the heaven. Psalm 148:4 says Praise Him, ye heavens of heavens, and ye waters that be above the heavens. These waters will appear as a sea of glass like unto crystal before the throne of God according to Revelation 4:6. Note that glass is made by burning sand. God is a consuming fire and saved christians came from the dust (sand). When all the billions of saved christians meet the Lord Jesus in heaven, God's consuming fire will create a sea of glass that are the multitudes of saved christians. 

     God's fire will not harm saved christians. According to Isaiah 43:2 When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee. Remember when the three Hebrew boys were in the fiery furnace with the Lord Jesus, not a hair of their head was singed, neither were their coats changed, nor the smell of fire had passed on them (Daniel 3:27). Finally note how Revelation 15:2 describes the saved tribulation saints in heaven. And I saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire: and them that had gotten the victory over the beast, and over his image, and over his mark, and over the number of his name, stand on the sea of glass, having the harps of God.

3) Man Himself

     The third wonder of all time is man himself. King David told us at Psalm 139:14 I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well. If we just look at the human inner ear and human hair, we learn that man himself is a wonder. The human inner ear is like a keyboard that can hear 15000 different musical notes. Praise Jesus while you say Proverbs 20:12. The hearing ear, and the seeing eye, the Lord hath made even both of them. 

     And the Lord Jesus knows the exact number of hairs on your head. Luke 12:6 says Are not five sparrows sold for two farthings, and not one of them is forgotten before God? But even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not therefore: ye are of more value than many sparrows. The average brunette lady has 110000 hairs on her head. The average blonde lady has 140000 hairs on her head. If a blonde lady loses one hair, God knows that she has 139999 hairs on her head. A man's bumper sticker told the truth. God has all the hairs of your head numbered and your wig too.

4) The Jews And Israel

     The fourth wonder of all time is the Jews and Israel. Today the Jews in Israel represent the only nation that has survived from the beginning of time. The Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, Romans, Amalekites, Jebusites, Amorites, Girgashites, (and hopefully soon all mosquito bites) have disappeared and no longer exist. But the Jews in Israel remain a nation today. It's a wonder how just 5 million Jews surrounded by 100 million enemies on all sides can defend Israel. Friend reading this anywhere, just take a look at the Jew and Israel and you'll believe the bible. There has to be a God taking care of little Israel and the Jews.

Remember Anyone That Blesses Israel Will Be Blessed

And Anyone The Curses Israel Will Be Cursed

     Every country that blesses Israel and the Jews gets blessed and every country that curses Israel and the Jews gets cursed. God told Abraham that he would make a great nation called Israel from him and then said at Genesis 12:3 And I will bless them that bless thee (Israel), and curse him that curseth thee (Israel): and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed. And Numbers 24:5 and Numbers 24:9 speak about Israel saying How goodly are thy tents, O Jacob, and thy tabernacles, O Israel. Blessed is he that blesseth thee, and cursed is he that curseth thee. 

     Psalm 122:6 says Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall prosper that love thee. This is why America who has helped Israel for many years has been greatly blessed. What a blessing that President Trump recognized the capital of Israel to be Jerusalem. President Donald Trump ordered the relocation of the American diplomatic mission to Jerusalem from Tel Aviv, constituting what is now the Embassy of the United States in Jerusalem. Note that God will destroy the nations that hate and curse Israel. Zechariah 12:3 says And in that day will I make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all people: all that burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces, though all the people of the earth be gathered together against it.

     The bible tells us that the Jews would be scattered in every nation but return to Israel. Deuteronomy 28:64 says And the Lord shall scatter thee (the Jews) among all people, from the one end of the earth even unto the other; and there thou shalt serve other gods, which neither thou nor thy fathers have known, even wood and stone. And Ezekiel said that the Jews would return to Israel which happened on May 14, 1948. Ezekiel 36:24 says For I will take you from among the heathen, and gather you out of all countries, and will bring you into your own land (Israel). 

     Amos tells us that after the Jews were restored to the land of Israel on May 14, 1948, no one will be able to pull up the Jews out of the land of Israel. Amos 9:14 says And I will bring again the captivity of my people Israel, and they shall build the waste cities, and inhabit them; and they shall plant vineyards, and drink the wine thereof; they shall also make gardens, and eat the fruit of them. And I will plant them upon their land, and they shall no more be pulled up out of their land which I have given them, saith the Lord thy God. No nation will be able to remove the Jews from Israel. 

     The Lord Jesus will fulfill His covenant with Abraham and establish the boundaries of Israel from the river of Egypt unto the great river Euphrates (including Gaza and the West Bank). Genesis 15:18 explains God's covenant to Abraham and the Jews involving a land grant to Israel. In the same day the Lord made a covenant with Abram, saying, Unto thy seed have I given this land, from the river of Egypt unto the great river, the river Euphrates. Genesis 17:8 says that this land grant to the Jews is for an everlasting possession. And I will give unto thee, and to thy seed after thee, the land wherein thou art a stranger, all the land of Canaan, for an everlasting possession; and I will be their God.  

     Per God's covenant, Israel doesn't just occupy Gaza and the West Bank. Israel owns all the land from Egypt to the Euphrates river in Iraq including Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, Kuwait, Qatar, United Arab Emerites, Yemen, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Gaza, and the West Bank. Per God's covenant with Abraham, the Jews, and Israel, Israel doesn't just occupy this land. Israel owns this land. Therefore when any nation fights against Israel, they fight against God and will lose. Zechariah 12:9 says And it shall come to pass in that day, that I (the Lord Jesus) will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem. All the christians will soon rule and reign with our Lord Jesus in Jerusalem during the kingdom of heaven on this earth.  

     One time 100 Arabs surrounded one little Jew on a sand dune. The Jew said you arabs go away. 10 arabs went to kill the Jew. Then the Jew climbed the sand dune and said you arabs go away. Then the arabs sent reinforcements and 1000 arabs to kill the little Jew. But then one arab climbed the sand dune and said Go back, Go back, There's two of them (God was fighting the battle for the Jews and Israel.)

5) The Plan Of Salvation

     The fifth wonder of all time is the plan of salvation. It's a wonder that the Lord Jesus could love filthy sinners like you and me. It's a wonder that the Lord Jesus shed his blood at the cross of Calvary over 2000 years ago to become a propitiation substitute sacrifice that saved and removed our sins forever. 1 Timothy 1:15 says This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief. Hebrews 2:3 says How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation; which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed unto us by them that heard Him.

     Jesus paid the price (His own blood) to redeem and free us from the penalty of sin (everlasting torment in hell). 1 Peter 1:18 says Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers; But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot: Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you. 

     Every false religion says to be saved do this, do that, and keep doing good works. Salvation with true christianity is not a bunch of dos. Salvation is Done by just faith in what Jesus finished at the cross of Calvary when Jesus removed our sins. When Jesus died on the cross of Calvary, Jesus said at John 19:30 It is finished. Jesus took our sins and gave sinners His perfect righteousness. 2 Corinthians 5:21 says For He (God) hath made Him (Jesus) to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him. According to Isaiah 1:18 the blood of Jesus can wash away the sins of the worst sinner on earth. Come now, and let us reason together, saith the Lord: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool. Get saved, repent, decide to stop sinning, confess that Jesus is God, and believe the gospel that Jesus died on the cross for you, was buried, and rose again. 

The Lord Jesus Who Saves Sinners Is The Greatest Wonder Of All Time

     The Lord Jesus who saves sinners is the greatest wonder of all time. Jesus Christ is our salvation; Jesus is our best friend; Jesus is our help; He's our hope; He's the one we worship; He's the reason I'm here; He's the one I preach about; Colossians 1:18 says And He (Jesus) is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things He might have the preeminence.

     Jesus is the key to all knowledge; He's the wellspring of wisdom; Jesus is the doorway of deliverance; He's the pathway of peace; He's the roadway of righteousness; He's the highway of holiness; He's the gateway of glory; He's the Master of the mighty; He's the Leader of the legislators; He's the Overseer of the overcomers; He's the Governor of the governors; He's the Prince of the princes; He's the Lord of the lords; He's the King of the kings. 

     Jesus' office is manifold, His promise is sure; His life is matchless; His goodness is limitless; His mercy is everlasting; His love never changes; His Word is enough; His grace is sufficient; His reign is righteous; His yoke is easy; His burden is light; I wish I could describe Jesus; Jesus is so great that He's indescribable; He's incomprehensible; He's invincible; He's irresistable; He's the Hero of the heroes; The world can't contain Him; Let alone explain Him. You can't get Jesus out of your mind and you can't get Him off your hands. 

     You can't outlive Him and you can't live without Him. The Pharisees couldn't stand Him but they found out they couldn't stop Him. Pilate couldn't find any fault in Him and the witnesses testimony couldn't agree; Herod couldn't kill Him; Death couldn't hold Him; And the grave couldn't keep Him. Jesus is the Greatest of the great; Jesus is the Highest of the high. According to Ephesians 1:21 Jesus is far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come. And Jesus hath put all things under His feet and is the head over all things to the church.

6) The Church

     The sixth wonder of all time is the church. Ephesians 5:32 tells us about the mystery wonder called the church saying This is a great mystery: but I speak concerning Christ and the church. The wonder is that at the foot of the cross everyone is equal as sinners that need to be saved by the Lord Jesus. Romans 3:23 says For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; Being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus.

7) The Rapture And Millennial Reign Of Jesus

     The seventh wonder of all time is the rapture and millennial reign of Jesus. Soon every saved christian will hear the trump of God where Jesus will personally call our names and say Brother Bob or (the name of the saved christian reading this) Come up hither and we'll be caught up in the clouds forever to be with Jesus in peace. John 10:3 says To him the porter openeth; and the sheep hear His (Jesus') voice: and He calleth His own sheep by name, and leadeth them out. And when He putteth forth His own sheep, He goeth before them, and the sheep follow Him: for they know His voice. This is why christians sing the song I'll be somewhere listening for my name.      Luke 1:32 says He (Jesus) shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord shall give unto Him the throne of His father David. Jesus is going to sit down in Jerusalem, Israel on the throne of David and rule this world as King of kings in the millennium for 1000 years. And the bible promises that if we suffer with Jesus now on this earth, we'll rule and reign with Jesus during the millennium for 1000 years. 2 Timothy 2:11 says It is a faithful saying: For if we be dead with Him, we shall also live with Him: If we suffer, we shall also reign with Him: if we deny Him, He will also deny us: If we believe not, yet He abideth faithful: He cannot deny Himself. 

     Get saved today and escape the soon coming seven year tribulation. You don't want to be on this earth during the tribulation where the beast antichrist will ask people to take the mark of the beast to buy food and survive. If people don't take the mark of the beast, they'll be killed. If people take the mark of the beast, they'll be damned forever in hell and the lake of fire. Get saved, repent, decide to stop sinning, confess that Jesus is God, and believe the gospel that Jesus died on the cross for you, was buried, and rose again to escape the tribulation.

Would you be glad to have him meet your closest friends 

Or would you hope they stay away until his visit ends

Would you be glad to have him stay forever on and on

Or would you sigh with great relief when finally he was gone

Places For The King James Bible

1) The Home Is A Place For The Bible

     The first place for a King James Bible is in the home. In the 1800s almost every home had a family bible. Fathers and mothers would take time every day to read the bible to their children. Parents should place a bible in every room of the house. All the kids need a bible in their room to read. Jesus spoke the Word of God and the devil had to flee. We all need the Word of God to be a light for direction to give us answers to solve all our problems. Psalm 119:105 says Thy Word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. 

     Note that Psalm 117 is the shortest chapter in the bible; Psalm 118 is the middle chapter in the bible; Psalm 119 is the longest chapter in the bible about the bible. The very center verse of the KJV Bible is Psalm 118:8 that says It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in man. It's amazing that only in a King James bible will you discover that the two middle words of the bible at Psalm 118:8 are the Lord. Also there are 594 chapters before Psalm 118 and there are 594 chapters after Psalm 118. 594+594=1188-118:8 is the middle verse of the bible. 

     The KJV bible should be placed in all homes because the Word of God heals people with great joy. Psalm 107:20 says He sent His Word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions. And notice what Jeremiah promised if we search the scriptures daily. Jeremiah 15:16 says Thy words were found, and I did eat them; and thy word was unto me the joy and rejoicing of mine heart: for I am called by thy name, O Lord God of hosts. Job 23:12 says Neither have I gone back from the commandment of His lips; I have esteemed the words of His mouth more than my necessary food.

     Be like the brethren in Berea who searched the scriptures daily. Ransack the KJV bible daily. Study the KJV bible daily like you are looking for buried treasure and when you seek you will find infinite treasures of revelations from God's blessed Word that bless you with unspeakable joy. Right now say Psalm 119:162: I rejoice at thy Word, as one that findeth great spoil (treasure). Acts 17:10 speaks about the brethren of Berea saying And the brethren immediately sent away Paul and Silas by night unto Berea: who coming thither went into the synagogue of the Jews. These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the Word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so.

     Don't let the pleasures of this fading world take priority over reading and studying your bible. In the 1920s a little child let people know that their parents loved the world more than the bible. The father told his daughter Would you go to the dining room and get that big old book we all love and know so well? The kid came running back with a Sears catalog.

According to Revelation 12:11

     Don't be like the family that loved the world and the Sears catalog more than the bible; instead place the bible above any book in your home. Don't ever lay a magazine or any book over a bible. It's a disgrace to cover a bible with magazines or any letters. If I go into a house and see anything covering a bible, I'll remove it so the bible can be seen; The bible needs to be clearly seen everywhere. I always placed a bible on the desk where I worked. One time a lady told me aren't you afraid it will offend someone; I told that lady does it offend you? She replied No; Then I told her have a blessed day in the name of Jesus. And after 34 years I've always had a bible on my desk at work. And when that lady retired she got convicted and gave me bible literature.

     Brother Bob has always kept two KJV bibles in his car. I have given away hundreds of KJV bibles for free over 42 years. The KJV bibles have protected my car from theft and saved my life. One time a thief broke into my Toyota Tercel and stole something. The thief got convicted and stole a KJV bible. Jesus said at Mark 16:17 And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name (Jesus who is the Word of God) shall they cast out devils. Truly the Word of God (Jesus) will cast out the devil who comes to steal, kill, and destroy. Jesus said at John 6:63 It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing; the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.

     One time when Brother Bob returned home after work, a little three year old girl named Olivia asked Brother Bob Can you give me a King James bible? Brother Bob thought it's just a kid and I need to rest after work instead of getting Olivia a bible. Then Jesus commanded Brother Bob to get Olivia a bible. I told Olivia I would buy her a bible and return in a half an hour. I'll never forget little Olivia sitting on the sidewalk in front of my home waiting for that bible. I bought the bible for Olivia and gave Olivia the bible. Olivia told all the neighbors she had her own KJV bible. But the best part of this story is that when Olivia told her mother Mommy Mommy Brother Bob gave me my own KJV bible, Olivia's mom got saved and I led Olivia's mom to Jesus Christ. The last month Brother Bob gave KJV bibles to 11 year old Isabella and 14 year old James. Now Isabella and James are saved and enjoy attending church. Always give free KJV bibles to anyone that asks for a bible, especially children of all ages. 

     Take time to read this true blessed story about how a mother's bible protected and saved her son's life. Before a young man went to fight in the war, his mother told him to always place her bible in his shirt pocket. When the young man was on the battlefield with bullets flying all around him,  he thought that a bullet hit him. The young man thought he died; But when he realized that he was alive, he discovered that a bullet hit his mother's bible in his shirt pocket and stopped at Psalm 91:7 that says A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee. The bible protected this young man and saved his life. Like this young man, if you meditate on God's Word, the Word of God (Jesus) will save your life. 

     Parents should have a family bible in their home to daily read to their children. Proverbs 22:6 says Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.      The next good place for the King James bible is in your hand. Instead of a cellphone in your hand, hold a bible in your hand. Somebody might say What if I get a text during the church service and I don't have my cellphone? Tell them when you hear the preaching of the Word of God from a King James bible, you're getting a text that's better than any text in this world. 

     It's alright to read the bible from a cellphone; But it's better to read the bible from a printed text bible. You can't sing the song This blessed old book that I hold in my hand; It's true from beginning to end when you hold up a cellphone or laptop. The cellphone and laptop are not true from beginning to end and have many distractions and lies. But a printed KJV bible is true from beginning to end with only the truth.      Another good place for your hand on a bible is in the courtroom. Since the bible is the truth, when people testify in court, they place their hand on a bible and swear to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth. Unfortunately today teachers are not allowed to have bibles in schools. I pray in Jesus name that laws in America can be changed to allow bibles in schools. If America allows bibles in courtrooms and jails, America needs to allow bibles in schools to bless children. If you allow a kid to have a bible in school, the kid won't have to first see a bible in jail. The bible will keep the kid out of jail. The bible and Jesus always make people better. I never met anyone that regretted getting saved with Jesus.

3) The Head Is A Better Place For The Bible

     Next we see that the head is a better place for the King James bible. Psalm 1 promises that if you meditate and memorize the KJV bible, you will be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; your leaf shall not wither; and whatsoever you do shall prosper. In other words if you memorize the KJV bible, Jesus will prosper you and fix all your problems. Philippians 2:5 says Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus.

4) The Heart Is The Best Place For The Bible

     Finally the heart is the best place for the bible. Psalm 119:11 says Thy Word have I hid in mine heart that I might not sin against thee. The bible will keep you from sin or sin will keep you from the bible. When Brother Bob hid Romans 12:19 in his heart, it saved him from sinning and going to jail. After a neighbor was blasting music every day until 3AM with the walls vibrating in my apartment, instead of getting angry and doing violence to this neighbor, Brother Bob said Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine: I will repay, saith the Lord. Therefore if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink: for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of fire on his head. Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good. Hallelujah, Jesus stopped the loud music and now it is peaceful in Brother Bob's apartment and Brother Bob did not have to go to jail. 

     Look at the promises from God's Word when you hide the Word of God in your heart. Luke 8:15 says But that on the good ground are they, which, in an honest and good heart, having heard the Word, keep it, and bring forth fruit with patience. And notice that the Word of God will wash you clean and remove guilt. Ephesians 5:26 says That He might sanctify and cleanse it (the church) with the washing of water by the Word. Finally don't just be a hearer of the Word; be a doer of the Word. Get saved, repent, decide to stop sinning, confess that Jesus is God, and believe the gospel that Jesus died on the cross for you, was buried, and rose again. James 1:25 says But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed.

Winning Souls To Jesus Is Like Giving Birth To Children

1) To Be An Effective Witness Keep Praying For Lost Sinners

Believing That God Can Do The Impossible

     First let's see how Abraham and Sarah waited for Isaac to be born to learn how to effectively witness for Jesus. God promised 99 year old Abraham and 90 year old Sarah that they would have a son named Isaac. It seemed impossible for these two old people to give birth to a son. But according to Mark 10:27 with God all things are possible. And God fulfilled his promise when Abraham and Sarah had baby Isaac. Like Abraham and Sarah, we have to keep witnessing Jesus everywhere and wait for God to save multitudes of lost sinners all over this earth. 

     Eventually children of God will be birthed into the kingdom of God if we continually tell people how to get saved. Remember tell people everywhere to get saved and become a child of God birthed into the kingdom of God. Get saved, repent, decide to stop sinning, confess that Jesus is God, and believe the gospel that Jesus died on the cross for you, was buried, and rose again. 

     George Muller was an effective witness for Jesus who constantly prayed for a list of sinners even when these sinners became more wicked. Before George Muller went to heaven, he thanked God in advance for the salvation of all the sinners on his prayer list. George Muller prayed for 50 years for all the sinners on his prayer list to be saved. Within months of his passing, the last sinner on his prayer list was converted. James 5:16 says Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much. How comforting to say the following quote from George Muller. The longer I go on in this service, the more I find that prayer and faith can overcome any difficulty. 

     Like George Muller, keep praying for lost sinners believing that Jesus will save every lost sinner on your prayer list. God promised at Psalm 126:5 if we keep praying for lost sinners and their salvation, children will be born into the kingdom of God and multitudes will get saved. Psalm 126:5 says They that sow in tears shall reap in joy. He that goeth forth and weepeth (constantly praying with a burden for lost sinners' salvation), bearing precious seed (preaching the Word of God that is the seed), shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves (saved souls) with him. If we keep telling people about Jesus and the Word of God on this internet and everywhere, sons and daughters of God will get saved and born into the kingdom of God. 

     When you witness Jesus everywhere, think about eternity and trying to save lost sinners from the everlasting torment of hell's fire. Jude 22 says And of some have compassion, making a difference: And others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh. A true sign that someone is saved with the Holy Ghost occurs when they desire to witness salvation with Jesus. Jesus said at Acts 1:8 But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.

Richard Baxter said The sin that accuses my conscience the most is not winning souls. Matthew Henry said If I don't gain souls I have little satisfaction. George Truett said Bringing one soul to Jesus is the highest achievement possible.

2) To Be An Effective Witness Ignore Persecutions And Depression

When At First You See No Results Of Salvation

     Next let's see how Hannah ignored persecution and misunderstanding from Peninnah and Eli before she gave birth to Samuel. Like Hannah, initially we might not see any souls saved by our witnessing, but if we keep witnessing and ignore the persecution while we keep rejoicing in Jesus, multitudes will get saved and birthed into the kingdom of God and become children of God. 1 Samuel 1:5 says that the Lord had shut up Hannah's womb. And her adversary (Peninnah) provoked her sore, for to make her fret, because the Lord had shut up her womb. 

     Hannah kept rejoicing for years while she ignored Peninnah's persecution, believing she would have a son named Samuel. 1 Samuel 1:7 says that Hannah year by year kept going to the house of the Lord where she did not eat. Like Hannah, when people persecute us and say our witnessing is useless with no results, keep attending church, desiring the Word of God more than food, while you rejoice that God is using you to plant or water with the Word of God to save souls. Paul told us about a blessed promise at 1 Corinthians 3:6.  I have planted, Apollos watered; but God gave the increase. So then neither is he that planteth any thing, neither he that watereth; but God that giveth the increase. Therefore keep witnessing Jesus and soon God will give the increase and millions will be saved for our Lord Jesus.

     Like Hannah, desire the Word of God and winning souls to Jesus more than your necessary food. Like Job, say Job 23:12: Neither have I gone back from the commandment of His lips; I have esteemed the words of His mouth more than my necessary food. Hannah was a blessed woman whose name means grace who ignored the persecutions of Peninnah (a wicked woman) whose name means a jewel because Peninnah was like a jewel of gold in a swine's snout. Proverbs 11:22 describes Peninnah saying As a jewel of gold in a swine's snout, so is a fair woman which is without discretion. In other words Peninnah was like a gold ring on a pig's nose. Looks good on the outside but is filthy and offensive.

     Eli the religious priest also mocked and persecuted Hannah while she prayed to have a son named Samuel. Like Hannah, when you try to witness and win souls to Jesus, religious people will misunderstand you and persecute you. Don't let jealous religious people in the church stop you from preaching and witnessing Jesus everywhere. Brother Bob tells people everywhere Keep your eyes on Jesus and off the people. You won't get discouraged when you keep looking to Jesus and ignore the mockings from people in the church. And when you keep rejoicing in Jesus, the mockers in church will also start to praise Jesus while millions are saved for Jesus. 

     Hannah kept her eyes on the Lord Jesus and ignored Eli's persecution stated at 1 Samuel 1:12. And it came to pass, as she (Hannah) continued praying before the Lord, that Eli marked her mouth. Now Hannah, she spake in her heart; only her lips moved, but her voice was not heard: therefore Eli thought she had been drunken. Because Hannah was determined to give birth to a child for God, Samuel was born in spite of Eli's persecution. 1 Samuel 1:20 says Wherefore it came to pass, when the time was come about after Hannah had conceived, that she bare a son, and called his name Samuel, saying, Becuase I have asked him of the Lord. 

     Pictured above be like William Carey and Adoniram Judson when you witness Jesus to lost sinners. If at first you see no results where no one is getting saved by your testimony, keep witnessing and eventually you will see innumerable souls get saved for our Lord Jesus. It took many years before William Carey or Adoniram Judson in the 1800s won one convert to Jesus in India and Burma (Myanmar). But today because William Carey and Adoniram Judson continuously witnessed about Jesus by translating the bible into the Indian and Burmese languages, millions of christians got saved in India and Burma (Myanmar).

3) To Be An Effective Witness Desire To Win Souls 

Like The Great Soul Winners Of History

     Next let's learn how Rachel was able to birth children into the kingdom of God. Rachel wanted to have children like her sister Leah. Like Rachel, let's look to great soul winners for Jesus like John Bunyan, DL Moody, and George Muller to learn how to birth children into the kingdom of God. God blessed Rachel to have children named Joseph and Benjamin because Rachel was determined to birth children into the kingdom of God. Genesis 30:22 says And God remembered Rachel, and God hearkened to her, and opened her womb. And she conceived, and bare a son; and said, God hath taken away my reproach.

     Notice that Rachel said that it was a reproach to fail to have children born into the kingdom of God. It's a reproach for christians not to witness and birth children into the kingdom of God. Christians that win no souls to Jesus fail to accomplish anything for God. At least try to witness to one soul a year for our Lord Jesus so your life is not wasted in this world. And when you win a soul to Jesus, you will rejoice and be strengthened with great peace. Jesus said at Luke 15:10 Likewise, I say unto you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner that repenteth. 

     Be like Zacharias who travailed and kept praying that his wife Elisabeth would have a son named John birthed into the kingdom of God. Luke 1:13 says But the angel said unto him, Fear not, Zacharias: for thy prayer is heard; and thy wife Elisabeth shall bear thee a son, and thou shalt call his name John. Because Zacharias kept praying, his wife Elisabeth gave birth to John. Like Zacharias, keep praying for lost sinners to be born into the kingdom of God and multitudes all over this earth will get saved and become children of God. Isaiah 66:8 says For as soon as Zion (saved saints) travailed, she brought forth her children. Let's all start travailing and constantly praying for the salvation of lost sinners and then God promises that children will be born into the kingdom of God. Jesus said at John 4:35 Say not ye, There are yet four months, and then cometh harvest? behold, I say unto you, Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to harvest.
