I Remember When

Let's Remember The Old Paths And Former Things Of Old
To Be Blessed

Jesus tells us to remember the old paths and former things of old to be blessed. Jeremiah 6:16 says Thus saith the Lord, Stand ye in the ways, and see, and ask for the old paths, where is the good way, and walk therein, and ye shall find rest for your souls. but they said, We will not walk therein. And Isaiah 46:8 tells us Remember this and shew yourselves men; bring it again to mind, O ye transgressers. Remember the former things of old; for I am God and there is none else, I am God and there is none like me. Finally Proverbs 22:28 says Remove not the ancient landmark, which thy fathers have set.

In other words, we need to look at how christians lived in the past and return to the old paths to have revival to overcome our troubles. This bible study will list the way christians used to live which I pray in Jesus name will return to America and everywhere so God's people can receive mercy and be blessed. God's Word is an ancient landmark that everyone should read and memorize daily to have victory over all our problems. Return to God's Word daily and according to Psalm 1 you will be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; your leaf will not wither, and whatsoever you do shall prosper. Get saved today and return to the ancient landmark (Jesus and the Word) by repenting while you stop sinning, confessing Jesus to be God, and believing that Jesus died for you on the cross, was buried, and rose again.

I Remember When
Sunday Was Church

First I remember when Sunday was church. Blue laws used to exist that restricted or banned Sunday activities for religious reasons to promote the observance of a day of worship or rest. All stores and malls used to be closed on Sunday so people could go to church. And stores used to close on Wednesday at 12 Noon so people could attend Wednesday night church service. Church used to be considered essential and everyone feared God and respected preachers and their churches.  Unfortunately today most blue laws have been repealed and everything is open for business on Sunday. You can buy booze now on Sunday. The atheist Voltaire was correct when he said that to get rid of the christian religion all you have to do is abolish Sunday.

Wow what a change has happened everywhere on Sunday. If blue laws could return where people made time to attend church while businesses closed on Sunday, God would bless people while they prayed, repented, and asked God for mercy to heal our land. Attending church with your brothers and sisters will bless people with peace, strength, and health. As I always say, If you listen to God, God will listen to you. God speaks through pastors' sermons at churches; Therefore the more you attend church and listen to the Word of God, the more God will listen to your prayers and bless you. The more you read the Word, the more God will listen to your prayers and bless you.

Therefore we need to set aside Sunday as a day for church instead of a day for shopping and recreation. Let us all say Psalm 122:1 I was glad when they said unto me, Let us go into the house of the Lord. Let's all make time every Sunday to go to church and pray for revival to return to our nations. Friends everywhere we need to obey God's command at Hebrews 10:25 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.

I Remember When
Salvation Was A Change

I remember when salvation was a change. After a person gets saved, a change should occur. 2 Corinthians 5:17 tells us Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature; old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. The woman at the well pictured above was married five times and the man she was living with was not her husband. Jesus talked to this woman more than anyone else in the gospels including Nicodemus. After Jesus talked to this woman, she dropped her waterpot and went into the city saying Come see a man that told me all things that ever I did; is not this the Christ.

There was a change in this woman at the well after she got saved and made Jesus her Lord. This woman had been with a lot of men; But she never met a man like this man named Jesus. The woman at the well told the men of Samaria about Jesus and the result was that many people from Samaria got saved because of the testimony of a prostitute that was changed into a blessing after salvation.

Unfortunately, today many people make professions of faith with no change in their lives. These people claim to be saved but do not attend church, pray, witness, or read their bibles. These people are not convicted and keep sinning by loving the world, smoking, and drinking at parties. But when someone truly gets saved they will feel ashamed when they sin and try daily to stop sinning. Remember if anyone regards iniquity in their heart, God will not hear their prayers. Give no place to the devil or sin. Daily deny your flesh by staying in the Word, praying, and attending church whenever church is open. DL Moody said I never a met a man that gave me more trouble than myself. Get victory over your flesh, make a change living holy every day, and become blessed. Proverbs 16:32 tells us He that is slow to anger is better than the mighty; and he that ruleth his spirit than he that taketh a city.

I Remember When
Saints Were Consecrated

I remember when saints were consecrated and devoted to Jesus while they always attended church, witnessed, and prayed. Romans 12:1 tells us I beseech you therefore brethren by the mercies of God that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

Today when pastors have prayer services most people won't attend a prayer service for just one hour. Instead most people just want to listen to preaching at church and don't make time to pray. I'd rather teach one person to pray than ten people to preach. Four hours of work after one hour of prayer accomplishes more than five hours without prayer. Luther said I have so much to do today, I'm gonna spend the first three hours in prayer. James 4:2 says ye have not because ye ask not. And Jesus said at John 16:24 Hitherto have ye asked nothing in my name, ask and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full. If we are willing to consecrate ourselves like the saints of ancient days, we will pray more and receive many more blessings of peace and strength. Jesus and Brother Bob ask my friends everywhere 1 Chronicles 29:5 And who then is willing to consecrate his service this day unto the Lord?

I Remember When
Sermons Were Challenging

Today a lot of people are singing and teaching; but there is not a lot of blessed KJV preaching. Years ago when revivals happened, people asked who's preaching; But today people ask who's singing or who's teaching. Singing and teaching are good but we need blessed preaching from the KJV bible. 2 Timothy 4:2 says Preach (not teach) the Word, be instant in season, out of season, reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine. For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers (not preachers), having itching ears. And they shall turn away their ears from the truth and shall be turned unto fables.

Today, christian radio stations advertise that they are your talk and teaching station; What happened to the preaching? And many churches sing for 2 hours and only want the preacher to preach for 15 minutes. To me singing is like a salad before your main meal of preaching. Some churches will give you 10 bowls of salad singing before you hear any preaching. After I eat my salad, I'm ready for some chicken and a baked potato. Salad singing is fine but I need some main meal preaching for my faith to increase to receive blessings. Romans 10:17 tells me So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God that is preached.

Finally, there is not much preaching of the KJV bible today on the internet or any radio station. People are preaching about everything but Jesus and the Word. And we hear a lot of preaching from translated versions of the bible. These perversions like the NIV (non inspired and new idiot version) and the RSV (Revised Slandered Version) are only dull butter knives that have no power against the devil for deliverance. A preacher must use the true sword (a KJV bible) to stick and destroy the devil, claiming the promise of Hebrews 4:12 For the Word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

When anyone preaches out of a translated version of the bible instead of the KJV bible it's like shaving with a banana. It just doesn't cut it. If it's new it's not true and if it's true it's not new. These translated versions remove thousands of bible scriptures and deny that Jesus is God and that Jesus was born of a virgin. The only accurate bible in English is the KJV bible that we must preach from. Remember the warning from Revelation 22:18-19 For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book; And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.

I Remember When
The Saviour Was The Cure

I remember when preachers used to say that Jesus is your answer for everything and your only hope. But today most preachers say that the cure is good works, religion, church membership, baptism, holy water, and holy wafers. We need to learn to deny ourselves and tell people everywhere that the cure is Jesus Christ. Just because I walk down an aisle and shake a six foot spiritual icicle's hand, answer some questions and do some good works, and get dunked in the pool and blend in with the crowd won't save me. The only way I can get saved is to repent, stop sinning, confess that Jesus is God, and believe in the finished work of Jesus when Jesus died on the cross, was buried, and rose again. Acts 4:12 tells us Neither is there salvation in any other; for there is none other name (Jesus) under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved.

To all people that think you have to be baptized to be saved, remember we don't sing What can wash away my sins nothing but the water; We sing What can wash away my sins nothing but the blood of Jesus. And remember we don't sing At the millpond at the millpond where I first got dunked; We sing At the cross at the cross where I first saw the light. The thief on the cross by Jesus got drycleaned and gloriously saved. The thief didn't get baptized but he got saved and entered paradise by repenting, calling Jesus Lord, and believing that Jesus died on the cross for him, was buried, and rose again.

I Remember When
A Shepherd Was Complimented

People used to respect preachers and pastors. But today people call most preachers fakes, phonies, and quacks. Every profession has a quack. There are fake quacky lawyers, doctors, and car salesman. Yes there are some fake quacky preachers but there are some blessed preachers of God. Instead of slandering a preacher, find a blessed preacher and support their ministry. If your pastor is faithful and keeps preaching and praying for his members, encourage him and bless your church. Truly the shepherd pastors need to be complimented and encouraged today.

Hebrews 13:7, 17, 24
Tells Us To Remember Obey And Salute Our Pastors

Notice that Hebrews 13:7, 17, 24 tells us to Remember them which have the rule over you; Obey them that have the rule over you; and Salute all them that have the rule over you and all the saints. The picture above says it all; Protect your pastor, Assist your pastor, Submit to your pastor, Thank your pastor, Obey your pastor, and Respect your pastor.

I Remember When
Sinners Would Get Under Conviction

When was the last time you saw a sinner tremble with conviction. Today because iniquity abounds, the love of many wax cold. Pictured above when the Philippian jailor got saved he fell down at Paul and Silas' feet trembling and saying Sirs what must I do to be saved. When Paul saw Jesus on the road to Damascus, he got convicted, trembling in astonishment about Jesus as a sinner that received salvation.

It's a blessing when a sinner trembles with conviction fearing God unto salvation from our Lord Jesus. It's a good thing to fear the Lord Jesus. Proverbs 10:27 tells us that the fear of the Lord prolongeth days; but the years of the wicked shall be shortened. Proverbs 14:26-27 says In the fear of the Lord is strong confidence; and his children shall have a place of refuge. The fear of the Lord is a fountain of life, to depart from the snares of death. Finally Proverbs 19:23 tells us The fear of the Lord tendeth to life; and he that hath it shall abide satisfied; he shall not be visited with evil.

In Conclusion All I Can Say Is

I Remember When
Service To God Was Commended
Sin Was Condemned
And Success Was A Close Walk With God

How To Have Revival Before The Rapture Of The Saints

God's Recipe For Revival

If all the sleeping folk will wake up
And all the lukewarm folk will fire up
And all the dishonest folk will confess up

If all the disgruntled folk will sweeten up
And all the discouraged folk will cheer up
And all the depressed folk will look up

If all the estranged folk will make up
And all the gossipers will shut up
And all the dry bones will shake up

If all the true soldiers will stand up
And all the church members will pray up

Then You Could Have Revival

Everyone reading this bible study pray and ask Jesus to bring revival to this earth before the rapture. There are so many discouraged and depressed people around us that need to be saved. Christians need to be lights in this dark world. Christians are the only Jesus and bible that lost sinners can see in this world. 2 Corinthians 3:2 tells us Ye are our epistle written in our hearts, known and read of all men. I pray in Jesus name that anyone reading this will receive boldness to witness Jesus to lost souls all over this earth. Tell people everywhere how to get saved and have peace. Tell people everywhere to repent, stop sinning, confess Jesus to be God, and believe that Jesus died for them on the cross, was buried, and rose again.

Lord Jesus please have mercy on this earth as we all say the following three scriptures. Psalm 138:7 Though I walk in the midst of trouble, thou wilt revive me; thou shalt stretch forth thine hand against the wrath of mine enemies and thy right hand shall save me. Psalm 85:6 Wilt thou not revive us again that thy people may rejoice in thee. Habakkuk 3:2 O Lord I have heard thy speech and was afraid; O Lord revive thy work in the midst of the years, in the midst of the years make known; in wrath remember mercy.
According to the three verses above we can say
Revive me, Revive us, and Revive thy work Lord Jesus

The only way people can come together is when the Lord Jesus is lifted up. Jesus said at John 12:32 And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me. Remember when you preach lift up Jesus and deny yourself. JOY- Jesus first, others second, you last. Remember to turn off the negative news; Instead open your bible and think on the Word and Jesus daily to receive peace and strength. Isaiah 26:3 promises Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee; because he trusteth in thee. Trust ye in the Lord for ever; for in the Lord JEHOVAH is everlasting strength.

Remember the saying below to have revival

It's not about you
It's about Him (JESUS)

How To Be A Success And Have Revival According To God
Note that the word success appears only once in the bible

God tells us how to be a success and have revival in only one place in the bible. Most people in the world say they are a success if they have a lot of money, many homes, jewelry, gold, silver, and a high paying job. But God tells us that someone is a success if they daily meditate and memorize the bible every day. In other words if anyone abides (constantly remembers the Word, prays and goes to church) they can receive anything they ask for because they will ask according to God's will. Jesus promised at John 15:7 If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will and it shall be done unto you.

OK, the only place that God tells us how to be a success in the bible is at Joshua 1:8 that says This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success. Become a success and start to memorize bible scriptures every day. Be like David and say Psalm 119:11 Thy Word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee. Like Jesus, quote scriptures to the devil and watch the devil flee from you while you receive peace and strength.

Attend All Your Local Church Services To Have Revival
Someone Asked Can I Be A Christian Without Joining The Church?

It's possible but it's like being
A student who will not go to school
It's like a soldier who will not join an army
It's like a salesman with no customers

It's like an explorer with no base camp
It's like a seaman on a ship with no crew
It's like a businessman on a deserted island

It's like an author without readers
It's like a tuba player without an orchestra
It's like a parent without a family

It's like a football player without a team
It's like a politician who is a hermit
It's like a scientist who does not share his findings
And it's like a bee without a hive

Instead of closing down churches. We need to keep all churches open as essential businesses and encourage everyone to assemble and gather together in prayer for revival to overcome the troubles of this earth. God's command at Hebrews 10:25 is greater than any man's law; God's command is Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another, and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching. Remember united we stand divided we fall. We can't gather together isolated in our homes. Overcome fear and attend your local church and like Moses in Egypt pray and believe that the blood of Jesus will cover you and protect you from all harm.

Some Blessed Quotes On How To Have Revival Before The Rapture

1) A critic told an old time evangelist years ago, I don't believe in revivals; They don't last. The old time evangelist replied Neither does a bath, but we need one frequently.
2) Revivals must reach the peasants on the streets to the rulers in the palaces.
3) We live in a generation that is more interested in surviving than they are in reviving. This has to change. Overcome fear and when God says Go preach my word obey. Remember 2 Timothy 1:7 says For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.

We Need To Weep For Lost Sinners' Salvation Like Jeremiah
To Have Revival Before The Rapture

Psalm 126:6 tells us He that goeth forth and weepeth bearing precious seed (The Word of God), shall doubtless come again with rejoicing bringing his sheaves (saved saints) with him. Friends are you praying, weeping, and witnessing Jesus to lost souls all over this earth. Time is winding up and soon the rapture will occur where the saints will leave this earth to be caught up to the clouds to live in peace with Jesus forevermore. If anyone who has heard the gospel of Jesus now rejects Jesus, they will be damned during the tribulation and have no way to be saved. This is why we need to witness now and tell everyone about salvation with the Lord Jesus. 2 Corinthians 6:2 I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succoured thee; behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.

Friends we all need to be soul winners for Jesus and like Jeremiah pray and weep for lost sinners' salvation. James 5:16 tells us that the effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much. Be like Jeremiah the weeping prophet who cried to God daily for sinner's salvation saying at Jeremiah 9:1 O that my head were waters and mine eyes a fountain of tears that I might weep day and night for the slain of the daughter of my people. Have compassion and care about lost hurting people fulfilling Jude 22 And of some have compassion, making a difference; And others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh.

The Result Of A Successful Revival Will Be
Deliverance of souls
Delighted saints
Different society

Pictured above we see that after a successful revival, people will change and be delivered from sin like Zacchaeus. Zacchaeus, a chief publican tax collector climbed a sycomore tree to see Jesus. When Jesus told Zacchaeus make haste, and come down; for to day I must abide at thy house, Zacchaeus made haste, came down, got saved, and received Jesus joyfully.

Zacchaeus was changed by this revival and became a new creation after his salvation. This is proven at Luke 19:8 that says And Zacchaeus stood and said unto the Lord Behold Lord the half of my goods I give to the poor and if I have taken anything from any man by false accusation I restore him fourfold. And Jesus said unto him, This day is salvation come to this house forsomuch as he also is a son of Abraham. Like Zacchaeus, many people will be changed after a successful revival. I've never heard anyone say that they regretted getting saved with Jesus. Jesus always makes a person better. This is because Jesus is the only answer to all the problems in this world. Remember if you have Jesus you have everything you need in this life to be blessed.

I pray in Jesus name that this little bible study encourages people all over this earth to live for Jesus, win souls, and start revivals everywhere. Jesus Is In Every Book Of The Bible

Today's bible study is very special and will list how Jesus is in every book of the bible. Jesus is the Word and in every book of the bible proven by John 1:1 and Revelation 19:13. John 1:1 says In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. And Revelation 19:13 tells us that the Word is Jesus and therefore Jesus is God. The blessed scripture says And He (Jesus) was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood; and His name is called The Word of God.

Remember the bible proves that Jesus is the Word and that Jesus is God. Therefore to be saved please repent, confess everywhere that Jesus is God, and believe the gospel that Jesus died for your sins on the cross, was buried, and rose again. Salvation is in a person (Jesus) not a plan. Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life; No man cometh unto the Father but by me according to John 14:6.

Encouraging Words To Overcome Depression From Isaiah 25

Encouraging Words From Isaiah 25:4 To Overcome Depression
How to overcome a blast of wind when you are safe behind God's wall

Today I want my friends everywhere to say and memorize a blessed promise to all saints from Isaiah 25:4. The blessed scripture says For thou (Jesus) hast been a strength to the poor, a strength to the needy in his distress, a refuge from the storm, a shadow from the heat when the blast of the terrible ones is as a storm against the wall. Wow what a blessed scripture; I pray in Jesus name that anyone who reads this will immediately receive from Jesus strength if they are poor, needy and in distress.

Also how encouraging to know that Jesus is our refuge from the storm and shadow from the heat. In other words Jesus will take care of you and protect you from rain, snow storms, and excessive heat. Friends all you need to overcome the troubles around us is answered in one Word Jesus. Don't be afraid of coronavirus or any violence around you. Say the promise of Psalm 46 God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea.

Now notice that God is our wall of protection stated at Isaiah 25:4 when the blast of the terrible ones is as a storm against the wall (God's protection for saints). Today the blast around us all is coronavirus, rioting, and violence. But remember that these terrible blasts of wind against God's wall can not harm any believer in Jesus. God controls these troubled winds because Proverbs 30:4 tells us God hath gathered the wind in his fists. In other words, when the troubled winds around us are like raging horses, God has these troubled winds harnessed, bridled, muzzled, and under his control. Remember Jesus lives in you if you are saved and will rise up and say to your troubled winds Peace Be Still and will calm all your storms and make them disappear.

Friend reading this anywhere, right now get behind God's wall of protection and be saved from all your troubles with Jesus. Repent, confess Jesus to be your Lord, and believe the gospel that Jesus died for you on the cross, was buried, and rose again. Once you get saved, you can tell the devil that no matter how loud you blast or growl, Jesus is my wall of protection and will silence all trouble around me. Remember God is our wall of protection that remains standing after any blast of troubled wind. Wind can beat on a ship and toss the ship but when any wind beats on God's wall, God's wall is not moved and remains standing.

Remember all you need is Jesus to overcome any trouble or problem. Just look to Jesus crucified every day and say I am crucified with Christ and when any problem is placed by faith on the cross (the same yesterday, today, and forever) I promise you it will disappear. Isaiah 32:2  promises us that a man (Jesus) shall be as an hiding place from the wind, and a covert from the tempest; as rivers of water in a dry place, as the shadow of a great rock in a weary land.

Finally, Zechariah 2:5 also tells us that the Lord Jesus is our wall of fire for protection. This blessed scripture says For I, saith the Lord, will be unto her (believers in Jesus), a wall of fire round about and will be the glory in the midst of her. This reminds me of when Elisha and his servant Gehazi were surrounded by enemy Syrian soldiers and seemed to be outnumbered. But Elisha told Gehazi Fear not for they that be with us are more than they that be with them. And Elisha prayed, and said, Lord I pray thee, open his eyes, that he may see. And the Lord opened the eyes of the young man, and he saw; and behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire round about Elisha. There were angels all around Elisha and Gehazi that formed a wall of fire for their protection and the bright light of the angels blinded the enemy and stopped all trouble.

Encouraging Words From Isaiah 25:8 To Overcome Depression

Next we see some more encouraging words from Isaiah 25:8 to overcome depression. This blessed scripture says He (Jesus) will swallow up death in victory and the Lord God will wipe away tears from off all faces; and the rebuke of his people shall He take away from off all the earth; for the Lord hath spoken it. In other words, in God's kingdom there will be no more death, hearses, graveyards, or funerals. Revelation 21:4 promises And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain; for the former things are passed away.

Also notice that Isaiah 25:8 promises that soon God will take away all the rebuke against any christian. In other words, soon God's people will no longer be made fun of. The bible tells us that a sign that we are saved is when we suffer persecution for living godly. 2 Timothy 3:12 tells us Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution. If everyone speaks well of you, you probably are not living godly. This is because the world and its sinners are enemies of God.

Now rejoice and say this scripture if you are being persecuted for believing in Jesus; 1 Peter 4:16 Yet if any man suffer as a christian, let him not be ashamed; but let him glorify God on this behalf. Remember Matthew 5:11 says Blessed (happy) are ye when men shall revile you and persecute you and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely for my sake. Rejoice and be exceeding glad, for great is your reward in heaven for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.

To anyone reading this; if you have been persecuted for believing in Jesus and it seems like all your friends have deserted you, remember you are like Paul and can say Jesus will never leave me nor forsake me. Jesus will be your friend forever and will always be there to help you. Be encouraged and read Paul's testimony at 2 Timothy 4:16 At my first answer no man stood with me but all men forsook me; I pray God that it may not be laid to their charge. Notwithstanding the Lord stood with me and strengthened me that by me the preaching might be fully known and that all the Gentiles might hear; and I was delivered out of the mouth of the lion.

Encouraging Words From Isaiah 25:9 To Overcome Depression

Finally, let's look at some encouraging words from Isaiah 25:9 and learn that while we wait for Jesus to return in the clouds to snatch us out of this troubled world we can have joy and strength while we wait. The blessed scripture says And it shall be said in that day, Lo, this is our God, we have waited for Him and He will save us; this is the Lord we have waited for Him; we will be glad and rejoice in His salvation.

Usually when someone meets a good friend after a long wait, there is much joy and rejoicing for years. All the saints of Jesus have been waiting for a long time to see Jesus. According to Isaiah 25:9 when the saints finally see Jesus they will rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory. Jesus said it is like a woman giving birth to a baby. After the baby is born, the woman forgets all her troubles and pain. And after the saints see Jesus, they will forget all their worldly troubles and rejoice forevermore with Jesus in the kingdom. This is proven when God said at Isaiah 65:17 For behold I create new heavens and a new earth; and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind.

Now while you are waiting for Jesus to return to this earth, here's some more encouraging scriptures to give you strength and peace. When you don't know what to do to fix a problem, be like Jehoshaphat and keep your eyes on Jesus. When Jehoshaphat faced trouble he said at 2 Chronicles 20:12 O our God wilt thou not judge them for we have no might against this great company that cometh against us; neither know we what to do; But our eyes are upon thee. Just by looking at Jesus crucified by faith with your heart instead of your troubles will give you victory over this troubled world. Like Peter when you are surrounded by trouble, keep your eyes on Jesus and you will get victory over any trouble.

Finally, another way to have peace and strength while waiting for Jesus, is to keep thinking on Jesus daily. Jesus is the Word so keep memorizing the bible and hide the word in your heart so you don't sin. Philippians 4:8 tells us what to think about. It says Finally brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue and if there be any praise, think on these things. In other words think on Jesus who is true, honest, just, pure, lovely, of good report, of virtue, and to be praised forevermore.
