I See Jesus Throughout The Bible And Everywhere

Left click the above picture and read Psalm 139:1-6 that proves that Jesus knows everything while He constantly protects and keeps us safe every day. Psalm 139:1 says O Lord, thou hast searched me, and known me. Thou knowest my downsitting and mine uprising, thou understandest my thought afar off (Jesus knows our thoughts before we think them). Isaiah 65:24 says And it shall come to pass, that before they call, I will answer; and while they are yet speaking, I will hear.

Psalm 139:3 says Thou compassest (surrounds) my path and my lying down, and art acquainted with all my ways (How comforting to know that Jesus is always around us when we are awake and lie down to sleep and is acquainted with us). Right now since Jesus is acquainted with us all, let's all take Job's advice at Job 22:21 and get acquainted with Jesus to receive peace. Job 22:21 says Acquaint now thyself with Him, and be at peace: thereby good shall come unto thee. The new testament confirms Psalm 139:3 at Matthew 28:20 where Jesus said Lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. The prophet Jeremiah stated that Jesus knew us before we came out of the womb and said at Jeremiah 1:5 Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.

Psalm 139:4 says For there is not a word in my tongue, but, lo, O Lord, thou knowest it altogether (Jesus not only knows all our thoughts before they are thought, but also knows our words before they are spoken). Jesus is literally everywhere and knows everything. The prophet Jeremiah stated at Jeremiah 23:24 Can any hide himself in secret places that I shall not see him? saith the Lord. Do not I fill heaven and earth? saith the Lord. Psalm 138:7 says Though I walk in the midst of trouble, thou wilt revive me: thou shalt stretch forth thine hand against the wrath of mine enemies, and thy right hand shall save me.

Psalm 139:5 says Thou hast beset me behind and before, and laid thine hand upon me. Such knowledge is too wonderful for me; it is high, I cannot attain unto it. You might not feel or see Jesus in the front, back, or around you, but remember Job's revelation to believe by faith that Jesus is always around you to comfort and bless you. Job 23:8 says Behold, I go forward, but He is not there; and backward, but I cannot perceive Him: On the left hand, where He doth work, but I cannot behold Him: He hideth Himself on the right hand, that I cannot see Him: But He knoweth the way that I take: when He hath tried me, I shall come forth as gold. Remember that the angels also along with Jesus are around you daily to keep and protect you from all harm. Psalm 91:11 says For He shall give His angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways. They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone.

Now to continue with the revelation that Jesus is everywhere and knows all about our lives, look at the above picture of Jesus telling the little boy that he does not forget the sparrows and knows the number of the hairs on the little boy's head. Choose to get saved today. Get saved, repent, decide to stop sinning, confess that Jesus is God, and believe the gospel that Jesus died on the cross for you, was buried, and rose again.

After salvation with Jesus, Jesus will keep you and never forget you because you are more precious to Jesus than many sparrows and Jesus knows the numbers of your hairs and cares about you. Luke 12:6 says Are not five sparrows sold for two farthings, and not one of them is forgotten before God? But even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not therefore: ye are of more value than many sparrows.

The following scriptures prove that the Lord Jesus knows everything. Job 37:16 says Dost thou know the balancings of the clouds, the wondrous works of Him which is perfect in knowledge? King David took Job's revelation that God's knowledge is perfect to a higher level and said that God's understanding is infinite. Psalm 147:4 says He telleth the number of the stars; He calleth them all by their names (Jesus' infinite knowledge is beyond man's reasoning because Jesus knows the names of each of the 300 billion stars). Great is our Lord, and of great power: His understanding is infinite. Romans 11:33 says O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God. how unsearchable are His judgments, and His ways past finding out. For who hath known the mind of the Lord? or who hath been His counsellor?

Next we learn that Jesus can be seen in old testament bible stories. Let's start by looking at the picture above of Jonathan, a little lad, and David hiding at the stone Ezel (called departure) while Brother Bob states to you how Jonathan reminds Brother Bob of Jesus. Jonathan made an agreement with David that when he shot three arrows and a little lad fetched the arrows, if Jonathan said the arrows are on this side of thee, Saul intended peace for David, but if Jonathan said the arrows are beyond thee then Saul was trying to kill David and David should flee.

1 Samuel 20:18 describes the above picture. Then Jonathan said to David, To morrow is the new moon: and  thou shall be missed, because thy seat will be empty. And when thou hast stayed three days, then thou shalt go down quickly, and come to the place where thou didst hide thyself when the business was in hand, and shalt remain by the stone Ezel. And I will shoot three arrows on the side thereof, as though I shot at a mark. And, behold, I will send a lad, saying, Go, find out the arrows. If I expressly say unto the lad, Behold, the arrows are on this side of thee, take them; then come thou: for there is peace to thee, and no hurt; as the Lord liveth. But if I say thus unto the young man, Behold, the arrows are beyond thee; go thy way: for the Lord hath sent thee away.

1 Samuel 20:37 says And when the lad was come to the place of the arrow which Jonathan had shot, Jonathan cried after the lad, and said, Is not the arrow beyond thee? This was a message to David that Saul was trying to kill him and that David had to flee for his life. And Jonathan cried after the lad, Make speed, haste, stay not. And Jonathan's lad gathered up the arrows, and came to his master. But the lad knew not any thing: only Jonathan and David knew the matter. And Jonathan gave his artillery unto his lad, and said unto him, Go, carry them to the city. And as soon as the lad was gone, David arose out of a place toward the south, and fell on his face to the ground, and bowed himself three times: and they kissed one another, and wept one with another, until David exceeded (was magnified). And Jonathan said to David, Go in peace, forasmuch as we have sworn both of us in the name of the Lord, saying, The Lord be between me and thee, and between my seed and thy seed for ever. And he arose and departed: and Jonathan went into the city.

We can see the Lord Jesus in Jonathan's life. Like Jesus, Jonathan was the son of a King named Saul and humbled himself and protected David by sacrificing his own life to save David. The name Jonathan in Hebrew means Jehovah has given representing Jesus because John 3:16 says For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life. The name David in Hebrew is defined as Beloved and represents the church. Jonathan represents Jesus who truly loved David the church and laid down his life to save David.

I also see Jesus in Jonathan when Jonathan ate honey from a honeycomb and disobeyed his father Saul's law to not eat any food for a day. Saul's law cursed anyone that ate food for a day. After Jonathan ate the honey, Jonathan was blessed and not cursed. Jesus like Jonathan rose above man's law, stating at Matthew 12:8 For the Son of man is Lord even of the sabbath day, allowing his disciples to eat ears of corn on the sabbath to survive their hunger. Jonathan, like Jesus stated that he would disobey the law of Saul because after he ate the honey, enlightment occurred.

1 Samuel 14:27 says But Jonathan heard not when his father charged the people with the oath: wherefore he put forth the end of the rod that was in his hand, and dipped it in an honeycomb, and put his hand to his mouth; and his eyes were enlightened. Then answered one of the people, and said, Thy father straitly charged the people with an oath, saying, Cursed be the man that eateth any food this day, And the people were faint. But like Jesus, Jonathan was redeemed from the curse of the law and lived because 1 Samuel 14:43 says Then Saul said to Jonathan, Tell me what thou hast done. And Jonathan told him, and said, I did but taste a little honey with the end of the rod that was in mine hand, and, lo, I must die. And Saul answered, God do so and more also; for thou shalt surely die, Jonathan. And the people said unto Saul, Shall Jonathan die, who hath wrought this great salvation in Israel? God forbid: as the Lord liveth, there shall not one hair of his head fall to the ground; for he hath wrought with God this day. So the people rescued Jonathan, that he died not.

We learn from this story that Saul represents God the Father and Jonathan represents Jesus the Son of God. Saul the Father said that his Son Jonathan had to die under the curse of the law like the Father allowing Jesus to die on the cross. But the people rescued Jonathan and Jonathan did not die where the curse of the law was ignored. Because Jesus died for the sins of the people, the curse of the law did not apply and Jesus is resurrected and lives forever while He destroyed death and the devil forever at the cross of Calvary. Romans 10:4 says But Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth.

Pictured above is Brother Bob's favorite bird happily singing praises to Jesus called the goldfinch and the other day Jesus blessed Brother Bob to see five beautiful goldfinches in his front yard along with a hummingbird. Let me state that birds are very smart because we usually hear them singing praises to the Lord Jesus early every morning. Birds have bills but they keep on singing. You see the birds know to seek Jesus early and find Jesus and receive the blessing of Proverbs 8:17 that says I love them that love me, and those that seek me early shall find me. I pray in Jesus name all my friends in the many nations like the birds will seek Jesus early and after finding Jesus sing praises to our Lord Jesus.

Also note that birds never worry and don't store any food or material things. The birds realize that they are just pilgrims and strangers on this earth and concentrate on just happily singing praises to Jesus, trusting that every day when they put their beak in the ground a worm for food will appear. Like the birds, let's all live our lives on this earth as pilgrims and strangers, not trusting in material things like houses, cars, silver, or gold. This world is not our home and in Jesus name like the birds let's all just praise and trust Jesus daily while we sing praises to Jesus. Jesus knows that we need food, clothes, and shelter and will provide all our needs when we place Jesus first in our lives. Matthew 6:33 says But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

Notice the picture above of Elisha raising the woman of Shunem's son from the dead because she allowed the prophet Elisha to stay at her home. According to 2 Kings 4:10, the woman of Shunem was kind, providing the prophet Elisha with a bed, table, stool, and a candlestick. Because of the woman of Shunem's kindness, Jesus blessed her with a son. After her son died shortly thereafter, Elisha prayed for the son and raised the child from the dead.

The new testament has a similar story when Martha allowed the Lord Jesus to stay at her house. Luke 10:38 says Now it came to pass, as they went, that He entered into a certain village: and a certain woman named Martha received Him into her house. Like the woman of Shunem, since Martha was kind and let Jesus stay at her house, Jesus later raised Martha's brother Lazarus from the dead. Note also that both the woman of Shunem and Martha had to wait several days (four days for Martha before Lazarus was raised from the dead) before the woman of Shunem's son and Lazarus were resurrected from the dead.

I pray in Jesus name that this bible study blesses multitudes everywhere with great joy, peace, and strength.
