Blessings Exceeding Abundantly Above All That We Ask Or Think

To anyone who forever reads this bible study, I claim in Jesus name that the floodgates of heaven will open to you and pour you out a blessing that there shall not be room enough to receive when you give to the storehouse by blessing the poor. Learn the blessed definition of Malachi 3:10 at the website blueletterbible. Type in Malachi 3:10 or any word in the search box on blueletterbible and then click the strongs button and the numbers by every word to see the Hebrew or Greek meanings of words. The picture above is the windows of heaven or the opening of the floodgates of heaven pouring out a blessing over and above what you ask or think.

To Study Bible Words And Scriptures For Hebrew And Greek Meanings

Malachi 3:10 says Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse (called treasure in heaven or treasury), that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the Lord of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven (floodgates of heaven), and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it. Now first Jesus wants us to bring our tithes and offerings to the treasure house in heaven. You do this by blessing the poor and needy orphans and widows in their affliction. Mark 10:21 tells us the way to build up treasure in heaven where no thief can steal the treasure and it won't rust away. Don't store your silver and money on this earth. Give it away to the poor and build treasure in heaven.

Mark 10:21 says Then Jesus beholding him loved him, and said unto him, One thing thou lackest: go thy way, sell whatsoever thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven (note that the Greek definition for treasure in heaven is storehouse): and come, take up the cross, and follow me. Notice that Jesus Himself said that when we give to the poor we tithe into God's storehouse. But also keep blessing pastors and churches that preach God's Word with offerings because Luke 10:7 says that the labourer is worthy of his hire. In fact go the extra mile and bless your brothers and sisters in the church with offerings because Galatians 6:10 says As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith. Therefore the tithe should be given to the poor and offerings above your tithe to preachers and christians in the church.

Let me give you a testimony of how Brother Bob was taught by Jesus about the blessed way of giving tithes and offerings. I used to get a paycheck of say $500 and I would write on a piece of paper a reminder to give my tithe of 10% or $50. Jesus told me to rip up this paper and throw it away in the dumpster and never do tithes like that again. Now let me show you the blessed way to give tithes. 2 Corinthians 9:6 tells us how to give tithes and offerings. But this I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully. Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver. In other words if you go out and see a little baby that needs food or a widow that has to pay her rent and Jesus moves on your heart to bless them with money and buy food or pay their rent, this is God giving and it makes you cheerful and happy. Jesus will bless this type of giving.

Also don't put a 10% limit on your giving and be like a robot when you give. Always be open to give when Jesus tells your heart to give and give over and beyond 10% and whatever you give to the poor in Jesus name I promise you that Jesus will pour out the blessings back to you good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over. No one can outgive God. Luke 6:38 says Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.

I challenge anyone who reads this blog to do what Malachi 3:10 says and bless the poor with your tithes and offerings. Jesus promises us that if we give our tithes to the poor and needy, Jesus will open up the floodgates of heaven and bless us everywhere we go. When a floodgate is opened up it really pours out water. When we bless the poor and needy, in Jesus name, Jesus will really pour out blessings all around us and in every area of our lives. Ephesians 3:20 says Now unto Him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us. 1 Corinthians 2:9 says But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him. But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.

Now study the picture above and remember that after Jesus fed the 5000 he not only blessed the people with the food but the people received over and above what they expected. Jesus always blesses us with much more than what we ask, request, or think. There remained 12 baskets full of bread over and above what the people ate. The picture above shows us that with Jesus there is always enough bread of life that satisfies us because Jesus (the true bread of life) always fully satisfies us and supplies all our needs. All you need saint is to personally know Jesus. Please anyone reading this right now get saved, repent, decide to stop sinning, confess that Jesus is God, and believe the gospel that Jesus died on the cross for you, was buried, and rose again. Matthew 14:20 says And they did all eat, and were filled: and they took up of the fragments that remained 12 baskets full. And they that had eaten were about 5000 men, beside women and children.

Next let's study one of Brother Bob's favorite stories in the Word of God about the man begging at the gate Beautiful for alms. He thought that after Peter prayed for him he would just walk. Ephesians 3:20 says Now unto Him (Jesus) that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us. The beggar received much more than just being able to walk. I wish I could have personally seen that beggar walking and leaping and praising God.

Acts 3:4 says And Peter, fastening his eyes upon him with John, said, Look on us. And he gave heed unto them, expecting to receive something of them. Then Peter said, Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I thee: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk. And he took him by the right hand, and lifted him up: and immediately his feet and ankle bones received strength. And he leaping up stood, and walked, and entered with them into the temple, walking, and leaping, and praising God. First there was a lameness, then there was a look, then there was a limp, and then there was a leap. First there was a look, then there was a lifting up, then there was life in the ankles, and then there was a leap.

Here's some scriptures about how Jesus abundantly blesses us over and beyond what we think. Psalm 36:8 says They shall be abundantly satisfied with the fatness of thy house; and thou shalt make them drink of the river of thy pleasures. Psalm 23:1 says The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. Philippians 1:26 says That your rejoicing may be more abundant in Jesus Christ for me by my coming to you again.

Dont' be selfish and remember to bless the poor and keep the true sabbath by remembering Jesus who is your sabbath rest. Isaiah 58:13 says If thou turn away thy foot from the sabbath, from doing thy pleasure on my holy day; and call the sabbath a delight, the holy of the Lord, honourable; and shalt honour Him, not doing thine own ways, nor finding thine own pleasure, nor speaking thine own words: Then shalt thou delight thyself in the Lord; and I will cause thee to ride (mount up and ride on a white horse in heaven) upon the high places of the earth, and feed thee with the heritage of Jacob thy father: for the mouth of the Lord hath spoken it.

Notice the two pictures above of honey and a lion. Remember Jesus the True Lion of the tribe of Judah who died for you on the cross of Calvary and the honey in the carcase of Jesus the Lion of the tribe of Judah. Every day say I am crucified with Jesus Christ and with Jesus' stripes I am healed. See your problems destroyed on the cross of Calvary with Jesus that is the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever. Luke 9:23 says And he (Jesus) said to them all, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me.

When you remember Jesus' death on the cross, Jesus will give you sweet honey to strengthen your life. It's so refreshing to know that every day we can place all our fears, worries, and problems on the cross with Jesus. 1 Peter 5:7 says Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you. Truly there is honey in the Rock who is Jesus. 1 Corinthians 10:4 says And did all drink the same spiritual drink; for they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them: and that Rock was Christ. Deuteronomy 32:13 says He made him ride on the high places of the earth, that he might eat the increase of the fields; and he made him to suck honey out of the rock, and oil out of the flinty rock.

And Sing The Song There's Honey In The Rock For You

The above pictures occurred when Samson got honey out of the carcase of the lion he slew. Judges 14:5 says Then went Samson down, and his father and his mother, to Timnath, and came to the vineyards of Timnath: and, behold, a young lion roared against him. And the Spirit of the Lord came mightily upon him, and he rent him as he would have rent a kid, and he had nothing in his hand: but he told not his father or his mother what he had done. And he went down, and talked with the woman; and she pleased Samson well. And after a time he returned to take her, and he turned aside to see the carcase of the lion: and, behold, there was a swarm of bees and honey in the carcase of the lion. And he took thereof in his hands, and went on eating, and came to his father and mother, and he gave them, and they did eat: but he told not them that he had taken the honey out of the carcase of the lion.

Jesus gave me a revelation about Samson, the honey, and the lion. Jesus (The True Lion of the tribe of Judah) when He died on the cross of Calvary took the sting out of death. Therefore when Samson put his hand in the swarm of bees there was no sting and Samson was able to get the sweet honey.

1 Corinthians 15:55 says O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory? The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law. But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.

What Does It Mean For A Land To Be Flowing With Milk And Honey

Christians are going to a land flowing with milk and honey. Deuteronomy 26:15 says Look down from thy holy habitation (Lord Jesus), from heaven, and bless thy people Israel, and the land which thou hast given us, as thou swarest unto our fathers, a land that floweth with milk and honey. 1 Peter 2:2 says that the milk is the Word of God who is Jesus. As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that you may grow thereby: If so be ye have tasted that the Lord is gracious.

Psalm 19:10 says that the honey is the Word of God who is Jesus. More to be desired are they (blessings from Jesus who is the Word of God) than gold, yea, than much fine gold: sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb. Revelation 19:13 says And he (Jesus) was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called the Word of God. Therefore with the Lord Jesus christians will live forever in the land that floweth with milk and honey called the kingdom of God.
