The Promise Is In Them Bones Two

Pictured above we see how the children of God passed over the Jordan river to go to the promised land. Joshua and the children of God by faith stepped into the overflowing Jordan river causing the Jordan river to open a path of dry ground. First the ark of the covenant pictured above went through the Jordan river on dry ground to go to the promised land. But, notice also that the people behind the ark of the covenant carried the bones of Joseph through the Jordan river on dry ground to go to the promised land. Friends reading this forevermore anywhere, like Joseph, become a child of God by confessing Jesus as God and believing in your heart that Jesus died on the cross and rose again, and one day soon our bones will be carried by angels to the promised land to appear with glorified bodies as soldiers in the army of the Lord in eternal peace with our Lord Jesus.

Like Joseph, no obstacle like the Jordan river will prevent any child of God from reaching the promised land of eternal peace. Isaiah 43:2 promises When thou passest through the water, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee; when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee. Friends, bank on it; when anyone believes on the name of Jesus as God, God's word promises that person eternal life in the kingdom with our Lord Jesus. 1 John 5:13 promises These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God, that ye may know that ye have eternal life; and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.

Notice the promise that God gave to Abram at Genesis 15:13 that says And He said unto Abram, Know of a surety that thy seed shall be a stranger in a land that is not theirs, and shall serve them; and they shall afflict them 400 years. And also that nation, whom they shall serve, will I judge; and afterward shall they come out with great substance. Joseph believed God's promise to Abram that the children of God would leave Egypt after 400 years and requested that his bones be taken out of Egypt into the promised land. Joseph said at Genesis 50:25 God will surely visit you and ye shall carry up my bones from hence.

Pictured above we see that God fulfilled His promise to Abram after 400 years by placing the bones of Joseph in the tomb of Shechem in the promised land. First when Moses left Egypt, Moses took the bones of Joseph out of Egypt. Exodus 13:19 says And Moses took the bones of Joseph with him; for he had straitly sworn the children of Israel saying, God will surely visit you, and ye shall carry up my bones away hence with you.

After the children of God carried Joseph's bones over the Jordan river, Joseph's bones arrived at the promised land proven by Joshua 24:32 that says And the bones of Joseph which the children of Israel brought up out of Egypt, buried they in Shechem (which is in the promised land). The promise was in them bones. Joseph made it to the promised land, and one day soon Jesus will give Joseph a glorified new body as Joseph becomes a soldier in the army of God.

Friend reading this anywhere, remember God fulfills all his promises even if it takes 400 years to fulfill the promise. Matthew 5:18 promises For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled. Be encouraged, all the saints like Joseph will make it to the promised land kingdom and receive eternal life,  glorified new bodies, and the honor of being a soldier in the army of the Lord Jesus. Like Lazarus, the angels will carry any saint and his bones to paradise heaven to dwell in Abraham's bosom with new glorified bodies in the peaceful eternal presence of our Lord Jesus.

Pictured above we see the prophet Ezekial preaching to dry bones in the midst of an open valley in the promised land. My friend Joia who is 17 and saved told me to write about Ezekial. Friends reading this anywhere, the bones pictured above are all the bones of the saints that believed in Jesus as God past, present, and future. The bones of Joseph were also among the bones of these blessed saints. God asked Ezekial at Ezekial 37:3 Son of man, can these bones live? Ezekial answered O Lord God, thou knowest. As Ezekial preached to these bones, Jesus caused sinew, flesh, and skin to cover these bones. Then Jesus put the breath of life into these dry bones, and they stood up upon their feet an exceeding great army.

The story about the above picture is found at Ezekial 37:5 that says Thus saith the Lord God unto these bones; Behold, I will cause breath to enter into you, and ye shall live. And I will lay sinews upon you, and will bring up flesh upon you, and cover you with skin, and put breath in you, and ye shall live; and ye shall know that I am the Lord. So I prophesied as I was commanded, and as I prophesied, there was a noise, and a behold a shaking, and the bones came together, bone to his bone.

Ezekial 37:8 goes on to say And when I beheld, lo, the sinews and the flesh came up upon them, and the skin covered them above; but there was no breath in them. Then said he unto me, Prophesy unto the wind, prophesy, son of man, and say to the wind, Thus saith the Lord God; Come from the four winds, O breath, and breathe upon these slain, that they may live. So I prophesied as He commanded me, and the breath came into them, and they lived, and stood up upon their feet, an exceeding great army.

Neighbor, the prophet Ezekial was preaching to a battlefield of living saints and not a graveyard of dead bones. Jesus like Ezekial will one day soon resurrect all His saints by the breath of the Holy Ghost as the four winds like four tornadoes from the east, west, north, and south shake and rattle every saints' bones to come alive eternally as soldier angels in the great army of our Lord Jesus.

All the saints will be as soldier angels and soon come back to this earth on white horses with Jesus to cast the beast and the false prophet into the lake fire as we reign in peace with Jesus for 1000 years. Matthew 22:30 says the saints are like angels saying For in the resurrection they (the saints) neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in heaven. Note also that 2 Timothy 2:3 calls the saints soldiers and says Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ. No man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of this life; that he may please him who hath chosen him to be a soldier.

Jesus was the first dead man resurrected to become the captain general of the exceeding great army of His saints that will destroy the works of the devil. Friend reading this anywhere, rejoice and know that all of Jesus' saints will one day soon also rise like Jesus and join the army of the Lord as soldier angels to destroy the works of the devil forevermore. The bible promises this at Philippians 3:20 that says For our conversation is in heaven; from hence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ; who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like His glorious body, according to the working whereby He is able even to subdue all things unto Himself.

Be encouraged friends everywhere and  read how God encouraged the saints' dry bones in the open valley. Ezekial 37:11 says Then he said unto me, Son of man, these bones are the whole house of Israel; behold, they say, Our bones are dried, and our hope is lost; we are cut off for our parts. Therefore prophesy and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord God, Behold, O my people, I will open your graves, and cause you to come up out of your graves, and bring you into the land of Israel. And ye shall know that I am the Lord, when I have opened your graves, O my people, and brought you up out of your graves. And shall put my spirit in you, and ye shall live, and I shall place you in your own land; then shall ye know that I the Lord have spoken it, and performed it, saith the Lord.

To end up today's bible study we see the prophet Jeremiah pictured above being persecuted by Pashur for prophesying the truth. Jeremiah 20:2 tells us then Pashur smote Jeremiah the prophet, and put him in the stocks that were in the high gate of Benjamin, which was by the house of the Lord. Jeremiah got discouraged and did not want to peach anymore. Jeremiah 20:9 says Then I (Jeremiah) said, I will not make mention of Him, nor speak any more in His name; But His word was in mine heart as a burning fire shut up in my bones, and I was weary with forbearing and I could not stay.

Notice that the promise of the Word Jesus was like a fire shut up in Jeremiah's bones as a witness to the blessings of our Lord Jesus. Like Jeremiah, every saint has the Word of God as a fire shut up in their bones that bears witness to the promises of our Lord Jesus. The promise is in our bones. Friends, let's all be like Jeremiah and say through all the persecutions I'll rejoice and continue to preach because the Word of Jesus is like a fire shut up in my bones that has to be preached to the ends of the earth to win lost souls in the many nations.

I pray in Jesus name that this bible study blesses all my friends everywhere with great joy and peace. The Promise Is In Them Bones One

Friends, for today's bible study we will learn that when God promises anything, it will definitely happen. Numbers 23:19 tells us God is not a man that He should lie; neither the Son of man that He should repent; hath He said and shall He not do it; or hath He spoken and shall He not make it good. Be encouraged friends everywhere and believe the promises of God and the Word that Jesus as God will perform. Right now say and believe daily 2 Timothy 4:18 And the Lord shall deliver me from every evil work, and will preserve me unto His heavenly kingdom; to whom be glory for ever and ever. Pictured above we see that the prophet Elisha received the promise of a double portion of Elijah's spirit because he saw Elijah taken away from him on a chariot of fire to heaven.

The bible speaks about the picture above at 2 Kings 2:9 and says And it came to pass, when they were gone over, that Elijah said unto Elisha, Ask what I shall do for thee before I be taken away from thee. And Elisha said, I pray thee, let a double portion of thy spirit be upon me. And he said, Thou hast asked a hard thing; nevertheless if thou see me when I am taken from thee, it shall be so unto thee; but if not, it shall not be so. Elisha saw Elijah going to heaven in a chariot of fire and received God's promise of a double portion of Elijah's spirit.

OK, since Elisha received a double portion of Elijah's spirit, Elisha doubled Elijah's miracles. Elijah did 8 miracles and Elisha did 16 miracles. God fulfilled his promise to Elisha of a double portion blessing of Elijah's spirit. Listed below are the 8 miracles of Elijah: First, 1 Kings 17:1 No rain for three and a half years; Second, 1 Kings 17:14 The widow's meal and oil failed not; Third, 1 Kings 17:22 The widow's son is raised from the dead; Fourth, 1 Kings 18:38 Fire falls on Mt. Carmel and the prophets of Baal are slain; Fifth, 1 Kings 18:41  Rain is released; Sixth, 2 Kings 1:10 Fifty of Elijah's enemies are consumed by fire; Seventh, Another fifty of Elijah's enemies are consumed by fire; Eighth, 2 Kings 2:8 The Jordan river is opened.

Now notice that God fulfilled His promise to Elisha and gave Elisha a double portion as Elisha doubled Elijah's miracles and did the 16 miracles listed below. First, 2 Kings 2:14 The Jordan river is opened; Second, 2 Kings 2:20 The waters are healed; Third, 2 Kings 2:24 Forty two children are mauled by two she bears; Fourth, 2 Kings 3:17 Victory occurs as water appears in trenches; Fifth, 2 Kings 4:5 The widow's oil flowed to pay off debts; Sixth, 2 Kings 4:16 A son is born for the woman of Shunem; Seventh, 2 Kings 4:35 The woman of Shunem's son is raised from the dead; Eighth, 2 Kings 4:41 The poisoned pot is purified; Ninth, 2 Kings 4:43 Elisha multiplies food like Jesus feeding 5000 with 2 fish and 5 loaves of bread; Tenth, 2 Kings 5:14 Naaman is healed of leprosy; Eleventh, 2 Kings 5:27 The servant Gehazi becomes leprous; Twelfth, 2 Kings 6:6 The axe head swims; Thirteenth, 2 Kings 6:17 Gehazi's eyes are opened to see the protection of 20000 chariots and thousands of angels; Fourteenth, 2 Kings 6:18 God blinds the Syrian enemies; Fifteenth, 2 Kings 6:20 God removes the blindness from the Syrian enemies; Sixteenth, 2 Kings 13:21 A dead man is raised to life by touching Elisha's dead bones in a grave.

Friends, as you look at the picture above notice that God fulfilled His double portion promise to Elisha after Elisha died when a dead soldier was raised to life by just touching Elisha's bones in a grave. The promise was in them bones. Elisha only did 15 miracles during his lifetime. It seemed like Elisha would not perform 16 miracles and double Elijah's 8 miracles. But according to 2 Corinthians 1:20 For all the promises of God in Him are yea, and in Him Amen unto the glory of God by us. And Hallelujah God fulfilled his double portion promise to Elisha by performing the sixteenth miracle after Elisha had died.

2 Kings 13:20 says And Elisha died, and they buried him. And the bands of the Moabites invaded the land at the coming in of the year. And it came to pass, as they were burying a man, that, behold, they spied a band of men; and they cast the man into the sepulchre of Elisha; and when the man was let down, and touched the bones of Elisha, he revived, and stood up on his feet.  Friends reading this everywhere, remember with Jesus as God it's never too late for God to fulfill His promises of peace and strength to us all forevermore.

Take time to study the above picture as you read how my good friend Pastor Sonny Mull described how Elisha's bones raised a dead soldier to life. After Elisha died and was buried, years later the Moabites came in to invade the land of Israel. Notice in the above picture as a funeral procession was carrying a dead soldier, when they saw a Moabite band approaching, instead of digging a hole and burying the dead soldier, the people just pitched the dead soldier into Elisha's grave. When that dead soldier's body hit those bones of Elisha, the soldier stood up, revived, came out of Elisha's grave, and was alive. Elisha did this sixteenth miracle and fulfilled the double portion blessing after he was gone. All that was left of Elisha was his bones. The promise was in them bones.

Friends reading this, remember it's never too late for God to perform His blessed promises to you. Hebrews 10:36 says For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise. For yet a little while, and He that shall come will come, and will not tarry. Habakkuk 2:3 also says For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie; though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. Right now, friend reading this anywhere, get saved by confessing Jesus as God and believing in your heart that Jesus died for you on the cross and rose again and receive the guaranteed promise of eternal life. Rejoice now for receiving the promise of eternal life as you say Titus 1:2 In hope of eternal life, which God that cannot lie, promised before the world began.

OK, let's talk some more about the dead soldier raised to life by touching Elisha's bones. When Jesus raised Jairus' daughter, the bible tells what she did. When Jesus raised the widow of Nain's son, the bible shows what he did. When Jesus raised Lazarus, it shows what he did. But what did the man raised by touching Elisha's bones do? Brother Bob believes that he climbed out of Elisha's grave, beat the funeral procession back to town, signed up for the draft, joined the army, and fought against the Moabites.

I pray in Jesus name, my friends everywhere in the many nations, like this soldier, if you've been revived, resurrected, and delivered from death by our Lord Jesus, get busy for Jesus and win souls to Jesus to destroy the works of the devil. Tell people everywhere to confess Jesus as God and believe in their hearts that Jesus died on the cross for them and rose again. 1 John 3:8 says For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil.

OK, as you look at the above picture of the jailor getting saved after he hears the preaching of Paul and Silas, remember that like the jailor, the bible promises that our families will be saved as they remember how we lived for Jesus on this earth. We see a promise of God to save a saint's house by the above picture at Acts 16:30 where the jailor asks Paul and Silas Sirs, what must I do to be saved? And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.

Friend reading this anywhere, your whole family might not be saved while you're living on this earth. But if we'll all live for Jesus, like Elisha whose dead bones in a graveyard raised a soldier to life with Jesus, every time any family member or anyone passes our graves, every time they think about our names, every time they see our face in their minds, the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ will convict their hearts and save them before it's too late. Friends we all need to be like the prophet Elisha and live for the Lord Jesus on this earth daily trying to win souls, so that even after we die and leave this earth, the influence of our lives for Jesus might be felt across the land.

Since the name of this bible study is the promise is in them bones, notice that in the picture above that God fulfilled His promise and not one of Jesus' bones was broken. God promised that not one of Jesus' bones would be broken at Psalm 34:20 that says He keepeth all His bones; Not one of them is broken. The bible speaks about the above picture at John 19:31 and says The Jews therefore, because it was the preparation that the bodies should not remain on the cross on the sabbath day (for that sabbath day was an high day) besought Pilate that their legs might be broken, and that they might be taken away. Then came the soldiers, and brake the legs of the first, and of the other which was crucified with Him. But, when they came to Jesus and saw that He was dead already, they brake not His legs. John 19:36 goes on to say For these things were done, that the scripture would be fulfilled, A bone of Him shall not be broken.

Take time to remember the promise is in them bones. God promised that not one of Jesus' bones would be broken and God fulfilled this promise. The legs of the two thieves on crosses by Jesus were broken but the legs of Jesus were not broken. The nails at the cross found their way between the bones in Jesus' hands and feet without breaking one bone. The Roman soldiers beat Jesus on His head and didn't break one bone. The Roman soldiers smote Jesus in the face and didn't break one bone. How is it that after all Jesus went through, not one of His bones was broken? It's because God keeps all His promises, and He promised that not one of Jesus' bones would be broken and that's exactly the way it worked out.

As always it has been a blessing to write this bible study today. Walking With Zacchaeus

For today's bible study let's all go back around 2000 years ago and walk with the man seated at the table in the picture above named Zacchaeus the tax collector. Notice the three people in the picture above not having enough money to pay their taxes as Zacchaeus threatens them to pay the full tax. The three people pictured above that Zacchaeus is collecting taxes from is a blind man named Bartimaeus, a woman that has had an issue of blood for twelve years, and a young man whose mother lived in Nain.

A couple days later, since Zacchaeus as the chief tax collector was so greedy, he decided to go personally to the people's homes to collect the taxes. Zacchaeus first went to the home of blind Bartimaeus. Since Bartimaeus was blind and could not take care of his house and yard, the grass in the front of his house was high and everything was cluttered around his house. When Bartimaeus met Zacchaeus, blind Bartimaeus said Zacchaeus please have mercy on me because I am a blind man, and I need someone to help me calculate my taxes. Zacchaeus said OK, I'll give you 30 days to get the money for the full tax, and I'll be back in thirty days to collect the full tax.

Next Zacchaeus went to the home of the woman who had an issue of blood for twelve years. The woman with the issue of blood said Zacchaeus please have mercy on me because I've been paying all these doctor bills for twelve years to heal an issue of blood, and I need time to save more money to pay my taxes. Zacchaeus said OK, but I'll be back in 30 days to collect the full tax, and you better pay me all the money in 30 days.

Then Zacchaeus went to the young man's house whose mother lived in Nain. When Zacchaeus knocked on the door of the young man's house, an old lady opened the door and said she couldn't pay the tax because she was paying funeral expenses for her young son that had just died. Zacchaeus said I don't care if the young man died; I want my money, and I'll be back in 30 days to collect the full tax.

Finally, Zacchaeus went to another lady's house because she also owed back taxes. When Zacchaeus got to this lady's home, he saw a wild crazy man running and shouting in the tombs on a hill above the house. The lady told Zacchaeus that the wild crazy man in the tombs was her husband who had lost his mind because of a legion demon and had become a wild man that no man could tame. The lady told Zacchaeus I can't pay my taxes because I have no money because my crazy husband lost his job and now runs naked in the tombs. People have tried to chain him up but he breaks the chains and continues to run and scream in the tombs. Zacchaeus said lady I don't care; I'm coming back in 30 days to get the money, and he ran from the house to get away from the crazy nut in the tombs.

After thirty days, Zacchaeus first goes to the house of blind Bartimaeus to collect taxes. Zacchaeus notices that the grass in the front of Bartimaeus' house is no longer high and beautiful flowers surround a neat, clean, tidy, and well organized house. Bartimaeus runs out to meet Zacchaeus saying I can see now, and I've been blessed with money to fix my house, and hallelujah here's the full payment for my taxes. A man named Jesus came by my house yesterday and restored my sight. As Zacchaeus took the money, he said I have a lot of money, but I wish I had the peace of Jesus that Bartimaeus has.

Bartimaeus told Zacchaeus what happened in the picture above when he met Jesus at Mark 10:47 that says And when he (Bartimaeus) heard that it was Jesus of Nazareth, he began to cry out, and say, Jesus, thou son of David, have mercy on me. And many charged him that he should hold his peace; but he cried the more a great deal, Thou son of David, have mercy on me. And Jesus stood still, and commanded him to be called, And they call the blind man, saying unto him, Be of good comfort, rise; He calleth thee.

Mark 10:50 goes on to say And he, casting away his garment, rose, and came to Jesus. And Jesus answered and said unto him, What wilt thou that I should do unto thee? The blind man said unto Him, Lord, that I might receive my sight. And Jesus said unto him, Go thy way; thy faith hath made thee whole. And immediately he received his sight, and followed Jesus in the way.

Next, Zacchaeus went to the house of the woman with the issue of blood to collect taxes. This woman told Zacchaeus yesterday I was able to touch the hem of Jesus' garment and immediately I was healed from any issue of blood, and I've been blessed with money to pay off twelve years of doctor bills and your taxes. Zacchaeus I'm so happy that I don't have to pay all those high doctor bills any more and here's the full payment for your taxes. As Zacchaeus took the money, he said I have a lot of money, but I wish I had the peace of Jesus that this woman has.

The woman with the issue of blood told Zacchaeus what happened in the picture above when she met Jesus at Matthew 9:20 that says And, behold, a woman, which was diseased with an issue of blood twelve years, came behind Him, and touched the hem of His garment; For she said within herself, If I may but touch His garment, I shall be whole. But Jesus turned Him about, and when He saw her, He said, Daughter, be of good comfort; thy faith hath made thee whole. And the woman was made whole from that hour.

Next, Zacchaeus went to the house of the widow from Nain who had lost her son to collect taxes. But, when Zacchaeus knocked at her door, to his surprise, the young man answered the door rejoicing that Jesus had raised him from the dead. When the widow of Nain saw Zacchaeus she danced all around her house and said Zacchaeus I didn't have to pay funeral expenses and here's your tax money. Thank you Jesus, thank you Jesus, my son is alive. As Zacchaeus took the money, he said I have a lot of money, but I wish I had the peace of Jesus that this widow of Nain has. This money is not giving me the happiness that Jesus gives people.

The widow of Nain pictured above kneeling and worshipping our Lord Jesus, told Zacchaeus what happened when she met Jesus at Luke 7:11 that says And it came to pass the day after, that He went into a city called Nain; and many of His disciples went with Him, and much people. Now when He came nigh to the gate of the city, behold, there was a dead man carried out, the only son of his mother, and she was a widow; and much people of the city was with her. And when the Lord saw her, He had compassion on her, and said unto her, Weep not. And He came and touched the bier (funeral couch for a dead body); and they that bare him stood still. And He said, Young man, I say unto thee, Arise. And he that was dead sat up, and began to speak. And He delivered him to his mother.

Finally, Zacchaeus went to collect taxes at the house of the woman whose husband was the crazy nut running in tombs. But when Zacchaeus knocked at her door, to his surprise, a man dressed in a suit and tie, clean, and shaven answered the door. Zacchaeus said I don't remember that a man lived at this residence. The man told Zacchaeus I used to be the crazy nut that ran around in the tombs, but Jesus met me and cast out the legion demon that had afflicted me for years. Now, I'm a happy husband again, clothed and in my right mind, publishing books about how great Jesus is to the entire city of Decapolis. Oh, by the way Zacchaeus, here's the full payment for your taxes because my wife no longer has to make payments to the Decapolis police to restrain me. As Zaccheaus took the money, he said I have a lot of money, but I wish I had the peace of Jesus that this former crazy nut now has.

The crazy nut told Zacchaeus what happened in the picture above after Jesus cast out the legion demon from him into swine that were choked in the sea.  The former nut began to say thank you Jesus, thank you Jesus now I'm clothed and in my right mind. The former nut told Zacchaeus what Jesus requested from him at Mark 5:18 that says And when He (Jesus) was come into the ship, he that had been possessed with the devil prayed Him that he might be with Him. Howbeit Jesus suffered him not, but saith unto him, Go home to thy friends, and tell them how great things the Lord hath done for thee, and hath had compassion on thee. And he departed, and began to publish in Decapolis how great things Jesus had done for him; and all men did marvel.

Wow, the book for Jesus that this former crazy nut from the tombs wrote was a best seller in the city of Decapolis and won multitudes of souls to our Lord Jesus. Brother Bob told Jesus that one day soon on this earth or in heaven, I would like to have the honor of reading this blessed anointed book about Jesus written by a former lunatic who lived in Decapolis. Friend reading this anywhere, if Jesus can save the crazy, insane man pictured above who lived in tombs, Jesus can save any sinner right now and give them peace. Jesus said at Luke 5:32 I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance. Right now confess Jesus as God and believe in your heart that Jesus died for you and rose again and get saved as Jesus washes away all your filthy sins by His blood.

OK, to end up today's bible study, let's see what happened to Zacchaeus as he walked home with all the tax money he collected. On his way home, Zacchaeus met a man who told him that Jesus was going to pass by his house. Zacchaeus said I got to meet this Jesus, but I'll have to climb a sycomore tree to see Him because I'm little of stature. Pictured above when Zacchaeus saw Jesus, Jesus told him at Luke 19:5  Zacchaeus make haste and come down; for to day I must abide at thy house. Wow, this is the only place I know where a sinner was looking down at Jesus while the the Lord Jesus was looking up at a sinner. Hallelujah, the bible tells us at Luke 19:6 that Zacchaeus made haste, and came down, and received Him (Jesus) joyfully.

And hallelujah take time to read how Zacchaeus as a new man with Jesus was changed from a greedy tax collector into a kind man that blessed poor people. Luke 19:8 says And Zacchaeus stood, and said unto the Lord; Behold, Lord, the half of my goods I give to the poor; and if I have taken any thing from any man by false accusation, I restore him fourfold. And Jesus said unto him, This day is salvation come to this house, forsomuch as he also is a son of Abraham. Hallelujah, 2 Corinthians 5:17 promises Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature (defined as creation); old things are passed away; behold all things are become new.

As always, it is a blessing to write these bible studies about our Lord Jesus. I pray in Jesus name they bless everyone with peace and strength. God's Little Snowflakes Part Three

OK, time to talk again about how the saints are God's little snowflakes washed whiter than snow by the blood of our Lord Jesus Christ. Isaiah 1:18 promises this and says Come now, and let us reason together, saith the Lord; though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool. Also, Revelation 1:5 says Unto Him (Jesus) that loved us, and washed us from our sins in His own blood.

Notice that in the above picture, when the snow is in the right climate on the mountain tops of the Alps in Switzerland, the snow will last a lot longer. People say the snow on the Alps has been there for thousands of years and don't know how old the snow on the mountaintops of the Alps is. And out in western USA, there are mountain tops that have snow on them year round that never melts. Friends reading this anywhere, let's all be like the snow on the mountaintops of the Alps, forevermore shining as God's little pure white sanctified holy snowflakes that daily live holy lives for Jesus.

If saints would stay in the right atmosphere and right conditions and avoid sin daily, these saints would be white and pure as snow all the time. 1 Corinthians 15:33 tells us Be not deceived; evil communications corrupt good manners. Friend reading this avoid superfluity (defined as your past sins before you were saved) by daily remembering with your heart how Jesus died for you on the cross and rose again. Today become one of God's beautiful pure saved white snowflakes as you confess Jesus as God and believe in your heart that Jesus died for you on the cross and rose again. James 1:21 tells us Wherefore lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness, and receive with meekness the engrafted word (which is Jesus), which is able to save your souls. There's no reason for anyone to melt and go back into the bar, pornography, and fornication of this world which will ruin a saint's testimony for our Lord Jesus.

OK, let's first look at Moses pictured above whose face shined brightly in holiness because he stayed on the mountaintop of Sinai with the Lord Jesus like the snow on the Alps for forty days and forty nights. But, while Moses was on the top of Mount Sinai for forty days and forty nights, the children of Israel were sinning as they made a golden calf that they danced around nude and naked. When Moses came off the mountain, Moses' face was shining and the children of Israel's faces were shameful.

Friends reading this, wouldn't you rather be like Moses and live daily with our Lord Jesus on the mountaintop who will make you shine as bright lights to this wicked world. Matthew 5:16 tells us Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.  Wouldn't you rather be shining and blessed with our Lord Jesus as one of God's little holy snowflakes on the mountaintop daily with Jesus than red faced and ashamed in the fading momentary pleasures of this world. Choose the pleasures forevermore that we receive from the Lord Jesus instead of the sinful pleasures of this world that last for just a season. Hebrews 11:25 says the pleasures of sin are only for a season, but Psalm 16:11 says at the right hand of the throne of God with Jesus, the pleasures are forevermore.

The story about the blessed picture above about how Moses' face shined brightly after being in God's presence on the top of Mount Sinai for forty days and forty nights is recorded at Exodus 34:28. The scripture says And he (Moses) was there with the Lord forty days and forty nights. He did neither eat bread, nor drink water. And he wrote upon the tables the words of the covenant, the ten commandments.

Exodus 34:29 goes on to say And it came to pass when Moses came down from Mount Sinai with the two tables of testimony in Moses' hand, when he came down from the mount, that Moses wist not that the skin of his face shone while He (God) talked with him. And when Aaron and all the children of Israel saw Moses, behold the skin of his face shone and they were afraid to come nigh him. Exodus 34:33 goes on to say And till Moses had done speaking with them, he put a vail on his face. But when Moses went in before the Lord to speak with Him, he took the vail off, until he came out.

Friend reading this in any country, I pray in Jesus name you will choose to display the countenance of God's glory like Moses instead of the countenance of the devil's defeat. Let's all live like Moses on the mountaintops close to the Lord Jesus and hallelujah when we come off the mountaintops with the glory of God on us, the world will know that we've have been with the Lord Jesus.

Pictured above, the Lord Jesus, Moses, and Elijah also shined exceeding white as snow on the top of the Mount of Transfiguration. Mark 9:2 says And after six days, Jesus taketh with Him Peter and James and John and leadeth them up into an high mountain apart by themselves; and He (Jesus) was transfigured before them. And His raiment (clothes) became shining exceeding white as snow; so as no fuller on earth can white them. And there appeared unto them Elias with Moses; and they were talking with Jesus.

Note that no fuller (who on the earth would clean wool and make it white by removing the wool's dirt, grease, and impurities) could make the clothes of Jesus whiter. And because 1 John 4:7 says Because as He is, so are we in this world, nothing or any fuller in this world can make you as a believer in Jesus as God whiter than the blood of Jesus that washes all saints whiter than snow.

Also note that six days before the transfiguration pictured above, Jesus told some saints that they would not die until they saw the glory of God and His kingdom coming. How could this be since these saints from around 2000 years ago are no longer on this earth? Note that Jesus said at Matthew 16:28 Verily, I say unto you There be some standing here which shall not taste of death till they see the Son of Man coming in His kingdom. After six days Jesus fulfilled this prophecy stated at Mark 9:2 above and also the next verse after Matthew 16:28 at Matthew 17:1 where Jesus revealed His glory to these men on the Mount of Transfiguration. Friend in any country, you don't have to wait to get to heaven before you have a little taste of glory down here like the disciples pictured above who got to see Jesus' glory on this earth at the Mount of Transfiguration.

To end up today's bible study, Brother Bob says to look at the above picture which is one of the most blessed pictures I've ever seen in my life. Now say out loud Revelation 1:12 which is drawn before you in the above picture. And I (John) turned to see the voice that spake with me. And being turned, I saw seven golden candlesticks; And in the midst of the seven candlesticks one like unto the Son of man (Jesus), clothed with a garment down to the foot, and girt about the paps with a golden girdle.

Revelation 1:14 goes on to say His head and hairs where white like wool, as white as snow; and His eyes were as a flame of fire; And His feet like unto fine brass, as if they burned in a furnace; and His voice as the sound of many waters. And He had in His right hand seven stars; and out of His mouth went a sharp twoedged sword; and His countenance was as the sun shineth in His strength.

Now as you look at how glorious and majestic our Lord Jesus appeared to the apostle John pictured above on the isle of Patmos, remember that 1 John 4:17 promises saints Because as He is, so are we in this world. Friends, everything Jesus has, we as saints have as joint heirs with Jesus. Now rejoice and smile as you say Philippians 3:21 Who shall change our vile body that it may be fashioned like unto His glorious body; according to the working whereby He is able to subdue all things unto Himself. Also say 1 John 3:2 Beloved now are we the sons of God and it doth not yet appear what we shall be; but we know that when He shall appear, we shall be like Him for we shall see Him as He is. When Jesus talked to the Father, read Jesus' promise to His saints at John 17:22 that says And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them, that they may be one, even as we are one.

Hallelujah, friends when we confess Jesus as God and believe in our hearts that Jesus died for us on the cross and rose again, we become God's little white snowflakes that look like Jesus glorified. Jesus on the mount of transfiguration had clothes that were shining exceeding white as snow. According to Revelation 7:14 the saints clothes or robes will also be shining exceeding white as snow because the scripture says These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. Also, note that like Jesus, the saints' head and hairs in heaven will be white like wool, as white as the brightest glorious shining snow we could ever see on this earth.

To close out this bible study that has talked about how Jesus is seen in the snow, remember that you can see Jesus in just about anything if you look for God and Jesus. And friends one of these days soon if we all keep looking for Jesus in nature, we'll see Jesus coming as God in the clouds as all the saints dead and alive are caught up to be with our Lord Jesus in the clouds forevermore in peace.

As always it has been a blessing to write today's bible study. I pray in Jesus name it blesses all my friends everywhere with great peace and strength.
