The Goings Forth Of Jesus Part One

Friends, for today's bible study we will look at the many goings forth of our Lord Jesus. The prophet Micah declared that Jesus has been going forth from of old, from everlasting and said at Micah 5:2 But thou Bethlehem Ephratah, though thou be llittle among the thousands of Judah, yet out of thee shall He come forth unto me that is to be ruler in Israel (Jesus), whose goings forth have been from of old, from everlasting.

According to Micah, Jesus has been existing and going forth before the earth was created, from of old, from everlasting. Before the heavens and earth were created, before there was light and darkness, before there was a sun or a moon, and before anything, Jesus existed. Jesus always has been, always will be, always is, and there's never been a time when He wasn't. Jesus is the eternal Son of the living God. Jesus Himself said at Revelation 1:8 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is and which was and which is to come, the Almighty (defined in greek as Almighty God where Jesus proclaimed that He is God).

Now friend reading this anywhere, if Jesus proclaimed at Revelation 1:8 that He is God, today get saved and do Romans 10:9 by saying now Jesus is God and believe in your heart that Jesus died for you on the cross and rose again. I believe in Jesus name Jesus will anoint the words of this bible study and save multitudes of lives all over this earth.

Now lets look at some of the first goings forth of Jesus that occurred when Jesus as the Word created this earth. According to John 1 pictured above Jesus was the Word that was with God in the beginning that went forth from God's mouth to create the earth. John 1:1 says In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by Him and without Him was not anything made that was made. John 1:14 goes on to say Jesus is the Word declaring And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.

One of the first goings forth of Jesus was as the Word from God's mouth to create light. When God said at Genesis 1:3 pictured above Let there be light, and there was light, Jesus as the Word went forth from God's mouth and the Word Jesus made light. When God the Father said Let it be done, Jesus as the Word got it done and made light. Jesus told the Father from the cross in response to the Father's request Let it be done, it is finished.

Take time to meditate on the following scriptures that prove that Jesus existed and was with the Father as God before the earth existed. According to John 17:5 Jesus said And now, O Father, glorify  thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was. Wow, according to this blessed scripture, before the world was, Jesus was with the Father and they were both glorified together.

Now lets move down several verses to John 17:24 where Jesus said Father, I will that they also, whom thou hast given me be with me where I am; that they may behold my glory, which thou hast given me; for thou lovedst me before the foundation of the world. Jesus proclaimed that He existed before the earth was created and that the Father loved Him before the foundation of the world.

In fact, Jesus was foreordained before the foundation of the world to redeem and buy us back with His own blood shed at the cross to free us from the bondage of sin. 1 Peter 1:18 says Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers; But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot. Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you.

Pictured above we see another going forth of Jesus when Jesus as the Word from God's mouth created the sun and the moon. Genesis 1:14 says And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years. Genesis 1:16 goes on to say And God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day; and the lesser light to rule the night; He made the stars also.

Take time to read how my good friend Sonny Mull described the going forth of Jesus as the Word to create the sun and moon. Sonny said before there was a sun in the sky, God had a Son by His side and sent Jesus forth to hang the sun in the sky along with the moon. Then Jesus as the Word went forth and hung the stars in the sky; And then Jesus as the Word went forth and created the heaven and the earth along with the animals.

Friends everywhere as you look at the picture above of Colossians 1:17, Jesus told me to have you say out loud Colossians 1:16 which proves that Jesus existed before the earth that was created by Him. Now lets all rejoice and say Colossians 1:16 For by Him (Jesus) were all things created, that are in heaven and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created by Him and for Him; And He is before all things and by Him all things consist.

Jesus while he walked this earth also told everyone that He existed before the earth was created by stating at John 6:62 What and if ye shall see the Son of Man ascend up where He was before? Jesus said when I rise after my death, I'll rise to be with my Father where I was before the earth existed. Then Jesus confirmed again that He existed before the earth was created by stating at John 8:58 Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I AM. Again Jesus here proclaimed that he was God by saying He was the I AM God that appeared to Moses at the burning bush.

Alright, lets move on to the next going forth of our Lord Jesus that proves that Jesus existed as the earth was being created. According to Job, Jesus went forth shouting for joy as the Son of God when the Father laid the foundations of the earth. Job 38:4 says Where wast thou when I laid the foundations of the earth? declare, if thou hast understanding, who hath laid the measures thereof if thou knowest? or who hath stretched the line upon it? Whereupon are the foundations thereof fastened? or who laid the corner stone thereof? When the morning stars sang together and all the sons of God shouted for joy.

Take time to look at this conversation that the Father had with His Son Jesus as the Father called His Son Jesus God whose throne is for ever and ever that existed before the earth was created. Friends use the scripture Hebrews 1:8 to prove to lost souls that Jesus is God where the Father says But unto the Son, He saith, Thy throne, O God (wow the Father called His Son Jesus God) is for ever and ever; a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom.

To close out today's bible study, Brother Bob will write out a conversation my good friend Sonny Mull had with a man who said what is the new earth and the new Jerusalem floating around in space hooked to? Sonny Mull replied and said did you ever stop to think what this earth is hooked to? The earth is not hooked to anything. Pictured above, Job 26:7 declares He stretcheth out the north over the empty place, and hangeth the earth upon nothing. The earth just exists because Jesus as the Word spoke it into existence. So if the earth is created by God and its just floating in space at His command, why can't there be a brand new one out yonder without any sin on it.

And during the great white throne judgment, this first heaven and earth will flee from the face of Jesus and there will be no place for it. Revelation 20:11 says And I saw a great white throne, and Him that sat on it (Jesus), from whose face the earth and heaven fled away, and there was found no place for them.  But, after this first heaven and earth pass away, Jesus will speak the Word again and make a new heaven and new earth not hooked to anything. Revelation 21:1 tells us And I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away, and there was no more sea. Stay tuned as Brother Bob will write about more goings forth of Jesus in future bible studies.

I pray in Jesus name that this bible study blesses many people in many nations. Bible Runners And Goliath's Four Brothers

Today's bible study will look at several bible runners in the Word of God and speak about Goliath's four brothers who were all born to a giant in Gath. Peter and John are our first bible runners pictured above who both ran to the tomb of Jesus to receive hope that the tomb was empty, rejoicing in Jesus' resurrection and victory over death. Mary Magdalene first ran to Peter and John telling them that the Lord Jesus had been taken out of the sepulchre or tomb.

After hearing the good news, Peter and John both ran together to the tomb of Jesus. John outran Peter and came first to the tomb of Jesus, but did not go into the tomb. But, when Peter arrived at Jesus' tomb, Peter went into Jesus' tomb. Then John went into Jesus' tomb and seeing that Jesus had risen from the dead believed. As a result, Peter and John rejoiced and  proclaimed everywhere Jesus is risen, Jesus is risen, and lives forevermore.

We find the story about Peter and John running to the tomb of Jesus at John 20:1 that says The first day of the week cometh Mary Magdalene early, when it was yet dark, unto the sepulchre, and seeth the stone taken away from the sepulchre. Then she runneth, and cometh to Simon Peter, and to the other disciple (John), whom Jesus loved, and saith unto them, They have taken away the Lord out of the sepulchre, and we know not where they have laid him. Peter therefore went forth, and that other disciple, and came to the sepulchre.

John 20:4 goes on to say So they ran both together, and the other disciple did outrun Peter, and came first to the sepulchre. And he stooping down, and looking in, saw the linen clothes lying; yet went he not in. Then cometh Simon Peter following him, and went into the sepulchre, and seeth the linen clothes lie. And the napkin that was about His head not lying with the linen clothes, but wrapped together in a place by itself. Then went in also that other disciple, which came first to the sepulchre, and he saw and believed.

Our second bible runner pictured above is Zacchaeus who ran to get saved and see Jesus by climbing up a sycomore tree because he was little of stature. I pray in Jesus name, all my friends reading this in any nation can be like Zacchaeus and run to Jesus and get saved: Repent, decide to stop sinning, confess that Jesus is God, and believe the gospel that Jesus died for you on the cross, was buried, and rose again. Sinners need to be like Zacchaeus and run to the nearest church altar, get saved, and make Jesus Lord of their lives.

The story about how Zacchaeus ran to Jesus to be saved is at Luke 19:2 that says And behold, there was a man named Zacchaeus, who was the chief among the publicans, and he was rich. And he sought to see Jesus who He was, and could not for the press, because he was little of stature. And he ran before, and climbed up into a sycomore tree to see Him, for He was to pass that way. And when Jesus came to the place, He looked up and saw him and said unto him, Zacchaeus, make haste and come down, for to day I must abide at thy house. And he made haste, and came down, and received him joyfully.

Our third bible runner pictured above is David who made haste and ran with the Lord Jesus to slay the giant Goliath for victory. Friends we all need to be like David and not run from the devil but at the devil with our Lord Jesus. James 4:7 gives us instructions on how to defeat the devil. James 4:7 says Submit yourselves therefore to God. (In other words, look with your heart constantly to Jesus crucified telling the devil each day I am crucified with Christ and the blood of Jesus has overcome and defeated you devil while you thank and praise Jesus for destroying all your fears and problems forevermore at the cross of Calvary). Now look at the next part of this verse and what will occur after you submit to the Lord Jesus that says Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Don't run from the devil, walk daily with Jesus and the devil will run away from you.

Proverbs 28:1 tells us The wicked flee when no man pursueth; but the righteous are bold as a lion. Tell the devil according to the Word of God I ain't chasing you devil, but you run away anyhow. The bible scripture that tells us how David ran with the Lord Jesus to slay the giant Goliath for victory is at 1 Samuel 17:48 and says And it came to pass, when the Philistine arose and came and drew nigh to meet David, that David hasted, and ran toward the army to meet the Philistine. And David put his hand in his bag, and took thence a stone, and slang it, and smote the Philistine in his forehead, that the stone sunk into his forehead, and he fell upon his face to the earth.

Friends take a look at above picture of five smooth stones. Brother Bob will tell you why David took five smooth stones to fight against the giant Goliath. David knew that Goliath had four giant brothers named Ishbibenob (his dwelling is in Nob or a high place), Saph (tall), Lahmi (my bread), and a giant with 24 fingers and toes, believing that each of the five smooth stones would slay Goliath and his four giant brothers.

Also note that David told Goliath that he fought against him in the name of the Lord believing that the name of his five smooth stones was JESUS, a letter for each smooth stone. Also note that David was smart for gathering five smooth stones because smooth stones are for straight shooting while flat stones swerve to the side.

The bible records that Goliath and his four giant brothers were all sons of the same giant from Gath. The bible also tells us that all four of Goliath's giant brothers were slain. Ishbibenob was slain by Abishai and 2 Samuel 21:16 says And Ishbibenob which was of the sons of the giant the weight of whose spear weighed 300 shekels of brass in weight, he being girded with a new sword, thought to have slain David (beloved). But Abishai (My father is a gift) the son of Zeruiah (balsam) succoured him and smote the Philistine and killed him.

Next Saph was slain by Sibbechai and 2 Samuel 21:18 goes on to say And it came to pass after this, that there was again a battle with the Philistines at Gob (cistern); then Sibbechai (weaver) the Hushathite (inhabitant of Hush or haste) slew Saph, which was of the sons of the giant. Next Lahmi was slain by Elhanan discussed below in two places of the bible at 2 Samuel 21:19 and 1 Chronicles 20:5 which states that Lahmi was Goliath's giant brother.

2 Samuel 21:19 says And there was again a battle in Gob with the Philistines, where Elhanan (God has been gracious), the son of Jaareoregim (forests of the weaver), a Bethlehemite (house of bread), slew the brother of Goliath (splendour), the Gittite (belonging to Gath or a winepress), the staff of whose spear was like a weaver's beam (in other words his spear was huge and the size of the large wooden beam of a loom). 1 Chronicles 20:5 tells us that the giant killed by Elhanan was the brother of Goliath named Lahmi and says And there was war again with the Philistines, and Elhanan the son of Jair slew Lahmi the brother of Goliath the Gittite, whose spear staff was like a weaver's beam.

Finally, Goliath's fourth giant brother who had a total of 24 fingers and toes, six fingers on each hand and six toes on each foot was slain by Jonathan and 2 Samuel 21:20 says And there was yet a battle in Gath, where was a man of great stature, that had on every hand six fingers, and on every foot six toes; four and twenty in number, and he also was born to the giant. And when he defied Israel, Jonathan (Jehovah has given) the son of Shimeah (fame), the brother of David slew him

Now take time to compare 1 Chronicles 20:5 with 2 Samuel 21:22 and you will find that since Lahmi was Goliath's brother, all four giants and Goliath were all the sons of one giant in Gath. 2 Samuel 21:22 says These four were born to the giant in Gath, and fell by the hand of David, and by the hand of his servants.

Our fourth bible runner pictured above is Philip who ran as a preacher to save a lost ethiopian eunuch. Friends reading this in any nation, let us all be like Philip and run to preach the message that Jesus is God, died on the cross, and rose again to sinners all over this earth. Everyone needs to wake up and run to sinners, telling them the gospel message of our Lord Jesus Christ before these sinners perish. Jesus said at Matthew 9:37 The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few. Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest that He will send forth labourers into His harvest.

The bible scripture where Philip ran to preach Jesus to a lost ethiopian sinner is at Acts 8:29 and says Then the Spirit said unto Philip, Go near and join thyself to this chariot. And Philip ran thither to him, and heard him read the prophet, Esaias and said Understandest thou what thou readest? Acts 8:35 goes on to say Then Philip opened his mouth, and began at the same scripture, and preached unto him Jesus.

Our fifth and final bible runner pictured above is the father of the prodigal son who ran to welcome his lost son home. When sinners take a step to the Lord Jesus, the Lord Jesus runs to us and saves us from our sins and gives us everlasting blessings. Notice that the prodigal son just walked to his father, but the father ran to bless his prodigal son. Friends everywhere learn a lesson from this story and when we all step to Jesus daily by faith, Jesus will run to us and bless us with peace, joy, and eternal life forevermore.

The bible scripture where the father ran to bless his prodigal son is at Luke 15:20 and says And he arose and came to his father. But when he was yet a great way off, his father saw him, and had compassion, and ran, and fell on his neck, and kissed him. Remember friends when we take a step to Jesus, Jesus runs to bless us. James 4:8 promises Draw nigh to God, and He will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners, and purify your hearts, ye double minded.

For my final picture above today we see a preacher who tried to use an educated spiritual horse named Pete to draw a crowd. After he brought Pete the horse into his church, the preacher told the people I want to introduce you to Pete the educated spiritual horse. The preacher told the church that Pete knew the bible better than some deacons and preachers.

The preacher asked Pete the horse, how many fish did the little boy give Jesus to feed the multitudes? Pete pawed 2 times. Then the preacher asked Pete how many loaves of bread did the little boy give Jesus to feed the multitudes? Pete pawed 5 times. Then the preacher asked Pete how many waterpots were there when Jesus turned the water into wine? Pete pawed 6 times. Then the preacher asked Pete how many disciples were there? Pete pawed 12 times. Then somebody yelled from the congregation, Hey Pete, how many hypocrites are in this church? And Pete started running all around the church.

I have truly enjoyed writing this bible study today and I pray in Jesus name it blesses all my friends everywhere with great peace and strength. Three Men In A Crowded Chariot

For today's bible study we will look at three men in a crowded chariot. Today we will learn that some man Philip told a man the ethiopian eunuch about some other man the Lord Jesus Christ. Take time to read the story of Philip preaching Jesus to the ethiopian eunuch at Acts 8:26-40 and pay close attention to the words some man (the preacher soul winner Philip), a man (the sinner eunuch), and some other man (the Lord Jesus Christ) who were three men riding in a crowded chariot.

Acts 8:26 says And the angel of the Lord spake unto Philip saying Arise and go toward the south unto the way that goeth down from Jerusalem unto Gaza, which is desert. And he arose and went; and behold A MAN (a sinner) of Ethiopia, an eunuch of great authority under Candace queen of the Ethiopians, who had charge of all her treasure, and had come to Jerusalem for to worship was returning, and sitting in his chariot, read Esaias the prophet.

Acts 8:29 goes on to say Then the spirit said unto Philip, Go near, and join thyself to this chariot. And Philip ran thither to him, and heard him read the prophet Esaias, and said, Understandest thou what thou readest? And he said, How can I, except SOME MAN (the preacher Philip) should guide me? And he desired Philip that he would come up and sit with him. While the eunuch was reading Isaiah 53, he asked Philip at Acts 8:34 I pray thee, of whom speaketh the prophet this? of himself, or of SOME OTHER MAN (the Lord Jesus). In other words, the eunuch said Philip is Isaiah 53 talking about the prophet Isaiah or some other man. Philip the preacher (some man) told the sinner eunuch (a man) about the Lord Jesus (some other man), and the  sinner eunuch got saved. So some man told a man about some other man.

Notice that the ethiopian eunuch was a man of great authority over a lot money as a treasurer for queen Candace. He was a wealthy businessman with great responsiblity who was trusted to keep records of the money in the treasury of queen Candace. This eunuch wasn't a man of low degree who had no education just bumming around; He was a man who had money, authority, and power, who was a ruler that could get things done, but he did not understand God's Word. Even though he was wealthy, religious, and sought God by going to Jerusalem, the eunuch did not know God. He'd been to Jerusalem to worship and was on his way back to Ethiopia Africa in a chariot riding through the Gaza desert reading Isaiah 53.

This ethiopian eunuch was like Nicodemus pictured above who was a rich ruler among the Jews who needed to learn about the Lord Jesus. They were both religious but did not know God. The great authority and wealth of the ethiopian eunuch and Nicodemus could not save them. Jesus explained to Nicodemus that you have to be born again to see the kingdom of God. Jesus told Nicodemus; You are a ruler among the Jews and don't you understand these things. Jesus told Nicodemus at John 3:12 If I have told you earthly things, and ye believe not, how shall ye believe, if I tell you of heavenly things?

Jesus explained to Nicodemus that to go to heaven one must be born again. John 1:12 tells us how to be born again and states that But as many as received Him (Jesus), to them gave He power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on His name; Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God (born of God or born again). Therefore to be born again and go to heaven one must trust Jesus, repent, confess that Jesus is God, and believe the gospel that Jesus died for them on the cross, was buried, and rose again.

Note that eventually the ethiopian eunuch got saved by saying at Acts 8:37 I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God. Friends everywhere look up at the picture above and Brother Bob asks you is Acts 8:37 in your bible. If not, get rid of that bible and get a 1611 King James Version bible that includes Acts 8:37. Many translated bibles have removed Acts 8:37 and have denied that Jesus is the Son of God claiming that Jesus only came from earthly parents. Brother Bob proclaims to all the earth that Acts 8:37 belongs in the bible and that Jesus is the Son of God. Believe this right now today and get saved and warn people to not read translated bibles that deny the diety and virgin birth of our Lord Jesus. Jesus is God and Jesus is the Son of God.

Friends, we all need to realize that no matter how rich we are or how poor we are; how smart we are or how ignorent we are, we all need to repent, confess that Jesus is God, and believe the gospel in our hearts that Jesus died for us on the cross, was buried, and rose again to get saved. Power, intelligence, good works, and riches don't get a person to heaven. Only trusting Jesus can get a person to heaven. We need to preach Jesus Christ crucified and not prosperity messages and be wise and win souls to the Lord Jesus. May we all become God's servants telling sinners about a Savior named Jesus. Lord Jesus, let not the blood of men be on our hands while we witness Jesus to every nation on the earth.

Notice the above picture of ethiopian brothers and sisters happy to receive bibles to learn about the Lord Jesus. Someone in Jerusalem cared enough about the ethiopian eunuch to give him a copy of Isaiah 53 from the bible. I pray in Jesus name everyone reading this can care enough to preach the Word of God about our Lord Jesus to the multitudes all over this earth. The ethiopian eunuch was religious and traveled to Jerusalem to worship and find God. He drove a long way in a chariot through the desert from Ethiopia to Jerusalem seeking God, but didn't find God. While he was in Jerusalem though, some faithful saint gave him a tract or a copy of Isaiah 53 from the bible that he was reading when he returned home to Ethiopia.

Somebody cared enough about the eunuch to give him a copy of Isaiah 53. Some soul winner interested in leading people to the Lord Jesus cared enough about the ethiopian eunuch and made it possible for him to get a copy of the Word of God. Because this unknown soul winner gave the Word of God to the eunuch at Jerusalem, the eunuch got saved when he heard Philip explain Isaiah 53 to him. Lord Jesus, let all my friends that read this everywhere make a decision today to send your blessed Word everywhere on this internet to the uttermost parts of this earth to save multitudes of sinners. We all need to get the Word of God into the hands of sinners all over this world so everyone has the hope of salvation and eternal life with the Lord Jesus.

Realize that even though the ethiopian eunuch got a membership card like the one above from the Jerusalem worship center and shook a pastor's hand in Jerusalem like the man above, this did not get him saved. The ethiopian eunuch was religious, but he was lost. Today just because a person joins a church doesn't mean they're saved and born again. Just because a person walks down an aisle, shakes a six foot spiritual icicle's hand, answers some questions, does some good works, gets dunked in the pool, and blends in with the crowd, it won't save him. To get saved repent, decide to stop sinning, confess that Jesus is God, and believe the gospel that Jesus died for you on the cross, was buried, and rose again.

There are multitudes of people today that are religious but lost. Billy Graham said his ministry was not so much bringing lost people to Jesus, but bringing lost church members to Jesus. Just because someone signs their name on the dotted line of a church membership card checking baptism, membership, and salvation does not save them. Three checks and your name on a church membership card will never get you to heaven; getting baptized won't get you to heaven; going to church every Sunday and shaking the preachers hand and crying on his shoulder will never get you to heaven. You have to be born again and saved trusting Jesus' finished work at the cross of Calvary and not your good works to get you to heaven. Trust Jesus and go to heaven; Trust anything else and go to hell.

If anyone seeks to be saved and learn about Jesus, God will send a preacher or soul winner to them to help them find Jesus, if they are sincere and truly want to be saved. Deuteronomy 4:29 says But if from thence thou shalt seek the Lord thy God, thou shalt find Him, if thou seek Him with all thy heart and with all thy soul. God knew that the ethiopian eunuch was sincere and seeking God with all his heart, and He sent his servant Philip down beside the road to pick him up, to bear him up, and to teach him what thus saith the scripture.

What we should notice about Philip is that he was faithful in preaching the good news of Jesus. When the ethiopian eunuch asked Philip to explain Isaiah 53, Acts 8:35 says Then Philip opened his mouth, and began at the same scripture, and preached unto him Jesus. A man on his way to hell met a man on his way to heaven and the man on his way to heaven told him how to get to heaven.  This caused the ethiopian eunuch to get saved and say I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.

Like Philip, we should all preach about Jesus to a lost and dying world. Too many people have withdrawn their witness for Jesus inside the four walls of a church building and failed to send the gospel message about Jesus to the uttermost parts of the earth. People need to hear about Jesus all over this world and not just in a church building to avoid being lost forever in the darkness of hell. We've got to get the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ to the lost and the dying of this world. Some man has got to go tell a man about some other man named Jesus who will save his soul. The gospel is not a secret to be hoarded but a story to be heralded. Jesus said at Mark 16:15 Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.

After the ethiopian eunuch got saved, Philip and the ethiopian eunuch went down to the water straightway and Philip baptized the eunuch and when they came up, Philip (some man) was caught away by the Spirit and went to Azotus to preach a great revival, the eunuch (a man) went home to Ethiopia rejoicing, and the Lord Jesus (some other man) went with both of them.

OK. let's see what we've learned from this bible study. Some man told a man lost without God how to find some other man who was Jesus. Therefore, to experience salvation there needs to be three men present like the ones in the crowded chariot of Acts 8 that are a sinner, a preacher, and the Lord Jesus. The only thing that got kicked out of the chariot was sin.

Notice that in order to get sinners saved, one must put Jesus and soul winning in our chariots. In order to do this we all need to stay clean and clear of sin. The good news is that with Jesus daily we will be cleansed from all sin. Daily look to Jesus crucified by faith with your hearts and the blood of Jesus will cleanse you from all sin.

Do not entertain the thought of foolishness for the very thought of foolishness is sin. Proverbs 24:9 says The thought of foolishness is sin, and the scorner is an abomination to men. If you get a bad thought just look with your heart to Jesus on the cross and I guarantee that any bad thought will immediately disappear. Try it once; Just close your eyes and see with your heart Jesus on the cross and it will be impossible for you to have any bad thoughts. The blood of Jesus (the same yesterday, today, and forever according to Hebrews 13:8) will remove the bad thoughts.

Also look to Jesus on the cross while sleeping to have no nightmares. The bad thought or nightmare will disappear when you look with your heart by faith to Jesus crucified. Bring into captivity every thought to the obedience of Jesus Christ crucified and any bad thoughts will immediately go away. 2 Corinthians 10:5 tells us Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ.
