Comparing The Man Jesus To The God Jesus

READ BELOW THE MANY COMPARISONS OF
THE MAN JESUS TO THE GOD JESUS

Pictured above a ship carried the man Jesus
The God Jesus walked on the rolling tumbling sea
So when they had rowed about five and twenty furlongs; they see Jesus walking
on the sea and drawing nigh unto the ship; and they were afraid

The man Jesus slept on a boat
The God Jesus arose from sleep and calmed the raging tempest
Jesus made the raging waves lay down like sleeping dogs at His feet and
the winds howling like maniacs to whisper like babes softly in sleep

The man Jesus got tired
The God Jesus said
Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest

The man Jesus got hungry
The God Jesus fed thousands with a lad's lunch

The man Jesus was despised of men
All the angels of God worshipped the God Jesus

The man Jesus wept at Lazarus' grave
The God Jesus raised Lazarus from the dead

Pictured above the man Jesus got thirsty on the cross
The God Jesus is the living water that told the Samaritan woman
If thou knewest the gift of God, and who it is that saith to thee, Give me to drink;
thou wouldst have asked of him, and He would have given thee living water

     Beginning His ministry hungering
He is for all time and for all peoples, the Bread of Life

Ending His ministry thirsty
He is forever, the Water of Life

Weary oft
He is the world's only rest

The life
He tasted death for every man

The desire of all nations
He was despised and rejected of men

Paying tribute, though His only pocketbook was the mouth of a fish
He is the King of Kings

Sold for thirty pieces of silver
He redeemed the world with His own blood

Separate from sin, holy, and undefiled
He was made sin when he took the guilty culprits place on the cross

The Light of the world
He hung in darkness on the cross that dread day when
midnight took up its reign on noonday's throne

Chiefest among 10000 and altogether lovely
He had as it is written no form nor comeliness;
No beauty that we should desire Him

READ THE BLESSED REVELATIONS BELOW
ABOUT OUR GOD JESUS WHO BECAME A MAN
TO SAVE LOST SINNERS

Jesus the Ancient Of Days became the infant of days
A baby as old as His heavenly Father and ages older than his earthly mother

Jesus who made man
was made in the likeness of man

Jesus who made all flesh
was made flesh

Jesus who created angels
was made a little lower than the angels

Jesus who was before Abraham
was born 2000 years after Abraham

Jesus who was David's son
was David's Lord

Jesus who carried a nation out of Egypt
was carried as a babe down into Egypt

READ A GEM PENNED BY JOHN MILTON BELOW
ABOUT JESUS

That glorious form, that Light unsufferable
That far beaming blaze of majesty
He laid aside; and here with us to be

Forsook the courts of everlasting Day
And chose with us a darksome house of clay

After reading about how Jesus is a man and God, I encourage all my friends to daily remember our Lord Jesus. The Lord Jesus did not have to come to the earth and die on a cross. Jesus could have let all sinners die and go to hell. But Jesus loved lost sinners and was willing to pay his blood (the redemption price) after dying on the cross to save anyone who repents, decides to stop sinning, confesses that Jesus is God, and believes the gospel that Jesus died for them on the cross, was buried, and rose again. 1 Peter 1:18 says Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed (bought) with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers; But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot: Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you.

Look at the picture above and daily remember Jesus who died for you friend and rose again. Don't let the troubles of this world around us stop you from remembering Jesus. Jesus prayed for saints at John 17:15 saying I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil. Friend while you walk with Jesus, the troubles of this world like birds might fly around your head, just don't let them nest there and keep your peace that passeth all understanding by daily remembering Jesus. Get up early each day and take time to remember Jesus before a busy day takes up your time going to work, taking care of your family, paying bills, mortgages, and rent. Proverbs 8:17 promises I love them that love me; and those that seek me early shall find me.

So what if we have telescopes that view landscapes millions of miles away, when we lose sight of Jesus. So what if we have computers, cellphones, and facebook that allow our ears to hear whispers from all corners of this universe, when we have dull and disobedient ears to the voice of Him who soundeth forth the trumpet that shall never call retreat.

So what if we construct big buildings, when we forget that other foundation can no man lay that is laid, which is Jesus Christ. So what if we have satellites that send computer email writings around this world, when we are inefficient and blundering in writing the literature of godliness upon the fleshy tables of our human heart by daily memorizing and meditating on the Word of God.

So what if we listen to grand concerts of large choirs in huge cathedrals, when we miss life's central melody (Jesus) and become victims of dawdling ditties. So what if we create jets, airplanes, and rockets that fly swifter and mount higher than eagles, when we are slow in service to God and fail to mount up with wings as eagles.

Remember Jesus is greater than any teacher or man made invention. Compared to any teacher on this earth, Jesus shines like the sun among lanterns; Jesus towers like a mountain over many ashheaps. Truly, Solomon was correct when he said at Song of Solomon 5:10 My beloved (Jesus) is white and ruddy, the chiefest among ten thousand. Line up ten thousand stars; Jesus is the brightest and the bright and morning star. Line up ten thousand roses; Jesus is the loveliest and the rose of Sharon and the lily of the valley. Line up ten thousand kings; Jesus is the greatest and the King of kings and Lord of lords.

Pictured above remember the voice of Jesus while you ignore the troubling voices of this fading world. Jesus' voice says to us and the woman who committed adultery Go and sin no more. Jesus' voice says to women and the daughter of Jairus Damsel arise. Jesus' voice says to us and Lazarus Come forth.

Jesus' voice says to us and Nicodemus Ye must be born again. Jesus' voice says to us and the storms around us Peace be still. Jesus' voice says to us and the dying thief Today shalt thou be with me in paradise. Jesus' voice says to all saints everywhere endure hardness as a good soldier of Jesus Christ remembering that Jesus said I am with you alway even to the end of the world.

For our final thought today we see that Jesus is with us alway even unto the end of the world. How comforting to know that forevermore past, present, and future Jesus and His peace that passeth all understanding is always with us. Jesus is with us to the very last second of the very last minute of the very last hour of the very last day of all the years. Jesus is with us to the very last meter of the very last inch of the very last yard of the very last mile of life's way.

Friend reading this anywhere, Jesus is always with you to comfort you forevermore. Psalm 139:7 promises Whither shall I go from thy spirit? or whither shall I flee from thy presence? If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there. If I take the wings of the morning, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea; Even there shall thy hand lead me, and thy right hand shall hold me.

RG Lee correctly said if we journey to poles undiscovered, Jesus is with us. If we journey over unchartered oceans, Jesus is with us. If we plod through trackless forests and impenetrable jungles, Jesus is with us. If we trudge across pathless plains and endless snows, Jesus is with us. If years pass by swiftly and beyond recall, Jesus is yet with us. Centuries go by and Jesus remains with us. Hallelujah, Psalm 90:4 says For a thousand years in thy sight (Lord Jesus) are but as yesterday when it is past, and as a watch in the night.

Be encouraged and receive the Lord Jesus and Jesus will change your bleak limitations to immeasurable expanses of peace and comfort. When Jesus is King of this earth for 1000 years, Jesus will transform dry, infertile, flowerless, treeless, songless deserts into gardens of heavenly songsters singing wherein green things, fragrant flowers, and ripened fruits flourish through all seasons and in all weathers. Isaiah 35:1-2 promises The wilderness and the solitary place shall be glad for them; and the desert shall rejoice, and blossom as the rose. It shall blossom abundantly, and rejoice even with joy and singing; the glory of Lebanon shall be given unto it, the excellency of Carmel and Sharon, they shall see the glory of the Lord, and the excellency of our God.

With Jesus our inner brooks will break out into flowing rivers that widen into spiritual seas of living water. Jesus promised this at John 4:14 saying But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.

BLESSED POEMS ABOUT CALVARY
WHERE JESUS DIED ON A CROSS

His holy fingers formed the bough
where grew the thorns that crowned His brow
The nails that pierced the hands were mined
in secret places He designed

He made the forests from whence there sprung
the tree on which His holy body hung
He died upon a cross of wood
Yet made the hill upon which it stood

The sun which hid from Him its face
By His decree was poised in space
The sky which darkened o'er His head
By Him above the earth was spread

The spear that spilt His precious blood
was created in the fires of God
The grave in which His form was laid
was hewn in rocks His hands had made

SAY ALOUD THE WORDS BELOW
OF THE HYMN NEAR THE CROSS
AND BE BLESSED

Near the cross O Lamb of God
Bring its scenes before me
Help me walk from day to day
with its shadows o'er me

Near the cross, a trembling soul
Love and mercy found me
There the Bright and Morning Star
shed its beams around me

Near the cross, I'll watch and wait
Hoping, trusting ever
Till I reach the golden strand (seashore)
Just beyond the river
