FBA Father's Band Of Angels Part Two

For today's bible study, we will continue our discussion of how angels daily protect saints of God. Friend reading this, Psalm 34:7 promises that if you fear God, confess the Lord Jesus, and believe the gospel that Jesus died for you on the cross, was buried, and rose again, a guardian angel will encamp around you and deliver you from all troubles. Psalm 34:7 says The angel of the Lord encampeth round about them that fear Him (the Lord Jesus), and delivereth them.

Brother Bob will now show my friends everywhere pictures proving that angels were always encamped around the Lord Jesus from His birth to His death and forevermore. Friend anywhere, get saved today and confess that Jesus is God, believing that Jesus died on the cross for you, was buried, and rose again. If you do this, Jesus will live in you, and like Jesus, the angels will always encamp around you, protecting you daily from all harm.

Pictured above we see that a guardian angel was present with Jesus at His birth, and this angel proclaimed to shepherds that the Lord Jesus (the Saviour) was born. Luke 2:8 tells us And there were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night. And, lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them, and they were sore afraid. And the angel said unto them, Fear not; for behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people. For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord.

You see angels were always around Jesus during His birth, childhood, temptations in the wilderness, in the garden of Gethsemane, at the cross, and forevermore where innumerable angels currently worship the Lord Jesus in heaven. And since Jesus lives in all saints, rejoice and know that angels always surround and protect you friend anywhere when you trust daily in the Lord Jesus.

After Jesus was born, pictured above angels continued to protect our Lord Jesus, when the angel of the Lord warned Jesus' father Joseph to take the child Jesus to Egypt pictured above. After King Herod decided to open up an abortion clinic to kill all the baby boys in Bethlehem under the age of two, an angel appeared to Joseph in a dream saying take baby Jesus to Egypt until I send for you again. And after King Herod died, an angel went to Joseph and said bring baby Jesus back home to Israel.

Matthew 2:13 tells us how the angel protected Jesus by telling his father Joseph to take Jesus to Egypt to escape death when King Herod killed the baby boys of Bethlehem. Matthew 2:13 says And when they were departed, behold the angel of the Lord appeareth to Joseph in a dream saying, Arise, and take the young child and his mother and flee into Egypt and be thou there until I bring thee word; for Herod will seek the young child to destroy Him. Then after Herod died, Matthew 2:19 says But when Herod was dead, behold an angel of the Lord appeareth in a dream to Joseph in Egypt, saying, Arise and take the young child and his mother and go into the land of Israel, for they are dead which sought the young child's life.

The bible tells us that Jesus is the captain or general of a host or army of angels. Jacob saw the Lord Jesus at the top of a ladderway where captain Jesus constantly sends his soldier angels down the ladderway to earth to daily protect his precious saints. Psalm 68:17 says The chariots of God are twenty thousand (myriad or innumerable infinite number of chariots with angels), even thousands of angels; the Lord is among them as in Sinai, in the holy place. Judges 5:20 says They fought from heaven; the stars (angels) in their courses (ladderway) fought against Sisera (the battle). According to this scripture, General Jesus sends angels to you friend anywhere believing in the Lord Jesus down a ladderway to protect you daily, keeping you from all harm while the angels fight and battle against the devil.

OK, pictured above we see again that angels always encamped around our Lord Jesus when angels strengthened Jesus after the devil tempted Him in the wilderness. Matthew 4:11 says Then the devil leaveth Him and behold angels came and ministered unto Him. How comforting to know that like Jesus, we as saints always have angels around us to daily strengthen and minister to our needs. Friends, be encouraged when people reject us as christians and no one is there to help us, because Jesus will send angels to take care of his saints.

Pictured above, we see that like Jesus, the prophet Elijah also had an angel strengthen and minister to his needs. Elijah wanted to die under a juniper tree above thinking no one cared about him when the witch Jezebel tried to kill him. But the Lord Jesus cared about Elijah and sent an angel to provide for Elijah a baked cake and a cruse of water by his head. 1 Kings 19:5 says And as he (Elijah) lay and slept under a juniper tree, behold then an angel touched him and said unto him, Arise and eat. And he looked and behold there was a cake baken on the coals and a cruse of water at his head. And he did eat and drink and laid him down again.

Friends, remember angels are people and strangers sent by Jesus to help and bless us. Hebrews 13:2 says Be not forgetful to entertain strangers, for thereby some have entertained angels unawares. Jesus loves his saints and always sends angels to provide and supply all their needs. When family members, church members, and this world leaves a saint alone, Jesus will send angels to his saints to keep them alive on this earth like Elijah and meet all their needs.

The reason angels always surround our Lord Jesus is because the angels call Jesus their angel food or manna. Manna is defined as the angel's food at Psalm 78:24 that says And had rained down manna upon them to eat and had given them of the corn of heaven. Man did eat angel's food. And Jesus proclaimed to the innumerable angels that He was their manna angel food at John 6:35 when Jesus said I am the bread of life manna.

The angel of the Lord was always with Jesus when the angel strengthened Jesus at the garden of Gethsemane. Jesus said at Luke 22:42 Father, if thou be willing, remove this cup from me; nevertheless, not my will, but thine be done. And there appeared an angel unto Him from heaven, strengthening Him.

Now Jesus could have had angels protect him and stop Pilate from crucifying Him. But when Jesus first came on this earth as a man, Jesus appeared as a lamb and did not have His angels stop Him from dying on the cross. Right now say thank you Lord Jesus for dying for me on the cross and shedding your blood that overcame the devil.

But, according to Revelation 19 and 20, when Jesus returns to this earth on a white horse to be the King of this earth for 1000 years, Jesus will be the Lion of the tribe of Juda that will rule the nations with a rod of iron. And Jesus will send forth his angel to throw the devil into a sealed bottomless pit for 1000 years. Revelation 20:1 says And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand. And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years. And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled; and after that he must be loosed a little season.

Take time to think about how the angels will worship our Lord Jesus forevermore. Picture in your minds innumerable angels in the new heaven around the emerald rainbow throne of Jesus, the four beasts constantly saying Holy, Holy, Holy, Lord God Almighty which was, and is, and is to come, and around the 24 elders, forevermore worshipping with their faces bowed down before the Lord Jesus. Rejoice and say Revelation 7:11 And all the angels stood round about the throne and about the elders and the four beasts, and fell before the throne on their faces, and worshipped God (Jesus).
